I had the pleasure of visiting the studio Saturday and got a tattoo done by Scott. I am so incredibly happy with Scotts work and how personable and fun everyone at the shop was! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will most definitely be back for my next soon! Scott was such a professional and also quite hysterical! We had an overall wonderful experience there!! I saw Axel for 2 sessions for a large anime piece that Ive been saving up for. During my consultation he listened attentively and we designed my piece. My first session I had to tap out after 6 hours as I physically could not take anymore and he was so understanding. I just went back this week to finish the piece and Im absolutely thrilled with how it turned out.Every single person in there made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Not only are they amazing artists but theyre also very active in our community! All these folks are the sweetest and I highly recommend this place if youre looking for any kind of body art. Im too chicken for piercings but Ive heard nothing but the best about their skills there as well.

Jalia Decker was awesome!! Explain how the piercing would go and assure me the process would be quick which helped calm my nerves!I was able to pick an earrings from a selection she show. The pinch was quick but not too bad. She also explain how to care for it so it wouldn’t get infected. Work space was neat and clean. Definitely recommend and I would go to her again!

I have a few 20+yr old piercings that needed possible revisions and advice on updated jewelry. They were very convenient to contact via phone call or text. Jennifer has a wealth of knowledge and many years of experience. She answered all of my questions appropriately. In addition with her gentle touch, she advises and also listens to the customer. The environment was very calming with beautiful artwork. As a former Marine Bio major, I especially loved the encasement of seaside treasures. Even though, there are other artists around, there is still a sense of privacy.All it needs now is a bookstore and cafe in the back :-)

I highly recommend this place! I had such a great experience here. Axel did such an amazing job. He was able to visually capture the spirit of my 3 guniea pigs that recently passed away. They literally look exactly like them and turned out better than I imagined. Because of this I will always remember them. They were also fairly priced and easy to work with too.

Jennifer pierced both my girls, she was extremely polite and professional, she made sure the girls felt totally comfortable before piercing them, definitely recommend her to all friends looking to get pierced. Ohh and the shop was absolutely clean which is something I love. Thanks Jennifer

I had my third hole on my earlobes pierced by Jaila and I had a wonderful experience. She was very thorough with the set up, piercing and cleaning. I’ve been pierced many times and hers was one of the best so far. I highly recommend ear piercings at confessions of the hand and ask for Jaila if she’s available!

Jennifer is an amazing piercer - shes very good at calming down people who are anxious to get pierced as well. (shes good at distracting) Shes super friendly too, will be going again for sure.

Ive been going to JP for awhile now for ink, and it is always a great experience! Hes covered up and reworked some old work I had done and brought it back to life! I had a vision for incorporating the existing work into a sleeve, and he made the concept into something I really love and can be proud of. He has a light touch, and all his work comes out with such smooth lines and attention to detail. Its always a fun, family-friendly experience in the studio and a great hang. Def recommend to anyone who needs any work done, big or small, new piece or cover-up.

I had an awesome experience! Everyone was very professional and respectful, I got my belly button re-pierced. After I got pregnant my previous piercing was stretched out and healed with a lot of scarring and a stretch mark from my piercing being stretched out. Coming here was the best decision I ever made. Jennifer took her time to pierced my belly and explained everything she was doing and why. I had a lot of scar tissue due to the previous piercing and it was crooked. Jennifer made sure it was straight and everything was done right. After the piercing it covered the scaring I had from before and with a piercing aftercare spray and full instruction on how to care for it and a follow up. I absolutely love this place!

Went here with my dad and uncle while visiting the same uncle in St. Cloud. All 3 of us got Tattoos from Axel over the course of 2 days. J.P., Lisa and Axel were all extremely friendly, and really made us feel like family while we spent our time there.The shop is immaculate; while we were there on our last day Lisa was training a new hire on the specifics of cleaning the shop and it was nice to hear the amount of care they put into the shop is just as important as the artwork you get there. Not everywhere can boast that. The mix of music J. P. plays is as eclectic as his personality and his beautiful artwork that adorns the walls (ask for a pair of 3D glasses -you wont be disappointed).What can I say about Axel.. Hes as great of a guy as he is a tattoo artist. He really listens and works with you to get what you really want from the experience. I helped my dad and uncle figure out the memorial tattoos they wanted, and Axel and I made a really good team figuring out some of the small details and placements my family wasnt able to describe very well. Hes got a very light hand while working; I barely felt what he was doing during the hours in the chair, which was nice. My uncle, who got a larger tattoo on his back/spine from Axel, boasted the same. I seriously love the tattoo I got from him in a way I cant describe, I gave him the basics of what I wanted and it was like he read my mind. Theres not many artists that can tap into that sort of thing like he can. All of our tattoos are healing amazingly and Ive been a little crazy about showing mine off to whoever will look at it, lolOh, the shops pricing was also extremely fair and in line with both industry standards and common sense. Even stuff like piercings and jewelry were extremely good and in line with the going rates back out where Im from. Extremely happy to say they definitely arent out to take advantage of anyone.Overall, I dont think 5 stars is enough for this place. The next time Im visiting my uncle Im pretty serious about wanting to get another tattoo from these guys.Also, even though I should just write a review for them too, shout out to the little Colombian cafe at the end of the little strip that Confessions is on. Their Empanadas and Cheese Breads were to die for, and the staff was spectacular with us non-spanish speakers. They kept us fed and happy in the off moments when we werent getting tattooed. They deserve heaps of praise too.

I went in with my cousin for celebratory piercings for her graduation and Jennifer was an absolute gem! We highly recommend going to Jennifer for all your piercing needs! Truly the best

Got my first tattoo done here about 2 weeks ago and I couldnt be happier with how it turned out!! It was a memorial piece to honor my dad and the staff was so nice and encouraging throughout the entire process. My artist Alejandro did an amazing job recreating a picture I have of my dad and I and its so realistic it brought tears to my eyes. The confessions of the hand staff is also very good about communication and following up afterwards and providing aftercare tips. Definitely coming here for my next tat!!

I am from Ohio and got a piercing done back in October and couldn’t get it to heal or get the piercing out. I walked into the shop and right away they took great care of me. Jennifer took me back got the piercing out and put a hoop in so it could finally heal. Just after 1 day it feels so much better. The place was so clean and full of everyone’s art work! My healing process, even after one week, has been amazing! I felt very comfortable working with Jennifer and would recommend her to anyone wanting a piercing.

I absolutely love my new tattoo that JP Decker did for me!!! The details are amazing the colors he used are so vibrant and awesome!!!! I got two piercings with Jennifer about a week ago. The place was so clean and full of everyones art work! My healing process, even after one week, has been amazing! I felt very comfortable working with Jennifer and would recommend her to anyone wanting a piercing. The “setting up” process was extremely thorough and she made me feel confident in my decision to get the piercings. I left knowing how to take care of my piercings and would totally come back for more!

I got my septum maybe over 2 years ago and turns out it was pierced way too low. only realized when i started stretching and i got another piercing a year later and it completely rejected.

Recommend hands down my daughter got her first tattoo and Axel has a amazing hand work she did not feel anything for her first time recommend don’t forget to stop by and see Axel great vibe place

JP is an amazing artist and wonderful to be around. I have been tattooed by him several times and im always impressed by his work, his demeanor, and how peaceful the shop is. I sat 2 days back to back and had a great time. He listens to exactly what I ask for and builds trust by asking questions and being tuned into my vision. I am really looking forward to the 3 additional sessions that I have booked. I feel that its an honor and a privilege to sit for JP. I have received so many compliments on the art that I have tattooed on my body. I love the fact that random strangers ask me about my sleeve that is currently in progress. So many people have stopped me in public and been amazed at the detail and depth that is woven into this piece. Thank you for your work JP! I appreciate your talent so much!

Love, love this place. Discovered it on Google when I wanted my nose pierced. The person who answered the phone when I called was a deal breaker. She was polite and informative. I drove 30 mins and didnt regret it. Jen did my piercing and she is a gem. The nicest family ran business in town. The studio is very clean and colorful. You can see art and creativity everywhere. Every one is friendly and you feel comfortable. Jen is very experienced and takes her time to make you feel comfortable. If I ever need another piercing or a tattoo...I know where Ill go. I highly recommend this studio.

Absolutely amazing ! I found them on google after seeing reviews and can I say they are nothing short of amazing . Being new to the area my directions took me to the wrong location be route for my piercing —Jennifer and her team made sure I was taken care of stayed late to make sure my work was done and as a southern girl out of my element ….gave me nothing but the best southern hospitality you can find or best .The professionalism , the skills , the cleanliness is nothing other than top notch . Hes professional, treated me like his friend, the tattoos are sick!!! I recently went in for a eyebrow piercing and Jennifer you did a fantastic job. This piercing was my second and Jens piercing has healed faster then my current old one. I am impressed thank you.

Walking in to get a nose piercing, I was super nervous, but the way I was greeted and welcomed and the piecer Jennifer, along with the staff, made me feel very comfortable and confident in my decision. She is very informative and I did not even feel the needle I recommend this place.

I heard about Confessions of the hand through a friend. I’ve been wanting to get an Industrial Piercing for around 1-2 years. I made one phone call to them and I had an appointment the next day at 3pm. The atmosphere when you walk in is truly welcoming, it smells so good in there, and everyone is talkative and friendly. My piercer Jen walked me through everything I needed to know, and truly calmed my anxiety. The piercing was quick and 100% worth it. Jen walked me through everything I needed to know for the healing process and aftercare, she even sent me an email with everything I needed to know. They gave me a product to spray on my Industrial called H2Ocean, and alternatives were included in the email. 100% would recommend going for a piercing, or a tattoo. I will be going back:)

I have to say Jennifer is one of the best piercers Ive had, she made me feel super comfortable and the atmosphere was amazing. Ive cheated on my piercer with her and I dont think Im turning back, she is officially my new piercer! Im planning my next one soon!! She also gave me a lollipop 😊

I have only ever used the piercing services. Jen is great and always makes you feel comfortable.I do think they could be a little more transparent with pricing. However the service and staff are all great. The piercings were clean and the shop is clean

I got pierced two times here and they never healed. I was told to only spray saline on it once a day, so I did, but crust began to develop very badly anyway no matter how much I cleaned. I was also given a nose bone piercing that fell out two times, both in less than a week… waste of money. I was told to sleep with a bandaid to prevent from falling, but with my new piercing I haven’t had to do that at all because it was secure. I got my nose pierced somewhere else with an L shape and it’s already lasted a month.

The tattoo artist that did my tattoo was Erock. I am a marine corps veteran and got a tattoo when I was 19 I am now 50 and have been looking for a tattoo place for atleast the last 6 years that could bring my original tattoo back to life and EVERYONE said it was to far gone. Erock was the only one that took on the challenge and as far as I am concerned the tattoo he left me with is 1000 times better than the original. Thank you very much. You have no idea how much It means to me.

Good shop. Eric did my sons tattoo, and its gorgeous. Very reasonable pricing, very responsive. Would definitely visit again.

Love the vibe of this shop. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by JP or family of his. And to make the decision easier to get work from JP (not that it is hard at all lol), you get to see all his beautiful and thought provoking paintings in the main area. Small shops with lots of love put in it. Definitely recommend a visit, even just to say hi or try to make it to one his events. ☺️👌

The studio is very clean. The staff are all very friendly. I got my last tattoo here a couple years ago. My daughter got her ears and nose pierced here.

No matter who you see in this shop, they are all great artists. We always go to Jennifer for piercings and trust her judgement. They even just had a free event for their customers! This shop offers paint nights too. I appreciate JP and his vision. They are family based and I find that makes this tattoo shop the best!

I came here to get a nose piercing and I’m so happy that I did. Jennifer was the piercer and she was really nice, funny, and professional. She tried to make sure I was as comfortable as possible during the process. And did what she could to distract me she gave me a lollipop lol. She was great I’m glad I had her for this experience. She was very clean and made sure all the products she was using was clean. She instructed me on how to care for the piercing after. And even told me to come back in a week to see her to make sure the piercing is healing well. I highly recommend coming to this shop it was clean and professional overall.

Stopped in the store and talked to person about a tattoo and talked about a tattoo I was considering. He said to come back after deciding and if he was not here then one of his artist would take care of me. After making my decision I stopped back and talked to a female working there and she said she had to leave and handed me off to another person. He stated he had another appointment but he would do it. I asking questions about the design I chose he just gave me short answers and acted I was inconveniencing him. I heard great things about this shop but was very disappointed on how I was treated.

My 9 year old daughter had her ears pierced here about two weeks ago. Jennifer pierced her ears and took wonderful care of her. Jennifer helped to calm and reassure my daughter. Jennifer also had us came back a week after to make sure everything was healing well and my daughters ears have healed very well. Will definitely recommend Jennifer to anyone who wants piercings done.

I got my helix piercings done by Jennifer she was so nice and did an amazing job. She also gave me information about piercings. The atmosphere in the place is very welcoming. 10/10

Jennifer was incredible! She pierced both my ears, talking to me through the process. She wore gloves, disinfected my ears, used sterilized equipment, and even made sure I washed my hands before having my ears pierced. The place was clean and smelled incredible. My piercing healed well following Jennifers aftercare instructions, and top of that, she made sure to checkup on my ears to make sure they were healing well. 10/10 recommend.

Jennifer is absolutely the best. She made me feel comfortable, calm and at ease from the moment I walked in, she treated me like Ive known her all my life. She talked me through all the steps and how to take care of my nose piercing. I will come back for a follow up and she said to call if I had any issues. My first nose piercing ripped my nose Jennifer from Confections Of Hand told me to use aloe vera on my nose and come back in a week using it made my nose heal very fast and was able to get repierced❤️ thank you Jennifer ur the best!

Ive been tattooed plenty but Ive never been to a shop that made me feel so comfortable and like family. JP is amazing to have a conversation with about life, philosophy, his garden and his artwork. I feel horrible that I kept him and his wife at the shop so long just talking, they are truly extraordinary! I needed to re pierce my nose and I am so glad I found Jennifer ! She is such a friendly person, and treats you as a good friend. The entire process was thorough and detailed. From signing in and filling out forms to washing your hands before you sit in the chair. The place was immaculate by the way. Jennifer took the time to explain every detail of what she was doing and what i needed to do step by step. I felt very safe. Happy to have a stud back on nose. Jennifer did an awesome job and it is healing so nicely. As she said the answer is right under your nose 😂😂😂 she was hilarious too. The experience at the time was great! Or so I thought. My friend had already had a bad experience before where her piercing got infected due to unsanitary jewelry, but decided we should give them another go. My friend pointed out the jewelry was not sterilized as it should have been. I was told to come back in a week to get my jewelry changed, while the healing process for a medusa is 2-3 months. I’ve never left a bad review before in my life but I’m begging you, go somewhere where they know what they’re doing.

My daughter and I went and got our ears pierced today and we both love it. Friendly and clean atmosphere. I would recommend anyone who wants any piercings done this is the place for you. My husband has never had a tattoo before and he got 2 done here. Great job.

I’ve never been tattooed by JP, but his work is some of the best I’ve seen - he truly has a passion for what he does and it speaks for itself in his work. Went here for my first tattoo on Wednesday and I had a great, relaxed experience with Madeline.Highly recommend her as a tattoo artist (especially loved the flame flicks/curves on the angel wings) and just as an awesome person. She has a chill vibe that resonates through the whole building.So, if you have any kind of social anxiety, this is the place to go.

After hearing many people say this was the BEST shop around, I decided too take the chance and I was totally in love the moment I walked in! The energy, the people, the cleanliness, 5 stars! Jennifer pierced my daith too help my migraines, and I do see a decline in migraines. She was personable and fun! Albie also did a memorial tattoo for my father. I was extremely forward about what I want, as I was telling him my idea, he was LITERALLY bringing it too life on paper. I will never visit another artist again. Visit this shop! Theyre amazing!

Jen is an amazing piercer and friend. She is the only person I will let periece me now. Ive gotten 2 from her and I plan on getting more. She makes u feel like family and the shop is very inviting and family friendly. If youre considering a piercing definitely consider confession of the hand.

After a few failed attempts and a slightly torn earlobe at a mall piercing place, my 7 year old daughter wanted to get her ears pierced again. My friend recommended Confessions of the Hand so I went into speak with Jennifer. She was amazing and a true professional!My daughter was really comfortable with Jennifer’s nurturing demeanor, talking her through the procedure, and convincing her to get her second ear lobe done even when it hurt more than she expected. We had some crocodile tears but Jennifer remained professional, patient, and sweet with my daughter.The end result.. a dozen lollipops were eaten, my daughter got perfectly placed piercings, even with the earlobe scar, Jennifer got an apology from my daughter for ‘freaking out’, I got an ear cartilage piercing to show my daughter it wasn’t that bad and we have a fun mother/daughter ear piercing memory together.

Amazing experience, professional, cleanliness was par none. The front staff to the artistic artists working here above and beyond their job responsibility. First tattoo or 30th these folks are experienced, compassionate, passionate & professional. Highly recommend them. Madeline was the artist we used, again went above and beyond her job description. I have over 15 piercings..and i can definitely say that Jen is the best piercer ive ever worked with. Ive gotten 4 piercings from her in the period of 3 weeks, and every single one is healing perfectly and she even takes the extra time to pick out jewlery that goes with your facial features, style, etc. I definitely found my piercer. Love this girl, & love her work!

It was amazing got Ravens on my neck and its exactly what I wanted gave the artist Jim pretty much free range with it and it was wonderful. The shop is so peaceful and amazing. Im definitely getting more work there. Youll gotta check them out !!

I love everything about this place!!!! The artists are amazing!!!! Ok so it’s been a full week since I got the daith piercing & no headaches!!!!! One of the warning signs for a migraine or horrible headache are the blinking lights, which I’ve gotten a couple of times over the past week but nope I haven’t gotten one though!!!! Thank you again Jennifer Decker you’re an awesome lady!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Albie does my tattoos & he is amazing!!! Can’t say enough good things about everything they do!!!

I had my Daith piercing done about 2 weeks ago and it seems to be working great. I haven’t had a migraine and can feel the difference. I know this isn’t a cure all but anything that helps decrease the amount of headaches/migraines I’m all for it and HIGHLY recommend this piercing. Jennifer was great, knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel at ease because I was nervous about the piercing. The place was clean, price was good and definitely loved my lollipop 😁. I’m considering going back and doing the second Daith piercing as well as the Tragus piercing. I HIGHLY recommend if you want a piercing come to this place it was a great experience.

Got my upper ear pierced recently with Jennifer, she was super nice and professional. She made me feel very comfortable and the piercings are healing great.

I just got my nipples pierced here and it was honestly a great experience. It was not that painful and very comfortable. They were very clean and organized, the price was reasonable and the people were super chill. I would definitely go back

JP is by far the best artist Ive had tattoo me. He is not heavy handed and his artistic integrity is a quality I greatly appreciate. He added some new pieces and fixed an old one for me - I will absolutely only get my work done by him a true genius with ink.

Got my helix pierced here a year and a half ago and it hasn’t healed since. the piercer used a hoop and told me to rotate my piercing every day and spray with h2ocean. my piercing still hurts to sleep on a year and a half later

I met JP at the Fort Lauderdale Tattoo expo and I had this crazy idea of doing my whole arm, for many years I have been looking for artists to get something going and I believe it was just the right time at the right place. I sent a few images to JP and right away he knew what exactly I was looking for. We are on our third session and almost half way done. I drive 2 and half hours one way to get work done by him, that tells you the amount of confidence and how satisfying I am with the work he is getting done for me.

Sam did amazing, beautiful and unique work. I sent her a few pictures of ideas and she transformed it into gorgeous piece. I cannot recommend her enough. The studio was clean and very cute!

Six years ago this month JP tattooed my leg. Its a beautifully designed rose half color and half black and white. When I first got it many older folks would stop me and tell me they didnt like tattoos but that they loved my tattoo. I told him I wanted my moms name and roses and torns. He came up with the idea of it being half color and half black and white. To me it celebrates the life and death of my mother. I cherish this tattoo so much. I couldnt be happier that I trusted him with my body and idea. He didnt let me down. Jp is a talented artist in so many ways. He will give you a memory to never forget. His work has evolved over The years and the master pieces he has created has amazing. Thanks for all your hard work Jp! Im happy your business is growing and I cant wait to let you work on me again.

Called before hand to get my sisters belly button pierced for her birthday. The woman who does the piercings was MIA. Then I called again and set up an appointment for following week. The day of she was not there again even after setting an appointment ! I went to another shop, I felt they didnt appreciate my time or business.
