When I started my removal process I was optimistic about the results. Almost two years later I received my final treatment. I had a lot to remove, though. They are only able to treat so much at a time, and they like to wait 6 weeks between treatments. I learned that the longer I was willing to wait the more work my body did to break down the ink. I can’t even see the ink anymore. I had a full sleeve, entire side piece and other single tattoos that are completely gone. I have one left to work on that is on my leg. I have been so pleased with the work that I will begin the work on my leg in two weeks.I did the 10 Treatnent package that I believe was well worth the cost. They worked with me on installments so it was less of a burden. I recommend going all in if you decide to remove. Just get the package and I promise you will be pleased with the results.

Anyone that says tattoos are permanent hasnt met Chelsea. She is upfront and honest about the process. Ive only had two treatments, but the removal and healing process is going better than I expected. Their office is clean and organized. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I was skeptical about laser removal at first, I had even gone to another clinic before this one but Zach gave me all of the information I needed to feel comfortable with my decision and to get the process started. I am about halfway through my treatment journey and I have no regrets. MEDermis Laser Clinic is superb! I was very nervous to start the removal process and had been putting it off for so long. The first sit-down we had with Chelsea completely changed my mind; she was direct, informative, and incredibly friendly. She made me feel so comfortable that I had my first session that same day. The staff here are phenomenal. They always work with my hectic schedule as far as getting me in to get work done. Ive also compared my removal photos with friends that are going to other tattoo removal places, and my tattoos are definitely disappearing faster, with fewer treatments.

I started my tattoo removal with MeDermis on 12/22/17, I paid for a ten session package and after three sessions I was blown away with the results! I am in nursing school and had to cover my tattoo (the bandages really irritated my skin) I’m now able to leave it uncovered and no one notices I even had a tattoo there. I’ve only used a few of my sessions, and was able to get refunded for the sessions that I didn’t have to use! I would 100% recommend this company! Zach is awesome, quick, and efficient!😊

I have visited two other tattoo removal offices in the San Antonio area and didnt get a very good vibe or feeling from either of them. As soon as I was greeted by Zach this past weekend for my free consultation I immediately noticed a difference. He has fantastic customer service skills, as well as a very calm and professional demeanor. Pricing is very reasonable. And I got my first treatment done the same day as my consultation. I was even contacted by their on call nurse just in case I needed anything or have any questions (which is amazing). And I have already seen fading from the first treatment! I went back in 2016 but the pricing were a bit too much at the time so I waited it out. But this year I decided to start the process. So I sent an email asking a few questions, about size and pricing.. they immediately got back to me that day and scheduled a free consultation the next week. I’ve been coming to MedDermis for a year now, I have a HUGE forearm tattoo. Chelsea has taken care of me from day one, making sure all my questions are answered, Im comfortable during the treatment, Im booked for my next set, checking in on me while I’m healing, keeping up to date pictures of my progress. Yesterday I went for my second treatment! Let me tell you about the office, it is the cleanest place ever! Customer service at its best, they are always available 24/7 they make the process smoother. I got a tattoo about a year and a half ago and I regret it the moment after it was done, so I started my research for a laser tattoo removal clinic. Zach was very thorough explaining every step of the process including pricing bundles and was absolutely professional during the procedure. The pain was minimal after the first session. By the second session things got intense with the laser. This time the discomfort level was a little more but manageable at the same time. After my third and final session I am proud with my results! I have been to a variety of places for my tattoo removal in the surrounding areas. This is the best place to go. I have had only one session and I’ve seen a big difference. I have no scars and am very happy I found the right place to go. They are very friendly and informative. I wouldn’t take my money any where else. This is the place to go for tattoo removal. I went to a few clinics one being eraser clinic and they tell you it will take 10 sessions. I did 3 sessions at Eraser clinic and barely saw a difference. No need to waste your money like I unfortunately did. Medermis (Zach) did one session and my tattoo is almost gone. Not only that but they work on pricing and give military discounts(for current, former, or joining).

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My fiancé and I enjoy our appointments very much. Out of the other laser tattoo removal places in San Antonio, this one was the most affordable and has a military discount.

Zach is amazing Ive been in the process of getting my tattoo removed for about 3 years so I can join the Navy, before I came across MEDermis I was paying outrageous prices and wasnt getting much results. But when I met with Zach I told him my goals and he did everything he could to speed up my process and just after 5 treatments and paying nearly half of what I was paying before I was able to achieve my goal and now Im officially in the U.S Navy. Would highly recommend MEDermis, hands down the best around.

Very happy with process so far. Only on second treatment and already seeing the black ink fade away. Zach is very professional and explains each step and goes over at home care instructions. They even call a few days after your treatment to see how you are doing! As far as discomfort, maybe for that day it feels like a deep sunburn. They put an ice pack on to numb the area, so the actual treatment to me, has a little more sting than getting the tattoo...its not that bad.Highly recommend MEDermis!!

3 stars because it does work, and they seem to be nice people. And I’ve NEVER had an issue with them before now. Zack is helpful and compassionate when giving you the laser treatment and in explaining how the treatment is going to work.But just be careful to READ BEFORE YOU SIGN THE PAPERWORK!!!! If you end up changing your mind about having your tattoo removed or you move out of state and your tattoo is gone. THEY WONT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK!! The only way is if they see your tattoo is completely gone. Which Is a bit impossible seeing as I moved out of Texas. It’s my money why can’t I have it back?? Yeah it was in the paperwork I signed and I understand that I made the agreement but I thought I’d still be living in the state at the time so I just don’t get why they don’t want to give refunds to customers. Makes no sense to me at all.

Great experience, they work with you on pricing. Zach is great, he talks a lot which helps calm you down, keeps your mind off the pain and makes you feel super comfortable. He is very flexible about appointment times and always available for any questions. I often have to reschedule my appointments and that’s never an issue.

I am so thankful I found MEDermis, I am currently removing my neck,head and wrists tattoos in order to join the army and couldn’t do it with out MEDermis’s amazing staff!! I had a wonderful experience here! The prices are realy reasonable and service was friendly, clean and overall excellent. I had one treatment at another removal center and I felt pressured to buy packages. Here with Zach he was informative but never pushy. I came here because of a groupon but wound up doing another tattoo same day. There was a one time nursing charge that was not detailed in the groupon but even including the treatments were still cheaper here overall. They had microderm abrasion which I thought was cool and the lazer here seemed far more effective than the other place. Im looking forward to the rest of my treatments here.

I have only had one session, but it went well enough that I think it warrants an early review. I can only echo what others here have said about Dylan. Hes extremely thorough - explains everything, including potential pitfalls. I decided to get 6 of 8 tattoos immediately treated following my consultation, saving the two biggest to see how it went. I am actually astonished that ink already lifted out on 3 of them on the first go. Very minor discomfort for about 2 hours after that went away. Dylan followed up with me the next day to see how I was doing...Great customer service!

Well what can I say...Haley is a true professional and you can tell she loves what she does. I was so impressed when I went in for my consultation, that I got started the same day. Haley made me feel so comfortable that I wasnt nerveous at all. The procedure was quick and she numbed the area very well before hand that I barely felt a thing. I mean its not completely painless but with the numbing it was so easy. For the first few days after the laser treatment the area was red and sore. Haley went over everything I needed to do and assured me that they would always be available if I had any questions. No big deal...the area was completely healed in 3 days. There is definitely fade in the tattoo. I am now looking forward to my next treatment next month.Thanks MEDermis and Haley. Im finally getting rid of that unwanted tattoo.

I was super salty after getting a terrible tattoo. Zach was able to give me a super realistic consult and was able to start treatment that day. He was very patient with me and allowed me to feel in control. Ill be going back for my 2nd treatment soon and cant wait til this thing is off.

I started laser treatment to remove a tattoo of my ex-wifes name when I was living in California. When I moved to San Antonio last summer I was worried about finding a good place to continue treatment. After doing some research I called MEDermis and scheduled an appointment and Im glad I did. Hillary has been awesome. It takes time to remove a tattoo but Im seeing progress (unlike my experience in California). If anyone is looking to have an unwanted tattoo removed I highly recommend MEDermis. They even offer military discounts.

I actually started my tattoo removal process at another location. I moved to this location and I am lucky I did. I have seen better and faster results with Zach than I did at my previous location and it was a better deal, monetarily. Highly recommend this place!

I have been to a few consultations but none have made me feel as comfortable in getting a tattoo removed like MEDermis. I have contemplated getting a tattoo that I got when I was 18 removed for a while but have been nervous with the whole procedure, how to minimize scarring, what to do before/after the procedure and how to deal with the pain. Dylan helped me really get through my nervousness and made the whole procedure very comfortable! I have zero complaints about MEDermis and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to get a tattoo removed the right way!

He made sure to reference his education and training and make you feel comfortable and at ease that you are in good hands and at the right place. He was very professional, great customer service and made sure all your questions were answered.

My advice is to never use this business. The employee Zack was completely dishonest and when I brought it to the attention of the owner Mike, he said my wife and I were verbally abusive to Zack. We never said a cross word, we just said they were being deceptive on their pricing. There are numerous other tattoo removal businesses, I suggest you use them.

MEDermis laser clinic is the best, they always get you in and out no procastinating or distractions, they focus 100% on their clients and making sure theyre happy and satisfied. Ive gone for 9 treatments, and Hillary usually always does mine and shes the greatest! Always super friendly, and will answer any question you have and explains what laser shes going to use and what its going to do. Ive never had a bad experience there and Hillary always trys to do it as fast as possible and to your comfort level. Would definately recommend!

Super professional environment, pricing was fair (especially with bundle appointment discounts), and the results honestly surprised me. I was skeptical at first during the healing process, but after keeping up with it Ive noticed big differences. Also helpful that I was given take home info about the whole process.

Treatment room looks run down. The technician gave me misinformation about the type of laser he was using for the green color ink. I feel like he may have been using the broad spectrum laser rather than the laser that targets the green ink to prolong the process so that I would have to purchase more sessions. NOT COOL. I have now found a different provider that is knowledgeable and thorough.

For laser tattoo removal, each session was expertly done with the highest level of professionalism. Even if I was Post Malone, I’d be a repeat client.

I had a tattoo and then a cover up, alot of blue ink. I was told that blue and greens were so hard to get out but no worries. 4 yrs of treatments, and the blue remains. The tech NEVER said there was a possibility that he couldnt remove it completely. I asked on a few occasions what he thought oh yeah, we can get itYear 4, new tech..have you considered a cover up? Um NO. Then proceeded to tell me that was about all they could do. I was left with scarring, blue ink and white pigment areas. So disappointed. Now forced to do a cover to hide the scars and left over ink. Think before you ink people and get more than one consultation

Amazing service, and a new microdermabrasion machine!! They kick butt!! (And tattoos, too!) Less than 1 yr and removal is complete. If youre having trouble with the removal process not going as quickly as youd like, please look into how you are treating your body. Are you drinking beer, smoking cigarettes, and putting other toxic chemicals into your body while youre trying to rid your skin of the unwanted ink?
