This place was ok, i was here for gift shopping purposes since its the holidays and all. The prices were a little irky but i was in a mall so i expected this. The selection was pretty straightforward and had a lot of good things or if anything,good gift ideas.

Claires decided to close early as my friend and I were entering for piercing appointments at 7 and 730, and the employee claimed that she was closing because she had been working double shifts; Im not sure why her schedule is my problem, but she could have contacted us in advance to reschedule instead of closing as we were approaching the entrance and then saying, Well I can do it real quick. Instead of being rushed and possibly getting uneven piercings, we decided to go to Icing, which I highly recommend!

I always take my girls here to spend their allowance cause they love the stuff in there, the cashiers are always helpful and nice and have always told us about the buy 3 get 3 free. Today I was on an important phone call so o waited in the chair outside the store, when I went inside the cashier, Brooklyn was very quiet, didn’t say a lot not even when my 9 yr old said “isn’t it buy 1 get 1 free” this was after she sold her 1 item and was in the process of charging my 7 yr old 2 items. I’m assuming since she had 1 ear piece in maybe she didn’t hear my 9 yr old. Claire’s y’all need to keep the happy, helpful cashiers and lose the ones that don’t care.

I came to Claire’s to get my 10 month old daughters ears pierced. Needless to say i was super nervous about having this done.Madeline made me feel so much better she did an AMAZING job with my babygirl…she was so gentle! Her earrings look perfect and she managed to keep her patience and cool with a crazy baby! Definitely recommend Claire’s for ear piercing and definitely ask for Madeline!

My daughter s love this place, they always have specials. Like buy 3 get 3 free, with almost anything in the store, so you kinda get more for your money that way.They are doing free ear piercing right now, when you buy the studs, some studs are as cheap as $5.99. Couldnt talk my daughter into it.

I love this location been coming for many many years. I had my double lobe piercings done here and my helix piercing as well! Staff here is very sweet and they carry an excellent variety of cute products at this location. Definitely one of the first stores I make my way to everytime I come to Rolling Oaks!

Madelyn Rosas offered us great customer service she was so sweet and patient. Baby’s ear piercing came out great! If you need ear piercing ask for Madelyn!

Madeline was so helpful and provided excellent customer service.I originally went in for 1 item and left with a whole basket full of goodies. Thanks to Madeline Ill be back.

My daughter went to Y’all and had a very disappointing experience she had wanted herCartilage pierced And had looked into it for months she looked up the age and it said as long as you have a parent with you. Her friend also had just gotten 2 cartilage
