For being only 26 years old, he has incredible talent, and will give an amazing experience. On top of that, Sunny is one of the most genuinely kind people, and creates an incredible atmosphere when you’re getting work done! 12/10 recommend, book with him!!!

She took the time to listen and inform what she needed ahead of my actual tattoo appointment. Communication through, Mirna, the shops receptionist, was timely; something I greatly appreciated. The day of my appointment, Emma discussed & reviewed the sample I provided along with providing other possible options of size, positioning and design. Emma was awesome and I recommend her. One of their tattoo artist Chris, like to text and send inappropriate messages to the girls and make really weird comments but besides him good tattoo shop. Too bad one guy brings the whole ship down I guess. Also was told I’d get an update but never did so seems like they are protecting him… sad even another girl were receiving text messages on your number which were also inappropriate

I was so impressed with this is tattoo shop. I found them through instagram and loved all of their work. I reached out in email with a few of my favorite styles and they recommended me to Mike who is great with fine lines and I couldnt be happier with the tattoo I received. I sent him what I was looking to get and he drew it up beautifully ad really captured what I was going for. He was kind, friendly and shared a lot of his expertise. I had spoken to Sunny about an homage since Sept & Nov of last year. Fast forward to March, I was sent the picture less than 24hr before appointment due to (personal issues they forgot to send it) I get the tattoo wait for it to heal but the letters are faded. April, I was charged again to get ONLY the one part darken, wait for it to heal, tattoo still looks faded. June, I went back and artist said, see no difference (no charge but still got a $20 because I felt awful about myself maybe its me) Sunny ended up messing up the initials I asked for! (MEANING THERE CLEARLY WAS A DIFFERENCE) Ive asked more than 10 people about THIS TATTOO to make sure that I wasnt CRAZY but THEY ALL have said the same thing! SO, ARE WE ALL DELUSIONAL? (The company, F.I.N.A.O also refuse to give refund or make artist give me refund) F.I.N.AO said, OUR ARTISTS WORK FOR THEMSELVES AND TECHNICALLY NOT FOR THE SHOP A friend vouched for me and they told her that I was to blame for my aftercare!!!!!!!!!!!

Extremely happy with my experience here. Artist Drew was super professional and nice. His work is amazingly talented and so detailed. He was able to do an incredible job covering up an old tattoo for me and spent an hour going over pictures with me to make sure I would be happy with the final product. I can’t recomend him enough.

Terrible. No services provided. No receipt from deposit. Wanted to cancel a couple days after booking and they refused to refund anything. Had to jump through their hoops of poor communication just to cancel- lost money aside- deplorable.

Staff was friendly. Place was clean. If youve ever gotten a tattoo before or have friends who are tattoo artists then you know that even with an appointment, you should expect to be there for several hours. Plan accordingly and bring snacks/drinks with you. Artist will also need prep time and breaks, so make sure you plan on extra time for that too. It took a bit over 2 hours for my 3x 6 fine line tattoo in black/gray scale. (no color)

Jesse did my nose piercing. She was amazing. She never made me feel uncomfortable and she addressed all my concerns. And when I went back because I was worried about swelling, she was able to help assure me and extend the bar. She explained the whole process while she was doing it. I would recommend her to anyone wanting a new piercing!

Mike Lavalee is literally the best!!!I met him in Dallas, TX last year and havent been able to let anyone else tattoo me since.His customer service and skills are amazing.But he is also able to take my ideas and improve them and turn them into something better than I imagined.So now that he is in Rhode Island I have a little further to travel to get inked, but he makes it worth the trip!!

I had my upper lobes pierced by Paige about a week ago and couldnt be happier! Paige made me feel comfortable through the entire process, while also taking extra care to make sure that the process was performed safely. Paige is awesome!!!

I have been using Jeremy Payne for ALL my tattoo work. I always leave that shop happy. Having kids and responsibilities makes it tough to go consistently but ANYTIME I have hit him up over the years hes always made time available to get that work done for me. Seriously this guy is the BEST, I have been using him since I was old enough to get tattoos and now Im almost 28! If he ever stops doing tattoos I dont know what Id even do. Seriously this guy is the MAN!

At the time of arrival front desk attendees, let us know that we could not do a walk in tattoo, despite their promotional services (with no rules regarding the Wednesday $35 tattoo). At the time of my arrival It was stated that they weren’t accepting tattoos meaning their promotional services weren’t what were they offering #Scam

From the moment walking through the door I felt comfortable. Very clean and very professional here. Tattoo artist Joe Breeze Becton did an awesome job. I already booked my next appointment. I definitely recommend.

Your fine line artists should post their HEALED work so customers are aware they absolutely WILL be needing to come in for touch ups! Although this location is much closer to me, I dont mind the trip to Boston to my regular artist for SOLID, GOOD quality line work that doesnt fade after a couple days. Even with proper aftercare! Do better!

Me and my friend had been searching around for shops to get our tattoos done and we came across Finao, and I am so happy we found this place! Emma did both of our tattoos and she was absolutely amazing and was so kind. This was our first time going here, but I definitely plan to go back for another tattoo in the future.

I started my sleeve in December with Aaron. Couldn’t be happier. I’m 3 sessions in, my fourth in a few weeks and he is absolutely killing it. The piercer was super nice and she explained everything you need to know about the piercing and if we had any questions or problems with it we could text her or even come back to the place and she will walk you through how to take care of it and answer your questions throughly. For my experience, It really didn’t hurt my pain was probably a 1/10, if you are planning on getting a nose piercing do it, it is so worth it.

I stopped in yesterday to get a piercing I’ve had for years removed I couldn’t get it out myself after trying for hours and days on end, everyone was so nice and welcoming it was very clean and the piercer that removed my labret removed it within a minute and was totally painless. If I ever get another piercing this is where I would go.

12-23_2022 had both nipples pierced by Jessie. She was awesome, thoroughly explained the process, ensured I understood the risks and educated me on proper care. She was gentle and skilled. I will be back in the future.

The one I got by Cat Labelle at FINAO absolutely exceeded my expectations and she even touched up my old ones!I was referred to her by a friend, I gave her my idea and some sample stuff I found online, and she sketched and gave me the most beautiful tattoo Ive ever seen! She was extremely communicative the whole process, methodical in her craft, and was just a really chill person to sit with during the work itself.FINAO is easy to find, well set up, clean, and what I paid was more more than fair. Tip your artists people! This place is amazing, Cat Labelle does incredible pieces with watercolor especially, and I will never hesitate to return should I decide to get more ink!

My tattoo artist was Don . hes been doing tattoos for 25 years. He did an excellent job on my tattoos I would recommend him. I felt very comfortable getting my tattoos done at this place . if you going to get your tattoos done for ears pierced or anything else to go there and ask for Don if you going to get tattoos.

Artist that tattooed me was extremely light handed and I needed to get both my hand tattoos redone a month and a half later but the artist was very willing to touch up and amend the fading. Good experience overall.
