The consultation was informative. She answered all of my questions, and had a fun, energetic personality! I was able to have my first laser treatment shortly after and have my next appointment scheduled. The process was fast, and not as bad as I’ve heard or expected. I’m excited to continue and if I knew how easy of a process I would’ve started this years ago!

I had my first session at Removery this past weekend, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The entire team made me feel so comfortable, which really helped ease my nerves about the process. While the laser treatment is a bit painful, they went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and cared for throughout the session. Im excited to continue my tattoo removal journey with them.I also appreciate how flexible they are with scheduling, which makes planning my treatments so much easier. Yesterday I came back for the fourth time and I felt very happy. They are so professional that they make me feel very comfortable. Ashley was very nice and very kind to me. She helped me a lot. First treatment in the books and had a great overall experience! The staff was super friendly and understanding of me needing to take breaks and made me feel very comfortable during my first laser treatment. They went at my own pace and talked me through anything I might experience during treatment and what to expect after! The Raleigh location is very clean, organized, and well equipped with a wonderful staff to take care of you.

Ashley was very informative in helping me choose the right package for my tattoo removal, and Jaime was able to squeeze me in for my first removal session at a moments notice. Appreciate these girls so much for giving me such a great experience!

Very professional and knowledgeable about the different types of lasers used for tattoo removal. First session took about 10 to 15 minutes. Feels more like an electric shock from a fly zapper. Wasn’t too painful.

Found this place after a Google search. Very easy to schedule an appointment with them. They are excellent in communication leading up to, during, as well as after the initial consultation. I just had my first treatment. Everyone was super helpful and friendly and made the process as smooth as possible. Worked out a good payment plan. I mean it definitely hurts but I was expecting that and it was quick so you don’t deal with it for a long time. Overall great experience!

I had a lot of anxiety going into the removal process but the staff here are super kind and knowledgeable about tattoo removal and have helped tremendously in answering all of my questions. Ive only had a handful of sessions but I can already see some areas starting to fade. Glad I chose Removery :)

The staff is always so friendly and comforting. They talk me through everything even though my appointments only take a total of ten minutes and they even include my boyfriend and let him take pictures and make jokes. I would absolutely recommend Removery!

I have been going to Removery for my tattoo removal almost a year now and they are always so friendly. Even when I had financial troubles, they did all they could to help me out.I had Jamie as my laser technician today and she was THE BEST. She took her time and talked to me the entire time to distract me from the pain. I’m so happy I decided to remove my tattoos here.

Really quick sessions. After four treatments it looks like a henna tattoo, so the fading is very noticeable. Definitely hurts and kind of hard to reschedule if something comes up because they are super booked out in Raleigh and probably need more locations, Charlotte has 3.

Great experience overall. This is the 3rd tattoo removal establishment that I’ve visited and I can honestly say this one trumps them all. Reasonable removal packages, kind staff and a very clean establishment.

I got good feelings about this place from the minute I walked in. Not only were they able to fit me in early (which is sooo helpful because I was able to have someone watch my little girl) They really took the time to go over everything with me. From how it will feel, to care and elaborated on why following the care instructions was important. I felt very well taken care of, and altho this is one of the more expensive places, it is worth it when you know you are in excellent care.

Kyle and McKenna are amazing. Kyle has done an incredible job making me feel comfortable and welcome, and helped me get all my appointments set up with ease. They canceled my appt. in Jan. and rescheduled for March. They canceled my March appt. Ive called 3 times to reschedule. The 3rd time I waited on hold for 45 minutes to leave a voice-mail. I have not received a response. When running correctly it is great, however, after Daleena left there was an obvious change in atmosphere. There seemed to be a lot of frustration and irritability amongst staff and sometimes directed at me. Relatively, their pricing is really good. Ive been other places. I hope they get it back together because Im still in process with a removal. Ive paid for my service but now Im also paying with my time.

All the employees here have been knowledgeable, understanding and pleasant! I never feel pressured or rushed while visiting. Jaime has been especially kind and helpful.

Great experience for my first session. Was in and out the door in 5 minutes, granted the tattoo is small. Very grateful for removery doing what they do!

TLDR: Appointment pushed out several months reapeatedly (being given to other clients) resulting in breaking my trust and faith in the company. They are only willing to give me a partial refund but not the prorated amount that I believe is fair.I bought a complete removal pacackge in July of 2023 where they estimatedid need 11-14 appointments. I made 3 successfull appointments (including the day of sign up, so only 2 scheduled) with them at the standard time interval (8-10 weeks). After the third appointment rather than the standard 8 weeks they needed to book me out 12-13 weeks during to a busy holiday season. I understood and accepted that thing get super hectic around that time so I agreed.Fast forward to early January and I get a call that they can no longer do my appointment and they need to book me out to mid March! They explained that a tech left and they werent able to see me since they had to give my time to another client. I was super disappointed. When I asked about why they said the could fit me in sooner at the Charlotte, NC location sooner. Thats a 6 *hour* round trip drive from their location (not even my house which is farther away). I agreed to the extended time frame again because being understaffed sucks and no one, including myself sees a 6 hour round trip drive as reasonable for one 15 minute appointment.March rolls around get a text the Friday before my Tuesday appointment and (you guessed it) they cant see me, and now can I book in April? At this point I thank them but say no Id like a refund since its been several months and times being rescheduled and I dont particularly trust them anymore. It takes 2 weeks rather than the three business days for someone to get back to me about a refund (and this was with me calling every 3-4 days). They are offering a refund, but taking out a higher amount from my package like I bought a different, smaller, and more expensive per appointment package rather than prorating the package I bought. I have lost a lot of faith in this company and I really wanted to part ways amicably and not leave a (bad) review. But this has been my experience and its not been pleasant.I will say the appointments themselves were fine and took maybe 15 minutes.

I was running late for my appointment, I called and spoke with a women that said it would be okay. I was 15 minutes late. When I arrived the man was extremely rude to me. He projected all of his frustration with the staff and my late arrival onto me. I stayed to hear the quote out. But when I left I just knew this would not be the place for me. Would not go back. I understand a client being late is not ideal. That’s why I called before I drove over an hour to be there. And then was met with an angry man.

I miss my place in VA. Great staff and no issues getting in out of my appointments.Been trying to get an appointment with this Raleigh location since Dec-Jan. Theyve called me back to reschedule my appointments twice, pushing my dates out much further and the last time they called me on the day of my appointment. Each time was because of a lack of providers?? I didnt pay this much to have to wait almost 6 months for an appointment.

Friendly staff but apparent high turnover so much so that my last 3 appointments were cancelled. With the unforeseen staffing issues and routine appointment cancellations, I would not recommend their services.

They cancelled my appointment and wasted a day off from work, no appointments for 2 months and cannot get a person on the phone. Every time I tried calling they would send me to a store in another state. Was told for 2 weeks someone would call back and no one ever did. Feels more like a scam then anything else.

My last session was by far the least painful, but when I got home and took off my shirt I had multiple blisters on my back.

Absolutely amazing! Kyle and Olivia were so kind. Had an initial consultation and decided to start the process the same day! You can’t beat the package they offer, especially coupled with how much they care! One of the tattoos I am having removed has portions on my spine which is considered one of the more painful areas (both tattooing and removal) and Olivia cheered me on while checking frequently to make sure I was holding up ok. Couldn’t recommend them more!

I have had 6 sessions and my tattoo is removing very rapidly! No scaring or skin irritating after each treatment. It takes time and patience for this type of service. But other than that I am literally watching my unwanted tattoo fade after each session.

Excellent staff, service with better than expected results in the works. After only 4 treatments tat is really only recognizable to me of what it was; to others merely looks like veins. This really does work; as I’ve researched for years and was somewhat skeptical. Now I’m a believer of all that Removery can accomplish!

I have had a pleasant experience with the team at this location with my tattoo removal. The laser seems to be the best quality overall and they are gentle and try to aid with the pain from the laser with cooling devices which helps a lot. I went to a different establishment (not a removery establishment, an entirely different establishment) to remove my tattoos prior to this establishment and the laser was much more painful. I would recommend removery if you want to remove a tattoo you dislike.

I have had 6 laser tattoo removal sessions (i purchased the package for sessions until I get total removal) on an off center lower back tattoo (with several colors including green) that I never liked and already am seeing SIGNIFICANT fading. I’m never waiting past my appointment time and even though the laser does hurt, it’s quick and easy and most importantly it’s getting the job done. I’ve always wanted to get rid of this tattoo and I’m so grateful I found Removery!!!

I have had such a wonderful experience at Removery. I am three sessions into laser tattoo removal and even though it’s going to be a long process, I am very happy with the results so far. To be completely transparent, having a tattoo removed is not the most pain-free thing you will ever experience, but it’s not NEARLY as painful as the rumors make it out to be. I also want to say that my skin has had no adverse reactions to the laser, except for a bit of swelling and soreness a few days after the treatment. Everyone I have met an Removery has been so helpful and comforting throughout the process, and I highly recommend looking into it if you are unhappy with a tattoo. We all deserve to feel confident in our own skin :)

The interpersonal skills are phenomenally outstanding. The work is incomparable. Fast results. Oh! They actually use ice packs. Two words that are rare - “They Care” Overall, none other can compare!My son started at Renew Tatoo. They don’t use ice packs to make it a little less painful. By the time that he got to Removery, he was horrified. It was their interpersonal skills that were therapeutic. They’re angels…..SO grateful for Team Removery Tattoos! Couldnt have found a better place to get my massive thigh tattoo removed. I drive 2.5 hours every month. I do half of the tattoo at a time. I still have a bit to go but I am super satisfied with the process.

Having 1 medium-sized tattoo and another full upper arm tattoo removed so Im in it for the long haul with the staff. The facility is immaculate, and the laser is high-tech and capable of removing the several colors in my tattoo. I look forward to every session, no matter how painful, because of how friendly, capable and caring the staff is.

Ok so based off the name I wasnt sure about this place tbh, because removery seems so basic lol. But wow they are all super nice and everything was so easy. I’m so bad at names. I assume it was Kyle and Olivia (I’ll make sure in 8 weeks lol) but I went in for a consult. I was an hour early and they saw me pretty quick. The guy (I assume Kyle) doing the consult was wonderful. He even knew about sega channel lol. He was also doing the tattoo removal process himself so that was cool. He told me yellows weren’t a guarantee to get rid of but everything else would be fine. My tattoos were about 10/15 years old so probably be gone in about 10 sessions or so. You can pay multiple ways, per session, unlimited sessions, over 36/48 months, etc. I came in not really knowing what to expect pain wise, but holy hell it hurt lol. My tattoos were all on my back/spine/shoulder blade so that added to the pain I’m sure. The good news is it didn’t last very long maybe a minute for 3 tattoos. It felt like a bad sunburn the whole day but the second day (today) it is feeling ok. This is the tattoo about an hour after I was home on day 1 when I had it done. I’ll try to remember to update in 8 weeks :)

I was super nervous about starting the laser removal at first but after just a few minutes talking with the staff and asking questions, they made me feel almost excited to start the treatment. Met Kyle and Daleena mid year last year a tattoo convention and they both were extremely helpful with providing information on my tattoo removal. This is now my second tattoo session and once again I was provided amazing care through my process. So, so happy I came to Removery! I went to a medspa a few years ago to ask about tattoo removal and they frightened me out of it because they were using an older technology that hurt the skin of people with melanin. Kyle educated me that the lasers Removery uses is of a newer, safer, and more effective technology and reassured me that I had nothing to worry about. We also talked about other concerns I had and then talked about pricing and I felt so comfortable with the staff there I went ahead and got started today! It didnt take very long at all and Im so excited to get to the final results. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you, Removery!

Simply put, amazing! The consultation is quick but, very informative. Very detail oriented and all your questions will be answered before you even ask! The treatment takes less than a minute and you see results instantly! Highly recommend and I will definitely be coming back for other tattoos.

I have been coming here for months. The employees are very nice and welcoming. The services/appointments are short, easy, and minimal pain. It feels like a rubber band hitting your skin and a sun burn afterward that goes away within 48 hours. Ill add pictures from in the future.

After contacting Removery online, someone followed up with me immediately and managed to get me a consultation the next day. I went in for my consultation and the staff couldnt have been friendlier. Unfortunately I am not a candidate for laser tattoo removal due to my specific scenario. I appreciate that they took the time to assess my situation and were honest in their recommendations even though they were not able to offer me services.

This is my first tattoo I’ve gotten removed and they make it super easy. I’m in and out within 5 minutes for each session and the payments were easy. Also price shopped around town and this was one of the cheapest for a package to remove small tattoos.

I had a very good experience here. After a not so great experience elsewhere for two treatments, I came to Removery. I saw results after one session with them and Daleena took her time, iced throughout the treatment, and gave great aftercare instructions. I am also paying about 100$ less per treatment than I was at the other clinic. I would recommend Removery!

Very traumatizing experienceLol jk read on~The tattoos I’m in the process of getting removed I wish I would’ve never gotten because I wouldn’t have to be going through this if I didn’t, it cost a lot of money to get tattoos removed and it hurts a lot more than the tattoo itself… It’s true what they say; however since I do have to be doing this, this is the best place I’m pretty sure even though I’ve only tried one other… My reasons are: not only do I love the staff; they are absolutely amazing!, but the package deals they do (they have multiple options) is so much more affordable than paying 350 (for example) per session. I was told I would only need six sessions and by the time I got to my sixth I just couldn’t keep paying that amount! I had many layers of ink so turns out it was going to take more than six sessions… Honestly the doctor and me both had no idea but I should’ve expected it. Anyway, the other reasons I love this place are because compared to the other doctor’s office I was getting my tattoo removal at, I got absolutely no scabbing or blistering like I did before even though it was the same machine which is just crazy to me. Only downside is they don’t use numbing medicine (for a good reason, I just can’t remember what it was) so it hurts so freaking bad! Be prepared to be making very weird noises of pain and cussing out loud.I found this place after searching up alternative tattoo removal offices that I could make an appointment with to try to see if I could get a better price… I was surprised, it was better than I was hoping for! Literally the only thing I preferred about the other place even though I very much liked the doctor, was the fact that he numbed me up with lidocaine which he injected in my skin so I felt not much pain at all. But like I said, I got terrible scabbing and blistering every time… and I have a problem with skin picking so it was very hard to not mess with it. Because I picked at it even though I tried so hard not to I got a little bit of some scarring which won’t go away, but I’m pretty pale anyway & I still have quite a few tattoo removal sessions which I believe might help, so it doesn’t really matter thankfully. After I’m done writing this review I’m about to Google how numbing medication (specifically injectable lidocaine) affects tattoo removal, so if you won’t go ahead and do it yourselves too! While I hate that it’s so painful, I totally respect them and their reasons for not using numbing medication. And that’s part of the reason I love this place so much! I highly recommend if you have tattoos that you wanna get rid of. I live almost 45 minutes away compared to maybe 20 (after I had moved further away) but it’s definitely worth the drive for me. There’s not very many options in my area but this is definitely the best one. I am a very tough critic when it comes to services regarding my body (I wish I would’ve been that way when I was younger at 15-17 when I got my tattoos in the first place) and even I am very pleased! Also POV, if you’re a minor & your parents ever tell you not to get tattoos or that they don’t consent, please DON’T go behind their back and get them by somebody not qualified & PLEASE listen to them. Trust me, you will regret it when you’re 25… Honestly I started regretting the tattoos that I’ve been getting removed recently since I was 20. I had them for only three years before I started hitting these ones. Don’t get me wrong no, I absolutely love tattoos but it’s very important that you think for a while about what you want done and wait (about a year maybe) after deciding of that tattoo to make sure you really want it. Not only that, but do research on your tattoo artist and look at their portfolio… This is SO important. If I would’ve had better work done, maybe I wouldn’t be getting them removed but they were just really bad tattoos. But the thing is, when you’re under age and you have to go underground to get tattoos, a lot of these people are not qualified at all. You don’t even know if they’re equipment is clean… That is very dangerous.

I am very happy With the results so far. This is my second treatment and I have started to notice the difference. Very friendly staff. I’m very happy to have chosen them.

Haha they quoted me a price for a used car for a small tattoo and found somewhere way less then a third of their price be my guest if you want to get ripped off I can’t believe they act like they want to help but what they want is to empty your pockets haha make sure you make this your very last resort
