My daughter hugged a stuffed animal today. And was screamed at by an associate. She sure didn’t like when I went back in and yelled at her!

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced at the Claires in the mall here in Pueblo. It was the best experience it could have possibly been. Courtney the girl giving the piercing was absolutely wonderful. She anticipated my daughter jumping around during the first one and she followed her with the gun to make sure nothing bad happened. she waited for like an hour while my 4 yr old got the courage back up to sit down with my help and get the next one done. She was so nice about the whole thing, If I ever need anything ear ring related I will be back for the great service. Thanks again, Courtney.

Great customer service and cute products, but dont get your ears pierced here. You can get your own ear piercing kit online for like $10.

The bane of a mother of teens life, this store has everything to make them squeal with delight and empty my wallet. Buy seriously though the staff here are always super nice and the store is always put together

The counter-help apparently had a scam in place. If they hand you a cellphone with a Square credit processing device on it, it is not payment to the company for your item, they are accessing your bank account to steal all your money from you. Be aware! Shady saleswoman, wire-fraud and illegally accessing accounts. Shameful!

There was an issue with my 4 year olds piercing but was made right by Susie at the store therefore I am a satisfied customer and will be returning to patronage.

Reminded me of every Claires. These stores are a bit too small. Not much room for customers to fit inbetween display cases and racks on the floor.

I loved the selection of the store. They had great deals. The staff needed some more training however it was a nice experience.

Went here to get my ears pierced today around 5pm and they were closed I thought yall close around 9pm

I couldnt get waited on. So I left... A little pricey for the quality...

This is horrible I bought a 13 dollar case and it keeps bending out of place worst purchase ever waste of 13 dollars🙄

I strongly suggest you go to a professional piercing studio.
