World Famous Blue Horseshoe Tattoo and Piercing

Went there to get my back dermals pierces and the piercer Dan was so amazing and fast with it I was out of there in no time. Prices are amazing too loved it there’s especially how the place looks. 10/10 fs.

Terrible experience. I am covered in tattoos, have never had an issue with healing process. Last Friday I came in to get a tattoo. My artist ended up being Andy, first they make you buy this after care stuff which I think I ended up being allergic to because my tattoo is broken out in hives. Guy was sweating profusely the whole time during my tatt. Dropped his light and spent 6 minutes picking it up and putting it back in its spot and did not change us gloves. Now it is a week later and my tattoo is broken out in a rash. Could be due to the cheap ink they use as well. Avoid this place at all costs.

My husband and I were both walk-ins and were able to get exactly what we wanted. Andy was super chill and very professional I’ll definitely be going back to get more from him. Santiago did a couple on my husband and he was amazing as well. Super clean and cool atmosphere. Customer service was great Ms Short was able to help us with any questions we may have had. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Dan the piercing man was absolutely incredible, extremely talented and talked through the entire process. I am beyond satisfied with my septum piercing. The experience was virtually painless and the healing process has been extremely smooth while following his instructions. I will never go to a different piercer and have since recommended all of my friends to him.

Came in w/ family friends for friday the 13th tattoos, got my septum pierced by steph! 10/10 experience, i was so scared- my first piercing other than my lobes, she was very nice/funny/charasmatic kept me so calm and only hurt a pinch! total was $33.20 with jewelry and after care!!!

I was scared to change it from a stud to a hoop, so I came in to see him again last week. He changed it with no problem. Hi Everyone. I my name is Terry. I woke up this morning went on the Internet search for a place to go get a dermal and vertical Labret piercing. After reading tons of reviews from different tattoo shops I decided to go to Blue horse tattoo shop in Portsmouth VA. I was greeted from the time I walked in the door. My piercer name was Dan. I had a Dermal on my upper cheek bone that I had came out 3years ago. He was able to put dermal back in the same spot per my request. I also got a vertical Labret lip piercing, both turned out very well. On a scale from 1-10 the dermal was about a 2 and the Labret was about a 3.5. I would definitely recommend Dan if youre looking to get piercings. Thanks Dan.

I really like this place and theyre in the process of exciting expansion renovations. Jordan is our tatt artist and shes beautiful! We went back today and the renovations are looking great! They get pretty busy so its best to go very early or call to see how long the wait is.

Went here on Tuesday to get a couple piercings done, and was pierced by Dan the piercing man! He was very kind and personable, and explained what he was doing every step of the way, which made me feel very safe. I was in and out of the shop in 15 minutes. I got kind of an odd vibe from the guy sitting at the front desk but other than that, I would definitely go back to see Dan for some more piercings!

Dan the piercing man is an absolute artist at piercing. He did my septum and nipple and here i am the next day with no pain. He was patient with me (I was legitimately scared) and took care of me. My buddy got his septum as well and same deal no issues or pain. I admittedly screamed for the nipple but my pain tolerance is low. I appreciate you taking care of me and my buddy, thank you!

Atmosphere is comparable to none! This shop got it goin on. Friendly and professional staff. I was a walk in and they had just had an artist quit. I got there around 7pm and was still able to get my little finger tatt I wanted. I am sure every place has raised their prices since covid due to their overhead/supplies going up in cost. This is the only reason for 4/5 stars. I expected to pay like 40-60. Not 120 for an initial on my finger. So it cancelled the idea i had to get 2 tatts that week.

I was so happy to go in on Friday for my consultation and get an appointment for Saturday! I was shown the artists work so that I was able to choose who I wanted to do my tattoo. Jordan was the artist I chose and she was honest and really laid back. Once my tattoo was finished (I got a cover up) I was super pleased! You cant even tell what was there before. I will be returning for more work. The staff was friendly and helpful, the layout is absolutely gorgeous and...the restroom was super clean!!! Im a sucker for clean restrooms! My sister and I went there and got pierced this morning she got her very first piercing in her nose. She was nervous! Biscuit was our piercer he was very funny, gentle and made us feel comfortable . I received a simple lobe piercing .He was AWESOME great for the ladies wanna slight smoooth buttery poke go see Biscuit. No pun intended .

This was my 2nd time coming here. The first time I came Bri the front counter customer service staff person was rude. She was very snippy and not welcoming. I went ahead and allowed my daughter to get her piercing because it was for her birthday otherwise I would have left. I came back today to get my other daughter a piercing in hopes she wasn’t there but she was. Again she was very rude! This time my daughter and my address on our ID’s were different and she stated I needed to have her birth certificate. I was confused because when I brought my other daughter a few weeks ago this policy wasn’t stated and our addresses were in fact different. I have no issue with policies but be consistent. Instead of her apologizing for her oversight the first time and stating the policy, she never took accountability and kept saying well that’s what the sign says in a very nasty tone. She even had the nerve to roll her eyes. I will never patron this location again. You don’t treat customers like that who are the reason why you have a job. I’m a very relaxed person and if you make me mad you were really rude! She should not be the one “welcoming” customers to the business because she is not welcoming , not friendly, and lacks customer service skills.

Yesterday I called last minute before orientation to see if you have small nose jewelry that’s not too noticeable & Noel answered stating sure she can get me straight. I ran in & she showed me a few options & provided the best suggestion. I went with her suggestion & she took my payment & went to clean/ setup. Noel was very gentle. One of pierced spots was flared & she stated this piercing I got will help it & gave suggestions of items to use if gets irritated or sore. She swap out both nose piercings & cleaned up around the area very gently. She was very calm & educational. I truly appreciate it!!

I would have gone five stars, but I was told 45 minutes and it was well over two hours to finish the work.Besides the time, I thought the artist, I think his name was Jay, did great work. Lines are really clean. This was my first time so I cant give any actual comparisons. I thought it was weird that they were cash only.

Recently got a nose piercing by Dan. He was very professional and helpful with the whole process. Even after the fact when I called in to ask questions, he was very nice and patient. With most places, once they get their money initially, they dont look out for you when it comes to aftercare, so Im so appreciative of Dan. Even the young lady at the front desk is helpful. My bday was 1/3 and I always wanted to get my nose pierced. So on yesterday I went and got it done. Very clean. The customer service rep very friendly and knowledgeable she help me pick my stud cause I couldn’t decide. The guy that pierced my nose very cool and efficient. Will be back so they can retouch my first tattoo that they did on me when I was 18. Overall great job. Will come back to give a review after 6 months after the healing process.

The lady over the phone told me my snake bites will only be $60 I went there today in person and then she said thatll be $101 and they even gave me the selection that was colorful and then a few minutes later as Im filling out the content form they say yeah so you can only get the silver ones and I had limited options that were two options but I forget what they were exactly so note to self anyone getting colorful snake bites theyre $18 a piece so anyhow Im going to be doing the piercings myself for a much cheaper price but please keep in mind I am a full and healthy adult.On top of being a full Traned jackass with no health problems so please do your research if youre going to be like me I only gave this five stars so everyone can read this and be prepared if you really want to go in there.PS bring cash for some reason their ATM wasnt working so note that to self as well hope everyone enjoyed my feedback

Kathy or Katie I can’t remember her name but she was so nice to me I went to get a beset friend tattoo don’t but Audi brought a tongue ring and she assisted me and even told me if I brought the wrong one just come back any she’ll get the right fit for me. However the heavyset bald guy hat loves rhinos was so mean and rude while he did our matching tats. If it wasn’t for him I would have gave it 5 stars

Boo!!Ugh!! The piercer Adam and a front desk attendant quoted me $5 for a piercing removal on the phone for a VCH piercing removal. Explicitly. Clear as day.Then, in the store about 1 hour later, they quoted me a new price suddenly more than 400% for a VCH piercing removal.The explanation was that my specific request is a higher cost due to the cost of using rubber gloves…I pressed the issue, and the explanation was that … inflation. Glove costs… Also, inexplicibly, in case the piercing has scarred or closed up its going to be very complicated and just a more risky procedure.Anyways, then a lightbulb went off in my head. If a rubber glove is going to be used - thank goodness for that - I have some at home maybe that can help me get it off by myself.I have been a sucker for sure.

Went to get my nose pierced and there was about a 30 min wait. Front desk staff was cool and laid back and informative. My piercer (Adam) was amazing. He kept a smile on his face . He was very sanitary wiping down after each customer , changing his gloves and other equipment. He also was very informative and answered all my questions with no if and or buts. He was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place if you want a piercing.

Took my best friend here for her birthday for a nose piercing. It’s a very nice set up and Dan, the piercer, is super chill. He was quick, too. It cost $70, but we didn’t use the standard jewelry. She chose a beautiful blue gem upgrade, instead.My only minor complaint was the dirty look I got from a girl upfront when I asked if they have an autoclave. It may have been a classic case of RBF but she didn’t answer my question. She just looked at me. The new kid next to her answered me. I will likely return for piercings later.

Super fast piercing! The guy who did it was fast, calm and pure amazing! I dislike needles but he definitely have his own way of getting it done painlessly! Yes, I would go back. Wish they had a way to keep a hard copy of your piercing. My nose ring came out 2 weeks later from a snag and the yellow paper was long gone! I did call and they told me they would work something out for me! Bald guy with blur eyes definitely down to earth! Everything about this place is cute!Update: I have now gotten 3 piercings, all healed well and quick! Dan is it ! Love him!

I was so scared to get my vertical labret done again but Dan was incredible and patient, Syd was also fantastic at being so patient with me. Everyone there was welcoming and Dan is incredibly fast and it didnt hurt as much as the first time. I will definitely be returning as I think I found my new favorite piercing spot.

I got a nose piercing here back in January, and it was a really great experience! Fast and professional, and a good selection of starter jewelry too. Now that my piercing is fully healed, I’ve swapped out my starter stud for a nose ring, and I just love the look! Definitely would recommend.

I absolutely LOVE my tattoo!!!! I recently had a tattoo done by the artist Duff. I came in to check with artists about my design and got to speak with Duff. I showed him what I wanted and my expectations and I was extremely happy! He made me feel very confident with his abilities and his ideas. I got a simple piece for my son done by Robin. Fairly new artist but I had full faith in her confidence. She was super helpful when talking me through size and placement. I’m in love with how it came out. She was very precise and clean. Also, her welcoming and upbeat personality made the overall experience better. Very sweet gal and will definitely be seeing her again soon!

I just love it there. I go there for all my tattoos, piercings, etc. Customer service is incredible, super kind people, free aftercare products, did I mention how nice they are? One time a lady brought me a chili dog because she said she was making a 7-11 run and I jokingly said Hey, can you grab me a chili dog? They have great prices for great work. Its literally tattoo heaven.

I had 6 tattoos done by Nichole today and all of them were great. Way over my expectation. I love the fact that she pays great attention to the details of the tattoos and does not rush.She also made me a very good deal for all of them. Highly recommend this place in general and Nichole in particular.

I went into Blue Horseshoe for the first time today, for an apprentice tattoo, and walked out a client for life. I was tattooed by Damon, who I think did an amazing job! And, since he is still an apprentice, his mentor was there too - not micromanaging, but guiding, helping, and overseeing the quality of the process.The facility was clean, well lit, welcoming, and I could tell that this is a group of people who love what they do and take it very seriously.I couldn’t be happier with my experience here and I’m looking forward to going back for my next tattoo!

This baby has got a new pair of shoes! They expanded and renovated since my last visit, giving the place a new vibe. Areas have been well-defined for individual services and a variety of new products are now available, from smoke to skate. Not necessarily in that order... Dan the piercing man was both amicable and professional during the procedure. The wait was longer than expected but the couch was comfy and staff were friendly.

So I personally didn’t get a piercing but I brought my sister here. We got her at 715 pm it is ow 919 pm and she still has not been seen. People who came in after her has left before her. And when she asked to cancel so we could leave they told her that there were no cash refunds. After two hours of waiting! This place is trash! Do not come here.

These guys are AMAZING! The service here is spectacular, everyone makes you feel at home and welcome. The work that these guys do is beyond this world; all of the drawings and work for the tattoos always come out great, and the piercings are really cool. I just went back for my second tattoo yesterday, and I couldnt be happier with my results! Taylor did both of my tattoos, and hes an amazing artist. Kevin also did a rose on my moms foot, and it was beautiful! Definitely come here to get your tattoo or piercing. Also if you keep your receipt, you get free touch-ups for life!

The tattoo my daughter got looked awesome. Appearance wise, I have no complaints. Price however is an issue. She got one line, “love yourself first”. $125.00 is outrageous for something that simple. I wonder if Chris had been there, would it have been so expensive. Again I appreciate the beautiful work but that was a 50-75.00 tattoo and I feel like my 17 year old was taken advantage of. None of my family will be back for anymore ink at any of their shops.

I read the reviews because this was going to be my first piercing experience in over 20 years. I read the reviews and most complaints were that the piercer was not available so I called first! The young man I spoke with immediately told me how long the piercer would be in (without my asking). I went in within 40 minutes and was immediately assisted. Brandy was great. She was very nice. I asked her to talk me through the process so she took the time to detail everything she was about to do. She did not rush or rush me. She took the time to answer all my care questions. Going back today to get my 2nd piercing since the first was so smooth and I was initially afraid it would have been more painful.

I got my first tattoo here a year ago by Jamie. Awesome job and was entertaining.I went back last week for a new one. I had contacted Christina about my ideas. Her art is beautiful, however, she wasnt very... Personable. She almost seemed annoyed to be doing my piece. Some of the shading is too dark, but Im giving it a chance until after it heals.Overall, clean shop, good and comfortable people depending on who you get. Biscuit, by the way, is a hoot and I had so much fun during my wait last year.

I got my nose and belly button pierced from here and they did an excellent job of piercing it. Theyre super clean super sanitized and super safe at what they do. I highly recommend blue horseshoe. The people there are super nice, polite and understanding. The only place i trust for my piercing and future tattoos. 5 stars from me of course

I’ve gotten two piercings from this shop in the last few months (nostril and tongue) and both piercings were done efficiently, hygienically, and have healed beautifully. The woman who pierced me was very knowledgeable and confident, which is exactly what one wants to see when getting any type of body-mod. This is definitely my new go-to shop for future piercings!

Got a detailed tattoo today at the tattoo parlor in Portsmouth. Very satisfied with the final results and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jordyn. She did better than I expected and knows how to correctly shade brown/black skin tones. She ain’t cheap, but well worth every coin.

Called to get info about getting my daughters nose pierced and was informed if no Id to bring a birth certificate and 2 forms of id for the parent. So once we got there that changed was told she needed a photo id she 14. I bought what was told to me on the phone apparently someone doesnt know what the right information is.

I will never get pierced anywhere but here again. After wonderful experiences with the entire piercing staff my fiance and I couldnt imagine going anywhere else. The prices are extremely reasonable given they are all-inclusive, no hidden prices. The atmosphere is friendly and knowledgeable and in the piercing room jokes fly and keep you relaxed. Aftercare instructions are very clear and after 6 piercings (in under a month) none are infected or rejecting. Blue Horseshoe feels like home! Cant wait to start working on some tattoos...

Waited 2 hours as a walk in (not a huge deal) watched someone new walk in, ask for the same type of tattoo as me, and immediately got started. After having to ask how long it will be, then they inform me that it would be best if I made an appointment. So I left and went somewhere else. The guy at the front, I think his name is Trey, was the only personable person at that place. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great service!!Went to see some work of the artists that worked there with a friend and was the one who ended up getting a tattoo. I loved the service, the people, the environment was clean and everything was sterile. I had an awesome experience...the artist kept my mind off the pain of my first tat with great conversation. Before I knew it I was done and there was a lifetime warranty included so I went back and got a touch up a year later to make it darker and all I paid for was aftercare! So yeah I definitely recommend BHS!!! You wont find the quality...professionalism and convenience in any other place but here.

A lot of dirt is coming up on how the old workers where treated. But going along with that about a day ago me and my wife went there to get a piercing which the last few times would only take a few mins and only cost about 30 to 50 for 2 costed 110$ and took 3 hours to even get seen. Let alone get over charged for cleaning supplies. I get y’all just got renovated and lost all the good old works because you did them dirty. But plz fix the prices and get a better system to get people in and out within a respectful time.

Got a little tattoo there years ago, overpriced but nice & guy was cool so I didn’t mind too much, 2 stars for that... Got 2nd ear piercings there recently.. super uneven.. got infected & had to replace the earrings they provided way before healing time was over. Hurt like h....Once redness & etc went down I realized just how uneven they were. Also they just use a needle if anyone wanted to know. Piercings are cheap here, but you get what you pay for... that is where the other 3 stars went. Plus piercing girls were unfriendly there.. didn’t offer any cleaning solutions.. to buy even. I ended up buying some in a mall shortly after.

From the outside I thought this was just going to be a whole in the wall place, but as soon as you walk in its a different story, its newly renovated and very nice on the inside. Everyone was very friendly and funny. I got a piercing done by Schondra and her apprentice, they were hilarious and made me feel super comfortable, being relaxed really helps when getting a piercing, so I was very grateful. I will definitely be coming back to get more piercings, and my husband is looking at coming back for tattoos.

Love how quick and informative they were. Only accept cash and your price will not include tip. I meant to get change, but instead of numbers, they call out the piercing and after being called out Nipples I was anxiously in and out lol. Will be back and better prepared next time. So, a friend of mine and I were feeling a bit spontaneous. I was all like, “let’s get piercings” and she was all for it. So we drove to the Blue Horseshoe in Portsmouth, mostly because the prices were more reasonable than the other options we had. It was my first time getting anything pierced so obviously I was pumped with adrenaline from how nervous I was. All the employees were so kind and very understanding, they all had welcoming smiles and really cool piercings and tattoos. The lady who pierced my ears was one badass looking chick, and she was very calming. Telling me to breath in and out. The first ear was easy, she pierced it and put the earring in. I didn’t feel a thing ! The second though, that was the rough one, not because she did anything wrong ! But, because I saw the needle, I have a huge fear of needles. I had to convince myself it was a lead pencil piece so I wouldn’t freak out lol. My experience there was awesome besides that, and my piercings are even with each other, and very well done. I will definitely be going there again for my next piercing.

Took my daughter here to get her nose pierced. And the staff was nice and friendly. It only took a hot second to do and she loves it. She explained everything that my daughter needed to know on how to take care of her piercing. Ill be going back to get my tongue pierced soon.

Most unprofessional experience at a shop ever, be warned if you leave a deposit and the artist doesnt honor your appointment/time you cannot get your money back. My artist started a walk in customer about 15 minutes beforw my appointment which was when I arrived. An hour later, 45 minutes after my appointment I asked for a refund of my deposit due to scheduling conflicts with my evening plans now and was told absolutely no refunds regardless of why. Be warned that you dont matter to the artist or the manager.

Went today and got my nipples pierced by Bisquit , hes a great guy made me feel comfortable and I look forward to getting more piercings from him! The cleanliness of the shop is great the overall appeal I love , it looks a little out of the way but once you walk in its a very comfortable atmosphere. The customer service was great , Bisquit is very talkative and lightens the mood so youre not as anxious about getting stabbed with a needle! Very good people here

This place is awesome. I came in on a Saturday night a couple hours before closing (I called ahead to make sure they had space) and they got right to work with me. I gave my idea, was met with nothing but respect and Brian Whaley executed it perfectly. Highly recommend, I paid like 230 for the piece that I got.

I have had 2 tattoos done one at the Virginia beach location and one here. Both of those tattoos, I love! I had one done at another shop near the Portsmouth location and to be honest, I am not impressed and I plan to see if they can touch it up and make it a little better. I am also planning to get a new tattoo this coming week and will be heading to the Portsmouth Blue horseshoe. They are clean, friendly, and they give practical advice. If they say it wont look good, to small for the amount of detail or what not, trust them. I wanted what I wanted and they said it wouldnt look right so I went somewhere else and I ended up hating it.

Ashley was great, SUPER quick and professional. Had my tragus and daith pierced by her. The cost for Both was LESS than 1/2 the price I was quoted at Folk city tatoo (they also only have certain days they do piercings) . Not to even mention they were MUCH more FRIENDLY at Blue horseshoe!!! Blue horseshoe takes walk ins and appointments. Process explained, paperwork provided, and aftercare solution provided by staff. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place and give 10 stars if I could.

We were told to just show up and walk in instead of making an appointment and that there was about an hour or so wait. we did only to wait over 3 hours before walking out because we all got tired of watching other people show up and get service before us. We all agreed to take our business elsewhere and left.

Went here to get my belly button repeierced Im not from around this area, someone recommended me here. I was very disappointed the person I went to in my home town had lots of experience and did a good job. The lady here was supposed to use the same spots the guy head already used, but she messed it up and now i have a crooked navel piercing and you can see where the bottom hole was prior...

Took my daughter in and the dude at the front said one price and the tattoo artist said another. Then she paid for it and the tattoo artist backs out which is kind of a big deal. Then we had to fight with the artist and the dude in the front for our money back. They acted like we didnt just paid for the tattoo which never got started and the deposit when we did 5 minutes before the artist backed out. Will not be going back to this location. Not if this is how they run their business.

Arrived there 730 as a walkin with my daughter. The tattoo artist on duty told the lady at the front desk that it would be an hour and to come back at 830. I waited and called at 820 to make sure that my appt was still good. She says yes everything is still on. I arrive there and a gentlemen comes out of nowhere and tells me they cant help me because another walkin (caucasian man) came during the hour that i was told to wait. The man had only been there 5 minutes.. after i had already waited an hour. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional.

Piercings I received are uneven. Also the piercer used different size bars for each, and so my piercings are not uniform. Now that the piercings have healed I can replace the jewelry. It’s disappointing it couldn’t have been done correctly when I paid for and received the service.

Dan the Man was very efficient while performing a nose piercing on my daughter. The place is clean, friendly, and they give great service.

I came here with my sister and got my very first piercing which was in my nose, I was very nervous however, Biscuit was gentle and very comical which did wonders for my anxiety! Gave this place 3 chances to get my nose pierced and each time they blew it. On the first day, they were out of nose rings but would get a shipment in the next day. So I came back at the same time the next day, and they were closed early for a Christmas party. So I came back for the third time the following day at around 10:20 (they open at 10) and all they say is The piercer wouldnt be in until 12. Then looked away. Even though this place is very close to my house, I will never return to them. They do not deserve my business, and I would rather travel further away for a better customer service experience.

I love blue horseshoe tattoo I usually go to the one on george washington highway and my experience there has been great. They are helpful and the customer hospitality is wonderful. The establishment is clean and sanitize and I will recommend that you should go and check it out for yourself you will not be disappointed. I got my derma and monroe there and I was in and out in no time.

The only reason I gave it 1 star is because I had to, otherwise I couldnt post this review. I will not even rate this establishment. My son had an appt with Mike to get a tattoo on a Friday evening. 2 minutes prior to his appt they called to reschedule for the next morning. I was ok with this as I understand things happen. Since we were already at the place at the first scheduled time, we spoke DIRECTLY to Mike and he requested that we come the next day at 10:30am. We were there, once again, at the scheduled time, and Mike was a NO SHOW. As you can imagine, my son was not only very disappointed, but this was all a HUGE inconvenience for us as we are from out of state. We had to get the proper identification overnight Fed-Ex and then revamped our travel days to accommodate this guy. I could not believe how inconsiderate and unprofessional this was. No value for other peoples time. I cannot rate any of the other artists, but I can say that we also spoke with Taylor and he was very nice and seemed to make his clients a priority.

It is now mid march and I have tried on nearly 10 different occasions to stop in to Blue horseshoe to get both my ears pierced. I have been told every time that the piercer is out and I should try the other shop and so I go there and no one is there to pierce. I tried again tonight and was told the piercer is at the Portsmouth location I drove straight there only to find the piercer just left for the night. It is a Saturday night and they just left hours before the store closed. I think they need to just change the name to Blue Horseshoe Tattoo and piercing if we feel like working that day! Each time someone apologizes but I have a better idea, fire the sorry ass piercer you employed and find people that will actually be at work every day to service your customers.

Ive been to BHS Tattoo a few times, piercings, tattoos, etc., but never Portsmouth location. I went last night to get my cheeks pierced. One wound up being higher than the other, and the piercer (who was amazingly great with everything, piercings are just never perfect) took it out and asked me to come back free of charge in about a week.Last night, in my sleep (rough sleeper) the ball on the cheek I did still have, came off! And when I awoke, the barbell wasnt going back through.I called this morning to ask what to do, and theyre going to take care of both piercings for me without expense to me, this weekend. Okay! Me and my bestfriend just got back from getting 8 piercings in total from here! & OMG BISCUIT the piercer guy made it the best experience ever! FYI I got both my cheeks and both nipples done and she got a hood piercing and nipples also. That crap hurt like hell but thanks to Biscuit it wasnt as bad as I thought it would be. The prices are very affordable to sore to check my receipt but I believe it was $107 and thats including the piercings aftercare so like $57 for each set :D ! I got other piercings hood, tongue, and ears. But Im keeping this guy because we laughed and joked around and recieved excellent professional care at the same time! Would refer this place to anyone ***** 5STARS Night Night!

I went to get my ears pierced on my birthday. They messed up my earlobe piercings. I came in and the peircer didnt even look at my face to see if they were placing the holes evenly before piercing. One earlobe was pierced too low, the other was pierced at a slanted angle. I had to take both earrings out. I considered returning to get them redone, but why?? I cant risk anymore damage to my ears.

I just want to say how much I love this place... very clean and amazing staff... my daughter and I went in for a few piercings...almost immediately after my daughter fainted and fell straight back on her head...very hard...and BRANDI was so patient,amazing,and attentive and of course i took my daughter to the ER after just to be sure she didnt have a concusion or any other hidden injuries and Brandi asked that I please call back and let her know how things are going... Well my daughter is fine and blue horseshoe and Brandi have customers for life!!!

My friend and I visited multiple times as well as called, there’s never a set schedule for the piercer to be available. Gave the shop multiple chances; I guess I’ll keep making the 30+ min drive to VB for professionalism.

Pierced one of my nipples at a 45* angle, and pierced one of my 3rd lobe holes almost directly on top of the 2nd. Now I have to let both heal before getting redone. Do not get pierced at this one. So upset. Thankfully the other Blue Horseshoe is going to help me out.

I had made a deposit and scheduled an appointment with someone who was supposed to be in touch with me with a draw up and quote.. never heard from them again. Which is probably a good thing because the place smells like a hot dump. Nothing like any other Blue Horshoe Ive been to.

Was told that the main piercer was not at work, but had another piercer laying on the couch on her phone. She claimed she didnt feel good, so she couldnt do it. Sounds and looks like she was just too lazy to do it. If you dont feel good then go home.
