I got my nose pierced at this location by Nancy! She did amazing! 😊 I recommend her! She was super nice and chill. It was my first time getting a nostril piercing. I also love how this location has women piercers which makes it a comfortable and save environment. Thank y’all again for the great service 🥰

I went here for a pair of piercings, and they were, by far, the best piercers Ive ever gone to. From the original consultation all the way through the healing process, they are phenomenal. The piercings that I got were in a quite sensitive area, and it was less painful than getting my ear lobes pierced. All of the piercers are knowledgeable and friendly. Go to this location if youre thinking of getting a new piercing because they go above and beyond!

The piercer Crystal was very nice, I am extremly sorry I was not able to tip atm but will be able to when I come in to change the size of my jewelry. She was very calming, made the whole experience less scary than expected. Thank you!

Came here for implant grade titanium jewelry Jaycee was super helpful, knowledgeable, and kind! 10/10 recommendEdit: it’s been a week now since Jaycee put my ASTM F136 titanium vertical labret bar in. I had the piercing since April 28 (done at a different shop) and I had stainless steel but my body did not react very good to it. My vertical labret piercing started showing a major difference to the jewelry within the second day. No more granuloma, no more liquid seeping, no more irritation. Again, thank you so much! I will be coming back for sure for more jewelry when the time comes

I chose this place because of the great reviews and the convenience of making an online appointment. I made an appointment online for some piercings with my girlfriend. She got her third hole in each ear and I got an earring on my cartilage. Our appointment was at 6pm. We weren’t even called back until about 7:20. Almost 90 minutes later. What’s the point of even making an appointment if you’re just going to waste my time and make me wait so long?Her piercing alone ended up costing over $150 with the cheapest earring and tip. That’s a bit extreme to me. The place was clean and the people were nice, however the man piercing us had the worst, most unholy body odor that we noticed immediately as we laid down in the piercing room. Overall, just a really disappointing experience.

Jaycee was my piercer, I came in wanting an industrial but didn’t have the anatomy for one but they helped me to pick out a great alternative at the shop. Super gentle hands and really great communication! I am so happy with my piercings!

Welcoming and friendly environment. Clementine was patient and very knowledgeable as I wanted a new piece of jewelry for my daith piercing and a new piercing to stack on my lope. We also discussed moving some of my existing jewelry to curate a nicer blend of my mixed metals and a different look. Clementine was very gentle changing my jewelry around. I highly recommend her.

A few months ago I had a nose piercing, I paid more than $300 dollars for an earring that they told me was 14k white gold, I went to check that it was 100% real and they told me that it was just a piece of metal, I was sending messages to the page and no response was given! so I dont think that what they sell you there is 100% real

I’ve been to this shop a few times for jewelry changes, I’ve always booked appointments and I think out of the 3 times I was booked only once was I taken back on time. I booked the first time for the first available and I showed up when they opened and no one showed up til 20 minutes past that. Then the person that took care of me said that they don’t normally open their books til an hour past opening to avoid that but they were super great! was helped by the same person that helped me from the last visit, and again super great. The last time I went I had booked an appointment and when I showed up they said they had run to target and will be back shortly, I waited about 25 minutes past my original appointment time. I work off of appointments at my job as well and it’s incredibly frustrating to book a certain time and the piercer isn’t even in the building at that time. I’m only writing this review months later after my last appointment because every piece of jewelry that I’ve gotten from this business has irritated my skin after a few months. I’ve had my belly button for almost 10 years and the jewelry I had put in here started irritating my piercing. I got shorter barbells put in here for my high nostril piercings and the same thing is starting to happen with those after a almost a year of me having them with no issues at all. I don’t think the quality of jewelry that they carry is very good as I have jewelry in other piercings from other shops and have never had any issues with them. I went to a different shop to have the jewelry changed in my belly button and the irritation went down within a few days and now I’m going to have to do the same thing for my nostrils.

JC is the 💣 and at first I didn’t want him to pierce me he just didn’t look safe not in a bad way but with no experience way. But when I tell ya he was all and more great communication professional courteous and someone who loves his work it’s him you can see and feel his energy for his work I need him to do all my piercing. If you LEAVE JC Platinum I must follow .

Highly recommended Crystal is an awesome piercer she made my experience very pleasant. I struggled finding a female piercer locally and she was seriously the best I was very nervous about getting my piercings and she made it as painless as possible the entire experience was great. I came here to get my nose piercing changed. I bought a $170 gold ring with a small diamond thats already dulling out two months in. The nose ring was so pretty when I bought it but now im questioning if its even real. The place is very clean and the employees are super nice but I feel duped :(

My son had both ears pierced and Jaycee was WONDERFUL! Explained things every step of the way and was CLEAN and calming! Ill be back for any piercing needs. Jaycee is educated on the process and after care. The young lady at the counter was kind and helpful too. Claires wont get my money anymore. 🤣 FYI, if you cant find them in the mall, just call and they can direct you. Their name isnt listed on all of the mall maps.

I got my septum pierced here by Crystal, it was my first ever facial piercing and i was nervous, but she was very kind, informative, and reassuring. It looks great and the aftercare instructions i was given are great too! Its been two days since i had it done and it Doesn’t hurt a bit and looks very nice. :) the person at the front desk was also very sweet. Thanks for everything, i will for sure be back for my next piercing 💕

My sister/friend and I went to get piercings this past Friday. Crystal was our piercer. She was VERY informative and nice…very down to earth, and made us feel comfortable and at ease.I was nervous about getting pierced at first. I don’t know how she does it, but she makes the piercings almost painless. I recommend her for all piercings. Also, the receptionist, Nancy, was a sweetheart as well. She was very patient and helpful. She was very welcoming when we came in. I will definitely be going back for ALL my future piercings!

I love love their customer service here. They are great. Unfortunately it’s not a lot of people that work here so they do get backed up. But besides that they are clean, sanitary, and do a great job with piercings. Also they have helped me out twice with a few piercings that I needed adjusted. I recommend making an appointment instead of just stopping in. However they have helped me out in a pinch of two emergencies. They are great. Go check them out.

Got my nipples pierced by crystal, this is my 3rd try and my first time with her. She is by far the best piercer I’ve ever met!!! Went through a full consultation and stuff about anatomy which I’ve never had and they did not hurt nearly as bad as the last two times! My sell point for her is that I got them done yesterday and the pain since has been about a 1 or 2 but my other times they were in agony for like 2 weeks straight!!!! This girl has a magic touch for piercings! My husband got his septum by her and that was also his 3rd try but first with her and he said the same thing! A significantly less amount of pain vs the other times, amazing healing!! I will never go to anyone else again!!!

10/10 experience from beginning to end. Scheduling was so easy, the next day when I came in I was helped right away and they were so nice!! usually at other places it tends to feel intimidating but i felt very welcome here. Both Frankie and the receptionist were awesome. I was in the shop maybe a total of 30 minutes. I got my septum done and I was very scared but it went super smoothly! and has been a few days now and I hardly feel any pain at all honestly I’ve had ear lobe piercings that have hurt a whole lot more. Super happy with everything. Will return and will recommend this location for sure! Oh and also just small detail but everything super clean and modern (:

I had a great experience, both times Ive been it has been very clean and Ive felt very welcomed. I got my conch piercing done by Frankie. I highly recommend her as her bed side manner is wonderful. She walked me through everything she was doing and answered all my questions. My conch has been healing wonderfully. When I went back for my downsize she was also able to help me with my old helix piercing which was great.

I really like the atmosphere of the shop. The staff are nice & attentive. I got my first ear piercing here with Jaycee, & he was very thorough and respectful of my preferences. I will be visiting again probably for a nose piercing 😊

Crystal was our piercer. She did a fantastic job making sure my friend and I left there with straight septum piercings. She asked if she could try a different method with us and Im satisfied with my results. Very clean place, professional staff, I plan to visit again in the future for another piercing.We accidentally booked at the wrong location and they were very accommodating and took us in at Northstar. 10/10

I was a walk-in customer and planned to only get my other nostril pierced. Was brought back by Crystal and as we started talking and getting ready, she actually had me leave the room just to re clean the area. Totally fine by me! It was actually really professional that she did so and I appreciate it! We came back when she was done, she then took time to line up my existing nostril to the one I was getting. She reallllyyyy took her time! I’m glad she did too! As she finished, I mentioned I had my tongue close up a few years ago but I got the piercing 10 years ago. She took a look and was able to get a tongue ring piercing through the hole that I thought was completely closed up! I didn’t have to get it redone! I don’t know many piercers that were as professional as Crystal was! She was cool to talk to and made me feel very welcomed and taken care of! Definitely coming back for all my future piercings!

The receptionist was super helpful, she fit me in as a walk-in as I was driving in from New Braunfels. Cristal was very professional & patient with me throughout the piercing process. Very informative about after care instructions. Prices add up once total is calculated but worth it for the service I received.

I got my second lobe piercings by Crystal this past week and had an excellent experience all around. It’s so refreshing to find a business that goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service and this place truly does. This place is the bees knees AND the cats meow! The whole place is very welcoming, organized well, and very clean!Frankie took care of my nostril piercing, and is the most eloquent piercer Ive ever met!She was patient and answered every question I had, and even corrected some misinformation about aftercare I was given by a piercer in my hometown. Came out to celebrate my cousins birthday and just got the idea to get a piercing, did a little research online and I came upon this location and it just gave me a good vibe decided to try it out. As soon as I walked in I was helped with such great positive energy! Just trying to get these stars down they charge so much just because they’re in the mall. Boyfriend got nipple piercings and they are both crooked. Piercers hand literally slipped while trying at one nipple. Typically jewelry is included with the piercing but it is not and charged us even more came out to 150$. Hes not happy with them could have gotten something better for far more cheaper. They have another location that’s slightly better, still expensive. Js

Took 90mins to get my nose pierced. 2hrs total because there was another guest that needed to be finished first. They finished and left in 30mins.

We stopped in to get some information! Everyone took the time to explain independent the process and the cost. And we had questions for my child, and they did the same for her. We are definitely go there for her birthday present!

My oldest kiddo (10) was interested in getting his ears pierced for his birthday and we decided to support his desire to express himself. Frankie couldn’t have been more amazing for our kiddo. Our young man still gets nervous about flu shots so he was obviously a little anxious today. Frankie’s ‘bedside manner’ and careful, hygienic routine created an atmosphere where he didn’t even realize the piercing had occurred. He was truly shocked when she said an ear was done. I highly recommend Platinum, Frankie specifically, for any kiddo’s piercing. Yes, you’ll pay a little more than a chain jewelry/piercing shop, but you get what you pay for.

Very professional and they take pride in their cleanliness and making their customers happy. If someone can’t get what they wanted the piercers are knowledgeable and can always recommend what can work for that person. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! I had been contemplating on which piercing I should get as my first piercing (after my ear single piercing). I came in initially wanting my tragus pierced. With Frankies knowledge, she informed me that due to my anatomy, the tragus piercing wouldnt be the best fit. She offered to give me a referral but I wanted her to give me her professional advice on what piercing would look best with my anatomy. I recently had a fantastic experience with Jaycee. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. I couldnt be happier with my experience.

I set up an appointment for body piercing at a specific time via texting the appt setter. I typed the mall location and was told the time. I arrived 20 minutes early and spoke to the receptionist who had no clue of my appointment. She got on the phone and found out the piercer was at the other location 12 minutes away and wasn’t going to arrive for over an hour. I couldn’t wait and I was not going to drive to another place with my friend. I was so upset because I set up the appointment two days prior! What a disappointment. I still have the texts showing my mention of the mall. I erased non-vital words.

I called and was told to come in for a consult. One of the artist told me I was too dark to get the tattoo I wanted. Well he said the colors wouldnt work because of my skin tone. Same thing. Im brown skin and currently have line green, blue, red & burgundy colored tattoos. Im sure he just didnt understand colors but he wasnt much lighter than me. Point being if youre black... Keep it moving. This is NOT the shop for you. Your money is still green. Find somewhere that will do the work because they are educated in color. I went to a different place and got exactly what I wanted!

Studio hours and piercer hours differ!! Be sure you call first. I ended up driving, parking, and walking across the mall to be told the piercer is not there. There was another girl told the same thing just in front of me. I suggest it is either made clear on the website that the piercer is not always there and to call first, keep piercers on staff during advertised open hours, or put the days piercers are not available. I think I’ll just go back to my regular shop.

Previously been pierced with incorrect jewelry in my daith i struggled for hours trying to taking it out myself a friend of mine recommended I see Frankie who gently assured me she could replace it for me w/o the pain I had trying to do it myself I would absolutely recommend her services

Went to get a ear piercing and was out in a matter of minutes and the piercer gave me some helpful tips on aftercare.
