I was referred to her by a prominent permanent makeup artist for removal of previous eyebrow microblading tattoo done by another person. Noushi made me feel welcome and relaxed from the first minute I walked in. She explained everything thoroughly prior to and after the procedure and has been in touch with me since. She prepared me for the feeling the laser would cause before launching full on into the procedure and checked in with me constantly during. Before I knew it, she was done! I am happy with the results of the first session and am not dreading another if needed. Win-win!

The owner is the nicest woman you will ever meet and she provides a VARIETY of services. I personally went to get sessions done for a tattoo removal . I struggled with ingrown hairs on my neck since college. My job requires me to wear a tie on most days and it wasn’t unusual for me to find blood stains on my collared shirts. Noushi knocked them out in two treatments. I can’t believe it actually, my issue is gone. I would have done this years ago had I known it would be this easy and affordable. To make matters even better, Noushi is a pleasure to be around - she loves what she does and it shows.

I went to get microbladed brows removed with the tattoo removal process and the esthetician was very kind, informative, and helpful. It wasn’t as painful as expected either. Overall I give 5 stars because of the great customer service and friendliness from the staff😇✨✨✨.

Update: 2 months later and still NO fading has occured. I have increased excercise daily as recommended and NO my body is not doing its part to push the ink out. I simply lost my money!!!!Not satisfied with tattoo laser removal. Its literally the same before and one month later, except the line under the name is slightly spotty. But if you zoom in the before picture it was already like that I understand it could take many sessions and months to fade but this is ridiculous. Waste of $225. Please cancel all future appointments, this obviously would take 20 sessions.

Noushi SAVED MY LIFEI have struggled with acne and hyperpigmentation since I was 10 years old. I travel 2.5 hours (each way) to come to Excellase because the owner, Noushi, is legit at her craft! I was looking for someone that specialized in tattoo removal for dark skin & this place is definitely worth the drive. Noushi is super sweet and she really knows her stuff. She takes precautions too. She gave me a heads up that red ink can sometimes be tricky. So instead of doing the whole tattoo she said she would only do a very small test portion of the red to see how it would react first. I really appreciated that! We’ve been doing all my black ink tattoos so far and it’s been going great. Definitely recommend!

I had laser hair removal and am in the process of removing a stubborn low back tattoo. Noushi has a wealth of knowledge regarding the lasers and the process. I completed 6 sessions of hair removal and have very little regrowth. I am very satisfied. My tattoo is almost gone after 4 sessions. Ive had a number of visits and treatments with her and have only positive things to say!Ive seen her numerous times for laser hair removal and while she charges a bit more than the dermatologist in Cary I had used before (and was unhappy with), the results are DRAMATICALLY better and seem to take fewer treatments for the same results. She offers free touchups too which are nice and important to keep things consistent and prevent patchiness.In addition to laser hair removal, she lasered my 30+ cherry angiomas and they pretty much immediately all disappeared! She used the same laser to remove some veins from my chest near some of my scars and theyre totally gone. I was very worried about the efficacy of the laser for my skin tone as well minimizing the risk for burning. However after talking to Noushi, my fears were calmed.Noushi took the time to throughly explain the hair removal process and well as the after care. In addition to laser hair removal, I also frequently purchase skin care products which has truthfully been the only thing to help with hyperpigmentation. Before Noushi, I had tried cheap laser hair removal at a local spa and ended up feeling super disappointed and misled. Dont see anyone but her! I came to Noushi for microblading removal. First, Noushi canceled last minute. Okay - fine. I got rescheduled for another day. I understand things come up, but I now realize that was the first red flag. I had already gone through several rounds of saline removal and was told this would most likely get rid of it completely. I was ecstatic! Unfortunately, the complete opposite happened. Noushi commented during the procedure she was targeting the black pigment in my brows. However, my brows were red, no black pigment left. Weird, but she’s the expert I guess? Another red flag. The laser turned the pigment much darker and set me back to where I started years ago. I was devastated. My eyebrow hair also stayed white for about 3 months! I wasn’t expecting it to last that long. I spoke with Noushi on the phone 3 weeks later and she suggested I come in right away for another laser removal…. although it had only been a few weeks and my brows were still healing. Another red flag. This review is purely to share my experience and potentially warn others who may be coming here for microblading removal. This process may work for you, but it certainly didn’t work for me. Be cautious!

Noushi AMAZING. Facial hair is something I have struggled with all my life. It is something that has ruled my life. To be able to go to someone who also used to struggle with that is crucial. Great experience all around! I had five laser treatments for bikini line and it was money well spent! I was really hesitant about laser hair removal, but now, I’m a huge fan! Yes, it hurts, but it’s more of a sting that only lasts a split second (every zap). I had very thick, black body hair, and even when I shaved, you could almost see the hair under my pale skin. And my arm pits were always irritated and bumpy. After my very first under arm treatment, my skin was as soft as it was before puberty, there was less hair, and it was thinner. I was in heaven. I’m on my 12th treatment, and I’m nearing the end. My hair has continued to thin out and there’s only a few hairs. (My body is one of the hairy, stubborn ones that requires a lot of treatments.) Since the first appointment, I’ve started hair removal on other body parts with the same results. I’ve had 3 treatments on my legs, and they are looking and feeling amazing. Y’all, Noushi is real life miracle on Earth. I had the WORST microblading that I had been trying to get removed for over a year. It was hideous- the shape was bad, it faded to grey mixed with rust- all around awful. I had been embarrassed and self conscious about it for years. I tried saline removal and went to two other laser estheticians and they all failed. Because of these bad experiences I was nervous and skeptical when I went to see Noushi. She put all of my fears at ease because she’s extremely knowledgeable and very personable. Literally after one session my microblading is gone. I switched places getting my tattoo removed to ExcelLase because they offer the PFD patch. So far, the patch has worked well for me mostly because I had multiple laser tattoo removal sessions before starting the PFD patch. The patch can be pretty pricey though, but worth it since Ive visibly seen the ink come off of my tattoo after each session.

The laser hair removal treatments have done WONDERS for my chin and my stomache (happy trail). Those areas look the best they have looked in years. I am writing this to hopefully help other people like me who have been searching for an answer that will truly remove their tattoo. I started with a dark, shaded tattoo on my wrist, an area hard to remove tattoos from as it is on the lower extremity. I had my first tattoo removal session back in California with a different laser, and waited half a year after my move before seeing Noushi. I had decent fading on it which I forgot to take a picture of, because when I saw her I was so excited and immediately had my wrist lasered. I just had my third session with Dr. Noushi today, and I am so impressed! my wrist has gone from a dark brown to a very faded tattoo that I can cover with makeup. My latest picture in here is after only 3 laser removal sessions total, and just two with Excellase. Noushi has been extremely accommodating! She has let me keep my groupon rate for every session, and even when I couldnt afford to use the describe patch this time(which I highly recommend) she still used it on 1/2 of my tattoo just to experiment-free of charge. If any of you have researched tattoo removal, you will see it can take an upwards of 20 sessions for complete removal. I am confident that I only have a few more to go, and thats because this woman knows what she is doing. I highly recommend this place for tattoo removal! Noushi is very meticulous about her work. If my time was up but she saw a few more imperfections, she couldnt resist zapping those too. Noushi was very nice and informative. However, after spending a total of about $700 on 2 treatments, I saw very limited results. I was told by both her and my tattoo artist I would require about 2 treatments and maybe a 3rd to get covered up and after her two treatments he was confident I would have to get more treatment done in order to get covered up. Happy with interaction with Noushi but not with the results, especially for that price.

She is very experienced and is still able to maintain a sense of exploration within the science of lasers. It feels like a private setting and she has a way of making you feel comfortable. I had some neck hair removed and it feels like someone hitting you with a rubberband repeatedly. Your skin turns red and then goes away by the end of the day. All in all, a pretty positive experience. The only feedback I could provide is to get an online booking system. Having to call during business hours to schedule a time is hard for me sometimes.

I got in on a Living Social deal for tattoo removal. You know how some of us get those tattoos when we are younger and as we get older we start to think What the hell was I thinking??. I wanted it gone so I bought the deal. From day one, Noushi has taken great care of me! After 5 treatments (its not instantaneous folks! Dont let anyone tell you otherwise!), my tattoo is almost gone. She also has taken care of some errant hair follicles in a few different places, which has worked out quite well also.Dont worry when going to Noushi! She knows what she is doing, so just let her do what she does! I may get a few other things done in the future and if so, I will go back to her without a doubt!

I have seen Noushi for 3 sessions of tattoo removal. After the first almost all the shading was gone, second the remaining shading was gone and the outline significantly lighter. Literally just finished third session to make the outline disappear now. It’s impressive being able to see the difference as the weeks pass after treatment. The first time I went to ExcelLase, my intention was to only try laser hair removal on the bikini area. Noushi was very friend and professional, and did a trial run to see if my hair responded to laser. I told her I was only interested if the treatments would leave me completely hair free. She said it would, so I purchased a 5-pack (4 + 1 free) for 2 areas. There was a little improvement between that and my second appt, but nothing to rave about.On my third session, she informed me that I have very difficult hair in one area, and even on the highest setting, she couldnt kill them and if she went any higher she would burn my skin (she also ran out of numbing gel for this session and it was the most painful thing I have ever experienced). I understand everyones hair is differenr, but I feel she wouldwhave known on the trail run whether laser would work for that area. Regardless, I went ahead and booked my fourth session for the second areasince she mentioned I could maybe transfer the remaining sessions from the stubborn area to the okay area.The morning before my fourth session, I received a text asking to reschedule because her father was going into surgery. Of course I said yes! After two weeks of not hearing back from her, I reached out to see how her father was doing and if she was back to work. No response, so I followed up a couple weeks after, was able to reschedule. Unfortunately I had a work emergency come up within the 24 hr cancel deadline, and she wanted to charge me, after some discussion she didnt, but it still left with a sour taste in my mouth that she asked after doing the same to me previously.She never sent other times, and two weeks later i reached out to see when we could reschedule. At this point, I had moved over an hour away without traffic, and we were not available at the same timesSince one of the areas wouldnt work anyways, I asked for a refund on the remaining sessions. She informed me that no refund typically is given after you sign consent (I guess even if she lies and says youll get results and then informs you halfway through the treatment packages that it actually wont work). However she would talk to her medical director and let me know the following day. That was over 2 months ago, and I havent heard a peep from her.Shell probably respond to this post as she did to Ginas (the customer from a year ago who had some similar experiences) that this post is a learning experience. Clearly these posts mean nothing to her as a year later she is using the same tricks and taking your money. Im not postinf this to get anything more from her. I just want to save the next customer from making the same mistake I did -- better to go to another place that is professional, truthful about what their services will do for you, and has quality customer service.PS - going back to see why she has such good reviews on Yelp... Turns out all of the unhappy customer reviews are listed as unrecommended

The owner is friendly and helpful for the evaluation. Shes also incredibly knowledgable and honest about the work that needs to be done to reach your beauty goals. However, I have since done more research on pricing and this locations highly discounted groupon price is more than other locations in the triangle. I was also very strongly pushed to purchase additional services and products not relating to my original beauty goals and had to say no many times before my answer was respected. Despite the great service, it seems this business model is to gouge the clients but make you feel like youre getting the best price.

Noushi does incredible work and makes the process quick and as painless as possible. I couldn’t recommend a better place to go to. My tattoos faded extremely quickly with absolutely no scaring or any evidence that they were even there to begin with. I very highly recommend this wonderful place and wonderful doctor!
