Masquerade Tattoo Shop

I got my tattoos done by Dave a couple of years ago and now its time again. The place is very clean, well sanitized and all the guys are amazing. I am taking my niece there in 2 months to get one done and my son is going to make an appointment to get one done sometime this week. Great place to get your tattoo.

Thank you Dave for breathing new life into my tattoo. This was meant as a memorial piece that I got ten years ago and looked so faded and blown out. With an upcoming wedding I walked into Masquerade Tattoo hoping for help to make it look nice for my big day. Dave did not disappoint!! He took his time to talk about what I wanted to do and we walked step by step to the final product. When I tell you this tattoo fix up means more to me than anything I would lose the words at some point for just how thankful I am. If you are looking for an artist that listens to what you want and makes you comfortable as he does it by talking you through all the steps and keeps your mind off the pain…Dave is your guy.

I go to Dave and it is always a great experience. He’s super nice, he gets back to you super quick and he makes it a great appointment every time. Very professional and a great tattoo artist!! 100% would recommend

Nothing but awesome vibes when I walked into Masquerade Tattoo. I called beforehand to make sure walk-ins were available, and to explain what I wanted. Once I was able to arrive, Dave helped me right away, drew up what I wanted, and made sure the placement made sense. I couldnt be happier with my new tattoo, and I cant wait to go back for my next one. If youre thinking about getting a tattoo, you wont be disappointed at Masquerade Tattoo.

Charlie did my tattoo and i am super happy with it. He always amazes me with the amount of detail he is able to get into the tattoo. He is very clean and friendly. Will be back soon for more

David did a fantastic job helping me pay tribute to my grandparents. I got a Sylvia butterfly and in One Wing I have the IBEW local 3, NY symbol. That represents my grandfather. He did exactly what I wanted and made the color gorgeous.

Ive been here twice for tattoos. My artist was John. (Both times) The best way to describe him is professional. From being well prepared to the level of his work - both 10/10. Amazing artwork, almost looks like it came out of a printer. Prices are reasonable. Tattooing area very clean. You know youre in for quality work going there. And after care instructions as well for anyone new to tattoos.

Dave is awesome. He took the time to listen and really understand what It was that I was looking for , that’s a big deal when getting a tattoo and for me it was going to be my first. He created something beautiful and meaningful for me! Dave’s creativity and professionalism is outstanding!! I called ahead to see if they were able to do fine line tattoos. I wanted a specific tattoo on the top of my shoulder. I walked in and Charlie helped me right away. I showed him what i was looking for and he drew up a design. He worked with me to make sure it was perfect. He had the time to it then and there. His line work and precision was on point!I would defintely reccommend this place.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dave Sperling at Masquerade tattoo shop. He has done 9 tattoos for me and I have an appointment scheduled for my 10th. He is a true artist and incredibly talented. Above that he is also a kind and respectful tattoo artist that is beyond appreciated. The shop is always clean and the other staff are always helpful. Dave does beautiful work and consistent work at that. He is masterful in his craft. He is always professional and pays attention to details. He has a wide range as well as I have a tattoo of a mermaid that he did beautifully and then his line work and letter work is also top notch. If your looking for a solid tattoo from a solid dude Dave is your man and Masquerade tattoo shop is the place to go!

Shop is always clean, comfortable & sanitary.The guys are friendly and super talented.I appreciate that Dave gives honest feedback BEFORE starting projects with me & he is usually my go to guy for most of my work! :)I never leave this shop unsatisfied because they hold themselves to high standards and produce solid, quality work.(And, if I ever WAS unsatisfied, I have 0 doubt in my mind theyd do whatever they could to make it right.)Hands down my fav shop. This was my first tattoo and I’m glad I chose Charlie as my artist . He was very professional and welcoming . Tattooing area very clean and organized. He was very informative of after care instructions. Im definitely coming back to him for another tattoo.

I love this shop. I’ve been coming here for years. Dave has been doing my tattoos. Every time I come to get another tattoo and he never disappoints. He’s an amazing artist. Just got another sick piece done by him. People are always complementing me on my tattoos and ask me who my artist is. Im always recommending him. My first experience at Masquerade was with Jay. He did my ribs in 2013... The day before my wedding! He was very mellow and his work spoke for itself. He made it a great experience. The shop stayed in my mind and I referred people there. Surprisingly a lot of close friends already love Masquerade. It is clean, professional, and the artists have some of the most impressive portfolios around. In 2017 I made an appointment with Dave; a decision I will never regret! He did such a beautiful job on my blue hydrangea tattoo and 3 days ago he just did a neo-traditional Sherlock Holmes on the opposite forearm. These two tattoos by Dave have been the easiest healing process and some of the most stunning work. Not to mention hes a fun guy to sit with. In short: Here, Masquerade, TAKE ALL MY MONEY! Thank you all for your great work.

Amazing place. Dave has been my artist exclusively for years and that will continue to be the case for many years to come. Have had an affection for his work since day one. All of the guys at The shop are awesome and very friendly. Phil in particular was very kind. So much so that on a break from his 5 hour session with another customer, he asked if I wanted anything when he went on a Dunkin Donuts run. You can tell all the artists here are passionate about their art, as it should be. Very homey place indeed.

As a nurse I pay attention to details including cleanliness. My third piece was done today by the awesome Charlie and I am beyond pleased with his work and detail. He will not only listen to what you want but create a piece far better than what you expected. I was extremely hesitant getting a tattoo and today I left with number 3 and a plan left for piece 4.

Highly recommend this shop! From the awesome atmosphere, to the professional and clean work I would absolutely tell everyone who is looking to get work done to check this place out. Ask for Charlie, I’m not saying he’s an alien but he’s definitely an alien. His work speaks for itself and a more honest and talented artist I could not have asked for. They have absolutely earned my business and I will be returning.

Dave is the man! Does awesome work, super flexible with making the most convenient appointment dates/times, and is very easy to get in touch with to discuss ideas to draw up exactly what you want. Definitely an artist i trust 100%.

Just stopped in to say hello to old friends who have been tattooing me for years. Too many to count. Jay and John are excellent artists whose attention to detail and their ability to create depth to their tattoos is incredible.

Dave is a great artist and just an overall really cool guy. He did a few pieces for my wife and I, they all came out great, actually better than we’d planned thanks to his advice. I highly recommend this place.

Nobody wants to have a bad tattoo but unfortunately my tattoo here with Charlie did not go well. I was left with severely scarred and torn up skin, and my tattoo was not able to be fixed until 10 months later. My skin scabbed far more heavily than I have ever seen and while I have never bled at all for another tattoo I bled heavily for this one. There were also issues with lines not being straight and coloring going outside the lines.I have healed several other tattoos of similar size with similar amounts of ink and never had an issue. I spoke to multiple other artists after having this work done and each confirmed the issue was with the artist and not my aftercare. I have finally had the tattoo repaired (which of course was extra cost) but it will never be free of flaws. Other artists here may do good work but unfortunately my skin is permanently damaged

JOHN IS AMAZING! recommend 100% followed him on insta for years and was so excited to start seeing him for my sleeve. I told him an idea of what i wanted and left it up to him to draw up in his style and i was not disappointed. Im three sessions in so far and im in love and each session is a blast! I recommend him to everyone now

Have been here a couple of times and have to say this place is awesome. Chill atmosphere and everybody is so nice. My last visit with Charlie was great. So happy with my tatt. I will definitely be back for more. Would recommend 👌 👍.

I got my very first tattoo here. The store is a beautiful house turned business. Very clean very professional. All the artists do nice work but jay is amazing!!! I highly recommend coming here.

Jay is an amazing artist, that being said, he is the only one who i would allow to ink me. Phils work is poor and he greatly lacks customer service.
