I took my 6 month old daughter here to get her ears pierced today. Shay was so kind & very gentle with my baby!!! I was very impressed with both his patience and professionalism.

My favorite jewelry spot! Started off getting my ear pierced and came back and got all my chains from them with their payment plans. 💯

My sister got her ears pierced for the first time and she had a wonderful experience at this location! Jasmine did such an amazing job! She was so quick and professional. They have some really great deals on the jewelry! Highly highly recommend this location!

Amanda is WONDERFUL!!!!Took my 1 year old to get her ears pierced and it couldn’t have gone better! Amanda made me feel comfortable with this being my first experience as a first time mom. She was patient & gentle with our daughter. Would recommend her to anyone!

We had an amazing experience today getting my daughters ears pierced for her birthday! They made her feel special (she’s turning 7) and was pretty nervous. They were able to do both ears at the same time to get it over with. While we waited they talked to my daughter to keep her mind busy so she didn’t worry or get scared... even got a lollipop afterwards! Thank you ladies we will 100% be back because this was an easy, affordable, streamlined process!I will also say they were extremely prepared with COVID protections... there was a little girl before us and they cleaned everything including the chair before our child sat down or touched anything. They wore face masks and face shields as well as gloves before touching anyone.

Customer service has been excellent...completely present and helpful from beginning to end. The jewelry is absolutely beautiful,with something for all ages and different style options, & affordable with great deals. I had the worst experience tonight. I was looking for a cross and chain for my son and the girl showed me one that was too small. At the same time I was asking for help the girl was looking all around the mall and talking to the other girl about how she was mad they cant wear hats for Christmas. I asked several questions and she was not focusing on me at all and would not answer my questions. She kept saying I dont know regarding size of pendants on their website, etc. She was too busy people watching and not paying attention to her customer. She could have cared less. I felt like a nuisance. I finally just left. Ill go elsewhere and never return there. Horrible customer service.

I made a large purchase in December. The locks are no good on their jewelry. I’ve lost a necklace and an earring. There’s no recourse.

My experience was horrible, my sister got her ears pierced there yesterday and I definitely feel like we got taken advantage of. I got both my holes done there and the prices were reasonable but for my sister they were making a bunch of excuses as to what she needed and the price was jacked up a bunch, would never go here again

I went here to get my first piercing. I got my second ear hole and a cartilage. The ladies there seemed nice. Asked me to pick out the earrings and then she would pierce my ears. Im not gonna lie some of the earrings are pricey the hoop I got for my cartilage was 75 and my second ear holes were 20 or 40 dont remember. The process wasnt scary at all marked where I was gonna get it and then pierced it with a gun. Didnt hurt at all. The only thing that was uncomfortable was when she had to take the tag off of the hoop.

My fiance got his ears pierced their and the lady was so polite , helpful and we ended up having a great conversation that day .

This location closed with open appointments. No reason for closing or clearing out, just closed. Apparently did this twice last year. At least have the courtesy of calling the customers and cancel so they can make other plans.
