My daughter and I visited this Claires location to have our ears pierced and we were so happy with our experience. The girl who helped us, (I think her name was Tracy) was so kind and accommodating. It didnt hurt at all and the aftercare has been a breeze. I would definitely recommend this location for ear piercing.

I stopped in looking for a necklace for my daughter. The staff was helpful and went out of their way to help me try and find what I needed. They have some good deals also. Its worth checking out.

Horrible, i paid $98 just for me ear to hurtand feel unbelievable pain my ear tore and closed super fast I recommend you do not come to this place and instead go somewhere else

I took my 3 year old to get her ears pierced yesterday. There was only the one employee, Tracy. I said it was ok to do here ears separately since there wasnt two people. I was really nervous that my daughter would freak out about having her 2nd ear done. Tracy was amazing and patient and she did it so quickly there wasnt too much crying! My daughters ears look great on only day two, youd think she had her ears pierced for months!

The employee was amazing but the franchise is terrible. They don’t even listen to their employees enough to correct the store hours online. I wasted time going there by online hours when they are not even open until 11:00. The employees said they kept telling corporate but they don’t fix It. And completely understaffed having 1 person piercing, and running the store.

Store is more for young girls/teenager girls but you can find some interesting things there at times plus with staff that is extremely helpful it definitely can be a intresting place to find goodies.

I have seven grandchildren and they all love jewelry or funky stuff or nail polish so I always can find something there. Love to shop there.

Needs to have better deals that dont just include minor things, need to have more sales and deals in the things girls love there... Decor and stuffed animals, makeup

Claires is a good spot for inexpensive jewelry. Not the best quality, but its cute!

Don’t do the “rapid” ear care. It doesn’t work. You over pay to do the same amount of time.

Made ear piercing a breeze for a 7 year old!!! Sweet and professional women helped us, in and out of there in a flash.
