Wildside Piercing

This place was an okay place. I did take a friend there and she didn’t have a good experience. But it was alright with me. The person that did mine eye brow piercing was wonderful. But there are two things. 1. They did do my eye brow piercing wrong it was off a bit 2. Don’t use there cleaner they give you it’s just sea salt. Yea a lot of the cleaner In other places give you are sea salt and stuff but there really mixed well and it has other cleaning stuff in it. What they give you is just sea salt and they tell you to mix it into water (that’s not good cleaning material). After using there stuff to clean my Piercing it wasn’t really healing and green goo was coming out. But not even a day After I used real Piercing cleaner it was looking really good. So note use real cleaner and not just salt and water. Also if you are Sensitive to face gold and Such don’t get them here only because there Piercing material is fake. So over all it’s a good place but go somewhere where they have good stuff. If it’s pricey, it’s better

Honestly i went here with high hopes because it was a really nice location, but out of the THREE piercings i got here only one was able to heal fully. the others got super infected and had to be removed. the piercings i had to remove were my bellybutton and cartilage. when i took out the jewelry i realized why they didn’t heal.. the jewelry was cheap!! it was extremely corroded and discolored after being in my body for 2-3 months. not only was the jewelry low quality, the woman there criticized me for not taking care of my piercings because i used saline instead of ocean sea salt. although ocean sea salt is a good substitute for saline, they don’t tell you it needs to be mixed with distilled and bottled water!! NOT tap. all they said was to mix the sea salt with water. disappointing.

So I honestly don’t know how to start with this review. I went to get a belly button piercing with a friend of mine a few days ago and when I went in there were a lot of red flags. One of them being the type of jewelry they used on my belly piercing. Not only a day after did I have a VERY irritated belly button piercing but when I went to go contact the place like I was told how to I never received a reply back on my irritated piercing that was given to me. I had to go to a different location that had a lot of experience workers and I was told by the piercing guy that my belly button was irritated because of the improper belly ring that was inserted not only was it the wrong type of ring, but it was made of very cheap metal that would irritate me even more if it wasn’t removed within the two days I had it in. Overall, I am going to say Don’t go to this place for any type of piercing it’s not only Bad with customer service but the metal is so cheap that it can hurt you along the healing Process. Especially in sensitive places like your belly button, ears, eyebrow and more. Please be safe and go to a well known place with professionals so u can get the proper after care. salt and winter IS NOT ok or safe for any piercings.Update 7-7-24They told me to call them a week after I already went somewhere to get the belly ring fixed and instead of fixing the problem they yelled at me telling me I should have gone on if they didn’t respond to me in the 3 days it took them to answer even though I was told to text them if I had any issues and the owner continued to yell at me trying to blame me for the reason I had to go somewhere else even tho it was fully their fault my piercing was irritated and they lied about the metal used over all horrible customer service and I definitely don’t recommend coming here

My sister and I found this place a couple of weeks ago and went in today to start a venture on piercings. Today, I got an upper lope of ear. Very nice place and people.very clean and very inviting.

Took my 2 daughters for piercing.They were very careful, gentile and patient.

This place was wildly disappointing. my friend and i went in july to get piercings. she got her conch pierced and i got my tragus. first let’s talk about the tragus. she pierced it at an angle so it was impossible to heal. almost immediately it was infected. the lobe was huge. the jewelry was not medical grade like they claimed it was, and when i went to a different piercing shop they took one look at it and told me to immediately take it out. for the conch, the metal rusted in her ear. we both had keloids. for both of us the metal was warped when we took them out. aftercare instructions were just “put salt water on it” and turn the jewelry when you clean it, and if you have any sort of piercings you know that’s immediately wrong. all i gotta say is if you’re in henrietta and you want a piercing go to ultimate piercing and tattoos.

They were amazing with my nervous kids! I got a piercing and needed it changed to accommodate a mri and they didnt hesitate to help me! I will continue going for any piercing needs!

Got my septum piercing done and it never healed due to being placed extremely low and through the cartilage. I went back to get a plastic retainer for surgery, and the lady criticized me saying that my piercing was inflamed and had keloids (it didnt) because I was using sterile saline solution. She really said “if you use saline it tricks your body into thinking it still needs to heal. Stop using it and your body will think it’s healed and be better.” what??!?! Do NOT go here

I called Wildside this morning and confirmed we could get 3 nose piercings this afternoon. Truly wonderful experience. Very clean, friendly and informative. They are a family business that’s been around for 40 years. The piercing process was quick and went exactly as the woman described it would!

Samantha pierced my belly button today and I didn’t feel a thing. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend this business and when you call make sure you ask her!! She’s simply amazing and has a great personality!

The location is spacious, clean and theres a great selection of jewelry. The employees are kind, professional and knowledgeable. Ive been there several times for jewelry re-insertion post hospital stays and got my nose double pierced. Prices are also very good!

With the amount of “experience” the owner has I am so disappointed! I have had multiple piercings done by Noreen which all rejected/infected. Cartilages, nose, belly… I even have nerve damage from one of her piercings. Go to someone certified who knows their placement. This is not worth the complications and stress.

Got my ear pierced got terribly infected and the tool got stuck, still charged me full price. Everywhere else I went have had no issues

The lady was super nice and cool but my piercing was crooked and in the thickest part of my nose (my septum) I got it redone at dorje cuz it was so bad.

Got my tragus pierced and cartilage. For the tragus they didn’t use a tragus earring and put the back on so tight there was no room for swelling whatsoever and the earring cut into my skin. I questioned her on the line up of my cartilage earring as I was adding to a previous earring… she said it was fine and it came out crooked.

Walked in at 6:30 with no appointment and walked out 20 minutes later with both of my nipples pierced.I was extremely nervous but my piercer did a great job of making the whole experience less uncomfortable and awkward. She kept conversation casual and lighthearted. I was really happy that she allowed my fiancé back with me for support.Great selection of jewelry, and although it hurt like a son of a gun, it was definitely worth every penny. She provided cleaning solution and told me everything I need to know about aftercare.

Me and my twins all had our ear pierced for migraines and it has helped us all me and my son have stopped getting them it’s been a year and some months. But my daughter has started getting them again not as bad as she had before and she told us that she could come back and get another piercing it just depends on the person. Love this place and she has nice jewelry also.

Noreen was amazing!! My friend and I came in, didn’t know what to expect for prices or piercings. I got forward helix and second ear lobes and only paid $50! She said it was usually 70 but group discount since my friend got some piercings as well. Jewelry and clean solution was included. Good quality jewelry as well! Super respectful and made us feel comfortable.

Don’t go here. Simply had to change my stud to a hoop for nose piercing, the lady was unable to get the hoop in, making me bleed. I ended up fainting, there wasn’t even anywhere to lie down to help with the lightheadedness. Eventually they were able to get the hoop in, but then I was instructed to not even clean it afterwords. Not to mention the hoop is bent out of shape. Usually not one to leave bad review, but this could have all been so preventable.

I got my belly button, third hole and septum done there. my septum healed fine, but its slightly crooked. my belly button was more of a surface piercing, so it never healed and i had to take it out. the jewelry they used for it also discolored the skin around my piercing. when my third hole was done, a trainee did it and the lady didnt say anything to help her so my perfuming ended up crooked and never healed, so i had to take it out. she also asked my 12 year old sister if she wanted a piercing, and said she would give her one without parental consent. 100% recommend going to dorje adornments and waiting for an appointment instead

Just went and got my nose pierced and I love it. The lady who helped me was very nice. She informed me of everything I needed to keep my piercing clean. She also gave me the sea salt product to help keep it clean myself. I was in and out. Highly recommend!

Came in to get my ears pierced after not putting in earrings for over 10 years, thinking the holes had close. The woman piercing my ears checked first and found that they were actually open, just needed some coaxing, and gave me advice on taking care of them.She was very nice and a calming personality, and the studs I purchased to keep the hole open are very cute. Highly recommend this place, very nice and vigilant about COVID which is very important nowadays.

I got my nose pierced. This was my first time getting a piercing other then my ears and Noreen was amazing! She walked me through the process, and made sure I was comfortable and knew exactly what to expect, I was a bleeder and she helped me get it all cleaned up! Will definitely come back for more piercings and recommend highly to all my friends!!

I got both sides of my nose pierced on the same day. I trusted the person knew what she was doing and while one side is looking and healing completely fine, the other side is in a lot of pain and the gem is sinking into the hole. Its extremely disappointing that i spent $70 for something that im going to have to take out because its too tight to heal comfortably. Going here i feel was a mistake and it definitely isnt going to be a mistake I make again.

Went in with no appointment, and our party had 3 people get a total of 6 piercings. She was so kind and informative on all of the difficult piercings we were asking to get. Everything is also very reasonably priced. Overall I will recommend this is all my friends and come back again in a heartbeat.

Noreen has pierced me since I was 17. She is the only person I will go to now for new piercings even though I dont live in state anymore. Shes sweet, knowledgeable and gentle. I have never had an issue with any of the jewelry shes used and my skin is sensitive to fake jewelry. She has done my cartilage, rook, tongue, septum and nostril.

They were so nice & it went very fast i barely even felt it. however i am a very sensitive person around blood so i got very light headed & almost passed out, they were so helpful & supportive in making sure i get better. amazing service!!

Amazing experience. Very clean. She got me right in for my piercing, walked me through the healing and when my piercing needed to be re-bent due to my own fault she got me in quickly to fix it! Highly recommend.

They sold me junk. Avoid this trashy shop! Earrings fall apart after one use.

My friend and I went and I have to say, this is a very clean very relaxing shop. She knows her stuff and will tell you if she can or cannot do something, she really works with her customers to find what they like, and what they are interested in. Im very glad to have walked in and have such a positive experience. She knows what shes talking about and is very professional. I will definately come back for any of my other piercings.

My friend and I went to get our belly buttons pierced. I went first an after it was complete I noticed my piercing was completely crooked… I had to get my piercing removed and redone and was given a 25% discount for the redone piercing.

Got my lip pierced for my birthday and she let me pick out a horseshoe instead of piercing me with a stud. it wasn’t big enough and when my lip started swelling it was cutting into my lip and not letting it heal properly. i had to go to a different shop in which they were shocked i had that jewelry in for so long. she should’ve only let me pick out a stud instead of letting me think a horseshoe would be ok. not very professional.

My friend and I had a great experience here. The piercer is very informative and will tell you if a piercing is unsafe to get. She is very nice and she knows what shes doing. We will definitely be back for more at some point :)

I went and got my conch and second cartilage piercing. Three other friends went with me and all got piercings. Chris helped us and she was amazing. She stayed late to fit us all in and was super helpful. She answered all our questions and was really nice. She talked us through each piercing and made us feel comfortable. She gave us all a deal on our piercings too!But 6/8 of the peircings we got became infected. The jewelry wild side sells is cheap and okay for healed piercings but should not be out in new peircings! Would not recommend using their jewlery. Do your research first!

The lady that did our piercings was super nice! She talked us through every step and answered every question. Very clean place. Definitely going back for jewelry replacements.

This place is terrible. If you’re looking for a professional place to get a piercing, go somewhere else. Girl that pierced me was most likely underage, not licensed, and there were several other people at the shop that were also underage. No paperwork to fill out, no care instructions, poor sterilization procedures. There were so many red flags during the process that I’m taking my piercing out. Give yourself some piece of mine and just go somewhere else more professional.

My sister got her nose pierced here and the piercer basically used a regular ear lobe stud and bent it into an L hook. It was too short so it popped out and got lodged in her nostril, so we had to bring her somewhere else to get proper jewelry put in. The other piercer said they see screw ups from this shop all the time.

I went here a couple times and was ENSURED all jewelry was surgical steel. I told her several times I had an allergy to ALL other metal types and NEEDED to have surgical steel for all of my piercings. The first time I went I just got 2 pairs of earrings for my lobes (previously pierced 10 years ago) the second time I went was to get a piercing. Not even a month went by and I took out my lobe earrings because they started itching and causing me problems. The metal that was inside my ear turned BLACK. I didn’t have problems with my piercing that she did until 3 months afterward and the hoop she put in for me also turned black where it was inside my ear. I am extremely upset I wasted my money here and that she lied to me about her products. Please look into other options before you get pierced here especially if you have problems with any types of metals.Also I have pictures of what happened with the jewelry she put in me so feel free to comment and I will GLADLY provide proof.

I got my nose pierced here recently and it barely hurt at all! i have had it for a few days now and it still doesnt hurt besides the bruise that was left. it was very clean and i got saltwater to clean it with and she walked me through it. i would 10/10 recommend this place

A friend of mine went here and they where extremely unprofessional. Ive had multiple people (minors) tell me they where hit on by the men working here. they blame the client for “getting aggressive” but she was being held and getting down yelled at by megan and her mother. there are multiple videos of marks on her arm from workers and a video of megans mother putting hands on her when she was trying to leave

Absolutely awful. Got my nose pierced here and the jewelry they used turned the skin around the piercing gray. They lie about using silver. Awful and useless service, wish I had waited to go to Dejore. If you’re considering going here, DO NOT.

This place was so sweet. The lady was super sweet it didn’t hurt to bad and we were in and out and about 10 to 15 minutes.

Haven’t actually gotten a piercing done, but the hours on the website google and facebook are all different. Plus, we went to the location when it was open according to every site, and they were still closed. No sign, nothing on facebook, just closed. Very unprofessional, would recommend that you call ahead. I understand things come up in life, however communication is key to the customers. This is the third time we have tried to get a piercing but none of the times match up with eachother.

I’ve had 2 piercings get so infected that I had to take them out and they closed up! The lady in the place is also very rough when piercing!!! I’m very upset because all the pain I went through and money I have waisted (not cheap)! I highly recommend going somewhere else!! Not even worth it at all!

Called to have a dermal piercing removed and was told to go see a surgeon 🤣 called another piercing place the ultimate- and had it removed w. Absolutely no issues. Feel like if you are a piercing place, you should know what you’re doing

Do. Not. Go. Here. She pierced my ear 4 times in 4 different places. Ripped my cartilage. Caused severe damage inside my ear. Couldnt even get the jewelry in. Absolutely butchered my ear. Awful.

I have been waiting to get a belly button piercing for weeks now! My final straw was Monday when I was told I could get It done, I went about an hour later and they were closed. So the owner was walking out and told me Wednesday and they changed their hours to be closed! If you want business how about not change your hours every two seconds!
