Shout out to tony for getting me and my sisters in and the work was great super flexible and reasonable.The only thing that sucked was the guys attitude at the end who checked us out.This is a cash only tattoo parlor and we were paying with cash well he got extremely rude with us when we all needed $10 change back and said I’m not the damn bank which just ruined a very special moment for us since we got tattoos to commemorate the first time ever all of us had been together and the first time ever all of us had been together at one time with my granny and it was my granny’s birthday so it was a very sour taste left after that but I won’t let one rude employee ruin the rating of the tattoo shop itself but he needs to have better manners.

Matthew is an amazing and caring artist, with obvious passion for his work. 🖤 Offered me gummy bears to beat the stress:) great conversations, and an amazing tattoo! He works really fast and does a flawless job, very much showing nearly a decade of experience. Thank you so much Matthew! I love my tattoo and I love your art. ♡ I cant wait for my next one 😁 He got my full thigh done in under 3 hours!!

Every one in this shop was so friendly and accommodating, Matthew work on my piece and his line work was amazing and he has a very light touch. He added his own spin to the design I came it with and it looks better than I could have ever imagined. Ill definitely be back when Im in the area

Locally owned with skilled artists, a stylistic point of view, but versatile enough create anything. I really enjoy working with Matt. Hes a great artist and direct enough to have a good discussion about a piece before its finalized

Got a amazing tattoo in memory off my late niece, cried only afterbit was done, was very beautiful and perfect. Thanks for Matts beautiful creation in what i wss looking for in her tribute. Well be going back for another tattoo this month!

Today was my first time getting a tattoo, and I’d have to say the experience was great! Mat was awesome as well as very kind. My nerves were spiraling since it was my first tat, but they made me feel comfortable, plus it wasn’t too expensive and I definitely see myself going back.

Staff were very nice and super chill! I did a touch up tattoo and I am in love! Thank you to everyone who helped me and to Matty who fixed up my tattoo!! So rad 🙌🏼

I came here to get my first tattoo done by Mat and he did an amazing job! It was Farsi calligraphy on my ribs and it came out exactly how I envisioned it. He is very gentle and kind, definitely recommend coming here for amazing tattoos and friendly service !

Matthew did a great job on my daughter’s first tattoo. Extremely friendly. I made the mistake of going to the other Royal Peacock shop on P Street but that’s a review for their page. Short review for them is to not let Jim work on you.

I went in with a small intricate henna type art. Dan Zapata took 5-10 minutes to recreate it into a tattoo friendly design. Loved the openness of the shop, not crowded, they have an ATM machine, small parking with a few spaces on the side but street parking is easy. Thank you Dan for making the design even better, and for being understanding and patient with me! I almost fainted and then because the smoke was really bad from the fire that week I had had random coughing from the allergies and smoke. Dan stuck through it all and was really patient!

Two of us walked in and got signed in and on the queue within a few min. Waited first come first served for two to finish. Work is clean, smooth, and professional. Fun shop and good tattooers

I went to Rob for a small wrist tattoo. He did an amazing job. The atmosphere there put me immediately ease. I was very comfortable throughout the entire experience. Very clean there too. I will never go anywhere else again. Im 100% satisfied. I mean it was more perfect then I could have ever imagined.

I went in with a design and the artist, Taylor, barely even acknowledged it. He merely glanced at it, saying he can just remember it. When he drew up the design, the image was lopsided and not symmetrical. I reluctantly followed through with the process. The artist was very heavy handed than many other tattoo artists that I have been to and I wasnt very comfortable with my experience. A week later, I noticed a tiny mark of what seemed to be an infected scab. This is after daily washing and moisturizing. Overall, I did not enjoy my visit to Legacy Tattoo and would not recommend this shop to anybody.

Tony did a great job at $200 per hour.

Shaun is a flake. Paid $40 deposit for design, he sent me an email on this last Sunday saying he started the design, appointment was today Tuesday. I go in and he’s not there and called in sick. I received no phone call or email even to let me know. I had taken time off of work to go in, so that vacation time was wasted. He could have at least sent an email and let me know....

AWESOME place the guys were great Colin did mine and my daughters (mother daughter tats) and turned out spectacular...and the price was right for the standard of work!!! Would 100%recommend to everyone!!!

Clean shop. Great artists. If you need a piece with clean lines and packed color come here. My artist is Matty and he is amazing.

Colin drew up a little custom flash for my 2nd tat ever. he was generous and patient w his art, time and communication. the color layering/shading created georgous dimensions on the piece, which was a california native oak leaf and acorn. i wld get more work done by colin.

Tony Grey is my artist for the last 6 years, he does incredible work, the new shop in East Sacramento is killer!

I’ve gotten two pieces done by Tony so far and everything has been wonderful.
