Love this place! Its always clean and the people there are pretty chill, got my lip done there a couple years ago and got my tongue done today. Never any issues. My piercer Glen did an awesome job! You could tell he knew what he was talking about and was quick with it so less painful in my opinion. Will go again for my next piercing for sure

I loved it here. We walked in and just filled out a for me to get my ears pierced. The lady who did it took me through the steps and made sure I was okay with it before doing it. It didnt hurt much either :>

Glenn did an awesome job doing her first nose piercing today. Made her comfortable, was very professional and I didn’t even notice he actually started until he was completely finished. It was clear from the start that her safety, during and after, was a top priority. Clean shop, front desk gal was very friendly. Overall great experience and will use for any future piercings.

Highly dissatisfied, got my belly button and nose pierced here and they came out wonderful! Got my tongue pierced today by Glen and it came out diagonally and awfully placed, the correct piercing was used but no clams or dots were put to use.

Glenn is an AMAZING piercing artist! He’s so nice and kind to you! Makes you feel comfortable for the pain you go through lol but I’m obsessed with my piercings so pain well worth it! 100% recommend! 💜

Absolutely recommend for all peircings and tattoo needs. Jason is my artist but everyone there is talented. Dermals are phenomenal and well placed, regular peircings priced right and heal well. They wont do things that they dont feel will work or stay! Photo is of the back piece is first sitting for a very intricate piece.

I went in for a shenmen and come out with a rook. I purchased an earring for the piercing. Lady took my personal earring and said it didnt fit. She put in generic earring. I trusted that she put my personal earring back in the box, but when I got home, the box was empty. Frustrating when you go in for one thing and you come out with something totally different and they keep your personal. Day light robbery.

Made a tattoo appointment first artist left 20 minutes before my appointment made a new appointment they take my deposit and still come up with excuse wouldnt go they just steal money got screwed after making an appointment right after their firts artist was unproffessional and just took off

Very busy place, not sure if thats because piercing is only $10. Waited 2 hours for nose piercing and had to leave. Didnt bother trying to get money back.

Apparently this shop has gone way down especially with their attitudes. Jasons soon to be ex wife is walking around telling everyone he cheated and just left and Cade cant even make eye contact and is being extremely rude to any questions asked. I even tried to joke with him and still same attitude so my friend and I said can we just have our money back please and Cade hands it to me in a wad after getting mad I said his name wrong. Been going here for years but Ill be finding somewhere else to go. Im sorry the shop is having issues but thats not the customers fault and we shouldnt be treated as such.

Glenn was my piercer and did an amazing job! Such a kind man and made this a great experience! Ive had many piercing over the years and this was a fast easy and enjoyable time! His sister at the front desk was also wonderful and made me feel even more at home!

Everyone that works there is awesome. Special shout out to Glen, he took care of my wife, for multiple piercings, and whom was quite nervous, and he was just awesome.I went in a few days ago to get a wedding band tattoo. The tattoo artist, Cade, was spectacular. He was able to get me in and get me the tattoo during a walk in. The tattoo went quickly and was done absolutely wonderfully.

We always get our piercings here and have great experiences. Today me and my daughter got a tattoo by Cade and it was a great experience. He did my moms signature for me I just lost her at the end of December and It was my daughters first tattoo and he was super nice and made her comfortable before he started and also checked on her during. And when she decided she couldnt handle getting her second one he didnt get mad or bothered which I appreciated. He just moved here not to long ago I hope he grows his clientele because he deserves some recognition ☺️ Thank you Cade!

Stopped by to get a couple of piercings shortly after they opened. There was no wait. Jason is amazing! He had me sign the waivers on the tablet and explained the procedure, the jewelry they use, and after care. I have a few piercings already, but I’ve had them forever. It was nice to hear everything again, just in case things have changed. I highly recommend Jason! You can’t beat $10 piercings, which includes the jewelry. Please tip generously… They deserve it all!

Clean shop, good prices and nice enough staff. The issue I had was with my piercing, there was no 1,2,3 breath, the traditional count down to prepare ones self. I felt a scratch like feeling that made me jump and all of a sudden I was pierced. Because I jumped, my piercing sits lower than it should. That worries me a bit, but the artist simple said because you jumped its lower than Id like but it wont migrate out. I wouldnt have jumped had I had proper warning first of all and this wasnt my first roadeo. Also, he doesnt use catch tubes, that seemed weird to me. Idk. That may just be my preference.

I was waiting over 40 minutes and because they didn’t put my name on the paper list they had after I checked in they put me at the bottom of the list so when the ladies I checked in after were getting pierced I found out there was still another 5 people ahead of me so I got my refund and left this was a awful experience. The worst part is Ive had all my piercings done there (both industrials, my nipples, my orbital, and one side of my nose and a tattoo) and never had a bad experience until today.

I had a black and grey tattoo done by Jason last week. The tattoo is turned out beautifully! He has a very gentle hand! Easy healing time! Shop is clean and professional. Will be back and would recommend!

They pierced my helix and lobes with the wrong jewelry I had to change my lobes a couple days later and had to take the helix out all together days of extra pain because they didn’t use the right jewelry 🫠

Glen, the piercer, was FANTASTIC. Professional, friendly, quick, and really affordable. I got mine and my friends ears pierced, and we were in and out. He used a digital caliper to be sure my piercings were level, I’ve never had a piercer with such attention to detail. This place came highly recommended, and I can confirm it was wonderful. I’ll be back for more!

My 9 year old has adhd and they pierced her ears and had patience with her and did a amazing job was in and out

This place was amazing! My daughter was getting her ears pierced. Jason helped her and was very professional and kind to her. My husband and I were asked if the placement was correct. We said yes but didnt really need to check because he measured it with a micrometer to perfection! He spoke with our daughter to let her know that if she needed a break to just let him know. He lined up, told her to take a big breath, and was quick and painless for her. He finished the other ear, and she was very happy with a giant smile on her face. He gave us the run down of what we needed to do to care for it and handed us a sheet of paper with the info. He also reminded us of his name and told us to call him if we had any questions. Thank you so much, Jason, for a great experience for our daughter!

I’ve been coming here for 5 years and come here when I want a piercing. Everyone is so nice and knowledgable. Every piercing is quick and the after care sheet is very easy to follow. I always recommend this place and will keep coming here for all my piercings. Thanks to everyone for being so friendly and affordable :)

At first I was nervous, and didnt know if I wanted a regular nose piercing or my septum. The guys here was very nice. And 10 dollars I couldnt beat that, in Denver that is a very pricey piercing because its a blind piercing. He legit did it in the matter of seconds didnt. Hurt and even bought my cleaning supplies from them. I would definitely will be coming back maybe next time for ink. These guys are legit.

I recently got a tattoo done by Cain and it is one of the best ones I have so far! I recommend him as an artist! I have also gotten a few of my piercings here as well and havent ever really had a problem!*Edit*Just got a tattoo done by Adrian and I am beyond impressed 🤩

I was pretty excited to find somewhere to take me since I was turned down by two other places. The piercer was friendly and professional, but I think my nostril was pierced too shallow. I noticed after about a week it was really shallow on the inside compared to my other nostril piercing and my jewelry was no longer as high up on the outside. It was definitely rejecting, it stayed inflamed and infected and I finally took it out. You get what you pay for I suppose.

I’ve gotten in total 6 piercings and one tattoo from here, each time it was great. Never had a messed up piercing and the tattoo is amazing. 10/10 do recommend

I went to New Element for some new ear piercings and I couldnt be happier with my experience! I was a walk in with no appointment, and the staff were handling the wait time very efficiently and politely. My wait was extremely reasonable (about an hour), especially considering it was a weekend. Glenn was excellent - he listened to my idea and translated it to my ear in a way that was better than what I had pictured. He walked me through each part of the process to make sure I was comfortable and went over aftercare very thoroughly. All of the materials used were sterile and came out of new packaging - the environment as a whole was very clean. I am thrilled with how my piercings turned out and I will definitely be back!!

Piercing services are very professional. The area is very clean and the artist is thorough in explaining everything about the process.

My sister and I came in to get double lobe piercing. When we walked in, no one greeted us or explained how to sign in with their tablets. Jason, did our piercing. He was rude from the beginning. We just wanted our piercings. He did mine first and they looked good. My sister got her markings and one dot was uneven. I asked if he could raise it by a few cm. He told me to mark it myself since the ruler said it was exact. I fixed it for him. And while he pierced her ear he said “I hit your cartilage and it is slightly off.” He purposely moved the piercing so it was the way he wanted it. I would not recommended this place. They may have cheap piercings, but they are very rude and unprofessional.

Always have had a good experience here, I’ve gotten most of my tattoos from Jill who is insanely talented and piercings from Jason who is funny and easy to talk to. I definitely recommend coming here!

Jason and his wife are super nice. They were really busy and still made sure everyone was taken care of. Jason did my piercing and talked me through everything. It was quick and painless and I’ll definitely be back for tattoos!

Went here for my first piercing. Man was very rude, didnt really greet me, and gave no conversation. He took me into the room and jammed the needle in my nose before I was even ready and then rushed me out despite I felt dizzy. He explained the cleaning and handed me a paper and then walked away. It was a bit traumatizing to say the least. It seems a lot of people have had experience with this same piercer I assume. Ide probably go again because its cheap but thats really it. Piercing is okay tho.

Accompanied our 18 year old daughter to get her nose and belly button pierced about a week ago, and the gentleman who did the piercings, was absolutely awesome. Glen was very professional, knowledgeable, cool, down to earth, and made it a very comfortable experience for her first time getting a piercing, other than her ears when she was 2 months old being her actual first. She took both of them like it was nothing. When he was finished he went over very important and thorough instructions on how to take care of them. He was so funny and friendly. He was the best body piercer that ever encountered since I had got my body piercings about 20 years ago. GLEN YOU ARE AWESOME! We need more people like him.

I have had a lot of piercings but this was by far my worst experience. I have a coworker who recommended me to go here because she got her septum there and she had a great experience and it came out perfect. I also got my septum and nostril pierced when I came here but it was a disaster to me and I wish I would have just spent more money somewhere else.My piercer didn’t introduce himself, didn’t open the needle in front of me so I don’t know if it was sterile. I don’t recall if he had gloves on but when I called back to see if I could have the owner check, it was actually the person who pierced me and he claimed he did wear gloves and use a new needle.He didn’t mark my nose for the septum and didn’t prepare me AT ALL before the piercing. I saw the needle coming toward my face and was surprised since I was expecting the clamp I was told they used there. Rather than continuing the conversation, he just pierced me. It was so shocking that I lost my breath and then he pierced me again without warning. He handed me a tissue for all the blood, handed me the aftercare paper and told me they do have the clamp but he doesn’t use it, then ushered me out of the room advising to call if I had any questions.I felt like it was rude and unprofessional and my septum ended up crooked.I’m honestly confused by how I could have had such a poor experience when my coworker and others on these reviews have had such great experiences.

Super busy! It was a revolving door of people .. guy doing piercings was a bit rude & had attitude but seemed everyone there had a bad attitude. He pierced like 15 people back to back before even getting to us. He seemed very agitated with a young girl who was getting an industrial piercing because she was crying. He did one of my daughters piercings then said i need a smoke before i snap on someone & walked outside left us waiting for someone else to come finish her piercings. Neither of them washed their hands before doing piercings. There was no wiping anything in the room down between clients. They didnt use any clamps just shoving needles in people. They didnt even verify I was actually my daughters mother, I couldve been anybody saying I was her mom. Thats not professional in my opinion. I know nothing about the tatt artists but as far as piercings, you get what you pay for i guess.. will not be going back.

I had a great experience here! I got my ears re-pierced because my first set was done at a mall when I was 10 years old and they were super uneven. I had the piercing done by Glenn and I really liked working with him! He explained what he was doing and what after care I need to do and he was fun to chat with! The place was really clean too, I definitely plan on coming back for more piercings in the future!

Glenn is amazing! I got my nose pierced by him a week and a half ago and it was such a good experience! He is very friendly and extremely patient, not to mention talented! Today I went in because my nose ring got pulled out and he was able to get it back in with no problems! He completely saved my piercing and I couldnt be more grateful! I will be for sure going back here for any new work and recommending him to anyone looking to get something done!

My Daughter and her friend just went to have different ear piercings and I have never heard of such horrible service. My daughter said the guy doing the piercing was so volatile she said it seemed like he wanted to physically attack her. He just kept saying she was lucky they were cute I mean what does that even mean?? I see the positive ratings so it appears they have good staff as well so why not clean house and not have dangerous seeming workers?? My daughter was and is seriously rattled and I just want anyone who looks to be warned. Pay a little more it’s worth not being treated like garbage!!

A friend and I went in to get some piercings on a Saturday afternoon. It was busy, so we definitely expected a wait. The wait was tolerable, and it was well worth it. Glen pierced my friends nose, so I cant make many comments about that but from where I was, it seemed like he did a good job. One of the OG guys (I wanna say Jason? Hes been there since I was a teenager) did my daith and was going to do a snug piercing, but he was honest about the amount of pain it would cause, so we went a different direction with a stacked tragus. I fell in love IMMEDIATELY with this piercing. He was quick, professional, and treated me like an old friend. Best pricing in town, and always professional. He sent us with aftercare instructions and Im very confident that I will love these piercings forever. Thanks, New Element team! You do great work!

I decided to go here to get my snake bites done after I called last week talked with a lady on the phone she was super nice and answered a couple of questions Id had went in today to get the piercings done I liked the shop the two working there Im horrible with names so I dont remember the names they were very nice and helpful I I I had to get a little help getting my id to scan had a quick conversation with both the employee before going back when I went back to get the piercing he did a really good job lining them up when he had me check to make sure I liked the placement I did but explained Im legally bald and asked if my mom could take a look to make sure they looked good at a distance he was cool with it Ive had other places get kinda rude that Ill have someone else check then he did the piercings it was super fast and easy Im really happy with how they look

I got a gift certificate for mothers day for a piercing to be done here. I had been contemplating getting my septum pierced for over a year and it finally gave me a push/no excuse to do it. I read some reviews on here so i was a little hesitant at first. My experience was phenomenal!!! They were quick to the point and did a fantastic job. I see people on the reviews talking about crooked septums, and no after care instruction. He literally told me that it could be crooked before he did it considering it is a blind piercing. As far as the aftercare, they give you a paper before you leave with all after care instructions. If you cant read and understand that, you probably dont need to have a piercing in the first place. Overall, super satisfied with our visit and for sure will be back for more piercings and some tattoos in the near future!!! Thanks again guys for the awesome experience!

Went in and got pierced today. Septum. Imma be straight, Ive always known the risks of piercings and tattoos as I was raised around that industry, Ive had a few messed up piercings in my time. Honestly dont care, especially when you spend only 10 bucks for one. You get what you pay for 98% of the time. Its just how it is. Even though my piercer was rude I dont mind as long as I dont have to put up with it long. Get me in n get me out. But I do also have to mention tattoo artists and piercers are 24/7 customer service reps on the job. Lots of people just cant be pleased in life and make it their problem.

Jason is awesome and his work is amazing. He did a new tattoo for me and touched up some old tattoos. I’m very pleased with his work. Him and his beautiful wife were very patient with me. They made sure I got what I wanted. Prices are very reasonable and studio is clean.

I went in on 1/7/23 to get my snake eyes done, as i went in a few months prior and got my other tongue piercing with no complications, or complaints. but yesterday when i went in, i went and sat on the table/bed, jason whom was my piercer both times asked me to rise out my mouth and do all the step and i did. the first thing i noticed was he didn’t use a clamp, then he didn’t let me look at the dots he place and just went for it. after i left i was going home and i passed out completely, and my piercing was crooked, and didn’t even look right. i ended up having to take it out bc it was way to painful, and dangerous to keep in. as you can see in the picture it’s not just the way my tongue looks it was messed up badly.

10 dollars for my septum. Very clean and informative staff. Clean and comfortable waiting area (although it was not really needed) extremely quick service it took my wife and I less then 15 minutes for us both without an appointment including our paperwork! And just in case it wasnt apparent is was very clean!EDIT: My wife got her nipples done here they are healing nicely the gentleman who did them was very professional and quick I will continue to come here for all my needs.

Eh. I got my nose pierced a few months ago. He was quite hostile, however it was a quick process. That being said, I left with my piercing and a big cut at the bottom of my nostril. He pierced my nose and the piercing rod, rather than going straight out my nose, missed and ended up cutting my face as well. I have a scar from it now. It was inexpensive so that was good. I got a paper with aftercare information and was rushed out. I dont know if it was the shops fault or my body having a bad reaction but my piercing had a large lump around it for over a month until I was finally able to remove my piercing and drain it. Everything is fine now but Im not very comfortable returning.

Got a conch piercing from Jason and it was amazing! He was so quick like a ninja and i barely felt it! 10/10, cant wait to go back to him again.

Never will go back! My piercing is crooked and If they didn’t want to do what I asked they should have said NO. Rather than make a customer feel uncomfortable. Ended up driving to Colorado Springs !

I got my septum done and they are AMAZING people, made you feel comfortable and informed you on how to take care of it and that it’s a 50/50 chance of it being crooked but mine is completely straight. He was funny and seemed to actually care about his job would recommend and not for sure if it was Jason but who ever it was, was great!!??

My son got his girlfriend some piercings for her birthday. (With parental approval first of course) Before starting she was told to do her best to not flinch or move as it can make things come out crooked. Considering one of her piercings was her septum, that was a very important instruction. He began with her industrials, then did her tongue followed by her septum. None of the piercings done were with the necessary clamps for giving piercings what so ever. Even though I know they have them, my oldest daughter got her septum pierced there and a clamp was used for her. It was a most disappointing piercing as it came out crooked because it was a COMPLETELY blind piercing and sadly the one she wanted the most that day. She did not flinch for any of her piercings, she absolutely AMAZED me that she didnt even make a sound for all of that! But sadly she had to remove the septum before the end of the night as there was a horrible gap on one side near the tip of her nose and no way to even get a q-tip near the tip of her nose to clean the other. Needless to say, if you go there for a piercing, demand the clamps. Dont let anyone completely blind pierce you and botch what you pay for. She will have to wait weeks for it to heal now in order to have it redone. Someplace else. Where a clamp will be used and probably cost more.

Did a walk in and got my daith and double helix done today and the service was well done and very much worth the wait! the piercer did such a good job at making me feel comfortable and making me aware of the pain and he was hilarious, i have always wanted to get these done so thank you glen!

There isnt enough space to brag about how wonderful Jason, Keri and the crew are at New Element tattoo and piercing! I know a business is just a business .....but they represent more than just a business! They are loyal, caring, funny, and offer wonderful prices! Personally Jason and his beautiful wife are close to my heart!

Tried to wait on me while staring into phone. Sold my small nose a size large stud (cant be returned of course). Told me an ornament would thread into a receiver which did not receive it. Attitude.

I took my 9 year old daughter to have her ears pierced. Jason was incredible with her, he made sure she was comfortable with him and not afraid before he began. She did not even realize when the needle went in! Both ears look great today, even and healthy. I am VERY pleased and will be referring others over to him!

Great service every time Ive gone in. I got a piercing by one person, felt discomfort and went in during the weekend. Another person helped me with great service. I even had a question regarding my daughters piercing that was closing because the jewelry was stripped and was told to come back once fully healed and they will take care of us. Thanks guys for everything. Ill definitely be back for more work.

I went in just last week to get a quote for a cover up. And I was so comfortable and its very clean inside I decided to get my nipples pierced and he was really awesome about it. Im so happy with the way they turned out. No bruising and little to no swelling I would recommend anyone to go get pierced by jason.

Went for a nose piercing. He was very rushed & very rude. I have multiple piercings and I know how to take care of them, but he just handed me a paper and sent me on my way. There were piercings before me and there was not an ample amount of time to properly clean and sanitize his station before I went in, especially during covid. I would give 0 stars if I could. I do not recommend this place. Probably why the piercings are only $10.

They were so kind and they will talk to you if you don’t like the placement of it but I got a belly button and nose piercing and this is the only place i’ve gone too that has never made me doubt them. Go to this place and I recommend it so much!

I’ve received all but two piercings from new element and each one has been perfect (i have 28 piercings in total). I also get all my tattoos done by Jason who takes the time to talk about what you want and where you want it. I had one tattoo that took two sessions and he even came in on a Sunday to finish it. He’s even nice enough to take a smoke break when I asked for one. Everything is clean, directly from packaging, and each time I’ve gone in they’ve washed their hands before each piercing/tattoo and used new gloves/needles every time.

Got all my piercings done here, nose, lip, belly button, tongue & got my nipples pierced today 🥳 (shoutout to Jason for always coming through & doing a good job) never had any issues! Highly recommend coming here!!!

I have gotten a few piercings done here in the past. But this time I gotten a couple cover up tattoos by Miriah. When I say I love them, trust my words, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM.She passed expectations and worked with me more then you can imagine. I have one more to do and guess who Ill be having do my art? Yep you got it. Shes awesome all around. I put my trust in her and it paid off.Conversations was easy and flowing. Shes all around my favorite person to be tatted by. My wife went here for a nose piercing. The guy was very rude and rushed. After he very quickly pierced her nose he literally handed her a piece of paper and said “ok, thanks, bye” and left the room. No information. No friendliness what so ever. My wife said if this was her first piercing she would be traumatized. Very unprofessional and they didn’t seem to be very “clean”. We would 100% NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Friendly professional staff, took my daughter in to get nose piercing and belly button done. The longest part of the day was waiting in line because they are popularandquite busy. This place rocks.

No stars deserved. If I could give -5, I would. 4 of us went to get piercings together and the guy who performed them was SO RUDE. It was unreal. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Anywhere. They do not care about you, they want you in and out and they are snappy and complete jerks. The guy doing our piercings was completely annoyed the whole time. By far the worst service I have ever gotten anywhere. I am never going back and I will tell people to not go there. It may be cheap but being disrespected is not worth it. I would rather pay more for quality customer service. I cannot stress this enough. SOOOO INCREDIBLY RUDE.

Ive had two tattoos done here and about 3 piercings. My main complaint is that I went to get my septum pierced two or three years ago and they absolutely butchered my nose. The lady piercing me did it three times and refused to do it a 4th time blaming me for it coming out crooked every time. It looked so bad that people started pointing it out to me so I just took it out. Ive been looking to get it fixed and have just realized that I should not have had that bad of an experience. She did offer that if it was still crooked that she would re pierce it for free. But I never went back and am looking for more professional places for piercings from now on.

Just got my industrial done by Glenn, he is hilarious and genuinely cares for the well being of the client. He did it quick and precise. I will definitely be returning here for a piercing next time.

There was no comversation and the the dude that pierced my husbands nose was rude and nosey all on my phine like im not endimg my facetime no matter what you say and if youd shut up youd hear me trying to ask you a question. He pierces with force blabs out cleaning instructions and sends you out it was so uncomfortable that we came to a differnt piercing shop to ask them about propercare. Ive been going here for a couple years for my piercings and never had a problem. That is until today. I went to get my septum done and was nervous as Im sure many are before getting a piercing. At first one guy with short hair was going to do it but then a different guy with a long pony tail came in and took over. I asked him a couple questions and he made it seem like I was annoying him. Also while he was with me he was yelling and cussing at the other workers. He was very rough doing my piercing and was very rude. This will be the last time I give them my business.

I got a piercing done a month ago. The girl at the front desk (blonde) told me to go to the back. The whole procedure took about 2 minutes. She did not mark the piercing nor use any sort of tools to make sure they were even. She used the same needle and surprise, my piercings came out crooked and were pierced in an incorrect position. She then rushed out and gave me a sheet of basic aftercare instructions. After showing them my piercing, and talking to a piercing professional from another place, they told me that she completely pierced them incorrectly and as a result from the piercing I now have to remove the jewelry and let them close to have them redone again. Because of the bad placement and incorrect jewelry I am out of money and have so much pain and discomfort. I don’t know who this girl is but I suggest NOT getting a piercing done by her or at this place. WILL NEVER GO BACK.

I have been going to New Element for years now. Not once have I had a problem with any of my tattoos. Jason has done them all & does excellent work ! The shop is clean & everyone is friendly & helpful. If you are looking for a high quality tattoo or piercing this is the place to go!

Had a portrait done there they did a horrible job and wouldnt fix it. The place looked dirty when I came back and the staff was unprofessional . When I walked in the owner greeted me from the couch he was laying down talking to us , not a very good impression.

I would give zero stars if I could. I very strongly dont recommend getting a piercing from here. I went in and got an industrial done and it was to high up on my ear and the bar was bent!!! This place is just wanting to make a quick buck for having ten dollar piercings so they can take two minutes to do it and not even care if it is done right. Ive went here before to get my industrial and a guy did it and did a great job it was very quick and everyone was friendly. I went here today to get my Rook and Tragus done and my Mom came and got her Daith a girl did it and she was extremely friendly and quick. I got exactly what I wanted and they both look great. And you cant argue the price $30 for a Rook, Tragus, and Daith. Definitely going here for all my other piercings. 5 Star place without a doubt.

My boyfriend and I both got tattoos here today, and our tattoo artist Mariah was awesome! She’s super funny and very good customer service. She made sure we both looked at our tattoos for placement and spelling, and her line work is great! Would highly recommend getting a tattoo done by her! Absolutely would not recomend New Element. I had both daith piercings done and both came out crooked and everything felt super rushed. However if you are looking for a great tattoo and piercing shop Id highly recommend P-Dub piercing & Tattoo.--UPDATE--My sister who is still in high school and on a tight budget, decided to go against my advice and got her nose pierced at new element. SUPRISE The nose piercing came out looking terrible because it was up higher than she had asked for it to be. She said she Tried explaining to him where she would like it and he interrupted and gave his opinion she said she felt rushed to make a decision on placement and he acted as if she was irritated because she was indecisive. (Guy with the long black hair, didnt get a name)I get it people come here because its $10 But the customer service is absolute trash. You get what you pay for, keep that in mind... when getting a piercing I feel the piercer should make you feel confident in the choice youre making. With all of that being said I brought my sister out to Pueblo West to P dub tattoo and piercing paid the $20 for her to get her nose pierced and she couldnt be happier with how it looks now.

ROUGH AND RUDE!! I had three piercings preformed at new element, both nipples and my tongue. The artist Jason was very rough while preforming my tongue piercing. It also seemed that he was extremely put out by having to preform my piercings...it seemed like he had other things he wanted to be doing. My nipples came out fine...my tongue however was done at an extreme angle and ripped on day two. I was not provided with any after care instructions, even after asking, besides being told i NEEDED to buy an over priced bottle of mouth wash from behind the counter. Ive always heard good things about new element...and about Jason...but I was very unhappy and will not be going back...

I went here yesterday to get my, Anti-eyebrow piercing and it was vary nice my piercer was vary soft with it, It didnt hurt at all I didnt realize he pierced it until he put the bar in! Ive had 4 piercings hereBoth my eyebrows, nose and my snake bites done here eveytime was grate thanks guys!!!!!

I have had work done here on a very difficult spot and all 3 times turned out good. Very professional attitude and knowledge reguarding applying ink to your skin and after care. A big part of being a quality tattoo artist is knowing when a customer should stop for that session. Are they bleeding to much? Is there scar tissue that is difficult to take ink? If an artist feels that you should stop for that session it is an indicator of somebody who cares and professionalism. Some artists will drill that ink in no matter what. It is ok to stop and come back. The artist who did my tattoo was definitely a qualified professional.

Felt super rushed my industrial is way to high u cant see it. A few weeks back my boyfriend got his labrint pierced and it was crooked. Piercer isnt to friendly, really rushed. Just go to PDub and pay a little more for quality work. NOT LIKE IT USED TO BE for piercing.

I went in to get my jewelry changed for my tragus since the old jewelry fell out, the guy who was changing my jewelry was the rudest person ever, Ive had my tragus done for months now and never had a problem with it until he changed the jewelry, he was so rough, fast and forceful with it like he had better things to do and made it bleed like crazy and didnt even clean up the blood that was rolling down my ear, changed it and walked out, its been a couple hours since he changed it and it is now swollen, red and still bleeding and hurts so much worse than it ever did when I got It done. Very disappointed!!!

My son wanted his ears done my daughter her tongue and my daughter was really stalling I explained she wanted it done but she was taking up alot of his time, he told her if she pulls her tongue in 3 times he was done,well she did A BIG. NO,NO,NO he told her thats it she was kinda mad I told her honey u could of gotten poked with needle ect,they tryed to return my money ect I said nope, he had to waste needle, and time so I found that cool. I went in here because I had a botched piercing from another shop and I was actually given the incorrect jewelry they were very professional and welcoming and changed my jewelry for me even offering to help me for free if it continued to swell. Have been getting the run around on trying to get a tattoo for weeks- finally paid $20 just to get scheduled for my tattoo and then when I asked him to see the drawing before I get it done on me to be sure its what I want, he tells me he doesnt want to have this conversation bc it stresses him out and Im babysitting him about it. Then continues to tell me he isnt excited about doing tattoos.. Then why are you an artist?! Ill definitely be finding an artist elsewhere that takes his profession seriously and knows how to treat people and his customers... Oh ya, was also told Im not a customer yet he took my money....

Interesting place. I got my helix done there and not sure if it came out crooked or not. Very unusual customer service, there were people in the back cussing and it was very unconfortable. Anyways, I love my helix even if it is crooked, but still not sure if I should get my rook done there.

I got the tip of my tongue pierced by a guy and he was very aggressive grabbing my face. Also he did not do the piercing right at all and now there is a huge hole in the bottom of my tongue. I would definitely not recommend to a friend.

My mom got her snake bites done here and they came out totally uneven! I also got my nose pierced here and it was pierced straight threw instead of at an angle. Dont go here unless you want crooked piercings.

Terrible experience piercer was very hostile was basically rushing me out the door i went for a belly piercing and am very disappointed in the outcome, it wasnt pierced as he marked its very crooked, you get what you pay for but this is just ridiculous pretty upsetting so I advise going someplace better.

Certain member of the staff are very unprofessional and have no idea what confidentiality means. In particular Miriah runs off at the mouth gossiping about customers and causing drama in their personal lives. The other staff members are professional and all health and safety standards appear to be met. Ill never come back as long as Miriah works there and customer privacy is not respected.

IN ANY EVENT, ON SATURDAY, 11/16, I WOKE UP AND KNEW I HAD AN EMERGENT CONDITION. I WENT TO PARKVIEW AND WAS UNFORTUNATELY MISDIAGNOSED WITH A 3RD DEGREE BURN; THEY SAID THEY HAD NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT. THEY DID ASK WHY DID THEY GO IN SO DEEP AND I SAID I WISH I KNEW. BY MONDAY, 11/18, I KNEW I HAD TO SEE ANOTHER DOCTOR. I DID FORTUNATELY AND WAS DIAGNOSED WITH MERSA. AGAIN, THE SAME UNSOLICITED QUESTION, WHY DID THEY GO IN SO DEEPLY?
