Sacred Rites Tattoo

Started this project in June and it has been fantastic. The staff has been phenomenal, very attentive and professional. My artist Javier was really good and communicated with me for the entire project and now looks fantastic. He brought new life into a 20 year old tattoo. I would not hesitate to recommend them at any time.

We just moved here from the Chicago area. My wife had a few coworkers who recommended this place very highly. We came in and Zack took care of us. Loved the atmosphere of this place. Super clean, cool staff, and do very good work. I highly recommend Zack. He does excellent work! Based on how I observed other artists and how they were with their customers I honestly dont think you could go wrong.

I always have nothing but amazing experiences at this place. This is now the only place I ever go to for piercings just because the kindness, conversation, atmosphere, cleanliness, and overall knowledge about body modification. Shoutout to my girl Alexis for being the best piercer ever!! She has done all 5 of my face piercings. She always makes me feel calm and not too nervous about a piercing by just talking to me, telling me all about the certain type of piercing I’m getting including the proper after care and always talks me through the whole thing telling me what she is doing before every step. So if anyone is super into piercings and wants someone who really knows what they are doing, this is definitely the place to go!!!

Stopped in to grab a quick tattoo while on vacation. Javier was very professional and nailed the design I wanted right in the head! Shop was clean and well organized and everyone was super inviting! My wife decided to get one as well last minute and Javier fit her into his schedule as well! Will definitely return if we make it back to the area!

Zack at Sacred Rites Tattoo is amazing! He came in on his day off to make our tattoos possible. He is personable and fun. He is extremely gentle and explains the process. Thanks for taking time out of your Father’s Day to make this happen.

My best friend came down for vacation and we had decided on getting matching tattoos. Given that we were beaching it up, we knew we wanted to get them at the end of her trip, which happened to be on a Sunday, when theyre closed. So I posted on a local fb page asking for suggestions because SRT was the only place I had wanted to go, but was unaware there were no Sunday hours (which also happened to be Fathers Day)Within the hour, I got a message from tattoo artist, Zack, stating that he would come in on a Sunday for us. He then fielded messages from me, as we tried to nail down our final idea of what we wanted our tattoo to look like....in between work.He was there, early... with a great attitude. He was funny, great at conversation and the whole experience was chill. He also gave great suggestions, as to insure we had the look we wanted.I will definitely be going back to him.

Javier did a great job on the memorial tattoo and is very welcoming and fun to talk to. I will definitely be booking with him again in the future for another.

Today I was a walk in and while getting bummed by my press for time, Sarah was able to take meRight away. She was AMAZING. She made me feel very comfortable and she was very personable. She explained everything step by step while she was doing the tattoo and was calm and patient when deciding placement. I will definitely be back to her very soon to get a special piece. I can’t say enough about her and the shop. Very friendly shop and clean!

AMAZING experience!! We went here to get matching tattoos for 4 and an additional 1 for the girls in the group. Our tattoo artist Javier was fast as heck - with clean precise lines, perfect shading, perfect circles, everything was just perfect. And he was easy to talk to!! Very talented cool fun guy.

My daughter and I went in for mother daughter tattoos with Hope. Hope was amazing with my daughter. She made her feel comfortable and eased her nerves. Been tattooed by nearly every artist here!Great piercers too!I highly recommended Sarah!I recently got tattooed by her the other day, as-well as many other times. This was her first stomach tattoo and I love how it turned out. She is so gentle and it did not hurt at all for me, I was so nervous but she really helps me calm my nerves, she put privacy screens up considering the tattoo was fairly low towards my gal lol. She’s only just started and I’m sure she will keep growing and growing, can’t wait to see where she is in the future of tattooing. Starting my ear styling journey and Alexis was AMAZING. She took her time making the placements but made the actual piercing process fast. This was a great place to get a large piece done! They were great with their communication. Such a clean and friendly space. I came in for a tattoo cover-up of not only one tattoo but two. Javier did an amazing job! The tattoo he put together with the ideas and pictures that I gave to him was spot on. This tattoo holds a lot of personal and emotional meaning for me - he listened and came thru with detail and professionalism. I would 100% recommend Sacred Rites/Javier. My gf and I live in Maine, but come here every year we come to Florida and have not been disappointed! Javier is very talented and does great work! I have had such an Amazing experience at sacred rites! I have had many artist tattoo me but my all time favorites are Leah and her husband Jule. They absolutely deserve the title of artist! Im currently getting a couples tattoo for my husband and I by Leah for our 20th Anniversary. My siblings and I wanted to get our birth numbers tattooed. My 2 sisters and I went in first and Aly was so patient and helpful picking out the size of our number! It was my little sisters first tattoo and she was so amazing with her, she tested it to make sure she’d be okay and checked in on her during. We came back a few weeks later and my little brother got his number and it was also his first tattoo as well! The whole experience with her was wonderful and my siblings and I now have something we cherish so much thanks to Aly!!! 2 more siblings to go and we will definitely be coming back! 100% recommending Aly for your next tattoo!

I came all the way from France to Patras just to get tattooed by Panagiotis! I had such an amazing experience with him! The tattoo place is so beautiful, his wife Georgia is the kindest and warmest person with useful advices and a good taste! for my first tattoo that’s what I needed !!! I also made an amazing piercing there. A painless experience thanks to the delicacy of Panagiotis! I recommend this tattoo studio very much !!!!

Fantastic group of evolving artists that have been my number 1 place for years. Shirts are always quality as well and kept very clean with clear rules on all tattoos and piercings.

Sacred Rites is an awesome tattoo experience. I had the pleasure of getting my calf done there. I booked with Sarah (@Sarahstabsyou on IG) she was is professional. Sarah was able to book me a week after I walked in and shared my idea with her. I would recommend Sarah and Sacred Rites to anyone. My first tatoo and Jeff was the best person to go to. He is very detailed and knew exactly what I wanted when I explained it to him.

Hope is amazing and she did exactly what I envisioned. Due to my work schedule I had to break up my appointment which she willingly and easily fit me in and worked with me. I am definitely going to be returning for more work with her in the future. Also, when my tattoo was halfway finished I was still getting compliments on it and people were wanting photos of the finished piece if that says anything about her work!

Hope did a wonderful job covering up an old tattoo. From design to clean lines, shading and engaging conversation, Hope will certainly be my go-to tattoo artist from now on. My artist was Aly, she was amazing and finished the tattoo surprisingly fast and it looks great! Was really gentle and made my first tattoo feel very welcoming, good conversations and amazing attitude. definitely recommend.

I’ve been going to sacred rites for almost 2 years now, and i’ve been extremely satisfied with all of my tattoos and piercings. the most recent tattoo i got was done by sarah, and she did a fantastic job on the magnolia :)

My 73 year old father decided to get a tattoo to memorialize his service to our country during the Vietnam War. Jule did an amazing job!! Tattooing old skin is not easy, Wow!! That is all I have to say. It’s beautiful. He was so kind to my father. The shop was as clean and the staff was awesome. Thank you all for taking good care of my dad!!

I’m from New York but visit Florida often and last July I stumbled upon Sacred Rites Tattoo and got my very first tattoo by Aly (@alyinkz on IG) She was so amazing and made sure I was comfortable and walked me through the whole process before starting! I love love love the way it turned out and I will for sure be going back!!

My daughter and I came down to see family as we moved up north due to us being in the military. Ive always know sacred rites to be good so my step-mom and us went there to get my daughters ears pierced. They wanted a passport, birth certificate or an photo ID of my daughter. Shes 8 years old and to even have a photo ID from the military they have to be 10+ in order to get one. Plus, Im not bringing a personal document with me that can be stollen for Identity theft while being on vacation. Ive never had to have my own photo ID or anything to get my ears done it was my parents that needed theres as I was a minor. I understand about the tattoos, just not for a girl to get her ears pierced from a professional instead of going to clairs. Not sure if its because the law has changed, but the attitude we were given was just a big turn down for us.

I wanted to give an updated review since my tattoo is almost finished now and is unrecognizable. I regrettably have a few tattoos I’ve been looking to get covered up. Word of advice, don’t get a tattoo at 18 just anywhere just because you can. Shawn did a great job. I would be just as happy if this wasn’t a cover up. I go in for a touch up in a month and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I’ll be back for the rest of my cover ups and future tattoos. It’s a drive for me but well worth it. Thanks guys ❤️.

I went in on June 6th for my first ever tattoo appointment with Jule, my first impression of the shop is it was very clean they had a wall of trophy’s won in tattoo tournaments for several different kinds of tattoo tournaments. my stencil for my tattoo looked incredible he really upgraded it from the reference I had sent him and had incredible prices for the quality of the work I had received. he did quick but incredibly neat work went back and made sure any spots that didn’t look perfect too him were just right I had no doubt leaving that I had a great piece of art on my body and would absolutely recommend him or any of the other artist at sacred rite tattoo for my friends looking for any body art or piercings

I got my first tattoo done by Sarah I messaged and placed an appointment through her instagram and she was the sweetest in person too . and she has ALL PINK SET UP!She adjusted the stencil 3 times to get it to my perfect liking . She explained every step and made sure I was comfortable I did swelling a little so we decided to do it in 2 sessions and it’s been a week and my tattoo is almost fully healed .I will be coming back for more in the future !!

I went to 4 or 5 different tattoo shops in the 941. I had an idea of what I wanted in my head and had a couple photos as examples. I was looking for someone to use their talent and create a custom design. Every place I went to it seemed as if that was an inconvenience. When I walked in to see JEFF G he instantly understood what I was hoping to accomplish and did exactly that. He came up with a badass design for me and we got to tattooing 3 weeks later. Thanks for the great conversation about football as well!!! Also thank you to the receptionist up front. She was super sweet and straightforward and made everything super easy. From the moment I walked in the door everyone was super nice and helpful. Javier ask what I was wanting and went over some ideas with me. He ask me to give him an hour to finish up with a client he had coming in. When I came back he already had several different sizes printed up for me so I could see exactly how it would look in the area I wanted it done. The whole experience was great and the shop was very clean. I was able to watch them interact with several people while I was waiting and they all were super friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again if Im back down this way.

60 year old woman, first tattoo. Completely ignorant of the process and a little nervous. I did my research and chose Sacred Rites based on reviews, and the length of time they’ve been in business. The staff at Sacred Rites were so helpful and Jule (saltandcyanide on Insta) did a beautiful job. Healing was super fast and trouble free, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I very highly recommend Sacred Rites and Jule (Jule is now at Black Sails).

I got a small tattoo with Aly, she knows what she’s doing with the needle, very light handed and absolutely zero deep skin digs with the needle. loved the experience, anxiety free space, wonderful crowd, fit me in same day with no appointment. 10/10, it’s a few weeks later now and the tattoo looks awesome healed very well.

Every tattoo session I’ve had done here has been phenomenal. Most of my art has been done by Stevon, and i’ve been over the moon about every piece. I look forward to making all of my appointments at this shop specifically. Very clean, professional environment. 10/10 🤩

Every time my partner and I visit his parents, we stop in and get tattoos by Aly. And every time they are perfect! She’s always super quick and very patient with me (who has to pee every half hour). We always come back to Aly when we’re in town and all of my favorite tattoos are done by her! They’re super clean there and it’s one of the nicest tattoo parlors I’ve been in people wise and comfort wise. Definitely will be back again!

I went here to get my first tattoo.I spoke and dealt with Kevin, who truly is a master at his craft. I showed Kevin multiple pictures, explained what I liked and didn’t like about each and he found me the perfect in between. His attention to detail is incredible. Would not hesitate to use him and go here again!!

Went in as a walk-in with my dad to get matching tattoos and I got my septum done and my step mom got her nose done. We were in and out in about 1.5 hours and theyre fantastic. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. Javier was our artist and we will definitely be going back. The piercing apprentice was great! I didnt happen to catch their name.

Was my first time in Sacred Rites but have known about them since it was a twinkle in the owners eyes :) walked in and was greeted promptly. The women at the front desk were nice and helpful. We went to get my daughters ears pierced for her 11th birthday. Filled out all paper work and was nice being able to notarize right there for a very minimal fee. The piercer Shaun was awesome. He made my daughter feel comfortable and cracked jokes with her to make her less nervous. He made marks on each lobe and made sure she was happy with them before piercing. The whole process was quick and easy and my daughter barely felt anything. She walked out so happy! I truly appreciate all the artist that we encountered there during our visit and would highly recommend them to anyone! Will def return as my daughter will want more holes in her ears as she gets older!!!Thanks Shaun again for the whole amazing experience!

I recently went and got a tattoo from Hope and I couldn’t be more obsessed. She was quick but detailed and took all of what I asked for and put it into the perfect tattoo. Everyone there was great and really nice. Would absolutely recommend Hope and plan to have her do a few more for me!

JULE WAS AMAZING I brought a picture into him and he made the picture of the tattoo look 10 times better amazing artist, amazing talent. His stuff comes out picture perfect and he likes to finish his stuff and never rushed. Definitely going back.

I worked with Kevin Adrian on a 7 hour tattoo and he demonstrated an Exceptional level of skill , professionalism at all times , and a clean and organized tattoo environment. I have been tattooed at many shops but Sacred Rites Tattoo receives an A + from me . If you want crisp lines , a great attitude , and quality work check them out and ask for Kevin or another exceptional tattooist . I am sure I will be back to get inked again and will recommend Sacred Rites to my friends and family .

The best shop! I am from Illinois, but always make sure to see Aly every time I see my parents! She is so talented and so welcoming. She did my Forrest Gump tramp stamp without complaining once about having to tattoo by my butt for 2 hours! I went in today 8/12/22 looking to get a tattoo that holds a deep meaning for me . The front desk receptionist was very nice and helpful . Stevon done my tattoo and I couldn’t have asked for a more professional friendly artist than what he was . He made me feel comfortable and was super easy to talk to not to mention the fact that his work is fantastic . I will 10/10 recommend him for any tattoo’s you may be itching for .

Love this shop. I got my first big boy tattoo here from Chris Peters. The shop is really welcoming and has plenty of space so you don’t feel crowded. The artist are all nice and willing to work with you to help you get your tattoo idea from your head to paper to your body. I definitely recommend this shop.

I never leave reviews but my experience here was so great I had to. Me and a friend came in fairly close to closing time with a hand drawn design and they were able to fix up the design and do it for both of us, even staying about a half hour after closing. The whole process took about two hours. This was my first tattoo experience so I dont know if all shops are like this but everyone there was amazing and the place had very positive vibes, it really means a lot that they fit us in since my friend was only visiting me in Florida and was leaving the next morning. The experience is one Ill remember forever.

This is the place you WANT to go! I’ve been several times for both tattoos and piercings. My experience with piercings has always been great. They make you feel comfortable and are very knowledgeable. I wanted a certain type of piercing, but because of my anatomy, the placement was not recommended. I’m sure going somewhere else, it probably would have just been done, leaving me with issues. I would rather be told it shouldn’t be done than end up with something that could potentially cause problems!I’ve also had a couple tattoos done (so far- I will be having more!) I’ve gone to both Jule and Javier. Both were very accommodating and worked with me on my ideas. Both did awesome work! I have to say, Javier was one of the most gentle artists I’ve ever been to. So much so that I had to fight off dozing off! (and I’ve been to many an artist over the years) I am so much looking forward to my next piece!The shop is full of friendly artists, and it is always super clean! If I could, I’d give them 10 stars!!Go here, you won’t be disappointed!

Hope was awesome to work with (on two different occasions) for my small-ish tattoos! The shop itself is clean and the artists/ reception are friendly. Doesn’t give off “get a full sleeve or get out” vibes at all. Will definitely come back when in FL - I live in MI.

Awesome place to get a tattoo. # of us did a walk in for impromptu tattoos and they were able to take care of all 3 of us in about 3 hours. I’m super picky with my tattoo artists since it’s so permanent. I was so grateful to find this shop before i even moved down here! So far I’ve gotten tattooed by Jule, Aly, and Sarah. I’ve had an amazing experience with all three of them; Jule is incredible with color it’s insane, Aly has a very gentle hand and does striking blackwork with great shading and clean linework, and Sarah’s made getting my *elbow* tattooed a wonderful experience!The shop itself is super clean, everyone is friendly, and the artists are all very talented. I’ve gotten a bunch of compliments on my new tattoos and I’m quick to recommend the shop and the artists! 🤗

Came in to JEFF G for a new tattoo and a refresh of a 90s tat. All day sit and well worth it. What a fantastic job Jeff did. He is a superb artist and I will be back for more ink.

I got a tattoo by ally and she did amazing!! She was very nice and made the experience comfortable to!

They graciously accommodated me despite being fully booked the day I went. Literal 20 minutes, great job. Good spacing and consistently level. My artist was Steve and he made it very comfortable as my first experience.

I just got my first tattoo yesterday with Aly and she did absolutely wonderful! She took her time explaining me the process and also was very patient both in my questions, and also my shaking. She made great conversation, checked in with me, and was just wonderful all together. She made a nervous environment and first time tattoo feel comfortable and fun! I cannot recommend this shop enough. We were able to go in and have 8 of us get tattoos as part of a bachelorette party. Sarah did all of them and she was so great, made it a very fun experience for all of us whether it was our first tattoo or we had some already. Alexis was amazing! I recently had a breast augmentation and was terrified to even touch my nipples after surgery let alone put jewelry back in. I was fully prepared to have them re-pierced. Alexis took a look at the piercings and inserted some jewelry for me with next to no pain. She then helped me insert some of the threadless jewelry into my nose since I had only ever used nose bones. As I can never find posts that fit my navel real well, she put me down for an order on a navel ring that will better suit my needs. I left a very happy customer. 😊

Got my nose pierced here recently. Great experience with Alexis. Also had a concern and was reassured it was nothing by the male piercer (I didnt get his name). My concern turned out to be nothing as it went away. Great experience overall. Would absolutely recommend!!

Scheduled appointment for my son’s first tattoo, paid the deposit and showed on time for his appointment that he was so looking forward to. Was told at check in that Aly called out sick today and was supposed to have called all her clients to cancel. We never received a phone call, a text or anything from anyone cancelling the appointment. So I asked for any other available artist only to be told that no one had availability. After getting home with a very disappointed kid, I see a post had just been made by the shop announcing availability for the day. Very disappointed in the service we received today. I have been an extremely satisfied customer in the past and sent many referrals to your business, but I will no longer be recommending.

Got this tattoo a few years ago still looks perfect. I forget her name but I showed her this flower heart picture and she did an absolutely beautiful job Im in LOVE. Always got some piecings My Nose.Industral and my Lip my industrial gave me a little problems thats my fault though thats the side I sleep on and it kinda gave me a small bump around the hole. I have had several Tattoo and piercings done here since moving here Sarah is awesome I have let her do a lot of my filler work on my sleeves. The artists and staff are knowledgeable, accommodating, and have great personalities! They got five of us in for matching tattoos and were efficient the whole way through. Alex and Jule did beautiful work and were enthusiastic about doing it! We’ll probably be back next year for our annual trip and next set of matching tats!

Absolutely love this place! Have been going for the past month to get artwork done by Sarah (an apprentice) and watching her growth is amazing! When Sarah told me they are going to be allowed to get walk-ins soon I was not surprised at all. Sarah has made my dreams come true with working with me to get some flash work but also art work from movies and music artists done. All of the workers there are always kind and generous, making the mood in there so much more relaxed which is needed when getting a tattoo or piercing! Will definitely be using this place and try out others artists because they all have phenomenal work! Very clean and sterile environment and always have the best shows on the tv ;)

Im from out of state and was just visiting but Im super picky with tattoo shops. I seen this one had great reviews and the artists had great work. Studio was very nice and clean. Kevin did my lettering tattoo and it is beautiful. Cleanest lettering I have ever gotten. Would definitely recommend and return.

Kiddo (17) and I came in as newbies, knowing nothing, for matching/complementary tattoos. Stevon came over and consulted with us, and was straightforward in letting us know what he would and wouldn’t do for us, in the spirit of wanting our tattoos to last and be work he could stand behind. Enormously helpful!The ones we settled on, while not elaborate, are absolutely beautiful. The work stations are scrupulously clean, and we left with specific instructions for care, with the promise that he stands behind his work and therefore to not hesitate to come back if there are any issues. We experienced no discomfort at all. I can see why after the first tattoo, people come back for more. When that time comes, we’ll come back here.

One the best tattoo shops I’ve been to usually u go into them and u notice red flags but this store made me feel very comfortable. I got my septum pierced and even w a deviated septum they worked with me on what it would look like and told me when they were going to do something before doing it. Everyone I also spoke to that went there talked very highly of this store. My piercer was Alexis she’s funny and straightforward so u aren’t left confused

I went here to get my second nostril piercing and I was initially pretty nervous since I’ve had several not so great piercing experiences at other shops. Thankfully, this experience was so much better, my piercer Khrys did an amazing job! She took a lot of time and care to make sure my nose piercing would be even with the one I already had, walked me through the process, and made the actual piercing quick and easy! I definitely recommend this shop, they do a great job!

I came in as a walk in and wanted my septum pierced. Only had to wait maybe 10 mins to get it done. Everyone is super friendly. I felt very comfortable with my piercer and felt she was very knowledgeable.. very happy with my piercing and will definitely be back.

Got this about 6 months ago so its 100% healed. It cost $150. Asked for this key in black with a soft red glow coming from behind it. The artists decided to do the entire tattoo with a single needle even the filling.

Hope IS the BOMB!‼️ She did an amazing job and gave my daughter her first experience getting a tattoo a very welcoming and comfortable time! Really… the whole crew there is pretty pleasant! 🤩

Hannah was my piercer, she did amazing! Perfect placement, educated me on everything I need to know and even said she’s there to change out the jewelry when the time comes if I need her to. I was very impressed with the business as a whole! People were waiting for the door to open and all the staff did a great job at getting everyone checked in.

I went in with my daughter to get her belly button pierced and had the best piercer I’ve encountered in a long time. Her name was Khrys and did beautiful work ! She was so friendly and my daughter said it didn’t even hurt because of the way she was so delicate with her body. Amazing job! Will go there from now on for all my future piercings for sure! Plus great jewelry not over priced either .

Shawn did an amazing job helping me create the original tattoo I’ve wanted for a long time & it’s perfect. No bleeding, peeling, or swelling either. He touched up another one for me & it looks as good as the day I originally had it done! Very professional staff & a clean environment. Highly recommend!!

I moved here from Ohio, and when I did a consensus of where I should get my tattoo, most of the people suggested sacred rites! Peter is great! I was visiting family in FL and I have seen a lot of his work on friends and family and was always impressed. I managed to get two tattoos while I was there. Both turned out amazing. One was a watercolor tattoo, which does not seem easy, and it was beautiful. I received so many compliments on it already. And another tattoo of three arrows and his line work is perfect. Peter is also super nice and easy to talk to, which is nice when you’re with a person for hours at a time 😁. Everyone in the shop is great, from Nicole at the front desk, to all the other artists there. They all seem to get along really well, and they are hilarious. I will definitely be back every time I am in town!

I went and got amazing service here. They pair you with the uniqueness of the tattoo you want to the artist. I was paired with Peter and was beyond happy with my experience. He has a very down to earth calming personality and listen to what I wanted. With a light hand and gentleness while completing my design. I will definitely return here hopefully soon for another session with Peter. The place was clean and professional while having that relaxed home feeling that you want with the time you would wanna spend there.

We took my 13 year old niece here to get her nose pierced. I forgot her birth certificate at home and the lady at the front desk was super helpful and accommodating. Allowed me to send the document via email to them to be printed so I didnt have to go all the way back home. No appointment was needed and there was no wait time. I had my first tattoo done yesterday by the extremely talented Peter. It was an amazing, positive experience and I’m in love with my tattoo 😍 All of the staff were kind and there was a lighthearted, happy atmosphere. My large, custom, side hip tattoo took 7 hours and the whole time I felt comfortable and taken care of. Peter was patient, kind and had very steady hands. Got my forearm done with my sons name earlier this evening. Thai did an amazing job! I showed up last Saturday but because it was custom he wanted to take a few days to draw it and get it right so we scheduled it for today. I was very comfortable the whole time tattooing. He doesnt have a heavy hand and pays attention to detail. This isnt my first tattoo (i have around 13) so I know a good artist when i see one. I highly recommend him if youre looking for custom lettering as its something he loves doing! Im in love with my new tat and will definitely go back to him for the next one!

The staff is amazing, their work is phenomenal. Ive been going to Sacred Rites for a long time, I highly reccomend them. Very clean, very careful. Got my most recent piece from Peter, he was a blast! Did an amazing job not only on my tattoo, but with making sure I was comfortable the whole time. He was very informative on every question I had.
