Ashley was my tattoo artist and was absolutely lovely all the way through. This was my first tattoo and it was dedicated to my best friend who died to cancer on April 6th. The design was my own and she did it perfectly and was so sweet and attentive all the way through. If I ever decide to get another tattoo, Ashley is my first pick.

I originally went to Cody for a bow on my hand. The bow was scarred, patchy, and blown out. Thankfully, shortly after that Cody was fired. Ashely and Felicia went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Ashely fixed up my bow the best she could AND gave me a free tattoo! I’ll be going to Ashley for my next tattoo and i’m happy to be supporting a woman owned business:)

I can’t recommend this place enough! I met the owner, Felicia at one of the shops events and her customer service, hospitality, and professionalism was unlike any placeI’ve ever been. I got my nipples and nose pierced with Felicia and she did a wonderful job and made the process as smooth and easy as possible. She explained to me the aftercare in detail and made sure i understood how to take care of my piercings as well as the aftercare spray she carry’s worked great. Ashley did my 5th tattoo and she was the 4th artist I have worked with. She also reworked one of my other tattoos. This was by far the best experience I have ever had! I have a low pain tolerance and she has a light touch and was willing to work with me and use numbing creme when needed. She made the appointment comfortable and relaxing! I have been seeing Felicia since 2017, I originally started going to her for my acne concerns and she successfully cleared up my skin and taught me alot about skin care. now whenever I go for facials I let her customize my treatments we do a mix of things but I love her dead skin removal with jelly masks the most and I recommend anyone looking for a knowledgeable aesthetician to go see Felicia. she also lifts and tints my eyelashes, she walks you thru every step and takes the time to explain after care to me. I have had waxing and permanent makeup and needle free filler with her as well, I love everything i get done by Felicia she is the best aesthetician you will find around this area

I have been seeing Felicia for a few months now, she customize’s my facials and so far i am noticing a huge difference in my skin. I came to her with concerns of adult acne, pigment and discoloration in my skin so she started doing chemical peels to my skin, i can feel a huge change happening. Felicia takes the time to explain steps during treatment, educates me, and she carry’s the BEST MAKEUP! Absolutely i recommend Felicia. Her shop is gorgeous she is a gem!!!!

Nicos line work is damn near perfect he’s got a steady hand and his hand is light so the tattoos are not painful like some I’ve had in the past at other shop. I give them a 12/10 very beautiful establishment good job guys keep up the hard work.

I drove all the way up here from Florida this is definitely the most chill cool spot I found in Rockford awesome Inc. awesome people will definitely return those pictures as soon as possible get the word out they know what’s up they know how to do it and they know how to treat you Justin was my artist top quality but from what I seen while I was there the rest are too
