Wonderful experience! Went in to have some overage and misplaced permanent makeup and some age spots removed. Mr. Eric, who is one of the owners of the clinic, explained everything and made sure that I didn’t have any unanswered questions before the procedure. The procedure itself was very doable and again, Mr. Eric made sure of my complete comfort throughout. No pain or discomfort of any kind afterwards. The office is sparkling clean and professional. This is such a needed service for helping you feel your best! I both highly recommend and will definitely be back as needed!

Eric and Susan Wells are very professional and very sweet. Theyre flexible with your work schedule which was great for me because Im a medical worker in an administration building. Its hard for me to take time off. Their office is clean. Theyre thorough and educate you on the science/process of the tattoo removal. Thanks to them, my tattoo is finally gone. A++++! Only positive things to say about Eric and Ashlie at Envision Laser. I went to see them because I had clown eyebrows from incompetent tattoo artists. Over the years, I saw different artists... one had drawn brows too high (aka: clown brows) and another had drawn my brows too low, leaving me with multiple layers of gray and red tones instead of brown. Even though I had camouflage to cover the bad brows, they just never looked right. From my first meeting with Eric, he took the time to thoroughly explain my options and their process. He was honest that it would not be a quick fix and it could take up to 5 or 6 treatments. After more than 1 year, we were able to get all of the color out of my brows and I was able to see a highly skilled tattoo artist so I now have the brows of my dreams! Laser removal is not a quick fix but you can trust that Envision will do it right and they take every safety precaution. I cant recommend them enough.

Excellent experience! I love how they consult first & really listen to what the patient wants to correct! In my case, I had two eyebrows that were so messed up by two different artists! Every day, it took me forever to draw on eyebrows to look the same! I was so frustrated’! Also I had a lot of dark ugly sunspots on my face! I was so thrilled with the results at Envision Laser Removal! I was so scared but the two of them calmed me down with their soothing voices & explaining the process prior & during the short sessions! I had two sessions & am now very happy with the eyebrows ink removal & diminished sunspots! I am one happy lady & no longer embarrassed or spending hours with makeup application! Thank you all!

Did my consultation and first treatment today with Eric. He took the time to ensure I was well informed, walked me through the procedure in great detail, and made me feel very comfortable the entire time. I had my first session done on the inside of my arm, which is a very tender area. The pain during the treatment was very minimal, and the procedure is over pretty fast. I wont lie, it became more painful on the drive home, and while at home, but nothing more than a constant sting. Im very happy with my decision to chose Envision.

This place is such a blessing!! I love them more than anything. The process is amazing. They tell you exactly what to expect and are very informative! They accommodate you and make you feel very comfortable! I have been going to them for a few months and the progress is truly insane. I cant put into words how thankful I am to have found Eric and Susan Wells and know I am in the best hands possible during this tattoo removal process. There are a lot of businesses out there that offer tattoo removal but if you truly want the BEST you should absolutely go to them. My experience from the initial consultation, to the first treatment, to the days afterwards have been great and it is all because of them. From the moment I walked into the office I felt welcomed and Eric did a fantastic job explaining everything in great detail to me in the consultation in terms of the technology of the machines, the awesome science behind finding the best level of treatment for YOU based on YOUR individual ethnic/skin characteristics and the different pricing packages they offered- which were extremely reasonable! Once you meet them you can instantly feel how wonderfully kind both of Eric and Susan are and see that they did not get into this business merely for profit but because they genuinely desire to help their clients rid their tattoos the RIGHT way by providing them with the best technology and a personalized treatment plan that will give them the best results. The beginning of the 1st treatment I was nervous and not sure about the pain but Eric got me through it seamlessly-continuously asking if I needed a break, talking to me through it all and helping me feel relaxed and after about 5 minutes the pain was not as bad and before I knew it I was done! It is day 4 and the healing has been going extremely well and I can’t thank both of them enough for checking in on me the 3 days after treatment and answering every question I had sent either of them through text immediately. Both Eric and Susan’s kindness and support has been huge and letting me know I can call or text them anytime and I am never a bother gives me such peace of mind. Excited to see the progression of the tattoo fading and looking forward to my next 4 appointments. Thank you so much Eric and Susan for truly being the best!

Susan & Eric were absolutely amazing from the moment I contacted them for an appointment. They went thru the whole process, thoroughly explained the laser removal procedure. My eyebrows are perfect now...after one treatment!!! I dont think I need to go back! I would say they deserve more like 10 stars!!! I truly recommend them 😁

I went to them to remove some finger tattoos I got as a teen, regular delinquent behavior. I found out about them through a friend that had a great experience with them and I have to say they really are great! They made sure I was educated about the process and made me feel at home. My process was very smooth and inexpensive, and my tattoos are gone! You won’t regret going with them! I’ll attach one after picture for reference and I’ve only had one session, going for my second soon!(Note: I’m keeping the eye tattoo haha)

Right from the beginning I knew I was in the right place and taken care of. Erik Wells who is the owner along with his wife Susan, took excellent care of me. The consultation was very informative and covered all aspects of what and how laser tattoo removal works. Step by step all my questions and concerns were answered and I felt comfortable for the whole process. I wish I would have gone to Envision sooner!

We have had two visits and we couldn’t be happier. The staff is knowledgeable and well versed in their field. Any questions I had were throughly answered. They now how to take care of you, from the bar of drinks to in the chair with the laser, you feel like part of the family. We go later in the day and always spend a good chunk of time afterward sitting around talking, it is just so easy and comfortable. 100% recommend for any services needed.

Eric and his team are awesome !Tattoo removal is super painful and i can be a big baby but they take their time with me and help me power threw my treatments.I have already been back 3 times and have my 4th appointment scheduled. The results speak for themselves which is why i keep coming back for more 🤗 also Eric is the man and really takes the time to explain the process and put my mind at ease. He loves what hes doing and it shows in his work and results .Photo is right after treatment and its covered with clear bandage. Looks painful but its really not. Appointment was 7 hours ago and redness is almost completely gone ;)

The Envision team are amazing. They immediately made me feel comfort and in good hands. The office is immaculate and very professional. They completely explained the removal process and set expectations. I felt really comfortable and at ease. The removal process was easy, the area was cooled before and after the laser was used. The area looked like a light scab for a day or two then just looked like a bruise. There was little to no discomfort! I am anticipating a great result. Eric and Susan are great people!

Husband and wife team working together at this place and they are so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The facilities are clean, and welcoming. I felt comfortable during my consultation, and for my first treatment they were conservative to see how my skin reacted. Good communication during the treatment and I felt 100% comfortable.

He then asked me to drop by at their office for consultation and discussion. I arrived at almost 3PM, their closing time, but they still entertained me.They have shown me how it works, the science behind the procedure, and how safe it would be done. They are very nice and kind people and they are doing this business for a good cause not just for profit.I highly recommend them and hope more customers use their service. I’m getting laser tattoo removal for my entry into the military. I had so many questions and concerns about the process and Eric and Susan took the time and care to address every one in a professional manner. I’ve seen a drastic change in the appearance in the few sessions that I’ve had. I highly recommend coming to them for this procedure. 5 out of 5!

This company asks for a review after first session. It will take many sessions to see if this procedure actually works. People should wait until final results before they decide to give a five star review based on results. It is misleading to other potential clients, like myself. I will not return. I would also request to see the license in which they are working under. I blistered twice and the ink color lightened but within a few weeks went straight back to being dark. It will cost upwards of $1,200 plus for any real results. I will be happy to share pictures of blisters of my skin.Please ask many questions before using this company. Make sure you receive receipts and everything in writing. Request medical information to care for area after each session. They did not provide this to me on either visit. I would be cautious. This is my opinion based on my two visits and the blisters on my skin during both visits. Color of tattoo at first lightened and then went back to original dark color. It was a waste of $400 and my valuable time.UPDATED JUNE 2023-As you can see by photos provided, Envision Laser Removal technicians and owners, Eric and Susan Wells were not instrumental in the care of proper laser technique.There should be a license requirement since this procedure is a high risk medical procedure and infections can occur. I was under the impression that the State of Florida requires a license to provide this type of evasive treatment.The photo with the moon and sky behind it was taken today, June 26, 2023. This clearly shows the tattoos pigment has not changed in appearance. No lightening at all! The only thing that happened to me was that my skin blistered. This could have caused a blood infection if not treated properly.Please be cautious when having any type of procedure with someone without a State License.

Had my first treatment today. Such an amazing team of people. Very thorough with information, setting expectations and ensuring your comfort. I am looking forward to my future treatments to eliminate these tattoos. I know anyone that works with this team will be in great hands!

I just had my first treatment of 5 for a full tattoo removal. This was a very relaxing experience and although only 3 days after I can already see a difference! I am very excited to see the final results.

I had been a client at 2 other laser removal practices. After receiving 15 laser removal treatments between those two places and seeing practically no results, I felt discouraged and I thought the laser removal business as a whole was a big money scam. When I came across a Facebook ad for Envision Laser Removal, I had made a bold comment regarding my opinions on laser removal. I wanted other people to know what a waste of time and money it was. This comment caught the owners attention. Eric, one of the owners, took the time to inquire about my previous removal experiences and he offered for me to come in for two free sessions. I agreed, but to be honest, I wasn’t expecting anything to be different. To my surprise though, he went above and beyond for me, even after the statements I had made on Facebook. This was the first time I had a real consult at a laser removal center. Eric and his wife, Susan, took serious time and effort to put together a power point presentation on the medical science of laser removal, the different types of machines that can be used, and which one they use. They also explained after care thoroughly and they also sell special sunblock to keep the area protected from the extreme Florida rays. This couple was in no hurry to get me in and out, unlike the other two places, and they were able to answer all my questions in great detail. They are professional and thorough. Susan always sends me multiple reminder texts and emails for my appointments. As far as the appearance of the office, it is clean and inviting, just like the owners greetings. However, beyond that, I have finally seen results! Two people from my life had made comments to me this past month saying they noticed my tattoo has faded drastically. I wanted to wait to post this until I had before and after photos of final results, but I will come back and Edit this post to add the photos when the tattoo is completely gone. I highly recommend Envision Laser removal. If you are a person who has had bad experiences like me, IT IS WORTH IT to take a chance here!

I spoke with Eric this morning to discuss treatment options, he asked for pictures that I sent to him right after our phone call. He called me back in minutes and directed me to the best options for my scarring and was very knowledgeable and courteous. Would highly recommend them to any of my friends/family.

The place was so clean and inviting. The experience was over all a great one. People build up laser tattoo removal to being super expensive and so painful. But really it hurt less than the tattoo, healing hard been easier than a tattoo and as far as price it wasn’t bad at all. Very reasonable and over all it’s so worth it. I highly recommend these people.
