Poke A Dotz Tattoos and Piercings

My 5 year old daughter and I both got our ears pierced today, and we had a great experience! Based on the pictures I’m assuming this is a new shop, and it is beautiful! Shiny and sleek and very clean. I felt welcomed right off the bat, the girl at the door was helpful and explained about the forms I needed to fill out. We didn’t have to wait long for it to be our turn, our piercer was Knives and she explained everything that she was doing the whole time. It was quick and she did a great job! Definitely recommend and will be back if we ever want anything else done.

Friendly and informative staff. Will be going back soon for more and any future piercings. My flat piercing did fall out and close up, but Im hoping they can reuse the jewelry since it was gold and purchased from their shop. One of the lobe piercings is a little close to another, but not a big issue. I also had 2 small tattoos done here that turned out pretty great and were fairly painless. Overall welcoming atmosphere.

Took my 6 year old on her birthday to get her ears pierced. Eve was AWESOME!! She was so gentle & good with making my daughter feel comfortable. She explained every step to her and answered all my questions. The place is immaculate and beautiful. The staff treated us so well, and made my daughters birthday so special. I recently got my 3rd & 4th lobes done by Slim and I am so happy with them! They healed so well and they look great. Every time I get pierced here, all my piercings heal quickly and painlessly. I really REALLY love this shop. All the girls there are so nice and make me feel comfortable when I go. I recommend poke a dotz to everyone!

Went during their Friday the 13th event- it was super busy but all of the staff were helpful to keep it running smoothlyEven though they were really busy, I didnt feel rushed when it was my turn for piercings. I got my conch and Flat done, and changed out my daith jewelry. the studio was beautiful and they had a good selection of jewelry to choose from.My piercer Eve was so nice and knowledgeable. She made my piercing experience quick and painless. I would definitely come back for future piercings!

I had to get my septum sized up because I put in a smaller gauged ring. They made the process super fast and easy!! I also got really cute new nose and septum jewelry from them and they were so patient with me when I was choosing which ones I wanted! Going back to get another piercing soon :)

I went to this shop on a whim while in Sacramento, kindly enough they took me and my friend as walk ins towards the end of the day. My piercer Knives was amazing Im just a few days post nipple piercing, I have no discomfort whatsoever and they look amazing. Truly made my experience for my second piercing outstanding, this is a great shop.

I had an amazing experience with getting my nose pierced. The piercer I had was Knives and she did a fantastic job. This was my first piercing ever and so I was nervous but Knives was very friendly and helped me get through the process. Great customer service. The place is very welcoming. Went to get the other side of my nostril and snug pierced, and Knives did a great job! It was super quick and they look great. She also helped change out my really old tragus and rook jewlery. Went back to get their opinion on healing and Eve and Slim both gave great feedback on what to expect and helped out with an irritation bump (gone in 2 days)!!

Went to get a tragus piercing done, and my piercer did a wonderful job! This was my first time getting a non-lobe piercing done so I was super nervous, and not really sure what to expect. My piercer walked me through it step by step, and answered all and any questions I had. I felt super comfortable during the actual piercing process, and will 100% be coming back for more piercings in the future!

Great overall experience. I did a walk in for my first ever piercings (Ear lobes). Staff was quick and helpful in getting me read signed in and ready.Piercings were done by Eve. She clearly explained the process as she was prepping, and was very quick and professional with the process. I didn’t feel like I was being upsold on anything and the pricing was very fair.The location was very clean and felt a bit upscale without being intimidating. Wide space but well lit and decorated.Would definitely recommend, and will go back if I want more piercings or a tattoo.

I have always wanted to get my nose pierced but always been to scared to get it done. Once I walk in felt comfortable and everybody was very sweet . Eve was the who did my nose piercing. She walked me thru everthing and answered all my questions. I had amazing experience I highly recommend. 10/10

I’ve gotten so many piercings here and each time has been an amazing experience. They always heal so nicely and the staff accommodates for my sensitivity to certain metals so I love that. My last piercing was my nipples, done by Slim, she was super awesome (but everyone is! I love their vibe!) she explained what the healing process would be like and how to take care of my piercings. Pricing is also really fair, shop is alway kept clean and everyone is super friendly and nice.

Yes, I came to get an ear piercing on Tuesday and everything went well I came back the following Monday and got three more ear piercing. and I’m so in love with my new ear piercings and with the new shop that they opened and with the young ladies that helped me they are wonderful. They went above and beyond to help me. Cherry was great. I will recommend her anytime and to anyone. Cherry help me pick out my jewelry. Cherry asked me when I was ready for her to pierce my ear and she told me how to deal with the aftercare and what was good and what was not. Walk-ins are welcomed. If I could give 100 stars I would so my rating is 100.

I got my eyebrow pierced at the new location’s grand reopening, and I love it! My piercer, Knives, was super sweet, caring, and professional :) She provided me with a lot of insight into the placement and after care of the piercing, which I really appreciated! I visited Poke A Dotz on March 17 and they were great. I came in to get my nose ring changed to a hoop and decided on getting a septum piercing. The employee who got me checked in was great and answered all my questions. The piercer Knives was great she sanitized everything and walked me through the steps for the piercing. She was super gentle and checked my nose anatomy to make sure she had the right size hoop. The piercing went smoothly and she gave me great after care instructions. 10/10 would recommend this place.

I had a great experience with Eve and Slim! My peircing went smoothly and everything was very clean and after care instructions were explained well. When I had questions a few days after my piercing, I texted the number they gave me on my aftercare packet, and the store responded quickly and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I will be going back for all future piercings!

I had gone in last week to get my tragus piercing done and the piercer Eve did an amazing job! She walked me right through the process and explained throughly the after care process!

The service was super quick! Was in and out in like 15 minutes tops. Eve talked me through it, gave me a recommendation of placement and explained her reasoning. When I smile, my ashley piercing lines up perfectly with both lips which is exactly what I wanted 🥰 Would definitely come back to her for another piercing cause Im not done yet!

I got my bellybutton repierced here this weekend and I had a great experience. This shop was recommended to me by a friend and it did not disappoint. I was with Matrix and she was extremely helpful with addressing my concerns from my last piercing and strategized with me how to make this a more successful piercing for me. The new location was beautiful, very clean, and well organized. They had lots of people, but were very quick and efficient. I would absolutely go back and recommend to friends!

First off an all women’s tattoo and piercing shop?? had me there! everyone was so welcoming and the environment felt so safe. i went there with my two friends to go get their piercings and they took very good care of them. even provided my friend with an ice pack afterwards. love them sm, will be going back for mineee :)

Got a flat helix done by Cherry. She was great at informing me that I should space my piercings out to make sleep comfy. She also let me take a big enough breath sono didnt get dizzy or nauseous. Overall 10/10, would request Cherry for my other flat helix.The jewelry selection is amazing quality and very pretty! Pricing fits every budget. This is my second time being pierced here.I love that its all women/female presenting energy in the shop. This made me feel comfortable and like I was in good hands. If you want any piercings (even the intimate ones) I highly recommend visiting this shop!

Ive never seen such a clean and beautiful body mod shop before in all my life. AND its women owned and operated!I came for some jewelry with my mom. A lovely lady named Matrix helped us out. They have a wide variety of jewelry to choose from and a wide range of prices. Once my mom picked hers out, they installed it for her for cheap ($10). Matrix was very patient with us going back and forth about which jewelry we wanted. She was very accommodating and sweet.I really admire this place and itsnow added to my list of GO-TO places for body modification.

The whole place is very clean and everyone is super professional. My piercer Giggz was very patient with me and my thousand questions and made me feel very safe. Lots of selection for jewelry as well, including hypoallergenic options! The service was quick and didnt hurt as bad as youd think it would.

Recently went to go get my vertical labret piercing and the experience was great didn’t get the girls name who did my piercing but she was amazing and explained in detail about what can happened if the piercing migrates and how to take care of it she even gave me a note to size down in two weeks with the size I’ll be needing. Also purchased my septum piercing they’re amazing quality as well!!! Been coming here for years it’s been a while but definitely coming back 10/10 recommend

I made an impulse decision last Friday to go get my 2nd lopes done. They were running a special I didnt know about when I went. There were a lot of folks taking advantage of that, but even so I was in and out in no time. My piercer (whos name I didnt catch) was amazing, she explained about the anatomy of my ears and my first holes and why she was placing these ones where she was. She asked about the size of jewelry I usually wear in my first holes, which I hadnt thought about, but these are perfectly placed so they dont touch when I wear my larger pieces.I was advised on all the aftercare and was told they do free checkups if I ever have a concern or issue.

Ive been a long time customer for piercings of poke a dotz since at the broadway location. I took my 4 month old to get her ears pierced at the new location and I must say, the location is beautiful and I am proud of how far Lady Giggerz has come but this new location does not feel welcoming. Ever since covid and waiting outside to go in, they’ve kept this in place and its sad. You have to wait outside until they let you in, cant go in with anyone else, the surrounding area did not feel safe with the people around & the main lady in the front did not feel welcoming. No smiles no nothing.Just know what to expect from the moment you arrive at the door, waiting time for them to let you in or approach you and ask what your there for, no one else can go in with you unless they’re getting work done (or underage), piercers are really nice and welcoming.

I’ve gotten 2 piercings from here , everything from the customer service to just the cleanliness was just perfect. This place just screams “Professional”. My most recent Piercer, Giggz was very friendly and helped me stay calm during the piercing . 10/10.

Eve was my piercer for this most recent trip to Polka Dotz. A total sweetheart and made sure to check in with me throughout the whole thing. I got my tragus pierced on each side so definitely hurt like a MF 😂. Will definitely be back when Im ready for more. And the new location is beautiful!

My experience was a unique one, as it was my first tooth gem and I didnt need an appointment I just walked in and I was treated in a professional business manner, they are centrally located in Oak park with plenty of parking on Broadway, get daring and take a unique journey with a tooth gem or a colorful tattoo.

6/15/24: Got a tragus and conch piercing on my left ear6/26/24: woke up with my tragus piercing laying next to me7/3/24: had to go back and ask them to remove my conch because of severe irritation7/7/24: on antiobiotics for lymphadenitis…. Starting right behind my left ear.FML 200+ dollars down the drain in less than a month and now on treatment for the next seven days

This is the only shop that I like to go to in Sacramento for all of my piercings! Giggz and the ladies are so kind and patient! Ive gotten my tragus, belly button, nipples, septum and double nose piercings done here! They also have beautiful high quality jewelry to choose from. Ive gone to Poke A Dotz for all of my piercings (I live in Oakland) and it is worth the drive. My most recent piercing I had done at Poke A Dotz was a Flat piercing on my left ear and 3 weeks prior I had my septum pierced. Each time Ive gone to Poke A Dotz, their staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The shop is always clean and has great music playing. Ive never experienced any issues with my piercings done at this shop. Ive taken my family and friends to Poke A Dotz for their piercings as well. I will continue going to Poke A Dotz for all of my piercings and I highly recommend this shop! Thank you for providing such great service!

I had Eve. She was super nice about explaining everything and making sure I was ready. She helped explain pricing ($40 start for an upper earlobe), the earring options, and also explained pricing for future piercings I have planned. I walked in, signed the paperwork, and was out in like 15 minutes. Will definitely be back. And probably soon.

I got my lobes and helix on both ears done by Slim. She did a phenomenal job and was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. Always asked if I was ok to continue after each piercing. Very thorough in explaining the aftercare. The entire place was sanitary and organized. I recommend coming here and will definitely be coming back.

I came here for a septum done today and it was an AMAZING experience! Everybody was so patient and understanding. It was my first ever official piercing and Matrix was super kind and quick. The pain was a solid 2/10, and it went by faster than I thought. They offer a variety of jewelry, and even hypoallergenic kinds for sensitive skin. DONT GO HERE, came in today and got belly button piercing change. They just shoved the jewelry in without a taper pin and downsized the 14g. Now i have to stretch it back to 16g and it hurt so much!!!

AMAZING. My 9-year-old decided she was finally ready to get her ears pierced, we come from a rural area and drove an hour to another place that said they could only see us Thursday, only to find out when we arrived that the piercer we had spoken to called out for the day. Not wanting to waste the trip, we called four other places. Two only had automatic phone systems and said we had to book online, one wouldnt pierce minors, the fourth wanted a birth certificate and school ID. Finally we found this place. Mega polite staff, extremely simple process, just a quick paperwork process and we were seen almost immediately. The piercer had a BEAUTIFUL beside manner. She was great at reassuring my daughter every step of the way, and the other staff were sweet and patient with her when she got nervous and started crying. I appreciated these lovely ladies so much. Price wasnt bad either.The one missing star? This might be prudish of me, but while I was filling out paperwork in the waiting room, my 9yo said Is that what I think it is...? Queue my mortification on realizing there were examples of pierced nipples and other parts I dont think I can mention in a Google review. I know a tattoo shop isnt technically a place for kids, but I would have appreciated a warning when we called. Id prefer those examples be in a portfolio book so no one is subjected to seeing them without consent. Everything else was great, place was cleanly, but man did that result in a very long conversation on the ride home I wasnt ready for 😅

Slim was the one that put the tooth gem on my tooth. They walked me through it as it was my first time and were very kind. ❤️ All the girls there have always been gentle and verbal about the process through piercings too.

I got two nose piercings here back in august and it was cheap! the piercer was very helpful as well as she was also patient when i couldn’t decide between the jewelry i wanted. my piercer also took her time to explain how to clean my piercing and what not to do. everyone had masks on, and only a certain amount of customers could be in the shop at a time.

I had a great experience yesterday atPoke A Dotz. I’ve been researching piercings and shops for over a year!! I am not experienced at all with piercings (I’ve only ever had my earlobes pierced when I was an infant) I was extremely interested in a particular ‘flat’ piercing. It has multiple names for example; divine gate, Shen Men and simply Flat piercing. It’s been rumored to help ease symptoms of anxiety which is something I suffer with daily.Onyx was guest piercing yesterday 5/22/22 and I was lucky enough to have her do my piercing! It’s perfect!! I loved it- and immediately felt calm with her explaining every single part. She gave me thorough aftercare instructions and I’m so excited to have my jewelry changed out in a few months! I drove out to Sac from the east Bay Area and would do it all over again! 10/10 would recommend!

The employees heres are beyond kind and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with their product. 1/2/2024 - I went in to get a conch piercing and Cherry was my piercer. She was great! I also wanted some other piercings; she went over the anatomy of my ear and advised me what to get and what not to get. She was patient with me and answered all my questions . The piercing quick and fairly painless.1/4/2024I went in with my daughter, we wanted to get second lobe piercings, Matrix was our piercer. First, my daughter was girl crushing on her 😍 she was also very nice, explained everything. And she was very quick and efficient. She pierced both my daughter and I in under 30 min even with placement and conversation. The ladies here are great!

Called and asked if they had an artist for a walk in tattoo they said yes come in at 5:30. I went arrived at exactly 5:30 and the lady told me they couldn’t do. Such a waste of time and bad customer service. Don’t tell someone one thing and it not be true will never go back again.

Visited 3/18, with my husband and sister who were also getting pierced. After 5 years I finally decided to get the vertical labret. I was pleasantly surprised with how it looked on me. The ladies were helpful with persuading me to go through with the piercing. I only like coming here for my piercings.

My friend talked me into a bellybutton piercing and another friend recommended Poke A Dotz. We showed up and waited in line outside, as the space is somewhat small. A staff person came out frequently to check on us, and make sure everyone knew what to expect. Everything was very organized. I had no idea what I was doing, and I was noticeably nervous. Everyone was very professional and kind. Theyre obviously used to dealing with people like me (Im an almost 40 mom of three, teacher, with a vertical c-section scar on my abdomen). Cherry did my piercing. She helped me choose the jewelry, made sure I was aware of the sterilization process and it was over very fast. She was efficient, capable, professional, and kind. She did not even flinch at my scar or my wanting to highlight it with a piercing. She explained how she was going to choose the position of my piercing and the best type of jewelry for my anatomy. My piercing bled a lot more than I expected right at first. This made dinner afterwards interesting. 😅 But I have been following the aftercare instructions and it seems to be healing quite nicely! Total rip off! piercing $40 + $40 for a titanium stud that sells for $2 in eBay or $7 on Amazon. I purchased a 14k gold stud $189, that’s also fake! It’s only 14k color not the metal. these people are scam artists! NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!

I recently got tooth gems from poke a dotz and Eve made it such a pleasant experience. I’m inexperienced with tooth gems so when I saw they offered it I decided to give it a try! I trust poke a dotz with all my piercing needs so I felt comfortable branching out with the other services they offer! They also offer to replace your gems for free if they fall out within the first two weeks! If it occurs later on, it’s an extra charge. Which sounds fair to me! Thank you Eve for your kindness!! Got my nipples and nostril pierced here as well as they help stretch my septum piercing so I could fit new jewelry. The piercer was so nice and knowledgeable. Definitely a true professional. All in the service cost less than 200 including tip which I thought was a great price for three new piercings and jewlery upgrades.

I had such a good experience with this artist and place, that it set the course for 2 full sleeves and more piercings. I originally was supposed to come in for a small heart design, but ended up bringing this in. Mikey was super cool about it and drew up my design with a few good alterations. He knew I had high anxiety and was very kind and reassuring through the process. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. His line work is great, the tattoo wasnt painful and it healed very well!

Simon was awesome, he got me in quickly and got me out quickly. He was beyond detailed and fun to talk to. Get appointments with him before he goes back to italy, he’s only here for the summer!

Took my daughter here to get her first lobe piercing and they were so kind. Slim was very patient and let my daughter calm down before moving on to the next ear. I have came here for 3 years and it’s a good experience every time.

Piercer seemed irritated and my piercings never healed, was swollen for months just trying to save them but had to take all 3 of them out and get the piercings redone once it healed. When I went somewhere I was told my piercings were done incorrectly. When they got repierced elsewhere they healed properly with no complications. Ive seen too many messed up piercings from this shop from friends as well. Definitely wouldnt recommend

Even though I have already had it pierced and know how it all works, she was still very thorough with what she was doing and how to care for my piercing afterwards. When I moved from SF to Sac a few years ago, I was anxious to find a new piercer/piercing shop. Fortunately, I just so happened to run into the wonderful Cierra while I was out and about in town. She shared some info on this place and with all the positive reviews, I just had to check it out. I was NOT disappointed and have had multiple piercings done by various piercers. Only been here once but I’d absolutely go back! I went to get a new nose stud and they had a really great selection, better than other places I’ve been. They even have gold-toned titanium which is such a great option if you like gold but don’t want to pay as much. They take walk-ins, and everyone was very friendly, helpful, and sweet. Excited to hear they’re expanding!

I had a tragus piercing done 1st then a week later I got my double helix, I am very pleased with the entire process. They have hand sanitizer, required a mask, and make sure to maintain social distancing which is great, makes you feel that they really care for clients and their staff. Also gave me some great tips on aftercare and what to expect during the healing process. The shop was so clean, everything was packaged and sterile. I highly recommend 10/10

Got my navel pierced by Eve, she did a great job explaining my anatomy and the whole place had great infection control and they use high quality jewelry (titanium is extra). The only star off is because of the wait time, it’s very small and I had to wait outside for a pretty long time before I was let inside, then had to wait even longer there. Otherwise a great experience :)

Got helix pierced on both ears about two weeks ago. Very happy with experience in the shop, friendly staff. Very busy but was in and out within 30 minutes. All female piercers. Will definitely be coming back for more. Has healed very well so far. They also have beautiful jewelry options. Only complaint was miscommunication regarding price. I saw that text messages were ok to send, sent in request for price but did not receive a response until four days later (way after I had already gone into the shop). They were very busy when I went into the shop so I understand. I ended up calling before I got in and asked how much for both helix but was told per ear price. So price ended up being twice what I expected but it was ok, still very reasonably priced.

I visited Poke A Dotz today and it will be my last time there. I had mishap with one of my piercings so I decide to find a shop to go too I have followed the owner for years and a couple my friends go there. For one I waited 25 minutes for service which I expected a wait. I was called to look at jewelry and then after that I was told I would have to pay for a service beforehand. Which I didn’t mind but I was little taken aback since I had observed multiple people (white) paying after their service. I asked the girl checking me out about it and she said there had been a lot of walk outs of people not paying.I am African American and felt very stereotyped I will take my business elsewhere. My response, “ please don’t put me in that category.” I would have given a lower rating but due to Cherry the piercer fixing my piercing and being very professional helpful.

First time at this shop and it was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and I really enjoyed and appreciated my piercer. A group of five of us walked in for piercings this morning and we all walked out extremely satisfied!! They were all super sweet and professional, answered all our questions clearly and told us all the information we needed to know. They’re very attentive to concerns like if it’s your first time or if you have a thing about needles, just make sure you let them know. I got a helix and flat and was done in 20 minutes, plus it was incredibly affordable ($75 + tip) because the jewelry price is included. One of my friends who has a fear of needles passed out when getting her ears pierced and they took wonderful care of her—iced her neck until she came to, gave her some water and a snack, and let us know she was feeling woozy and make sure she gets to the car okay. Overall, we all absolutely loved the services and the immaculate vibes. 100% will be returning for future piercings and possibly tattoos.

I got my first facial piercing, a septum piercing, and my experience was great! Getting the actual piercing itself was super quick and easy. My piercer (whose name I don’t remember :( but who had gray and black hair with bangs) was very nice and professional. They answered all my questions and gave me great tips for aftercare. I will definitely be returning for my next piercing!

I got my second lobes and helix done by Knives and was pleased with the experience! She took her time to answer my questions and continuously checked in on how I was doing. There was a miscommunication with the tip amount that I didnt notice until I got home. I called and left a voicemail explaining the situation, and they were quick to return my call and help me out. I have had my lobes, tragus, helix and daith pierced. Slim did my daith and second lobe piercings. Slim’s technique is spot on because I didn’t feel the pinches of the piercings at all. It was more pressure than pain. I like that! Just watching Slim pregame for my piercings set me at ease: changing gloves as needed to maintain universal hygiene, explaining the prices and piercings, patience…I will request Slim for my Rook piercing.

I went in for their $30 conch special yesterday and had a great experience. I ended up getting g my helix done as well. Giggs was super helpful when helping me decide which jewelry to get for each piercing. The overall piercing experience was a 10/10. I had been to a few shops prior to this one and they wouldnt even bother to take the time to take me back and see if they could change my jewelry out. Giggz was VERY sweet, kind and helpful when it was my turn. I have an irritation bump on my nose and no one wanted to change it at the 3 others shops I went to in SAC. Giggz let me know all the precautions prior and if the hoop I brought in didnt work, she said to come back in a week and she would find a way to help heal this bump on my nose. She is the 3rd piercing professional I have been to in the past 5 years and I was more than satisfied with the service and kindness she gave me. Obviously it hurt to change my jewelry because of the irritation bump I came in with, but she was as fast as she could be and was talking me thru everything that she was doing and what was happening. I took my 8 year old to get her ears pierced. We ended up getting paired with Cherry and our experience could have not been better. Cherry was super fast and walked through all the steps with my little. Cherry made her fill comfortable and made the process go by really fast.

My two little girls got their ears pierced last year in April, it was such a good experience for them. The girls that pierced their ears were so nice to my girls. So I love the customer service here. They are patient and so kind. The shop is clean as well. I was helped by matrix and one other when I came in to get some new nose jewelry. They took their time assuring me that even in my indecisiveness it was ok for me to take my time. They suggested other options based on things I described I wanted and allowed me to look in a mirror with the items to visualize before purchasing.The only reason I took off a star is because the nose ring I picked broke apart as I was in their bathroom attempting to open it to put it on. They gave me a different one at a discounted cost but I was still bummed, I took so long choosing the one I wanted and I wasn’t prepared to spend more money. Went in here several times for piercings and they are always professional and extremely hygienic, which is important af when it comes to needles and piercings. They are also quick and painless.I hope I win a raffle prize for my honest review, if not, at least you now have a great spot to get your piercings done!

Just got my conch pierced here last night and as always they’re the best ! I couldn’t decide on jewelry and my piercer Eve was so kind and patient, she let me take my time and answered any questions I have. I always recommend this place - it has become my go to for any piercing !!

I recently came to polka dot and got my nose and ears pierced, the girl cherry was super chill, very nice and definitely knew what she was doing. I cant wait to come back, all the girls there are very sweet and polite.

Got a lovely helix done by their apprentice (totally blanking on her name) who did a wonderful job and was extremely patient with me when it came to picking out some jewelry. This shop also does my tooth gems and currently mine have lasted almost a year without coming off. This is the only piercing shop I trust enough to go to.

Giggz did my lip and I had a great experience! The ladies are very informative when getting stuff done. Ill definitely be coming back for every piercing I get! I love the selection of jewlery too! 💜🖤

Would definitely recommend this place! The service was very good and the staff there are soo nice. I went in for a nose piercing and they showed me different types of piercings and what they recommended. My piercer was Cherry and she is very nice. She took me through the process of how to clean it and what to clean my piercing with. I would definitely come back to this place for sure.

Just got 3 piercings done at once i was nervous and kind of scared but the service and vibe there was so great they put me at ease real easy. My piercer god help me I forget her name cause I suck at remembering names but she was so great and welcoming I would definitely recommend this place especially if your a female who aren’t comfortable with males. Its female owned and very great.

I went during the happy hour to get a piercing and it was a good experience. first the wait to get in was not long at all. i thought with the special going I would have had to wait forever, but not the case, they had a great efficient system that didn’t leave me feeling rushed or neglected. my piercer Matrix was super kind and accommodating, because i was scared of pain, she allowed me to ask all the questions i needed and did the piercing quick and easy. the pain was no joke-i got a helix, but i am super happy with it and my experience. i will only go here for my piercing needs, it’s clean, they are all kind and that’s all you can ask for.

Slim did my nose and tragus piercing and it was so simple and almost painless! If you wanna get pierced go to here!!! Its such a nice shop and I love the quality of the jewelry here!

Ive had 3 piercings (daith, rook, industrial) done at Poke A Dotz and each one was a wonderful experience! The staff are very knowledgeable and experienced, not to mention friendly, reassuring, and professional. Each piercer takes special care to consider the clients anatomy when deciding placement, to ensure the piercing not only looks great, but heals properly. Their jewelry selection is also top-notch! Ive very indecisive and a bit particular about my jewelry, and the staff are always so patient, kind, and helpful. I always reccomend Polk A Dotz to all my friends. But be warned - once you get work done here, youll never want to go anywhere else!

It was my first time getting a piercing and i’m super satisfied. The service itself was quick and comfortable (as comfortable as getting a piercing can be) and the workers were all so nice. they made sure i was relaxed and that my experience was as painless as possible. super in love with it!

The only reason I gave the place 2 stars instead of 1 was because of my piercer. I came in on Friday the 13th, got a tooth gem and my helix, tragus, and nose pierced. I was going to get tattoos but it was too long of a wait for me personally, I came in around 11 am and left around 4 pm. The girl that pierced me was super nice and did an awesome job on placement. The females that were suppose to be getting customers names written down for tattoos/piercings weren’t very helpful or nice. Which I can understand because of the amount of customers waiting but why work at a place where job is literally handling customers directly. I’d probably never come back just because I felt like they didn’t care about the people that were all waiting for hours to get something done at the shop. (update: my tooth gem fell off on sunday so only 2 days after I got it which could just be my fault but either way, something to keep in mind.)

Its taken too long to review this shop. I love this place. The atmosphere is fun. The staff is amazing. Ive gotten all mine and my sons and daughters piercings here. Theyre incredibly knowledgable and kind. Ive never had a bad moment here. Customer service is top tier here. I recommend all my friends and family all the time. If you want to go somewhere youll be treated right this is where you go.

Honestly one of the best pierce/tattoo shop experiences I’ve had. When I was welcomed in, everyone was super open and talkative and it really makes you feel welcomed, especially for people who have never gotten a tattoo before. They were all very reassuring and made my first tattoo experience very special. Thank you Simon for the beautiful and meaningful tattoo🫶🏻

Eve pierced my earlobes and my hidden rook. She’s probably the best piercer I’ve ever been to! Usually I get nervous before getting a piercing but she was so good at talking me through it the piercing itself did not even hurt! Thank you so much Eve!

I just wanted to say how sweet the girls are that work here!! I feel so comfortable coming in here whenever I get pierced just by the fact that it is all girls🫶🏻 even tho I don’t have any of the piercings anymore, their work is amazing I will always go back to them! ❤️
