Staff is always super friendly and have a good depth of knowledge in their trade. Brad gave me an eyebrow piercing and his explanations were thorough and covered most of the info I would need to take care of myself. Any questions I had were answered promptly and gave solutions other than just “buy this product” which is greatly appreciated. Fair prices for the experience of work you’re getting.

I got 2 tattoos done by Faith and I could not be more happy! She did a awesome job and now I will never go anywhere else!! Her artistry is amazing. I brought her the idea of what i wanted and she turned it into art! Thank you Faith!!!! I will see you again soon!

Faith is truly an amazing artist. She gave both my mother and I tattoos and they came out PHENOMENAL! She was a pleasure to talk to and gave amazing advice and care for the tattoos. Definitely will be back again!

The guy who pierced my daughter’s ears made the experience very nice for her. I was really happy with the service and feel comfortable if there is any issues on going back. ☺️

The artist and I do not use that term loosely. Faith is amazing. I love my tattoo. I came in and didnt really have a photo and explained what I wanted and she exceeded my expectations. She has a great personality and a great sense of humor. I definitely recommend you go see her for any new tattoo.

I got my septum pierced for my 13th birthday and Brad was super cool and my dad was talking to the tattoo lady there ab getting our names in old English, he really liked her and thats weird cuz hes from Detroit so he doesnt trust a lot of ppl lmao. But Brad made me feel comfortable the whole time and Im going back for my 14th birthday for another peircing😊😊

IF YOU ARE NOT CAUCASAN YOU ARE NOT WELCOME. When you walk in they seem very uninterested in helping you and standoffish. My husband, who is black, went for a tattoo with FAITH and had to sit and listen to her degrade him and his race while she was inking him. He is going elsewhere to finish the tattoo. Used to be a great place with talented ppl. Not anymore. Just trash.

TL;DR been here four times gotten piercings & tattoos and they are both terrible quality and be prepared for racist jokes!not gonna go into specifics too much, but on 3/4 of my visits i was subjected to racist jokes and at one point a very anger fueled rant about how “homeless mexicans” can just “walk into walmart and get a job” while faith had a needle to my skin. last visit on 3 separate occasions in 3 separate contexts i was subjected to racist jokes about asian people, one being a “ching chang chong” joke in 2023.besides faith and brad’s inappropriate speak of race with clients, the tattoos i got aren’t too well done for just being line art with no color. in one point in one of my tattoos the line goes crooked, then back on track after an inch. definitely will need both tattoos done by faith retouched by someone else. besides the tattoos, brad’s piercings are pretty good for placement. never had any issues with 2 he did, but the other 2 he did were a less known piercing where i could tell he himself had not done his research on. while i was waiting to be taken back, he quoted something on reddit informing me about rejection risks. the piercing i get is notorious for rejection, he should have known that before reading it on reddit while i was in the building. besides that, the posts were too short for swelling and my piercings attempted to sink and embed into my skin today. when i called, i was told my only option is to wait until thursday. by then no doubt they would have been deep into my skin. thank god i went to bz ink today to get them changed!nonetheless this place has some real issues with appropriate talk around clients and researching procedures they are performing.1st pic: My piercing trying to embed/reject the same day I was told I had to wait 48 hours for THEIR piercer to be in (Brad) in order to get it changed, specifically told me I had no other options when I asked. In the pic I am pushing out the piercing because it was so tight to the skin the red part you see was constantly wet.2nd pic: Faith’s work. enough said there

Fidelia was wonderful to us. She tried to talk us out of it at first but my daughter and I are balls to the wall and determined. After Fidelia was done with her warnings we had a marvelous time. We both enjoyed her mean humor and sparkling wit. My kiddo and I both made a new friend and mentor this day. Love ya, Fidelia!!

I love Vicious Ink! I got a helix piercing and I absolutely love it! Brad did an amazing job and was super fun to talk with. Im still amazed at how little it hurt. I will definitely go there again if I want more piercings and will recommend them to anyone who wants any. Thanks again!

Went in for my daith piercing and Im absolutely obsessed. As soon as my husband and I walked in, we both noticed how clean they keep it. As I was filling out my paperwork, I looked at the tattoo work and they do some incredible work. Ill definitely be coming back again not only for my next piercing but for my next tattoo. Such a fun and friendly atmosphere. The guy that did my piercing did an absolute fantastic job. He was so quick and made the experience way more enjoyable and a lot less painful. After reading reviews about the daith piercing, I was a little timid because so many said it was the most painful spot to get a piercing. The job he did, it was the complete opposite. I just want to say thank you for the wonderful experience.

Friendly and welcoming! For my daughters nostril piercing, Vicious Ink was the exact opposite of her previous experience at another shop. They do not use the corkscrew jewelry that falls out, and they teach you how to clean your piercing properly. They even instruct you to call them if anything goes wrong and let you know theyre there to help, not to make you feel like an idiot. The whole vibe of the shop was great.

0 stars for FAITH.Went here to have my nose pierced by brad and decided to booked my tattoo right after.On the day of my appt she was very off right when I came in. I asked if its ok if my friends can watch the session and she said it depends if they can shut up and not walk around because Im the only one in here. then when she came from the back after quite awhile she had my reference printed out and told meso you wanna do other peoples artwork?hmmm interesting! She assumes that i want exactly whats on the picture.Didnt ask the size of the tattoo i want.Rude because shes not even prepared.No options for stencils that i could choose.my appointment was 1pm but she didnt start not until 2 and I was done at 2:46 for having 3 designs but she charged 250$ excluding the 50$ deposit that I paid. (overcharged) she would literally stop and talk to my friends about the tattoo that shed rather do for her clients and told us I dont like people getting their design from google or Pinterest. if thats the case , she shouldve not accepted me as her client if shes not happy about doing it.Now I have to look for a better artist who can cover up the 2 tattoos that she did because lines are crooked and the other parts are faded already. Didnt put a saniderm, only a papertowel and tape on it.very bad experience and shes just awful. Go somewhere else . A place where you can be treated with respect and not look down on you.

Would not recommend as I find their stickers stuck all over town and concert venues as a poor attempt to advertise causing property damage and hours spent in removing them. If their services were good and reputable , this juvenile behavior would be unnecessary.Do better.

I was looking to have two helix (cartilage) piercings done and had passed this shop many times. I decided to drop in to ask some questions and ended up getting the piercing done the same day. Great decision to go to Viscous Ink!The staff was very helpful and accommodating to my requests. But I loved that they did give their professional opinion on things. They wanted you to make wise decisions and have the best experience possible. Long story short - they took care of their people!Shout out to Spencer for a great job and experience.

I never really write reviews. However I felt like due to the overall experience I had at the shop it was a must! I scheduled an appointment to get my septum pierced the same day and from the time I arrived with my friends and left it was all around 10/10 best experience! Brad made me comfortable and held great conversation. He knew what he was talking about from start to end and was very comforting. Great guy all around with great talent and great sense of humor! I will be retuning for future piercings and recommending friends and family! The best of the best!! Thank you Brad!

*edited to respond to business*I had my vertical labret done here in May. He did not use clamps, he just kind of free handed it. He told me “it’s going to look like it’s hanging to the left a bit, but it’s not going to heal that way”. It did in fact heal that way lol. But I was naive enough to believe him, so I paid them nearly $100 to put something on my face I ended up hating. I’m sure he knew he messed it up which is why he told me that. So unprofessional. If you don’t have experience doing a piercing, just don’t do the piercing. This should be fixed free of charge for being done so badly. (I have since taken it out).I did try calling, and I was promptly hung up on. All four of these photos are the same crooked piercing, during different time periods, with different jewelry. I used four photos with different jewelry to show that it always looked that way. I didn’t just scour the internet to find crooked labret piercing photos. Every single one of these is of me. I would love a solution 😊

Faith does amazing work and is a beautiful artist. She prefers doing original work and will go above and beyond to work with you and find something original. She has given me 8 tattoos to date and I love all of them.

Nate and Shelby have done fantastic work on my body and I couldnt thank them enough, today I got 2 tattoos done by Nate and they couldnt have turned out better. I highly reccomend this place. My friends and I come here for all of our tattoos and piercings! Thanks Nate and Shelby!

Shout out to Raquel Ruthless! I have been wanting this tattoo for so long, and she did an amazing job bringing it to life. I feel the price was appropriate as well. Also, I appreciate that all of the staff was polite and friendly, not just Raquel. 100/10, would go to her again for a tattoo.

This was my first time at this shop and it was hands down the best experience i’ve ever had. Brad was such a cool and unique guy. Great at keeping a conversation going for hours and never makes you bored. I got my second and third piercing on both ears. Brad made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. They are very clean and do a professional job. I really do recommend that, if you’re reading this, you should check out their shop! I will definitely be sticking to this shop for my future piercings and tattoos! :)

I have gotten 2 tattoos here. I arrived to my appointment and no one arrived to the shop for 20 minutes. I was then charged $275 for a back piece of a quote that took no less than 20 minutes to complete. I would not recommend coming here for a good experience with getting a tattoo.

I walked in and they were immediately rude to my wife and I. Not only did they make it clear they didn’t want to do it… they overpriced the quote. I went to All In Tattoos down the road and received the best service at a great price!

Meant to leave this review months ago and had to come back to say what an amazing job Brad did. Went in with a friend to get my third lobe piercings and rook done. We had great conversation with Brad, he made us laugh a ton, and was super agreeable to let my friend get a spur of the moment rook piercing too! He even ran a pair of earrings I brought in through the autoclave to clean them and packaged them up for me so theyd be sterile for future use. He did such a great job with all of our piercings. He was thorough in explaining what to expect during the process and good tips for healing aftercare. Both of us have been saying for months how the piercings he did were unbelievably painless and both of ours have healed almost perfectly with no trouble. To make things even better, he also fixed a helix piercing I was unhappy with from a different shop that healed terribly and kept getting infected. Now it looks better than I couldve imagined and I love it. Will definitely be going to Brad for any future piercings. He went above and beyond from the very beginning. Huge thanks from the both of us!!

I took my daughter here to have her ears pierced again, because the holes have closed on her. Brad was very professional, friendly and made both of us feel at ease. Last October, I went in to see about a memorial piece for my mom who had recently passed. My husband and I walked in to inquire about talking to someone to help design and price out the tattoo. There was one lady in there and one gentleman filling out paperwork. We stood there for a few minutes, when she finally looked at us and asked if we needed something. I told her why were there and asked if there was someone I could talk to or make an appointment to get a consult. She basically heavily sighed, gave a business card from Frankie and told me to call the next week. Didn’t welcome us in, didnt thank us for coming in, nothing. Acted like we were more of a bother than a potential client. Left there so disappointed and ended up in downtown Rochester at Collective Ink. The second we walked in, we were greeted by 3 people and felt very welcomed. Met with an artist who listened to what I wanted, took time to write everything down and made me feel very welcomed.

I had my nipples pierced today with Brad. I was totally bugging out beforehand but him, Faith, and the owner were so friendly and nice. Truly it was a no brainer after the first piercing. I felt really good walking in and even better walking out. I highly recommend coming here, they were fantastic, professional, and really down to earth. Good vibes all around. Shop is clean too. Thanks to everyone there, I’ll be back for my next piercing for sure!

Faith did an amazing job on my tattoo. She was very nice, clean, and took her time to make my tattoo amazing! Her artwork is nothing less then a masterpiece. Brad pierced my ear about 8 months. I am happy with the quality of the piercing no keloid minimal infections(mild)I’m prone to them. it does seem like all of their jewelry is from body candy or something similar, nothing wrong with that but they definitely over charge on jewelry. bought the same exact earring I paid 40 dollars for for around ten at body candy, titanium and everything. In total I ended up paying almost 100 dollars for one helix. service itself was around 50 dollars if I remember correctly. If you’re going to get pierced here definitely bring your own jewelry or be prepared to pay a pretty penny on it. Besides being a bit overcharged on jewelry I do have to say overall I was happy with my experience brad was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I had exactly what I wanted. He was able to answer all of my questions and gave me detailed descriptions, the most enjoyable part of the experience was brad he had a good attitude throughout the entire process he was super enjoyable to be around made my friend and I comfortable we laughed a lot. Definitely would return for future piercings wouldn’t buy their jewelry again though 😂

Here I got my first love piercings, and overall the experience was really good, though I did cry, but the piecer made it worth it. He was super fun, sarcastic, and very laid back. The only reason I give it a four is because one of my piercings is a bit crooked. While its not a big deal to me, this may be a deal breaker to others. But overall a good experience. :)

Brad did a great job with my piercings. However when I called the shop to get help with having the bar on my piercings switched to be longer (as Brad said to do at any time if needed) the girl who answered was really unhelpful, and told me they were completely booked tor the next two days even after I told her it was swelling and becoming irritated. Will have to find another shop to help me and give my business to moving forward.

Wonderful shop! I had my nose pierced back in April. Brad put me at ease and was very friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. The shop is clean and I appreciated how they sterilized the jewelry in front of me. The piercing itself did not cause me any pain and it has healed perfectly, all thanks to having an experienced piercer. Thank you Brad!

I went w/ my sister in law to get our noses pierced, we loved the experience && our noses :) Our piercer was very friendly && funny to talk to . He made sure we were both comfortable the entire time , he answered every question we had && even questions we didn’t ask. We were both fully confident before he even took us to the room for our piercings . Definitely a better experience than other places i’ve gone && we WILL be back

Brad changed my nose ring jewelry which was infected because of an allergy, and he managed to do is as painlessly as possible i was so scared it would hurt but I barely felt a thing! The jewelry I had in was a weird one too and he was great at removing it and putting in another one. Great service and great pricing! Would definitely come here for future piercings.

We used to go there when Sam did piercings and she was lovely. I had all 10 of my piercings done by her. The new piercer Brad is horrible, stay away. It took 3 hours for him to do 3 nose piercings. And no, not over exaggerating on that either. And he took multiple smoke breaks in between. We really wished we ended up going somewhere else. Very unhappy about it and hope they can eventually get another experienced piercer in there.

Went in with my friend for a nose piercing for myself and ear piercings for him. Brad is a super laid back and funny guy, very comforting and professional too. I was really worried about it hurting a lot and my friend was a bit nervous too because hes never had any piercings done and the last time I was pierced it was in a Claires at 8 years old and that was traumatic. But Brad was super quick and gave us a breathing technique to do that helped us focus our nervous energy as the needle went through. Only ended up being like a 3/10 on the painscale and I was expecting a 6 or 7 so I was very happy. Very minimal pain for my buddy too. Would definitely go back for future piercings.

Awesome artists, they have no issues working with you to get what you want your piece to be.I recommend Shelby Johnson over at the Rochester Location, but theyre all fantastic artists.

Ive been to this shop multiple times and have never been dissatisfied. Nate Nash is an amazing artist, very friendly, clean line work, and great blending skills. Ive also been pierced by Eve Severe and she does a very efficient job. My nostril piercing looks amazing and was nearly painless. Highly recommend for all your ink and piercing needs!

After visiting Im highly satisfied with the professionalism and work done here. I got the most fabulous tattoo and it was done by Shelby. Shes gentle and very courteous and makes sure your satisfied before walking out the door. If you want anything with flowers or skulls shes your lady. Brad not only met our expectations, but he far exceeded them! My daughter (11) has been wanting her ears pierced again for quite some time now. However, she is terrified of anything that may be even slightly painful. Before he began the piercing he had her comfortable, giggling, and laughing. Once the process was about to begin, she started to cry a little because she was scared and asking how bad it will hurt. Brad told her, The fear of it is far worse than the actual event. Just like most things in life with some more added awesomeness and silliness to ease her nerves. They did a couple practice breath holds then *BLOOP* in with the piercing. She winced a wee bit, then started laughing at herself and the situation realizing that it, indeed, was not painful, only slightly uncomfortable. She was so beyond proud of herself for going through with it, and I can say with full honesty, had we gone anywhere else and it was anyone else, she most likely wouldnt have went through with it. Brad made this experience so phenomenal for her!!! Thank you again, Brad! You absolutely rock!!

Awesome experience at Vicious Ink! My mom got her first tattoo from Bre and she did wonderful work! I also got my ear pierced by Randee and I love it! She was the most knowledgeable piercer Ive ever met. The shop is very clean and everyone is so nice. We are definitely going back!

Not sure what I wouldve done without Eve, she is absolutely amazing! She pierced my nose about 3-4 months ago. It was doing amazing, NO problems. So I decided to changed the jewelry just recently and what a big mistake. The prongs on the new jewelry was catching on everything! Went back to see Eve who is extremely knowledgeable and so helpful. She changed out my existing jewelry with not an issue for a new manageable one that wont snag on stuff! I was so ready to take it out but Eve made the process much easier. I would highly recommend this shop and Eve, shes the best!

I got a vertical philtrum piercing just yesterday with Brad, he was absolutely amazing. Super down to earth, comforting, easy to talk to. He was thorough in explaining why he was doing what he did. This piercing isnt super common so I had a lot of questions and had been researching for a few months how the piercing should be done, however Im still not the professional.Anyway he freehanded my piercing after marking it several times to make sure we were both super happy. He also added in a travel size neilmed for keeping me so longMy experience was nothing short of phenomenal. I will be going back to size down my jewelry as well as any further piercing needs.

Very clean place with a nice, friendly staff. It really seems like they care about what they do here. I like that they have signs posted regarding pricing so youre not wondering what youll pay. Nate was super friendly and down to earth. A friend and I got small tattoos but he still treated us like we mattered and took the time to make sure they turned out perfect. I love it! Visited this location 3 weeks ago to inquire about getting one of my ears repierced. The nice young lady at the front counter explained the procedure and told me to come back in 3 weeks, after not wearing an earring. The shop was clean and comfortable. TODAY I went back to the shop and met with AJ. He was very professional and did a good job on my piercing.I would recommend this business.

I loved the piercings I got here! Got them done around Thanksgiving of 2018 and wanted to wait for them to heal to see how they look (great!!). I got two upper ear cartilage piercings during one appointment and I have had no problems with them since! the piercer at the Rochester location was awesome, and was willing to spend a lot of time working with me about where I wanted my piercings. the price was high, but covered the cost of the earrings and the actual piercing itself. I was more than willing to pay this because I had paid less for earrings in the past at other piercing shops which had gotten infected which needed antibiotics. I will be going back to vicious ink!!

Returning to review 6 months after my tattoo, and I already have to cover up my tattoo. My artist was heavy handed in most places, overlapping lines, shakey lines, and overall just terrible. How is some of the line work completely faded after 6 months?!? I have never had this problem with tattoos before so to be honest I have to blame the artist Frankie.

Brad did my tragus piercing. He was very thorough and explained everything from beginning until after care. He also joked and talked alot to make me less nervous and more comfortable. He was very quick and gentle! Thanks for a great experience!!! Would highly recommend!!!

My first ever tattoo experience has left me very pleased, thanks to Vicious Ink tattoo! The building is lends a clean, friendly, and professional atmosphere with a unique edge of its own. Nate Nash was my artist, and he produced two beautiful pieces of art for my best friend and I. The whole experience was enjoyable, from him helping us create custom pieces to the tattooing itself. At no point did I have any concern from my experience. Highly recommended!

I very recently went here to get some facial piercings done (a septum and a vertical labret). i should note that i have never had a piercing (except for my ears) and was really, really nervous about getting this done — but brad the piercer was incredible. brad walked me through the process thoroughly and slowly, making sure i understood everything and double-checking with me constantly, assuring me when i needed it and making sure i was comfortable and happy the entire time. it was so quick, too, and honestly didn’t hurt too badly! brad barely took a minute or two to get the actual piercings done, and once finished, they were so beautiful and even. he is by far one of the smartest, funniest and most compassionate people i’ve met recently. i’m so happy with my piercings and i can’t wait to go back for more! i 100% recommend this place, especially if you’re a first-timer. thank you so much brad :) ! - lab-rett (teehee)

I took my 8 year old daughter in to get her ears pierced. The whole staff we encountered during our visit were very friendly and patient. Instead of just explaining the process and the aftercare to mom, they made sure she was completely comfortable and knew how to take care of everything herself. The place was very clean. I would definitely recommend them!!!!

I recently went to Vicious Ink to have a bald eagle and American flag tattooed on my forearm, and I have to say my experience was nothing less than awesome. Shelby was extremely helpful and knowledge from the drawing process to aftercare. She is utterly talented and a true artist. I called Vicious Ink when I was experiencing what I would call a personal crisis. You see, my nose ring (a hoop, open on one end) that I have had for 13 years, got stuck inside my nose and I could not get it out. Needless to say I was horrified. I panicked and called Vicious Ink and spoke to Brad the Master piercer there who was very patient and kind to me. He said he had not heard of this before but to come in and he would take a look to see if he could help. I did and he got the ring to spin in one direction until it popped out and then was able to put in a new, safer ring by repiercing the inside portion of my nose that had closed up. He was calm and talked me through the whole process. It was PAINLESS which I was so grateful for seeing as the first time I got my nose pierced it was so painful I almost passed out. The place was very clean and they got me an appointment the very same day I called. He answered every question I had very patiently and thoroughly which is great because I ask a LOT of questions. So thank you to Brad and Vicious Ink for saving my life and saving me a trip to the ER. I highly recommend them.

Had a really great experience getting two piercings here over the weekend! Everything was really clean and Eve was super nice and knowledgeable - I went in not really knowing what I wanted and she talked about what would look best on my ear. I walked away with a whole plan for my left ear and two awesome piercings!

I did not get pierced, my friend did. I am rating a 5 on hospitality because the piercer was so sweet and welcoming. Always spoke to us and made us laugh. My friend loves her piercing too! Highly recommend this place.

I have gotten 2 tattoos from this shop (both done by Chris) and I am so unbelievably happy with how they both turned out! Everyone is so welcoming! Very clean and professional. I need to get some touch ups on my most recent tat, but overall I am more than happy with the whole experience.

I got my helix done here a few months ago and my piercer was incredibly nice and friendly. She helped me through the process and went in depth with after care. After the healing time was up i realized it was still not healed and had a big bump on both sides. I went to a near by shop to get my 2nd helix done since I wasn’t able to make it out here. When I went in the piercer at the new shop was disgusted by how bad it was pierced. She removed the jewelry to reveal I had 2 huge bumps on both sides of my ear which was caused by the piercing being pierced crooked. I told her I did sleep on it a few times and she explained this had nothing to do with sleeping on it and all about how it was pierced. She told me it was one of the worst piercing she’s ever seen done. I never realized how much the piercing had hurt me all the time until she took it out. I’m now left with 2 giant lumps on my ear which are very noticeable and left me unable to get the piercing I wanted on that ear due to the swelling cause by the bad piercing.

I would not recommend anyone go to this shop. I went in for a simple jewelry change and it was unprofessional, painful, and incompetent. My jewelry was ruined (dented, warped, scratched, etc.) and my piercing became infected. I had to replace the jewelry and get aftercare elsewhere.

I received a botched nipple piercing in June/July of 2020. It went way too deep and caused me a lot of discomfort and bleeding (like way more than the average amount), and then when I went back to have it looked at I was told a longer bar would help, not actually removing the piercing (which is what you should do). Im extremely angry that this was done to me, and even when I went back for help my problem was still ignored. Now I need to wait months for my piercing to heal so I can get it redone at a place that actually knows what theyre doing and will not harm me. I had an overwhelmingly negative experience here, if youre reading this you have been warned.

Love this place, super friendly staff, all so very talented, have had 2 tattoos their, love them, Shelby did a superb job with brilliant colors on my dragonfly tattoo. Spencer is a perfectionist when it come to piercings, so gentle too. I would give them a ten if I could.

Got a tattoo done almost 10 months ago on the back of my arm. The artist, Frankie, was so heavy handed that I can still feel the tattoo to this day. Went to go get it covered up this week due to how awful the lines looked & the coverup was so painful because of how scarred my skin is from how heavy handed she was & how many times she went over what should’ve been a very thin line.

I was told my tattoo would be $480. After faith did my 2nd section of my tattoo she charged me a total of $300. So I paid $700 for mediocre work. The colors did not complement my brown skin color. If 1 hour is $150 and the first section was 2 hours and I paid her $480 then I was cheated. She told me after 1 hour and 30 min on the 2nd section I owe $300. She over charged me willfully and my tattoo is not beautiful. I will have to get a new artist to do a cover up. I have never had tattoo regret until now. Im heart broken and upset that a person could deceive another paying customer. If you dont know how to tattoo African American skin in a way that complements them then dont take the money. I will never get another tattoo from this shop again. I dont know if she used the wrong needle because this is how it healed. All my tattoos heal bright and properly. There are sections of my tattoos not completely covered with ink. This tattoo she did is not worth $700 period.

A friend and I called about doing a small custom piece on short notice. Shelby took our call said she could help us when we got there. She drew us up exactly what we wanted, she was super nice and fun while working on us. Can’t wait until she comes back up, will definitely be back to see her

Slowest team ever! I was told that I would be out in 30 min going in for a couple of ear piercings. It ended up taking 2 hours. The peircer, David, and his assistant took 2 smoke breaks while I was there. The next day, the end of a piercing (the rook) fell off, I asked to get it fixed because it had only been 1 day. Needless to say they said no, even after spending $500 there. BOTTOM LINE- DONT GO HERE. They are totally unprofessional and unsanitary.

I went in for basic ear lobe piercing. The shop was clean, the wait wasnt unreasonable since I was a walk-in. The piercings have been healing very well, I could barely tell I had anything done. Would recommend. Thank you, Spencer, for the positive experience.

Extremely professional and understanding. Made my first (nose)piercing a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Just be sure that you buy a piercing that you can remove at home. I havent been able to, but the overall journey was a fun one. I dont regret a thing.

Only place Ive ever been tattooed in a shop, everyone is extremely welcoming and friendly. I had mike do a Friday the 13th tatt back in may, and fell so in love with his artwork I had to come back for another original piece by him. All his line work in his book is hand drawn and original, and he always gives a very fair price. Will definitely be coming back to him for more in the near future! I recommend going to him to anyone!

Had an amazing experience with Shelby- she was friendly and super patient going over the designs and making sure we got exactly what we wanted. She took her time with the tattoo and fine details and it still looks amazing months later.

Vicious Ink is my second home. Im at Vicious at least 3-5 times a month if not more. I have over 30 tattoos and all but 5 are from Vicious. I wouldnt feel right going anywhere else. I recommend every artist here. They are all very friendly and extremely talented. The cleanliness is top notch, and the owner is very strict on keeping up with certifications and licencing. Awesome location, and set up inside. Very open but cozy inside as well and awesome prices. I cant wait for my next tattoo already.

Nate did my tattoo and then touched it up afterwards and did an amazing job. Im in love with my tattoo, as well as everyone else. Everyone in the shop was super friendly and make you feel really comfortable! I will definitely be going there for anything I need done!

Had a 1/2 sleeve done by JR a year ago. He was great to deal with. He took the time to go over placement, work out negatives and positives about the placement, and in general, showed class and expertise with the job. His prices were beyond great and the work is stellar. I wont go to anyone else now!

My husband and I were in from out of town and had an epiphany that we needed new tattoos. We did a Google search and found Vicious Ink. Since their reviews were stellar, we stopped in knowing only that we wanted new ink. Shelby was great from beginning to end. Rob has been working on my tattoos the last year, and I wont ever go anywhere else. From covering up bad tattoos I had, to creating ones I love he knows what hes doing. People always stop me to tell me how good my work it. Thank goodness I found someone who knows how to tattoo. Thank you Rob!!!!!

The place is clean inside and there is some great artwork done by the tattoo artist on the walls. FYI: they’re cash only right now and the website lists two artists that do not work out of this shop anymore, but not the artist who does. When I stopped in the first time the artist was doing a consultation and was a little short with me. I put down a deposit and scheduled a consultation for a later date. At the consultation, she helpfully suggested removing my old art as opposed to trying to cover it, which I’m 100% on board with. However, as I pivoted to “here’s the new piece I want to do in the interim”, she pivoted to, “you can fill out this form and schedule a new consultation.” We were only 20 minutes into it... so I either wasted $20 or saved hundreds. It’s all in how you look at it, I guess.

Great experience. Tristan Michilli was my artist, great work, clean, professional, and more than satisfied with the tattoo. The owner was a cool guy along with Faith. 10 stars

Sketched my idea and showed her what I wanted. A week later showed up to my appointment and Faith had a few stencils for me to choose from. Whatever, so I picked one I liked and asked her to add shading and give her zing to it… looks exactly like the stencil. Not the end of the world, I planned to go get more done to blend it in.Made an appointment for my girlfriend to get her first one and had art to show what she wanted. She arrived to Faith saying she didn’t do other people’s art (she made me choose from a pre drawn stencil the week prior!). So she sketched out a preschool drawling of what she wanted. She proceeded and got it done. Needless to say fooled me twice! Faith you get a half star from Melissa and I! Thanks but never again

Shelby was the best artist I could have asked for! Not only was she super understanding and patient, the sketch she came up with was beautiful!! I will definitely be going back to her in the future.

Recently, I and a friend got our ears pierced and it was obnoxiously over priced. I paid $90 to have my double lobes pierced. Not only is it over priced but when it was time to get my ears pierced the piercer pierced my ears where I already had a hole (in my firsts) - it was a great inconvenience. After it was sorted through that I wanted a second lobe piercing he made marks where they would be and they were distanced oddly so I asked for one of them to be lowered. When it was all said and done the piercing was lowered quite a substantial amount. I am now stuck with uneven distances between my lobe piercings and am very unhappy with the results.

I am very please with the way my new nose piercing turned out. Brad was amazing and down to earth. Loved his personality and his blue hair.

I have gotten a tattoo done previously and it was great but I will never go back, I had a appointment at 5:30 but according to their book it was at 5:00, therefore when I made it there I was told that my tattoo could not be done since I was “late”. When making my appointment I was told that it would have to be completed in 2 sessions but it was a different story when I got there. Lastly I was told that the lady Brandie that was suppose to be doing my tattoo didn’t have any other appointments that night but when I made it there all of a sudden she had another appointment later. It is extremely unprofessional and I will never be going back, I have a busy life and don’t have time to waste driving 40+ mins and not recieving a tattoo.

Vicious ink gets 5 stars from me! Shelby is my artist and she does amazing work! She has only been tattooing for a short amount of time, but let me reassure you, she is the best and has the softest hand!

They closed early and didnt tell me, even though I had an appointment. It was for today at 7:30pm. I was told to call when I arrived. I arrive at 7:20 and call the store. No one answers so I get out of my car and try and open the door, but it’s locked and its pitch black inside the store and theres a closed sign on the door. I call 3 more times and leave a message. They never let me know that they were closing early. Incredibly unprofessional and I will be finding a new tattoo shop to go to because today was ridiculous. Dont waste your time.

Got a tattoo of my dogs paw who passed away. Shelby did an amazing job with all of the details, and sized the tattoo to the paws actual size. Very happy with my tattoo and definitely plan on coming back for my future tattoos.

For years i would be up here when Lisa was around. I stopped going after i got the start to my pantera tattoo, he was rude af while doing it. One of the employees moved in next to me and was moaning at my children through his window. Dark haird skinny guy that Ive seen there plenty of times working. Also had a billion vicious ink stickers on his window. He thought it was hilarious. It got to the point where i couldnt even let my kids outside and had to move. The prices have gone up and the staff has become even more unpredictable and unprofessional. I will absolutely never support this place again and when someone asks where i go, Ill be sure to tell them my story about the worker here before they make a choice.

Faith was not the nicest person to talk to. Wasent very helpful, felt like i had to struggle to get her on the same page as me and made some comments that came off as rude. Tattoo itself was solid i just wish the expierence was better.

I use to love this place got a great tattoo from chad lambert a few years back ... then they opened there second location ever since then there is new management and people tattooing after only a few weeks worth of training .. I was told that Shelby was a experienced tattooer and that she could do my tattoo no problem. Well I have since went thru 3 sessions of laser tattoo removal to get rid of the horror show that was tattooed on me . And my girl friend was pierced by spencer and she was in the hospital 2 days later with a massive infection the dr said it was MERSA. I would not go back into this place if you paid me ! There is usually something to say about tattoo shops that have commercials and coupons guess I should have did a little more research lesson learned I have also noticed that most of the reviews on fb and Google are all for artists that are not even there anymore

This place was great a few years back with josh legand an crew but its definitely does not have that vibe now and the artist are not as well rounded to put nicely. If you want something simple go for it, but if you feel you need a polished artist for a more detailed piece of art like a half sleeve for instance you should spend your 150 hour elsewhere.

Customer service was great! staff was professional and efficient all around comfortable and enjoyable experience highly recommended for piercings or tattoo work across the board!

Unorganized scheduling, Nathan, young man who opened up the morning we went acted put-out by our questions and having to schedule our appointments. When we showed up for our appointments, the artist wasnt even aware he had appointments scheduled. More smoking going on than tattooing and smoking in front of the building is unprofessional. They have their favorite customers and the artists significant others hang out in the shop taking time away from the customers scheduled for art. Will not return.
