DW was kind and patient. It was a very busy Sunday morning with several clients and she was the only employee. She took her time piercing my daughter and was patient with her nerves. 10/10.

Gianna was wonderful. She helped me select great earringș and pierced my ears quickly and painlessly! I would definitely recommend visiting here for earrings and piercing!

DW at Crabtree Valley Mall was AMAZING . She was the only one behind the counter at the time and made time for everyone so effortlessly. Her customer services skill are top tier. She pierced my babies ears and explained everything very well. Will definitely be back because of her.

I came here because of the reviews and they did not disappoint! We took my 10 month old and Amber did amazing with her! She was quick, efficient, and so very nice! My baby only cried for a few seconds and all was good! Great experience!

I came in a few times this week to do an exchange. I was very disappointed each time. Come to find out Dominique and her assistant no longer work at this location. I always came to see Dominique and if she wasn’t there I would go to her assistant. Everyone else there is rude and unaccommodated to everyone and everything. Everyone that was there was so slow ignored everyone that was around the kiosk. Didn’t even get a hi or you’re welcome or a thank you. The girls that was working were rude and did not seem to care to help me. Also while I was there they never answered the phone, maybe rang 3 separate times. I will be taking my business elsewhere where I am treated fairly and respected. Very sad I won’t be able to have good experience here anymore, knowing everyone there couldn’t care less about customer service.

DW pierced my 6 year olds ears and she was so wonderful. She made the experience quick and easy and put my daughter at ease. Would definitely recommend Banter and DW for piercings.

I ordered a small 17” pendant chain online and unfortunately it popped and decided to exchange it in person rather than ship it back. I was assisted by Dominique and she was great. She was so nice and got me in and out less than 5 mins. Probably the fastest and smoothest service I’ve had there yet!

Dominique is the kindest, most professional, friendly soul. My daughters got their ears pierced in New York visiting family and one of theirs had to be repierced and she ended up discovering a problem with my others’ healing when we were switching her earrings out. She was so gentle with them both, sweet and extremely helpful. Both of them just chatted and smiled because she was that good. We’ll be back to hopefully get their ears all squared away and I sure wish we knew she existed beforehand so we could have just come here to begin with! 5+ star experience and definitely send both your kids and yourself to Dominique!! If you are worried about someone without experience doing your child’s piercings LOOK NO FURTHER. We “shopped around” as this is a permanent thing. I’m so glad Dom was there when we came. We watched her do two others before us. With each one she was clean, calm, professional, and kind. She showed great care and compassion. Go get it done and get Dom to do it.

The customer service at this location is horrible. Not only did I stand for 10 mins without the sales associate noticing, I was overlooked when a different customer came up to which she asked if she could assist. I watched as several customers left because of the lack of customer service being provided. Countless sells were lost during my wait. If I didnt need earrings for my daughter I would have left myself. Last purchase with Banter

I would never order anything off the website ever again!! Order an item on Jan 23, 2021 suppose to receive the item on Feb. 13 and still no item! No shipping confirmation or anything! Called the 1-800 number and nobody was able to help with the issue! Basically got robbed for A LOT of money! An order to get a return they have to write it on their notes and who knows when the other people above them would see it because they obviously dont care if the customer receives what they purchase! Disappointed to the max! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING OFF THE WEBSITE! THIS IS A WARNING!

My second hole in my ear closed up so I went to get my ear pierced again. I only go to piercing pagoda because their earrings don’t hurt my ears. I got my second holes done in Chicago at the same place. Apparently it’s not the same experience at this one in this state. I didn’t really clean my second holes like I should have the first time I got them pierced. But when I got my one ear re-pierced, a few days later my earring started to hurt. It didn’t hurt like this in Chicago at all. My ear hurts when I clean and/or move the stud. All I saw was the lady that pierced my ear put hand sanitizer on and not gloves. Gloves protect bacteria from going into and on ears from getting an infection. When I try to clean my ear, it burns. Normally I would suggest piercing pagoda but not unless their wearing gloves like back in Chicago

Visited location at Crabtree mall and manager Jackie helped me find a beautiful gold chain so happy they have a warranty program to replace my necklace if I do break it. Also had chance to see a little girl get her ears pierced and the staff was so patient with her I would recommend this store to anyone looking for great prices and amazing customer service.

I came to this location for a 2nd opinion after having a bad experience at the Triangle Town center location. My daughter’s piercings were uneven. I explained the situation to McKenzie and she confirmed the earrings were in fact uneven and after removing the earring, she suggested I come back.When I returned, she repierced my baby’s ear and was knowledgeable about placements, quick and efficient. She was also very apologetic even tho her store or staff didn’t make the error.If you’re interested in getting a toddler or baby’s ears pierced I recommend seeing McKenzie, BUT in all honesty I recommend finding a medical piercer. Cary dermatology offers this service.

Brought my daughter here to have her ears pierced for the first time, promptly left after watching an employee eating, and then lick their fingers before going to pierce another persons ears. I ended up bringing her to Rock n Roll tattoo shop and had her ears pierced there safely and cheaper!

I got 3 piercing at this location and this particular worker Dom was so good and talked me thru everything and had great customer service

Visited this location today with some friends. Employees eat right next to where they pierce ears. Don’t have a sink to wash their hands. I watched someone take a big bite of a cinnamon cover pretzel. then stick her hands in a pair of gloves and pierce a kids ears.My advice would be to go to a pediatrician or a tattoo parlor for your piercings.

I took my granddaughter to have her ears pierced . Mrs Burden was very patient and helpful both with helping my granddaughter pick her earing and explaing what she was doing while piercings her ears.She made my granddaughter experience very positive.

I understand that people get hungry, but I really dont want to see the management eating behind the counter. Imagine if they dont wash their hands and go to pierce something? I work in food service management, and I feel as though this is a major health code violation.The managers name started with a J, I couldnt get a good look at her nametag.

My friends and I passed by this location today while Christmas shopping and waiting on a relative, we noticed all the employees eating greasy food out of blue auntie annies bags and then piercing peoples ears right after, noticed a girl open one of the earring packages and only putting gloves on after. Doesnt that defeat the purpose of them being in sterile packages?

I had a great experience shopping today at piercing pagoda the customer service was excellent and the sales associate by the name of Judy was very thorough and able to answer all questions i had. I would definitely recommend shopping with them!!!!

Female worker answers phone and I asked if they have forms verifying if they use STERILE needles. She replied we dont use needle so we would not have that. Then I asked if they have any verfied papers at all stating that they are STERILE(CLEAN). Yet they are supposed have verified forms from the HEALTH DEPARTMENT to be doing and she says no. Repeat piercing process as if thats supposed to click that they dont have papers to pierce people ears with dirty tools.
