I really cannot speak highly enough about Jennifer and my experience here. I had 4-5 year old microblading that was dark brown and very thick and jennifer got alll of the pigment out within one and only one session. The office was nice and the staff was incredibly friendly. i would definitely return and recommend

Jennifer, she was the best . very nice very sweet. Very patient she go through with me step-by-step what she’s doing and I use her 5 times , never I have issues and I see a bigger result.

Jennifer is amazing! I came in to remove a 3 year old botched microblading job. It was faded looking because it was never done deep enough to begin with, so my experience could be better than average. But she got all of it off with one treatment! It is so fast. Each eyebrow took what I’m assuming is about 15 seconds. Very fairly priced in my opinion as well, for how well they do. There’s nothing negative I could think of about this business. Would definitely return if need be!

Came to Renewal Tattoo Removal when my med spa stopped offering those services. Jen picked up right where they left off and has done a phenomenal job. The facility is clean, the customer service is top-notch, and the pricing is transparent and competitive. Also, the laser is fast and effective!!

I went to Renewal Tattoo Removal today and was very impressed! I’ve had (Q-Switch) treatments in the past and comparing that to the new PicoSure technology I am convinced it’s way better. It didn’t hurt nearly as much and within seconds I was done. Jen is by far the BEST technician anyone could ask for. She is very knowledgeable, caring and accommodating to her patients. As a first timer and a person who asks a lot of questions she made me feel very comfortable before and after my treatment The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and I would highly recommend them for any tattoo removal and/or body contouring needs you may have as well.A great gem in the Brier Creek area!

Very professional place. I came for a tattoo blowout removal and Jennifer was excellent during the procedure. I know results can change from person to person but I’m pretty happy with the results. She pretty much free handed the lines to get rid of the blowed out ink and my tattoo looks clean now.

Today was my first appointment (consultation and treatment). The place is beautiful, and everyone is kind and professional. Jennifer performed my treatment and she was wonderful, and quick with the treatment (in this case, you want quick). When I got on the elevator so were 2 other people and they both got off at renewal too. The doctor was very professional.They use the picosure laser & i recommend this laser for tattoo removal. I already see results 3 hours after my first treatment!

I had two laser tattoo removal treatments here. I unfortunately would not recommend. I didnt really notice any fading at all over these two 12 week apart treatments (which may or may not have been normal as I recognize it is a slow process). However, my other complaint was that it seemed icing throughout the painful procedure was a bother to them (and they ran out of ice packs during my session). On top of that, I went to a newly opened clinic nearby who charged me 100 less per session, and Im seeing noticeable results after this session with them and had a much better overall experience.

Jenn is everything and more! After having a horrible experience at excellase, Jenn has saved the day! Jenn has the latest laser which helps SO much at minimizing any discomfort during the procedure. Jenn took her time and iced between keeping me very comfortable. The office is professional and super clean! I would not go to anyone else for laser tattoo removal... not to mention she is the BEST around for removing microbladed eyebrow tattoos because most practices dont have the correct laser to remove the pigment in that location. I truly cant say enough about this practice! 5 stars!

I cannot speak highly enough about Jen and the wonderful team here. I had spent years delaying treatment and I was skeptical about what results to expect. It is a process, and it does take time, but I am so thrilled with the results. Jen has the best bedside manner and it is truly a judgement free zone. A truly life changing experience for the better.

I have been removing some tattoos on my neck for almost 3 years. After receiving less than 10 treatments with renewal my ink is close to be finished. The staff is friendly, extremely nice and its the cheapest Ive found in NC that actually uses the correct laser. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking removal of tattoos.

I had several treatments that extended beyond recommended 6 treatments and tattoo now looks worse than original. I have several areas of discoloration with very little tattoo remval. It looks like a botched job, I selected this place because they advertised that they could work on dark skin. Very expensive and no one else wants to touch it for further treatment.

The workers their are amazing and polite and more helpful than any other business i have ever been they treat you like family in their and i wouldnt let anyone remove my tattoos but them they are 100 percent perfect in my book. And they will work woth you on your payments they are awesome

I had 14 treatments but the tattoo is still clearly visible and badly scarred. I changed to another place that has the same laser but a newer version, and I’ve gotten better results.

There is a base price of $150 that is not advertised. I asked about prices over the phone and they said I had to wait for consultation. My tattoo is smaller than a dime and will cost $900, which I believe to be absurd.

Friendly staff, great people, solid prices and best of all, they use Pico Sure instead of Q-Switch.
