Sanctuary Collective Tattoo and Piercing

I had an AMAZING experience with Laz. He did my tattoo with great detail, and it turned out so good. He is chill and patient and very welcoming. The whole crew was very welcoming and the prices are very very reasonable. I am definitely coming back here. They have tooth gems as well I got my girlfriend for a very reasonable price as well. Like I said all the staff is amazing, kind, and welcoming. I am coming back here for sure. Keep up the good work Sanctuary Collection crew!

What an experience! From the beginning booking process until the last step out the door, this was the most amazing experience we have had at a tattoo shop. Hands down. I got my nipples done by Ruth back in June and she did such an amazing job and made me feel so comfortable and welcome. They’re also healing so well! Today I got my belly button done by her and I can’t say enough good things. It’s crazy to me she’s an apprentice and doing all these amazing piercings. I couldn’t recommend her enough!!!!!

My daughter and I went for nostril piercings. We were instantly welcomed. The vibe was cool. The place was very clean. TJ, the piercer, felt like an old friend. He made the entire experience fun. He explained the process of piercing and the after care/healing process well. I would recommend this place over the other shops Ive been to in Rockford.

Amazing experience at this shop and left with some sick ink! Frank did an amazing job on my tattoo. Overall the shop is clean, has friendly professionals, and you leave with phenomenal art.

Devan V. is my go-to guy. Ive had nothing but the best experience with him. His art style is exactly what Ive been looking for and his shading....immaculate. I seriously could not recommend him enough. The parlor is great as well. Truly the nicest people and a clean, inviting environment. 11/10, will be going back, Dev has to finish my sleeve.

After a botched piercing done a few months ago elsewhere, I finally got relief at Sanctuary! Ruth was very helpful and patient. TJ came as well to assist in removing my infected piercing. They were so attentive and worked with me on my pain tolerance. Definitely recommend getting your piercings and tattoos done here. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. This place has an unbelievable amount of talent! Lazarus is doing my tattoo and its not even done. The color and depth blows my mind! Everyone there is so nice and inviting. Ive never felt uncomfortable. I will spend lots of time here collecting tattoos from them all!

This was the first piercing I have ever done since I was a baby! I have chronic anxiety and PTSD and this place was very welcoming and made me feel very safe. They walked me through everything, not to mention how clean and nicely decorated this place is! I so recommend anyone to come here!

Devin is amazing! I just got a portrait done of my cat and he killed it!! I also got my earrings changed out my the body piercer TJ, he was very informative and had an amazing selection of jewelry! Last month I got my 2nd nose piercing done by @piercingsbyruthie. It was a great experience! She did a great job and was very thorough with placement. Jewelry selection is beautiful. Highly recommend Rurhie and this shop! I went back this weekend and got a tattoo with friends by Deavan V. He was patient and amazing! We all love our new tats! This shop has great artists/people and I will be back again.

Huge shout out to Laz!! I had only had a couple of small tattoos in my life and recently decided that I wanted to honor my two daughters and 5 grandchildren with an elegant, fine line piece on my arm. Laz did such an amazing job. His artistry is spectacular. Im so Im love with what he created for me after I expressed my thoughts of what I wanted. He made it all come to life! Laz explained in detail the process and variances with skin types and areas of the body and made me feel so at ease and comfortable. Im already thinking about future pieces for him to create!
