Friendly service and good selection. We did a piercing and received 20% off the rest of our items. Will go back for our next piercing! I can’t remember the name of the woman who helped us, but she was very informative and very sweet.

I went in there with a friend to get my ears pierced. Im not necessarily mad at the woman who was taking care of us, she was very busy with multiple customers. Though she didnt really pay any mind to them because she was busy talking with one singular customer. Instead of looking at what she had to let us know ahead of time, she continued to talk to the one customer instead of checking in with the other 5+ people. I understand that she was busy, but does it really take that long to help one person to get her ears pierced? She was not acknowleging the other customers which is why many of them left without checking anything in.The other thing I was a bit upset about was the discount they offered with the earrings. The earrings were 20 dollars and they only took off 3 dollars to compensate for the 40+ minutes that they wasted off of our time. I certainly wont be coming back, but please, have two people there if times get busy. Especially if youre going to put a person who only prioritizes one customer..Again, I dont have issues with the lady who took care of us. She was very nice and having a discount was generous of her.. Im just a bit upset at the time taken from our hands since we had plans. (Which we had to cancel because of this situation.)

There’s a nice young girl that started at Claire’s lately. She is sweet and shy. She is coming out of her shell. Keep up the good work!

I went to Claire’s looking for a specific jewelry item. The young lady who worked there helped me find exactly what I needed. I am highly allergic to jewelry with nickel and the associate working that day was patient and kind as she showed me what she had in stock, even bringing out jewelry from the back when I couldn’t decide on anything on the floor. They had a good selection for nickel free titanium jewelry.

We waited 40. Minutes. FORTY. MINUTES. While the one employee there talked to her friend the ENTIRE TIME. While we waited to get an ear piercing. Only for them to NOT have what they needed, which she couldve said and checked in the first place! We will not be attending a Claires store again. This was incredibly unprofessional. There were several other customers coming in then leaving cause this amateur who clearly doesnt care about her job wasnt doing her job.

This store is always so clean and organized. The associates that work there are friendly and helpful. Just be prepared to either buy lots of cute things or say no to almost everything your kid tries to convinceyou they need. Kids love this store and of course adults do too!

I came in at 11am, the time they’re supposed to open and stood there for 5 minutes and still close. No one was inside, very unprofessional, it took me 25 min to get to the store for this.Not coming back!

Took my girls to get a second ear piercing and the girl who was there was beyond amazing! I didn’t catch her name but she’s an itty bitty woman with lots of cool tattoos. She was so fast, but so patient. Really happy with the service, THANKS!

Set an appointment to get my daughters ear piece and it was well worth the trip. Crystal is amazing! She was a one woman show & smoothly handled checking tempatures, checking out guests and piercing my daughters ears. I felt bad that she had to do it alone as she was pulled in many directions but she handled everyone with respect and speed. There needs to be more employees like her. I hope her management reads this review and gives her the KUDOS & help she deserves. Thanks Crystal!

My daughters love going to Claire’s. Close to home and very friendly employees. We got there right before closing and they were patient.

Blonde girl, I believe is the manager is very rude. Not patient at all and seemed very bothered that I kept asking about which items I could buy to get the deal. I even apologized and she didn’t say anything back to me, not “have a nice day”, “it’s okay” nothing. This isn’t the first time she’s seemed annoyed with her customers.

We got our babys ear pierced today and laya was simply amazing. She was so thorough in explaining the procedures and all necessary care instructions. She was super quick with the piercing and overall really helpful! Thanks for a great experience!

Drove all the way there to get a necklace for my daughter. It was 7pm (online and on the door says they closed at 8) and the doors were locked and no answer on the phone either. I waited a bit in case someone went to the bathroom or something like that. No one ever came.

Penelope pierced my babys ears and she was awesome! She is very detailed oriented, loved her patience and very knowledgeable on baby ear piercing. Overall great experience. Will definitely be coming back.

This is not against the workers! But please please don’t get your ears pierced at Claire’s unless you want your child to have an infection

Way to slow of service. Very crowded for one employee. Waited for about 45 min for my daughter to get her ear pierced. And there was only 2 people in front of us.

My daughter loves this place. If you have a girl in grade school you will need to put this on your list of must stop spots. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
