They explain the process thoroughly, answer any questions you have, all while making sure you feel welcome and comfortable. The process itself was not painful for me, it was extremely fast, and I am pleased with the way my results are progressing after two sessions. Glen and Marisa are true professionals. Glen really understands the science behind tattoo removal and lasering treatments. I started going to Good Riddance midway into my treatments with another company because I was making no progress, however, from day 1 with Good Riddance I started seeing major progress!!! Not only that but they are very sensitive about reducing the pain level with the constant cold air treatment. I’ve been going to Good Riddance for quite some time now for a tattoo removal and I’ve been more than satisfied. I originally started my removal with another business based in Colorado Springs and frankly, I was completely disappointed with not only the results but the professionalism of the place. I have had the exact opposite with Good Riddance. I’ve been more than impressed with the results of the removal and professionalism in which they conduct their business. The laser def works for sure. Nice clean place. Husband is nice and friendly but the wife is not. Everything gets explained before procedure and any questions u might have get answered. Numbing cream doesnt work. But icing area b4 does..Even with the air on the spot being lasered still hurts pretty bad. Def recommend tho

Horrible experience. When I originally got a quote they told me after 3 times my tattoo would be gone. My tattoo is 5 letters long and after going 3 times now they say itll be 9 or 10 times. I stopped going and the 20 dollar deposit for my appt is what I shouldve lost for missing appt, but they charged my card for the full 100. Not very professional
