Took my daughter here to get her belly button pierced. The woman at the counter was very nice. We signed the paperwork (daughter is a minor), the place is awesome inside with plenty to look at while you wait. The door is locked upon entry and the environment is very mellow. She got to pick what color she wanted. He had her pierced in no time and it looks great.

They were very professional, blocks windows and door, locks door, makes sure you have complete privacy if getting an intimate piercing. Quick, friendly, professional. Wonderful pricing for everything you get.Update: one piercing was done oddly deep and has more of my areola than nipple, meaning I have to get larger bars and it’s near impossible to just buy cute jewelry, they all have to be special ordered. The hoops in this pic don’t even fit bc of how it was done. Also the material of the piercing they used for healing was not a good material at all and I had to go to a secondary location to have them changed. I have yet to get fully healed. It’s been almost a year.

Went to get snake bites. The lady was very kind and was giving as much advice as she could, however the man doing the piercing didn’t say a word, didn’t check the placement with me, pierced it very uneven and entirely too close together. It was obvious he didn’t care. For the left piercing he got it half way through and just kept moving it around until it went all the way through the skin. They didn’t even give after care advice, and they didn’t have the papers for minors to get piercings yet still let minors get piercings. Very unprofessional and price is too high for the service I received.

I had an appointment for 3pm, arrived and was informed they had to reschedule for 5pm. I waited for 2 hours in the burger king parking lot then returned. I asked if the guy could add 7 tally marks (literally 7 small lines that would take less than 2 minutes to do with zero effort) to my wrist along with an already simple design and I inform him Im willing to pay an additional $25. He seems annoyed at this request so I accept his refusal. When we begin to place the tattoo I try my best to explain to him how I want it centered but he quickly and haphazardly places it off center. I request he moves the placement a little and he storms off in a fit. I waited 2 hours in my car on my day off for this. I read the reviews beforehand but decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. I should not have. The woman there was very kind, helpful and professional. Unfortunately as other reviews have mentioned, he is still very rude to her. I do not suggest this place for any service.

Me and my cousin came here on Saturday and paid $75 for each of our tattoos. He rushed through both of them and finished them in 3 minutes for mine. He was very rude to me and got mad at me and told me I couldn’t record him when I was taking a picture of the stencil on my arm. He said nothing to me besides that. He was VERY rude to the lady working at the desk, he was talking to her like she was stupid for doing math wrong on the price of our tattoos. Now to talk about the tattoos themselves. He went WAY too deep and they are very uneven. My cousins skin was literally cut from how deep he was pressing with the tattoo gun. The letters aren’t even lined up. And the ink is bleeding to the other letters

My daughter has been wanting her belly button pierced, so after reading theough reviews we came here. Excellent service, very clean, piercings are by walk-ins and very good pricing. My daughter didnt even realize it was done! She said he did good and then realized he was already finished. Great people, great place!

The lady was super sweet and tried her best to explain the process but the guy didn’t even say hello to me and did not ask me the placement I wanted for my eyebrow which he pierced way to high up and also does give long enough bars for recovering piercings. Please please just go somewhere else

Ear piercing 2 each ear not cartilage. I’m old needed closed ear piercings re pierced. I’m only customer music way to loud couldn’t hear but guy only spoke about 10 words to me. Explained nothing. Seemed sanitary but I would have done better. Piercings on one ear to close together to close to edge of ear lobe. One piercing went wrong don’t know what happened he didn’t explain but hurt like hell. Also never introduced himself to me

Got my septum done here a couple days ago. very clean, professional, and service was nice. placement was perfect and barely hurt after. cleaning solution included does not work very well, i have been using Celine solution. price was reasonable ($55) and jewelry is good quality. 10/10 recommend.

I have been there a couple of times for piercings and I like the fact that he doesnt small talk you. He gets it done and you are out. Absolute privacy depending on what type. Most tattoo artist work by appointment so make sure to call ahead for both. The sign on the counter says no hand holding.

I called once got hung on asking a question. Second time I got no one can hear you dude and hung up.

I have 11 piercings and this was the WORST piercing experience i’ve ever had. The piercer was incredibly unfriendly, didn’t mark my nose before piercing, didn’t let me see the placement, and left the needle in my nose for almost a minute before threading the jewelry into the needle and putting it thru the rest of the way. My friends also got piercings and he pierced both of their noses INCREDIBLY unevenly against their other piercings and also wouldn’t let them see the placement before he pierced them. After the swelling has gone down on my nose i can see that it wasn’t pierced straught thru but at an angle so the jewelry doesn’t sit right. Going to have to take it out so this was a complete waste of time and money.

I got my nose pierced last night. I called and asked if they did walk in piercings and they said yes. So I walked in and they made sure that I was allowed to get my nose pierced and that I actually wanted it pierced. Then they had me choose the piercing I wanted and then the free change of jewelry once my nose heals. It also comes with a spray that you can use to clean your nose. So I sat down while the guy was telling me about how he was going to do this, and as I was about to tell him to tell me when he would put the needle through, he did it. It hardly hurt at all. He handed me a paper towel to clean and dry the blood and wished me a good day. I 100% recommend this place for any piercings you may want.

Update, i seen some ppl were saying he pierces too deep, he definitely doesnt, it may look like it at first but you have to allow it to heal and its perfect. They do walkins for piercings which is rare now days but Im spontaneous so that was a plus. He done a great job. I got my belly button done and didnt even feel it. Hes not much of a talker though and I am lol

Never actually open when they say they are & they close the entire shop to do one tattoo. Came in to get an eyebrow piercing and a septum piercing. 1st he was being verbally abusive to the lady who sits behind the counter (she was doing an amazing job & even helped us feel welcomed after he got hostile when we walked in) THEN he didn’t ask my friend if their eyebrow piercing was placed right, didn’t let her see or anything, just pierced her and it was indeed NOT how she wanted it. i was too scared to say i changed my mind on getting my piercing, i felt like he wouldn’t give my money back. He then put the clamps on my nose and i clearly told him “this doesn’t feel right” and he told me “hold these.” and proceeded to just pierced me. My septum is crooked and too low. 60 dollars. We won’t be going back again & i hope whoever that woman is eventually gets away from this guy

This shop is awesome. The woman cashing us out was really helpful & friendly. They also have quality band tees & other really cool stuff to buy. Thomas pierced my nose. He was informative and did a great job! Their aftercare products are worth the extra money! Also got a change of jewlery & he will switch it for me once healed all for 45 bucks.

Just yot my nose pierced, mum took me there n I was instantly greeted. The guy was mellow n kind, actually calmed my nerves. I didnt even feel the needle, my nose didnt bleed, and they offer a free change of jewlery, and once it heals they will change your jewelry out if you like. Loved the service n the environment was relaxing.

I love it I got three piercings here my belly button my tongue and I got a septum piercing it is very clean and they have jewelry to pick so when the piercing heals you can change it and that give you spray to take care of it I’m thinking about getting another piercing honestly they do a great job

We went to get a piercing for our daughter. We called ahead of time but when we got there they acted like they didnt want to do it. They said they were on lunch break at 9pm and to come back. Well, they obviously didnt want to do it because they closed the store while we were gone even though it was 2 hours before closing time. The store wreaked with bad odor and they were rude so it was a bad experience in every way. I will never go back.

I’ve had my nose and belly button pierced here and neither got infected and the healing processes went smoothly. They are very nice and welcome. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Got my nose pierced, I called and asked if it would be okay If I could walk in and get it pierced and they agreed! It was really fast and easy, it stung but it wasnt as bad as I thought it would be. Thanks To the staff at river city, you guys rock.

Didnt tell me what aftercare I should do. Ended up in the ER getting a medusa cut out and was told by another piercer that looked at the medusa that the bar was too short.

They done a great job. my girlfriend got her tongue and bellybutton pierced. They were fast friendly and courteous. Ty guys!!

Horrible Ora the whole visit artist screaming at the lady running desk didnt ask about placement need some business ethics class or something. Dont care what customers want. Throws a fit if you go past the tape line even though he has products for sale in the glass cases all around the front desk never would I put up with what the lady did. Smdh

They have alot of nice things to buy....piercings, t-shirts, hoodies and some hobo type purses/bags.....BUT...the dude doing the piercings was not friendly at all.....was being completely degrading to his co-worker--in front of 3 paying customers...because of that alone...i will not go back!!!!!

Try to get ahold of them where my bellybutton was pierced to deep no answer when I call and when I went there all he did was shook the close sign when I try to raise it up to clean it u couldn’t see any bar I was told that it was pierced to far in my belly button

Daughter had her tongue pierced, he used a small barbell and her tongue swelled over it, took her back and he said he didnt remember what barbell he used, so he made me buy a longer one.... And he was fighting with his secretary, and was very rude to her as well....

My piercing jewelry was way to small and went through into my mouth and it hurt way more than my other side I got done awhile back at a different location.
