I had my nose pierced in Florida and came in to have my 4 week old nose piercing jewelry changed out.I didn’t have an appointment. I was in Portsmouth on vacation and I was still seen.The staff was incredible. I was advised the piercing was done incorrectly and was shown the correct placement and procedure of how it should have been done.I can’t thank them enough for taking the time to see me and explain the proper process.They truly care about people.Thank you!!!

I saw Jef for a last minute nose piercing. He was friendly and professional.Loving the new location, cant wait to come back for a tattoo.

Ive been with Jef for over 10 years for all my tattoos and piercings! The shop is clean, the staff is welcoming and helpful. Ill never go anywhere else!

Would HIGHLY recommend Inflicting Ink. My artist is Dave. Super talented and nice. I now go no where else but here. The place is clean and so friendly. My mom and I got matching tattoos. My mom is Daves oldest client. She is 82 years young. She gets SOOOOO many compliments on her tattoo. Especially the ladies from Garden Club. I am about to get my fourth tattoo with Dave. Cant wait. :)

10/10 super clean, wicked friendly and professional. Just got my first tattoo done and Im definitely going back. Kept making sure everything was good and I was comfortable. All around a great atmosphere and amazing experience.

I met with Jeff today to redo the unicorn head on my lower back that I had gotten 19 years ago.. very friendly and professional and he did a wonderful job and he was very gentle..I will definitely be going back to get a possible piercing and a possible Aries tattoo.. 🥰🤗I did go back and I did get exactly what I wanted 🤫Ended up getting several piercings.. minimal pain.. Im absolutely thrilled and I healed very quickly.Jeff also ordered me the piercings that I wanted for after I am healed.. Im actually ready to get them very soon.. highly recommend for a piercing!

Absolutely phenomenal work. I had a spontaneous tattoo done elsewhere which I wasn’t really thrilled about. Corinne was very professional and creative. From planning, designing, revising, and the actual tattooing, she went above and beyond to make sure my piece was just right. The environment was clean and I felt extremely comfortable. I took my daughter to get her nose pierced. Jeff was fantastic! He set everything up before we went into the room then he explained everything he was going to do. He was polite, professional and very personable. After it was done he gave her instructions for cleaning and how to care for her new piercing. We were out of there very quickly and my daughter is thrilled. I would highly recommend them!

Great tattoo shop! Very professional and very timely service. Corinne did an outstanding job on my tattoo. I also really appreciated the counseling on potential tattoo ideas. Laser tattoo removal was very effective. Definitely recommend Inflicting Ink!

Came here last minute to pierce my ears. I was very nervous but the woman piercing (I did not catch her name) was very kind and comforting, and she let me take my time. It was quick, painless, and after care is super simple. Day after and it already doesn’t hurt at all to rotate or lay on. We were in and out super quickly and prices were good. Recommended!

Want to send Jeff a huge thank you for refreshing my tattoo. The colors are so vibrant now. Great artist! Everyone I can in contact with were very nice. The new shop is fabulous & parking is great!

All around amazing place !!! Got my first tattoo with Luis & he did PERFECT I couldn’t be happier!! Theyre very clean & the whole staff seems to be very nice . Luis combined 2 pictures into one and still perfected it with his own touches . He was very patient with me & his skills seem great !! Thank you guys so much !! Highest recommendation!

Great shop, got a removal from cam. he did a great job very professional and took his time. the atmosphere is nice and relaxing.

Jeff is really great, caring and really has a calming personality. I have had multiple piercings done by him. He just did my lip again. Perfectly centered and pain free. The parlor is professional and definetly a clean steril environment. Wouldnt recommend anywhere else!!

Everyone here is professional and everything is clean and sanitary. They answer any and all questions and make sure that you are happy no matter what. I see Steph every time and she is my favorite but you cant go wrong with anyone there!

Have been going to Inflicting for a couple years now anytime I need or think of getting a piercing, I know Jeff is the guy to go to! He’s very professional and kind and I genuinely value his opinion when deciding on a piercing, he always steers me in the right direction. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Got my 11 year old daughters ears pierced here today and the staff was wonderful! Made her feel at ease, was patient when she needed a few minutes in between!

JEF IS THE GOAT - I got my nose pierced & he fixed up my botched finger tattoo. Can’t thank him enough and couldn’t have had a better experience. Inflicting ink baby, why would you go anywhere else?

They’re very kind but my second holes were too close together and uneven within both ears. i forget the lady who did them. I got these done a few years ago and was just looking through different shop reviews and just thought I’d pop in my review while i saw this shop.

They were amazing. I got my septum pierced on vacation out of state and a couple of weeks later the ball fell out. Places near me would not do it. This place said yes even though they were short handed.

Worst tattoo I/we have ever gotten. My friend and I got identical tattoo and both looked beautiful but faded within the 1st 2 wks. Went for a touch up and the same thing happened. Not happy with the final results. Will go elsewhere to fix it. Pricier then others places too.

I just turned 50, In had promised myself I was going to get 5 small nature tattoos on my birthday. Jeff , Did the 5 tattoos and fixed up a 20 year old tattoo! He was so cool and u understanding and took breaks (it was painful) All looks awesome! Go get a tat from jeff

I got charged 120$ for my first time getting a tattoo lazered! A tattoo the size of a business card ! And absolutely no change to the tattoo at all looks exactly the same as I walked in 7 days ago not even the slightest change in anyway ! Completely disappointed and angry I paid them $120 for nothing!!!!!!!!!

I decided to go last minute for a tattoo..they called me and said I could go early which I was very excited about. Everyone there was very, very nice and the best thing of all my tattoo is perfect, exactly what I wanted and expected. I will never go anywhere else but here!

I got a tattoo done here UNDER A YEAR AGO on the side of my wrist. A small dainty crown. The tattoo was patchy faded and crooked. I got it touched up elsewhere but you can’t fix crooked.

Ive been coming here since my first nose piercing when I was 12. They have always been fantastic and fairly priced. Memorial tattoo for my dad is perfect!

When looking for a tattoo parlor upon my arrival to Newport, RI, I asked around for the best parlor in town and was told by multiple people that Inflicting Ink was the place to go. So Inflicting Ink I went and from there Cory started my sleeve. My arm looks beyond amazing! Cory did an outstanding job and exceeded my expectations. The staff is beyond friendly and the pricing doesnt break your pockets. Being in the military I have tattoos from different places and different artist; however, going forward Ill be awaiting for Cory and his team to make their way to some tattoo conventions in my local area(s) so that I can get more ink. Within Inflicting Ink I have found a reliable and outstanding tattoo artist and have no need to go anywhere else. Inflicting Ink is def. the place to get your Ink if in the Rhode Island area.-

At first Jef seemed like a legit cool guy that was about business and making his customers happy...until I began my chase after being asked to leave a $150 deposit if I was serious and wanted him to work on my design.I left my deposit without any hesitations and he told me he wouldnt be able to start it for another two weeks, which I said no problem. He asked me to send him pictures of ideas and things I wanted for my sleeve...I sent it to him a few days later via email.I initially went to see Jef early January...I never heard anything back from him until late February after I emailed to ask how the design was coming along. He responded on Feb 25th apologizing for getting back to me a little late and that his wife had a serious health condition and hed be out from March 9th to March 20th.I apologized for his situation and offered him to hold off being I thought his personal matter was farther more important than a tattoo. Either way, he offered to finish the design and piece it together via email being Im in Massachusetts and his shop is deep in Rhode Island. I said that worked perfect so that way I could see if I was happy with the design and if not we could make changes and I could come down to start the process once we decided the design was satisfactory to my liking.Again, I waited until April 5th to touch basis with him since I had not heard from him and again showed sympathy for his personal situation with his wifes health...he emailed me back stating he had been with his wife and to call the shop to get his schedule and set something up...I reminded him of viewing the design again, and on April 7th he told me hed be able to send me pix of it when he returned to shop on April 15th...and It is now April 19th and I had to reach out to him yet again regarding this project...Due to the lack of communication and lack of keeping his word on anything he said since day one really made me not comfortable with him doing the work for me, so I chose to cancel with him and ask for my refund and proceed with another shop.He now emails me saying his rates for designs and how much time he spent on it and that he would refund my deposit based on the amount I owe for his time...I cant imagine anyone would pay for something they dont even know really exists so I say exactly that to him...and he now decides to say that he cant send anything via email with line of work, and to come in, get my piece and the partial refund..SAY WHAT!!!??? He told me hed send pix of it via email, now he says he cant...you have got to be kidding me!Im a very understanding and patient person, but I also belief in good customer service and holding people to their word...I believe I was not only patient from day 1 but also extremely sympathetic and understanding to his personal matter...I even felt bad sending him an email to cancel but I knew that its what I needed to do for me being I wasnt being provided with the service in which I was promised.I work very hard for my money and I dont believe I should have to pay anything I did not receive...and to be BSd about how he is unable to send it via email now is ridiculous...I have to pick up this piece and pay for it? Very Very unprofessional...and mind you guys...he is charging me $75 for his supposed 2 1/2 to 3 hour work! over $75? seriously?I would never recommend this place to anyone...very unprofessional, unjust and simply lacks customer satisfaction!

Highly recommend! Dave is amazing at what he does I have been going to him for years and refuse to go to anyone else. Everything is always super clean.

My husband and I have been going to you guys for years and have never had an issue trying to call the shop (we call during shop hours). I’ve been trying to call the shop since January to book an appointment and every single time I call it’s always either a busy tone followed by a hang up or never answered.My husband ended up going to a new shop because he couldn’t get a hold of anyone at this shop to book an appointment. We were really Disappointed because we’ve been customers for a while 😭

Great artists, clean studio and great vibe. I have spent at least 35-40 hours in Jeffs chair being inked and have the best work I have ever seen. Could not recommend Inflicting Ink any higher.

Got both of my tattoos done here. Years of talent is in this family run business. They fixed my aunts tattoo she had from somewhere else and made it look so much better.

I received poor artwork not only on myself but my significant other as well. I reached out to the shop and asked for the owner and never received a call back. Its bad when you are highly considering laser removal for the work you paid and tipped for.

First visit it was great will recommend to anyone I know looking to get a tattoo. Very clean organized friendly with great results.

Left there twice with an allergic reaction and a skin infection. I nearly died. I have not one, but two deformed tattoos.Owner dismissed it.Never gave me my money back or even offered
