This shop is so cool! Love the gaming theme. Staff is super nice and professional. My husband and i got tattoos from Cody and he knocked it out of the park! Excited to finish my sleeve with him. Highly recommend!

My daughter and I decided to have a mother daughter tattoo session at the last minute and we were fortunate to get in at Level Up. Joe worked on my daughter and Cody did a couple for me. His line work is so clean. His pressure is light and not too uncomfortable. Let’s face it all tattoos hurt but my daughter stated that Joe also had a light touch. We all laughed and talked the whole time with everyone. But what was most surprising was their prices. I was shocked at how affordable they were. With so many shops charging $200+ and hour, they based it on the piece and I was expecting to pay double. When the work was done I felt like they under charged because we were so happy with what we asked for and what they delivered. They were all so friendly. The shop was clean and the environment welcoming. I love the arcade games there. It gives anyone waiting on you something fun to do. We both decided we will definitely go back. Thanks so much to everyone. We love the work! We will be back!!

Jena was absolutely wonderful. She is very professional, knowledgeable and explains everything so that you understand the process and the aftercare. My step daughter got her nose pierced and she made this experience great for her. As a nurse, I was very impressed by her knowledge and explanation of how to keep the area clean, what to for in the way of infection and how to make sure that the piercing heals well. Highly recommend and will be going back to Jena for any future piercing.

This is my second time going to Cody for a tattoo, his work is fantastic and he was awesome on communicating with me and making my tattoo idea come to life!The shop is clean and so fun with tons of nerdy stuff to look at. Everyone in the shop was also so friendly and make you feel welcomed and comfortable that it feels like hanging out with friends!

Had a girls reunion trip and these guys were able to squeeze in small “S” tattoos for 5 of us same-day!!! The environment of this place was so nice and welcoming. A few people in the group had never gotten a tattoo before, so they talked us through everything and made all of us so comfortable. We had an amazing time and are so so happy with the results! Got my nipples done here and my lip. Felt very safe and comfortable getting my nipples pierced. Very private room. Jena is incredibly kind and welcoming. Made the whole process that much better. Very clean!

Found this shop from their flash event for their anniversary, they were super friendly and did an awesome job. we went back to get a dermal piercing removed and Jena was amazing, made everything super comfortable and easy. everything is clean and sanitary, love this shop & their prices & will be returning !

I have been tattooed by both Cody and Joe and have had my whole face pierced by Jena and they all do such wonderful jobs! I first went there to get some help with my nipple piercings from the piercer, Jena, after I got them done at a different place. She was so professional, nice, and knowledgeable that I decided to get a tattoo done today by Camryn. Let me tell you that my experience with her could not have gone better. She was just as sweet and patient with me as I had my first tattoo done in PA 12 years ago and had a horrible experience and was very nervous this time around. However, Camryn was amazing and did an equally amazing job on my memorial tattoo of my dog who passed last year. She made sure I was comfortable with everything, let me make changes to the design, and allowed me to bring a friend for support. I highly recommend this place for all your tattoo and piercing needs! Thank you guys so much! I absolutely love my tattoo! The prices are very reasonable as well and they are great with explaining aftercare.

Got my first tattoo done here by Camryn! “love yourz” - inspired by J.Cole. She’s amazing, sweet, and professional. She talked me through with what she was doing and I felt comfortable my whole time there. Everything was clean, sterile, and staff were friendly. DEFINITELY would come again!

Love love love this place. Got my rook and septum done here by Jena, as well as two beautiful tattoos on my arm by Joe. Most of the work on my legs were done by Cody, their apprentice at the time Camryn killed the pieces she added. 10/10 would recommend any lovely person that works here.

Had a great experience with the piercer Jena. She pierced my philtrum and made me super comfortable during the process. The shop was pristine and the process was very sterile and clean. She took her time getting the placement how I wanted and she was easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend for any piercing needs!

Last Friday my daughter and I were looking to get spur of the moment matching tattoos while she was visiting Florida from Massachusetts. We went to several other shops that advertised walk ins, but no place had openings, until we got to Level Up. We got there just as they opened. We were welcomed the minute we walked in the door by all of the staff. They were kind and happy. Cody said he had some time to take us both. He edited our mock up just a bit so we would get the best quality and so our tattoos would age well. His area was clean and neat. Cody made sure the placement was correct and as he was tattooing, he was attentive to us both, making sure we were okay and didnt need a break.The shop itself was fun. It was colorful. The vintage video game were such a cool addition in the shop. We didnt see if they were in working order, but just seeing the machines brought back such fun memories.I will definitely be going back to Cody for other tattoos. I also look forward to getting a piercing from them

Came to this shop with a coworker today for piercings. Jena was amazing. If I could give this shop more than five stars I would. She made me and my coworker feel so comfortable. She was so informative of the healing process and things to look out for. She provided us with detailed care sheets, and a line of communication just in case we had any questions. The shop itself is insanely clean, and very welcoming. So glad we decided to come here!

Most amazing place to get a tattoo!! I got a color piece of a frog in a wizards hat by Cody and it turned out so amazing!!! Absolutely the best environment and energy. They get all the stars 100/10 the only place I will ever be going again!

I had a great experience at this shop. I followed the shop and one of the artists on instagram a long time ago and just happen to be West Palm Beach for a month. I contacted Cody on instagram about some of his flash, we hammered out the details and set up an appointment. I did drive almost 3 hours to get this tattoo and I’m elated that I did. The shop is a small studio that had three artists working the day of my appointment and plenty of parking. Clean, friendly, art/flash all over the walls, some merch for sale, get what you get gumball machines, and a few arcade games. Cody brought out the coils and completed my tattoo faster than expected. Thank you for the art and the experience!

Its a portrait of me at 19-20 yrs old,working at one of strip clubs I worked at,I was wearing a school outfit that night.I went and asked fifth level todo this portrait of the picture I had of me in the club that night and I asked them if the could take the the stage part in the background of the pic out and have bubbas added instead.The guy that did my tat did just that and did amazing job and I only paid $120 to have it done I was 23-24 yrs old when I got it done and Im now 41 yrs old and it still looks good the portrait on my butt of me

The shop is a very inviting and friendly atmosphere and the cost is very affordable, especially with the quality of work that is done. Very talented artists in this shop. My son and I went to get the $100 get what you get tattoos from their gum ball machine and were very happy with what we got. All of the designs are created by the artists in house and are one offs! No one will be walking around with what you have. Great experience overall! Highly recommend

My cartilage piercing got stuck and they did a great job getting it out because I couldn’t get it out. And they also pierced my belly button and it healed very fast!!

Got my nose pierced here by Jena 2 months ago and had an amazing experience. I was super nervous since it was my first non ear piercing but Jena was super sweet and made me feel comfortable about the whole process. It healed amazing and had no pain at all after about a week. Definitely coming here for future piercings.

I went to have a tattoo designed by Cody. JE was quick to come back with an original design and the tattoo experience was quick and professional. My actual tattoo turned out incredibly; the outlines are bold and precise, and the color is rich and saturated. Im in love with it! Also, the atmosphere in the studio is so chill and comfortable.

I went to get my nose pierced here a couple weeks ago after a frustrating experience with another shop. It was a random Wednesday morning and I had planned to get it done prior to an appointment I had, so I was already in a little bit of a rush. Jena was able to take me very quickly and was super sweet. She was informative and professional but also easy to talk to. The shop is extremely clean, the piercing area looks like a doctors office! It’s been about two weeks and the piercing is great. Definitely will be back if I ever want another piercing or a tattoo :)

Joe is a very talented and experienced tattoo artist. He has done a majority of my husbands tattoos and one of mine (pictured). Jenna is the sweetest person ever! She does amazing work also. Jena was absolutely amazing! Very kind and thorough before , during and after the whole process. My 16 yr old had her very first navel piercing and ended up passing out. Jena was on it and quick to get her back yo feeling better. Jena then proceeded to carry on with my septum piercing right after. Her sweet gentle aura speaks for itself. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jena for ALL your piercing needs! She is AWESOME!! I originally stopped in with 2 friends so that 1 of them could get an ear piercing and have a few of her others reopened. I was so comfortable with Jena that I had her place a special order for me and returned a week later to get the piercing. The entire shop is so clean, so bright, so welcoming. Very pleased with my ear piercing by Jena. I purposefully went to a tattoo and piercing shop to get my ear lobes pierced, they closed. The experience was amazing. Started with a consultation and exam, then education on the piercing process and aftercare. This is what you don’t get at those places at the mall. I’m 2 weeks post piercing and so pleased.

A friend recommended this place for walk in piercings and I was not disappointed! The person who greeted us was very friendly, and Jena was a super friendly piercer. We discussed future piercings I might want and she gave me some helpful pointers. If Im back in the area again and wanting another piercing, Id definitely stop in!

A friend and I walked in for piercings, my nose and my friend was unsure. Jena was amazing, polite, professional and knowledgeable. She even took the time to mark several different spots on my friends ear to help her choose. Placement is literally perfect on my nose and my friends double forward helix. Came in with my husband & mother and father in law. We had a wonderful time in this shop. We got our nose pierced and they were extremely professional. Jena was so nice and her space was extremely clean. I already had a nose piercing and Jena made sure that the new piercing was 100% even with my original.We also came back later for tattoos and Camryn was wonderful and helped design a custom tattoo for all of us. Camryn & Cody worked together to help us all get the design without having to be in the shop all day. I would absolutely 100% recommend this shop. The whole place was clean and had such a fun atmosphere. Only bummer for me is I live in California. Guess we’ll have to visit the parents more so we can get more amazing tattoos.

I was super impressed with shop. Friendly, very clean, professional and quick! I stopped in on the fly to talk about a conch piercing and thought I’d have to schedule something but Jena took me right in. She’s so sweet and gentle. I’ll definitely come back to her when it’s time for the other ear.

I just finished getting my cartilage pierced at Level Up! I have never gotten a cartilage piercing and was kinda nervous but Jena made me feel so comfortable! I ended up getting two piercings and love them! She did an amazing job and her area is very clean! She also gave me details about aftercare and was very informative about the healing process. As someone from out of town, I felt very comfortable at Level Up! I would definitely recommend Jena to everyone!!!

Amazing experience! I was recommended to Level Up Tattoo and Piercing by a friend and I have never had a better piercing experience. All of the staff was super helpful, informative, and very responsive. Jenna who performed my septum piercing was so easy going and made me feel so comfortable. Her work station was super clean and her process of preparing her station for my piercing was so thorough. I felt very confident that I was in capable hands. Today I got two cartilage piercings by Jena.I have been to various other shops to get pierced before (& never returned). This experience by far outranks any other.Jena is extremely knowledgeable & current in her piercing skills & understanding of healing. (Many shops still tell you to do pretty out dated things - like twist your jewelry lol)Not only was she knowledgeable & made the experience as painless as possible but she is incredibly kind & respectful. This was the best, most relaxed, most comfortable piercing experience I have ever had.I will 100% be making the journey back to Jena for my next piercings.

Had my nose pierced by Jena yesterday and it was a great experience! I have my left nostril pierced already and I wanted my right side done. She really took the time to make sure the spot she marked was even. Everything was very clean and sterile throughout the entire process. The overall vibe of the shop was very friendly and chill. Cody, Jena, Joe and Camryn are great people! I’ve got several tattoos from Cody and several more planned. Jena did my brother’s septum piercing. My brother is absolutely terrified of needles and Jena has the most calming demeanor that he actually went through with the piercing after years of talking about it and being too nervous to do it. I got my navel pierced today and the directions were explained clear and which ring was the correct fit for my stomach. The woman that did it was very patient and calm which helped completely. Id definitely go back for a different piercing.

I just had my conch and a low helix done by Jena tonight, and in all the piercings Ive gotten, she is by far the best piercer Ive seen. She talked me thru every step, told me exactly what she was doing, gave me pricing for upgraded jewelry in advance, and took her time to actually go over what piercings would work, what wouldnt, and where since there are others I still want. The environment is really welcoming and fun, but also very clean and well kept. I cant wait to come back!

I’ve been to quite a few but I can comfortably say she’s the best I’ve seen. Very reassuring, extremely gentle with the actual piercing, incredibly clean- her piercing den was like a doctors office (in the best way). I had (in my opinion) a very painful re-piercing done today and the whole time she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed- she would’ve held my hand if she could have lol. Previous stuff I’ve had done by her healed very well, the jewelry is high quality, and she makes it really hard to not want to go back for more work. Highly recommend seeing her for your next piercing and check them out for tattoos, too!

Jena did an awesome job with my nostril piercing, she was very patient with my indecisiveness about my jewelry choice lol, they had an awesome variety of jewelry especially the gold pieces which I’ve never seen at shops around here. I’ve had my nostrils pierced twice on both sides before and Jena has by far been the gentlest piercer I’ve gone to. I highly recommend Level Up and Jena specifically for body piercings!

I stopped in today to get new jewelry for my Helix piercing and I was greeted by Jena who happened to be the Body Piercer and she was AMAZING…very helpful, knowledgeable and made me feel welcomed right away. It was my first time coming here and when I entered they greeted me right away.They asked me what I was there for and I told them for my daughters snake bites piercing.I had to wait because there was 2 other people ahead of me.When it came time for me to get attended a woman named Jena took care of my daughter.She was very careful and professional with everything she did before piercing her lips.So I was very satisfied with the customer service they gave me and my daughter. I followed Cody for a while on Instagram and when I saw he had a tattoo of Daisy Mae from Animal Crossing available, I had to snag it. Im super happy with how it came out! Cody is friendly and considerate. He will check on you to make sure you are comfortable and doesnt mind if you need to take a break. The rest of the staff is also chill and friendly. The shop is very clean and has arcade games to play for down time or if someone comes with you. Overall a wonderful experience!

I love the whole crew there. They are always professional, the shops clean and fun and the honestly the group is what makes it. You feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. I’ve had Jena do several piercings for me and Joe does my tattoos. They are who I recommend for anything piercing or tattoo related. I will never go anywhere else if it’s just replacing jewelry to getting something new done it’s them who does it.

My friend and I are in town for a week and we were looking for a last minute place to get a few small tattoos. Every place I called had a shop minimum of 100 dollars and for a small shark tooth that’s insane. They were also all booked up and not welcome to walk ins. Though when I called level up tattoo they immediately started working with our schedule and fitting us in. There shop minimum was worth it and the people were so nice! Personally I had Carmen do mine and she was super nice and timely as the sketches were pre drawn up and ready to go when I got there. We ended up bringing my uncle as well to get his first tattoo, him and my friend were both with cody who was super informational for my uncle who wanted to know for about the process. Overall we had Awesome experience today and recommend to anyone.

I contacted Level Up to inquire about floating navel jewelry. They didnt have any in stock but were happy to order some for me. They let me pick out exactly what I wanted and kept me updated on the process until it arrived. I wasnt certain if my piercing was still open and they let me know they were happy to take a look at it and re-pierce if necessary. They let me know as soon as the jewelry came in. Jena put the jewelry in for me (it did not have to be re-pierced) and only charged me for the cost of the jewelry but not for her time doing the jewelry change (I made sure to tip!). All in all, it was a very positive experience and Ill be seeing her again for any other piercing needs.

The go-to place for piercings! the piercer was very nice, walked you through the process, the sensations your suppose to feel during the process, and explained the aftercare/dos and do nots for the piercing! followed all standards of practice for piercings and guidelines for Florida with sterility and hygiene. i could not recommend this place enough. if you want your piercing to go smoothly and heal normally, this is the place.

Cody does amazing tattoo work and he is very professional and friendly. He does a lot of vibrant color tattoos and really does amazing blending. I have a few tattoos that are a couple years old from him that still look new.
