Icing

The incompetence of the staff is disheartening. Can not do a simple exchange without ripping off the customer and their expensive earrings are trash. Will never shop here again.

I went to the store in the mall and had my daughters ears pierced. The girl Emily who pierced them was awesome. She was very nice and helpful and my 11 month olds ears look so cute! All the employees were very nice and friendly!

Two of us went in to have our ears pierced and our piercer Helena deserves all 5 stars. She was phenomenal! Very professional, made sure everything was sanitized, and conversed to ease the nerves!

They were very nice there. The piercings that they do were really simple and didnt hurt much. I personally loved the jewelry in the store.

My wife went there and purchased some items but when she went back to exchange one of them the young lady was very rude and did not care to help us. We will not be going there again.

Best place in town to buy nice jewelry at an affordable price.
