Victoria was so wonderful and knowledgeable! With it being my first tattoo I was nervous going into it but she made me feel so comfortable through the entire process. I am so pleased with how my tattoo turned out! I will be recommending her to everyone I know and will be back for more!

Victoria was amazing to work with and talk to on my new tattoo. Her work is amazing and she personalized the tattoo to make it one of a kind. She was wonderful to talk to. I love how the tattoo session is just us two and no one else to distract her. She worked fast but stayed detailed on her work. Even before the session, when I emailed her about the tattoo, I got a really quick response. Love the work space as well. Clean, showcases some of her work, and designed the whole room really cool. She even touched up an old tattoo I had. I definitely recommend and will most likely be back for another project.

Highly suggest Neon Moon! Firstly, the booking process was extremely easy and efficient. You can literally pick your appointment date and time right on her website and put down your deposit immediately. Most of the places in the area don’t have this technology, so this alone was attractive to me. Her shop is super nice and clean and has a great vibe. As for the tattoos themselves, she did an excellent job helping me narrow down the fine line tattoos I wanted and making them the perfect “fit” for me. Will definitely be going back for more tattoos at Neon Moon!

She even looked at my tattoo I had for years and thought it was still bruised. She told me it was an ink pool under my skin and not actually bruised. Another great one! Always a great experience, she makes you feel very comfortable, she wouldn’t want you to get the tattoo if you weren’t in love with what she designed. She listens and works with you to make sure the end product is exactly what you’d hoped for, tweaking what she created to fit what you want. She’s an artist that does tattoo work, not like most shops that will just plow through to get you in and out as fast as possible.

My husband and I met Victoria at Art on the Avenue in Reading, PA and loved her passion for being an artist and a tattoo artist. Although she has only been tattooing for a few years, we would have never known looking at her portfolios - she has the skill, drive, and dedication of a tattoo artist beyond her years. I have been looking for someone to give me my first tattoo, and after meeting Victoria, I knew she was the one.We went into Neon Moon Tattoo yesterday evening for our tattoos and was greeted immediately by Victoria with a big smile. She made the whole experience very enjoyable as she chatted with us about her shop, her experience as a tattoo artist, and walked us through each step that she was doing on us. The owner, Victoria, is friendly and helpful and will help you choose a tattoo that is perfect for you.
