I am 53 years old and decided to ask for an appointment to have my septum pierced. The person at the counter was on their phone as people walked in. This person was still looking at their phone when they asked me what I was there for. I told this person I wanted my septum pierced. This person said the piercer was out for a couple of hours. No enquiry of an appointment. No note to indicate piercer would be notified. I felt invisible. I felt embarrassed. It hurt. I called later to make that appointment and the piercer had gone home for the day. No coming back like I was told. Still no offer to call me back or offer to make an appointment. I will never go back to this place nor recommend it to anyone else. This place needs to work on their customer service and people skills. I know I was not wanted, it was clear. Stay away from this place.

We had a wonderful experience getting my eight-year-old daughter’s ears pierced at Wingnut. Churtch did a great job of explaining everything and helped my daughter feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Professional and clean setting!

I have been going to ONLY this shop since 2017 and always felt so comfortable.That’s what kept coming back. I always told people to go to Wingnut and alway talked them up.Yet this last encounter I had with an artist was horrible. A artist named Devin did several of my most recent tattoos. My last one he forgot to cross a T on a text. I have a 40 min drive one way to the shop. So since I was coming in all that way to get the text done. I might as well get ANOTHER tattoo. Mind you he makes a mistake and I give him more money. I reached out to him over Instagram and we discussed prices and prints. I was hoping he would make it worth my while since the whole reason I was coming in was because he made a mistake. Also he says I am one of is only regular customers.He did not seem have any remorse about the situation,nor even care about fixing his mistake. He was more worried what he could get out of me, and I don’t like that feeling. Anyway when I brought up a date and time he left me on read for two days. My husband called and talked to him and he still couldn’t give an answer on a time and said he would reach out. Yet he never did. Totally unprofessional and careless. Even after all of that I was still willing to come to the shop and do business because I am a loyal customer. So my husband called AGAIN to schedule something with a different artist, but that artist never called. I felt pushed off and let down by the whole shop. I’m not going to be loyal to a shop that’s not loyal to me. So unfortunately as much as I hate it. I think Im going to have to find another shop.

Booked a helix piercing for my friend and I and was upcharged a lot of money for it. We were in and out in 20 minutes and charged $100 just for the time. Thats on top of having to pick out more expensive jewelry because there were very limited options available. After unpleasent service and being uncharged, the cleaning fluid was given for no extra charge, which was nice; however, they were tiny bottles that ran out in 2 months. Once checking out and already paying the vender their $100 personal fee we were asked to give a tip on our short 20 minute unpleasant service, seeing the lowest 15% tip was around $80 I decided they didnt deserve a tip from us. Once picking no tip, we were met immediately with even worse service (somehow) and a fake smile that quickly faded away. I didnt realize how much I was uncharged until I got another piercing from a more local shop recently and the whole process of my most recent piercing was a way way much more pleasant experience and costed $75. I very rarely leave negative reviews as I work in food service and know that sometimes youre having a rough day, but I after my experience there and my new recent experience in a better shop, I simply dont recommend this shop to anyone looking for the most basically good service at a semi-affordable price.

I just went to get a new piece of jewelry for my eyebrow because mine fell out at some point. I got there at 8pm and was hoping I would be able to just purchase a piece of jewelry and be on my way. Not only did they take me at closing time, but they put the jewelry in for me! I did not expect that. The staff at Wingnut go above and beyond expectations when they dont have to and I am so grateful for them tonight! Definitely go here!

They pierced my septum in the wrong spot two times. When I went to have a different piercing put in that i was struggling with i was told that my piercing is crooked and he couldn’t do anything. To let it heal and come back.. dude didn’t realize he was the one who pierced it like that. Made me feel stupid the whole time and talked down to me like i was a child. He also accidentally tossed the ball to my gold septum and instead of letting me keep the whole thing he tossed my whole septum then replaced it with a silver one.Gross human being.

Layla got her ears pierced tonight (2nd holes). We opted to go to a piercing parlor and I am SO glad we did.Churtch was super efficient and professional and it was a much better experience than when the girls had it done in the mall.10/10 recommend of you are looking to pierce anything!

I will never go any where else for piercings! If you are looking for a piercer who will keep it funny, real, upfront, and over all fantastic… I would recommend Shane! Shane creates an excellent atmosphere from the moment you walk out the door. Shane is very realistic about his recommendations to make sure that you have the absolute best results possible. Every time without fail when i walk into the studio i feel so comfortable and able to express exactly what i want. Between the banter and jokes and the beautiful results, i would give wingnut a 10 star review if i could.

Love love love Christoph at Wingnut Tattoo.. His work is amazing. Well worth the drive this is his work in the pics and him laying the ink. I will never go to another artist. He did a previous tattoo thats 10 years ago and I took me that long to find him again. Now my 20yo daughter is seeing him for her first tattoo (full sleeve). And loves him as well. He is booked so be prepared to wait a little while.. but soooo worth it.

I paid the store a deposit.The bank statement says wingnut. i should be able to use that money in that store. For something other than a tattoo, right? No? In this day-n-age??? They have my money, and i definitely dont want a reminder of this . I said i was uncomfortable and didnt want the tattoo. He asked why. I answered He needed me to explain because he didnt think i should be uncomfrotable. Must be because the one that made me feel comfortable is the owner, and hes upset i was uncomfortable. So i pay him $100 for his hurt feelings? Call the store abd ask how you can use that $100 for your tattoo!!!In response to you response. Dear Sir, I asked if i could get an item of jewelry. You said i can transfer it to another artist. That sentence does NOT imply yes. At that point i was clearly upset, and said so frequently. Just so i understand: the answer is yes? It does not need to be transfered to another artist? And how would someone who doesnt work there understand your lingo???? I apologize for.arriving to your studio ealry. I apologize for feeling uncomfortable. I apologize for not understand the store jargon that implies i can use my deposit to purchase a different item

My daughter recently had her nose pierced by Churtch! It was quick and professional. Churtch was friendly with my teen and her friend, which made the process fun!

I won a gift certificate in a charity silent auction and I’ve been trying for over a year to get an appointment for a tattoo. I either get ghosted after one email or “left on read” on Instagram. And it’s not just the St Cloud location but the Anoka one as well. Worst shops I’ve ever dealt with and really regret wasting my money on it. I’m just glad the money went to a good cause and not to them.Edit 5/1/2024: I emailed over a month ago and big surprise, no reply.

I visited Wingnut Tattoo for some work done on me and SHANE POST is one solid dude! Hes very professional and great customer services!

My second time here, the first time was for a tattoo (which was literally perfect) and this time I went back for a piercing! Shane was my piercer and was wonderful to work with! His passion and talent was very apparent. The shop environment was clean and it was clear that there were very passionate artists in the space.

The guy that re-pierced my daughters nose was super cool and professional. Always love this place. Although, this time a female employee came back from a break (lunch?) and was very apparent she was very high on something and it wasnt weed(she was tweaking hard on something). It made everyone in the waiting area super uncomfortable. I felt bad for the lady who she was about to pierce. As she was going 2 pierce both the customers ripples, and I would want whomever is doing that to be stone flipping sober! We were really turned off by the female employees unprofessionalism. I understand that in that business they are probably contractors, but it was still not cool. I could tell the other customer didnt know what to do. I would have walked out. I know Wingnut can do better than this!

I got my nipples done by Churtch, she did a wonderful job and was definitely the best piercing experience I’ve had with a piercer. She did it very quick and easy! She made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process as well! I Will definitely be going back to get more piercings from her:)

I booked an appointment on Saturday to get my nose pierced. My experience was excellent. Everyone could tell I was nervous and made me feel comfortable. Dillon was great. If I ever decide on another piercing it will be here. The day and piece are important to me. Thank you so very much for taking the time and effort of making this a wonderful experience.

Charles is one of the best artists around and easy do communicate with to get exactly what you want. Did an amazing job catching the image and did his magic to bring it to life. Highly recommend and completely satisfied with his amazing art. Top notch, top service and amazing staff.

Churtch is AMAZING with kiddos. Got my girls ears pierced and she was very friendly. Definitely takes pride in her work and explains everything from start to finish. Definitely reccomend her! Best part you can schedule everything online!

This may be an abnormal review, but I just wanted to say how awesome it is for how honest the workers are here! Shane Post was supposed to pierce my navel, but due to my anatomy, unfortunately I wasn’t able to. Although I was disappointed after hearing his opinions, I appreciate his honesty and input! I know of some people, including myself before, who received piercings that rejected just for the people to get their money. Shane was very kind and honest with me and although I wasn’t able to walk out with the piercing, his character proves his true care for customers!

Ive been going to wingnut for about 12 years now. Im always happy to see the artists. Ive gotten amazing tattoos there. They only carry high quality implant grade jewelry. My first piercing I got there was my septum... and that was the best fun time Ive had. Ive been pierced by most of the piercers there whether they were an apprentice or fully licensed. I dont think Ive ever had a bad experience while there. So not sure what these low stars are about, but they have their own experience. I love all of the jewelry they carry and they will even make a custom order of needed. Hot damn! Sure some piercings didnt work out, but that was my fault or my bodys fault (migration/rejection, its a thing) they are open and honest about whether I was suited for a piercing such as cheeks... kind of a bad idea sorry Shane I understand. They also want to make sure they give you an amazing tattoo that will last a lifetime. Not a tattoo that will bleed and blur together within a few months. They have the best integrity around.Ever in the St. cloud area and itching for a tattoo or piercing be sure to schedule an appointment. You will not be disappointed!!!

My friend went to Wingnut to get her conch piercing done with Shane, he made it super fun with jokes and humor and answered any questions we had along with doing prices up front so you’re not shocked at the end. I would definitely recommend Shane to anyone looking to get a piercing done.

Set an appointment online, which was easy, and got two piercing done. Very friendly staff and very open with any questions I had. Would highly recommend.

I got 3 piercings last night. My experience with Churtch was incredible. She was so professional and made me feel at ease as Ive been wanting the peircings for 18+ years. I was getting anxious. Churtch was prepared for my bodys reaction to shock. She had glucose tablets, cold towels and water on hand to keep me from passing out. She was so calm. Best experience ever. Absolutely love my piercings.

Been a repeat client of Churtch’s and went back into see her on Friday to get my septum pierced. She’s so professional at what she does! She’ll help calm your nerves, she’s quick, answer any questions to have and will explain throughly about the aftercare of your piercing! Only person I ever trust to pierce me!

The staff here are amazing! I just got my piercing done today, and almost passed out. But they made took care of me and made it feel so welcoming. It was a good experience! I’ll definitely be getting my next here as well 😁

This was my first piercing experience, other than my ears, and it was great. My piercers name was Churtch, and I felt welcome and comfortable the whole time with her. The piercing process was quick and painless, and yet the quality of the job was still amazing!

Churtch did both of my nostril piercings one side she did a while back and she just did the other side today and i couldn’t be more happier! she is so quick. and she is so calming so your not freaking out before your tattoo. And she is so damn funny! I love her!

Chris was pretty awesome! He did everything he could to make sure a first timer was as comfortable as could be. Incredibly steady hand and did a great job on the tattoo for a reasonable price! Tattoo was faster than expected and overall experience was fantastic. He took the time to answer all questions with a smile. Will recommend!

First off, Churtch is literally one of the best piercers I’ve gotten the opportunity to have work done by. I’ve been through plenty of shops, she does great work. I don’t recommend anything that I won’t stand behind.

They are ways nice when you go in, they always do a good job, and whenever Ive gone in to get a piercing Ive had little to no pain! Also most of my piercings I got from there have had little to no issues.

I wanted to add a second stud/pin to the opposite side of my nose to match the other. Churtch was an excellent and very professional piercer. She made sure it was exactly what I wanted and the process was quick and easy compared to other places Ive been.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I had a series of piercings of my zodiac constellation done and all I can say is, Churtch was AMAZING!!! She made the experience not just great but was super knowledgeable and quick! Made the whole process almost painless figuratively and literally!!!

My best friend and I went in for our septum’s in December.. Hers was pierced fine, healed fine. Mine on the other hand kept giving me complications so I went into another place to have them look at it. As I was explaining what was going on, they stopped me and told me that it wasn’t in my sweet spot. They felt around and within seconds they told me I’m going to have to take it out because it’s no where near the right spot and it wasn’t gonna heal.. Lady seemed very nice and seemed like she know what she was doing, but boy was it placed wrong..

Just got pierced by Churtch, and let me say that was an amazing experience! She had me totally comfortable and the piercings themselves were near painless. Everything was quick, clean, no bullsh!t and well explained as to what was going to happen while there and what to do and wear after. Great experience, highly recommended!!

I came here a little over two months ago for some piercings. I typically dont leave reviews but this place impressed me. The shop was clean and well maintained and all of the staff were super professional. I was nervous at first, but my piercer Shane made the experience great. Shane was very professional and knowledgeable on what he was doing. The pricing was very reasonable and I have no complaints. Now two months into my piercings, and I still love them. If you are debating on where to go, go here!

Christoph is amazing! I have to go in for 1 more session to finish my decent sized Phoenix, but so far, it turned out better than I could have imagined! So much detail, the lines are perfect and the shading is amazing!

I got 6 piercings done at Winngnut. They were flawless. Im super picky on who does my piercings. These were perfect. 15 years later, theyre still there looking great!

Me and my friend went to get piercings this past Saturday and worked with Kaitlin. She was great! Very personable and friendly. She was also up front on cost of the jewelry and on which type of jewelry would be best for what me and my friend were getting which was appreciated. Overall a wonderful experience and we will be back!

DO NOT RECOMMEND AND DON’T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PERSONAL PROPERTY!!!My review is solely my experience with one piercer: Shane. So I can’t speak for the others but after my experience I will never step foot in WingNut again.I made an appointment to repierce my helix I had gotten done there a year prior. I had Kaitlyn-she was amazing and the reason I was going back (she is no longer there). I had the earring but no back which they told me was no big deal. I had emailed 4 times with Dave and was recommended to Shane. When I showed up for my appointment he was short and seemed annoyed. He said he needed to disinfect it and I could come back the next day. Totally understand, but I would have dropped it off prior to my appointed had I known. Due to my schedule I made an appointment for 6 days later.On my way to my second appointment I get a phone call 15 mins before my session is to start. It’s the apprentice saying Shane is golfing in a tournament and wanting details to see if he can handle it or needs a piercer here. I get there on time for my appointment and my ring isn’t set up for the piercing. The apprentice spends the next 35 mins looking for it. He then calls Shane on his personal phone to talk to me. Shane proceeds to tell me it’s “no big deal” and his apprentice is “new and now sure where everything is”. Told me he would come in early the next day between 9-10, take his personal number, and he would keep me updated.The next day I text at 10:30 am asking if he has found the ring. He replies with “I’ll let you know once I get there”. Finally at 1:30 pm I sent a text essentially saying with the lack of communication I take it he cannot find my ring. He then calls and says he has been busy, had the day off yesterday, came in late to take some needed time off, and would look when he can. Beyond irritated, I show up at 5 pm and demand my ring or a refund. He looks for 10 mins, calls me in the back, and admits he cannot find it. He lost my $175 earring. I thanked him for finally owning up to his mistakes and asked for a refund. He was full of excuses. Excuses that didn’t even apply to the situation.Had he just owned up to it, or rescheduled my repiercing I would not have been this upset. He was rude, full of excuses (ridiculous ones at that), and honestly didn’t care a bit about me. Don’t care how “skilled” he may be, his attitude is unacceptable. I would not recommend WingNut and I would not trust them with any personal property!!!!! Wish I could give him 0 stars.

I got my tongue pierced and nobody talked about the gauge size or the color of the jewelry, they just picked one out and put it in my mouth.I wanted to get two piercings at once but they said they couldnt do that, now Im annoyed cause I have an off center piercing and I was told to wait a few weeks to get my next one.Really bummed out, Im going to get it removed, and wait a month for it to heal

I have been getting my tattoo done by Clayton. He is amazing! I love how my tattoo is turning out I could not ask for anything more. It is refreshing to have someone care about what they do. He is excited for me to come back so he can finish which makes me even more excited! I appreciate having someone passionate about what they are doing and I know he truly cares about the artwork he is putting on me. Plus he is really fun to talk to!

I can honestly say any of the negative reviews are no where near the truth I received during my experience at Wingnut. I received my piercings in St. Cloud from Justin and it was a completely professional, efficient and pleasant experience. He was very mindful of all sanitary practices and I never had to question what was happening next. The prices were completely matching the quality of care I received. I would rather have paid more for a good experience, quality jewelry, and friendly staff than have had a mediocre experience with a cheap price. You get what you pay for. Even with people coming in and out, people were still being tended to and customer service was always a priority. Its been almost a year since my piercings and I am still satisfied!

Went to get my naval re-pierced and out of good faith from social media, I decided to go here. They did not disappoint!! Very clean and professional place with awesome staff. Everyone was so genuine and my piercer Shane was amazing! I definitely will be coming back. 5 out of 5 stars.. highly recommend!!!

Christoph, my tattoo artist was awesome! He did a great job. Everyone was so friendly and nice. Justin did my piercing and was very friendly. Gordon, desk manager, was so helpful and nice when I called and when I came in. I am definitely going back.

So I have a regular tattoo artist I normally go to, but my best friend wanted to get matching tattoos for our 40th birthdays. So she set it all up. We went... in and out quickly, super clean and very professional. With all the pandemic regulations, we werent allowed to go in and sit with each other but... it was still a great experience! Out artist was Christoph and he did phenomenal work on our quick little tattoos. Definitely cant wait to collab with him to get my Pagan half/full leg tattoo. Will definitely recommend to anyone😊😊 and will be back!

For my daughter’s 16th birthday, I surprised her with a nostril piercing, which she’s wanted for a couple of years. Shane truly calmed my daughter’s (and my) anxiety immediately. He was absolutely genuine and gave my daughter a beautiful piercing. 100% recommend Wingnut!

Got my nipples and two frenum piercings in one shot. They have not healed yet as it was only four days ago, but everything looks amazing so far. Shane was very professional and laid back, talked and explained through the whole process. Very pleasant experience.

Nice place, first time of me getting a tattoo here, very friendly staff, not my first tattoo. Was their 1 hour total, ½ an hour included; getting the drawing, font, size perfect, signing and check marking the paper and laying it. Then a ½ hour of actually being inked...$200 out the door... Wow‼ Fast service for a walk in!

Got a surface eyebrow the end of September, immediately was told after she was done piercing I would need to downsize the jewelry within a month, because it already wasn’t fitting right and wasn’t flush with my skin. I came back within a month and was told by someone else at the same place not to downsize for at least a year or two even though the jewelry was clearly to big. Today I went somewhere else and was told the piercer didn’t pierce it deep enough in the first place and that’s why the jewelry wasn’t flush with my skin to begin with, unfortunately this resulted with having to have it taken out because it was showing signs of rejection. Would not recommend, spent $150 on the piercing just to have someone not do it right and lie about them screwing up

Honestly I cant say enough good things. The customer service is top notch, they really stand by their work, and have always done a fantastic job. I have had a few appointments here with a couple different people. Will be back for sure!

My boyfriend and I walked in on a Sunday. We were lucky and were able to get in right away with Shane Jensen. Very very clean process. Both of us got a small tattoo near our collar bone. Good price, I wouldve preferred to pay a little less, but I understand they need to cover their cost and time.One downfall I saw while there was that others who came in waited for well over half an hour just to talk to someone. Also, another artist came in to work on her station and she was incredibly unfriendly and seemed rude.For a random walk in though, I wouldnt hesitate to stop by again. :)

Shane did an absolutely amazing job of piercing my nostril for me! He makes you feel very comfortable and makes sure that youre getting exactly what you want! Sarah at the front desk was also incredibly friendly and helpful!

I went last week and got my nose pierced. Although Shane did a great job, I wasn’t thrilled that it cost $240 dollars. While the shop was clean, I didn’t appreciate that he wouldn’t let my friend come inside with me which was frustrating especially since she is fully vaccinated, was wearing a mask, and had already had Covid. (Prior to getting her vaccine) It made me uncomfortable to be alone in the tattoo shop with him. While the piercing was great, I definitely would not repeat.Ladies, pls find somewhere else to go!

I have been going to Wingnut for over 10 years now. I’ve always had the most professional experiences there, and actually send all of my clients to them. I’ve had tattoos, and all of my piercings done here. Highly recommend the staff- super knowledgeable- and beautiful jewelry I get a TON of compliments on.

Loved it. Just got my chest piece done; they were able to fit me in same day as I was a walk-in customer. Im very pleased. They also offer FREE touch-ups for when the tattoo heals and has poss fading. Will definitely return.

I have been coming to Wingnut ever since I moved up here from Rochester. Churtch is by far one of the best piercers I have ever worked with (and I have 15 piercings). She is incredibly knowledgeable & super chill. Of my piercings done by her, she has always made me feel very comfortable & given me great instructions with aftercare. I have & will continue to bring friends to Wingnut just for her & her work.

I got a lip piercing by Justin and couldnt be happier. It was my first piercing and the staff were overly nice, answering a lot of my probably really dumb questions without making me feel judged. I had an issue with the piercing embedding into my lip and when coming in they immediately brought me back to put a longer bar in free of charge. They didnt have a longer bar in my jewelry so they gave me a jewelry with a longer bar for free. Its an excellent piercing shop with great service, highly recommended.

I love my piercing but I did not like my experience with the piercer. He took at least 2 minutes just trying to finish putting my jewelery in/closing the hoop. They also dont have a very big variety of jewelery, and what they do have is overpriced for what it is. I would rather drive an hour to get cute good quality jewelery for the same price as the plain hoop I got here for $150.Response to owner: The hoop was no where near seamless, I had to go somewhere else to have it corrected as every time the hoop turned it would catch my piercing, get stuck and cause bleeding because of how awful it was closed. Regarding the price, Ive been to many other professional piercers and they charged significantly less for the same quality jewelery I recieved, especially considering he didnt even close the one I received correctly which damaged the jewelery.

I recommend this place for a piercing or a tattoo. My cousin got a tat here and it was so pretty! While I got my ear pierced here. They are very informative and if you have any concerns they help you. I have vasovagal syncope so when I was with my piercer she helped me stay calm and told me the process. It was a relaxing experience and I will go back for a tat or piercing again!

Went into get a nose stud swapped out for a retainer. Service was prompt and friendly. Despite having to swap my jewelry a few months early and my piercing being sensitive the process was quick and didnt hurt at all. Highly recommend!

Shop wont tell people pricings over the phone, over priced on services, cancelled twice once for a family member passing which was a lie. Piercer was late on the second appointment. Money gouging prices 175 for a nostril piercing when I paid 40 elsewhere. Would not recommend unless you have loads of money.

Had a Awesome experience at Wingnut everything from setting up appointment online to the friendly staff, saw Shane he was great put my mind somewhat to rest, explained everything as he was getting setup, during and afterwards. Highly, highly recommend him and his staff and his place!!!!

When I went into Wingnut to schedule my appointment, I should have turned around and left after my experience with the tattoo artist. I had my tattoo done by Kelli, she was instantly rude to me, impatient and didnt really seem to care much about what I wanted. Our talk was brief but I figured my tattoo was simple enough any artist should be able to pull it off... Well when I went back for my appointment a few days later, Kelli was a little friendlier to me, but I would guess thats because she wanted to make sure she got a tip. I came in a little early for my appointment so I had to wait which was fine, but once it was 20 minutes after my appointment time started I was wondering why she wasnt ready by the time my appointment was set. The process was quick (I got a pretty simple tattoo). She just gave me a sheet with some vague after-care instructions, she didnt ask if I had any questions, and to be honest I didnt really feel comfortable asking her. Now that my tattoo is healed one of the lines is crooked, if I were to get it fixed I would go to a different place and pay for it there instead. I would not suggest Wingnut, although I only talked to Kelli and my experience is purely with her, I cant imagine trusting a tattoo artists that works at the same place as someone I had a bad experience with. The price of my tattoo was also pretty inflated for what I had done, it would have been less expensive anywhere else and it wouldnt have taken much to get better service.

Really nice place, super nice people. Everything is super expensive but its worth it, especially since all of the jewelry is made out of titanium. Person that also did my piercing had a little breathing technique that helped with getting my bellybutton pierced. Im probably going to go back and get more when I can. 👍

Way overpriced! Got my nose pierced in January and this place was a total ripoff. I scheduled my appointment online for a nose piercing which the online price states it would cost $45 plus the cost of the jewelry. The guy that pierced me (also the owner) showed me the limited jewelry selection. One of the small jewelry pallets he showed were of jewelry that you wouldn’t be able to change yourself which were approx $175 and another of ones you could change yourself which were $195. I started to get horrible anxiety and wanted to walk out but was super intimidated. I ended up paying $199.95 for a simple piercing. No diamond. Just a tiny cz stud with white gold. I’d never go here again or suggest anyone else too! Who charges $199.95 for a nose piercing?? Wingnut tattoo and piercing does!

They were very clean and professional. I couldnt get my piercing done because they didnt have stainless steel or surgical steel piercings at the time due to the pandemic but they were very understanding and professional. I will definitely go back in the future when they have stainless or surgical steel again.

Came with my daughter when she got a piercing. Very, very hygienic. The person doing the piercing changed gloves three times, cleaned the piercing sight twice before piercing , was super careful with all the equipment she opened and sanatized all the surfaces in the room including the tray and the table. I had heard its always safer to get your piercings done at a tattoo shop instead of the mall and now I see why.

I’ve gotten all of my piercings done here but I went in for a new nose ring and the guy didn’t measure anything before putting one in, then when I said I didn’t like it (the bar was too long and the gem was too big) he said that I had to pay for it anyways but I could also buy what I actually wanted in addition if I choose. Really disappointed after always receiving such good service there. Wasted my money this time for sure.

I went in to get a nose piercing for my birthday… told me the piercing would be 45$ plus jewelry. We get in there and he talked us into getting a huge stud (probably bc it was more expensive) because he said that if i plan to put a hoop in at some point i would need a huge stud. even tho the jewelry popped into something that was the size going in not the actual piercing. It costed almost 200$… the nose stud was literally a size of an earring and looked like an earring. he gave me a piece of paper saying i can get it downsized in 30 days, so i called there asking if they can change it and they said they can so we made an appointment and drive an hour to get there just for him to tell me he couldn’t change it and was very rude about it. he said he would make a deal and change it in 4 weeks so i made an appointment and he called me and told me he didn’t say that even though he literally did and that he wasn’t changing it once again rude as ever. so i ended up going somewhere else to get it changed and they quote on quote said “we get a lot of people here from wingnut because they won’t change a piercing”. not happy with this at all. super over priced and lied about the jewelry. I would not recommend getting a nose piercing here or anything. i thought this place would have been good, turns out i should never have gone here.

As a college student I was on a budget, and still got quality work. Jesse was my artist, and walking in I had some ideas what I had wanted and he explained how each idea would and wouldnt work alongside my other tattoos. Very helpful and talkative, and drew exactly what I wanted right in front of me. Definitely going again.

I got a small tattoo from Kelli with a few friends. Even though they were small Kelli took the time to make some recommendations about placement and design that ended up making them so much better than what we had expected. I plan on getting a larger tattoo done with her soon and would definately recommend her to my friends.

Honestly i really wanted to give this place 5* but as the months pass and i havent gotten any help with the jewelry they supposedly sent in to get fixed, im finally to the point of leaving my first 1 star review. I had a pair of gold nipple barbells and when i noticed the thread on one was a bit off, a piercer there offered to send it in and have it fixed for me. (I didnt even request this, but when he said it would be no problem i thought, cool, might at well get it fixed!) Seeing i know it was about $900 for the pair, i figured it would be handled professionally and i left the barbell there that day being told id have it back in 6-8 weeks. It has now been 6 months and phone call after phone call, no one seems to know anything about this barbell. After having made contact with anatometal myself, i learned that they never even received my jewelry. So i assume that my $450 birthstone piece of jewelry is just gone. Im very upset, mostly because every time i call and ask, they just say they dont know where it is and it should be back soon. Ive never felt so patronized. How can it be back soon if it was never sent in? Im tired of waiting, and feel that this is so beyond messed up...i wont give up, as these were a special gift to me and i think its pretty crummy how this is being handled.. they cant even tell me the truth about what happened to it. I assume they just lost it. Definitely will not be recommending anyone to this shop for anything, ever. So bogus.

I just got a fairly large tattoo from Ryan yesterday. I can say that he does AMAZING work. He wasnt very social as far as small talk, but I was looking for a tattoo artist, not a BFF, so thats totally ok. I had an idea for a tattoo honoring my mother, who recently passed away. Most people that I tried to tell this idea to had NO clue what I was going for. Ryan nailed it. Dead on. He got the idea so well, that he added detail to it that I didnt ask for, but it tied it together even more. I could not be happier with his work. Called and message to get help about a piercing that I got in January.....untimely when it comes to messaging and rude on phone. Couldnt even tell me what Kind of Jewelry I have in my nose to help me change it myself. Back in January told me I had to come in and they had to do it with special tools in 7-9 months.

The people that work here are rude. Every time I come in they treat me as if my ideas are dumb and they wont do them. Worst experience of my life! She pierced it in the wrong spot, didnt trim it down, so it cut the inside of my nose, then it was pierced wrong. I had to go somewhere else and get it repierced straight. I would NEVER EVER EVER suggest going there. They have no idea what the hell theyre doing!!!

Iam a singlr dad and went to there to grt a price on a tattoo and had my son and daughter with me , one of the artists told me no kids allowed and told me to leave!!! Not bery happy they way i was treated will definitely not be spending my money here!
