Great professionalism, the only tattoo removal company that offers one set price and will do as many sessions needed until gone. Clean, organized atmosphere with attentive staff very knowledgeable in their craft. I would recommend Removery over any other tattoo removal company, my husband used a different company in the past and they just kept charging sessions although there was never any results. Unfortunately, he ended up having it Surgically cut off. Equipment used for tatto removal is top notch for the best safest fastest results.Dont waste time going anywhere else! Definitely 5 🌟!!!

I had called Removery to schedule a consult and they were able to see me within an hour. When I first walked in the staff were extremely welcoming and down to earth. Acacia took the time to explain the process in great detail and also answer all of my questions. Yari took me back to the removal room and I was out within 5 minutes. It was definitely nervous going in but had a wonderful experience. I could not recommend this place more. Great staff goes a long way and you can really tell the ladies enjoy their job.

Thank you thank you thank you! I have been so disappointed with my eyebrows which I’ve had done 4 times. I finally had the guts to get them laser removed. They did an amazing job and I am finally happy with the removal.They took their time to explain everything and were happy to answer all my questions until I was comfortable with the process.I went to two different places that only zapped me once and charged me full price! I was apprehensive to go through with the process of tattoo removal. I was fearful that it would cost a million dollars or that the pain would be unbearable. I passed by this location and decided to schedule a consultation to see what my options were and was met with immediate warm and genuine hospitality. The people that work here are so kind and welcoming, they took my fears away and were able to explain the entire process with me and to my surprise it was very affordable! I just had my first session and it was quick and easy. Looking forward to my next session and getting this part of my life closed!

Acacia was amazing during my consult. She walked me through everything and every step, and was very professional and informative. Prices are high, but for the professionalism, i think its worth it. Im still on the fence of going through procedures, however i will keep them in high regards if my tattoo removal is proceeded.

Great place, they walk you through the process and have payment plans available. Depending on your tattoo it takes only a few minutes to be done. I will be coming here in the future for any other ink I want gone.

I used to go to laseraway and the difference from laseraway and removery is crazy. Removery was so much more professional and genuine compared to laseraway. Acacia was very thorough during our consultation and made sure I had a genuine understanding of everything which I felt lacked at laseraway. Yari did my treatment and made sure I was comfortable the whole time, talked me through it, and overall did an amazing job! Both Acacia and Yari were very sweet and made sure I had all the information I needed. I did the complete removal treatment and the costs was a lot better than what laseraway offered me. Dont waste your time or money going here. I had not looked around and just took this place on their word. Day of appointment I drove a hour only to find out there was no staff to do procedure. I figured at the cost they want I would shop around. I Went to SouthWest tattoo removal they are a non profit. They Got me in same day and performed the same procedure for literally less than half the cost. Recommend them any day over this company.

Met with Acacia for a consult. She was so sweet and answered all of my questions. She was able to get me seen for my first session within 10 minutes. Then Emily completed first session and she was quick and gentle. Definitely excited to complete this process at Removery!!

I’ve seen Yari at the San Pedro location a few times and she’s phenomenal. She’s knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and just knows her stuff. I came from another tattoo removal business where I had not made any progress fading my microblading for close to a year. Yari took the time to do a test spot for me to figure out the best plan moving forward. After 3 visits, there’s been huge progress. I can’t wait to see the progress at my next appointment.

Have been coming here for nearly 2 years now, no complaints whatsoever. I have always been treated nicely and with a great attitude, all the staff is great up there, Yari my tech has been taking care of my sessions for a while as well and has always done phenomenal, thank you guys for everything y’all do!

My experience with this tattoo removal service has been absolutely horrendous. Despite going through 12 sessions, my small tattoo is nowhere close to being gone. They claim to have upgraded their equipment, but I see zero improvement. Its clear they have no clue what theyre doing and are just robbing people of their hard-earned money. They seriously need to come up with a better technique, or better yet, shut down entirely. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BECAUSE YOUR TATTOO WILL TAKE YEARS AND HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS BEFORE ITS GONE!!!!

I didn’t really have a good experience, of course I didn’t go through with the process. So I can’t give my complete review if the service worked or not. I went in for my free consultation which was kind of thrown on me with a time to be there. Never truly agreed to it but I was like ok I’ll move some things around because I really wanted the service. When I got in it was kind of rushed and it was like someone reading a script then they threw out a price at me of 1900$ dollars for small hand tattoos. It felt like a money grab kind of a way waste of time in my opinion. When I asked if there was a better option I was told that it was 180 dollars per session. It wouldn’t work till about 10 sessions. Felt like I was being sold a car. I would really consider this before wasting your time.

Removery is absolutely phenomenal. They are very informative and super nice. Every encounter Ive had there so far has been outstanding. Now, lets talk about cost. Im getting a full sleeve removed. The first place I went to quoted me over $14,000 for 10 sessions. Knowing full well this is going to take more than that, it wouldve been closer to $20,000. Removery quoted me at less than 1/3 of that with unlimited sessions. Dont waste your time with money hungry clinics. GO TO REMOVERY!!!

Love the idea of the unlimited session cost instead of pay per session because you never know how many sessions it may require. Will definitely come back to get my sessions started once I get my finance sorted out.

Went to visit here about a removal. Making an appt was easy peasy, online with a very fast response time. When I arrived for my appt, staff was friendly and welcoming . During my appointment, I was giving professional advice about my removal and how I should move forward. Their honesty and professionalism was impressive. Are they ditching the old customers from Eraser Clinic? An email said they will honor packages purchased from Eraser but now they dont answer their phone, return calls, and the website chat doesnt work. I purchased an EXTREMELY expensive package from Eraser clinic, the (10+ complete removal deal) for around $3,000 and have only received 4 treatments. I will edit this review if they call me back and I have no further issues.*UPDATE* Someone did get back to me and I was able to have my appointment as scheduled. So I’m updating my review to 3 stars at this time. This removal process is VERY long. I’ve had 5 treatments spaced 2 months apart so it’s been hard on my patience. One tattoo seems to not be responding much at all. I will update this review if/when my tattoos are fully removed (that’s what I paid the big bucks for) so we shall see if/when that happens. Maybe another year or so??**UPDATE 2024**I am on year 5 if you can believe it. They have my appointments spread out to over 3 months between sessions. Thats less than 4 appointments in a year! Maybe they are hoping Ill just get sick of this? I dont know but I sure would like this over with already and Im sure they would too. I dont believe for one second that tattoo removal is supposed to take over 5 years.**UPDATE Sept 2024**This is the second time theyve called and cancelled me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time but this seems to be a pattern now. Changing my review to 1 star. Im 5 years in and I STILL have these tattoos. Theyll only see me every 4 months plus a week or two because they keep canceling and rescheduling me. Pretty disappointing. I spent a LOT of money for complete removal. And now they cant even keep their appointment with me.

Old Post: Very happy I chose to have my tattoo removal treatments by this business. I have zero complaints. Aug.2024 Update: these new people are not great. The girl kept clicking the laser one click at a time I kept needing her to numb my arm again. And I started swelling before I got into my car which never happened before when knowledgeable techs just ran through the arm under 2mins. I am home now seeing it looks like I have needle holes on parts of my arm! Because Yari kept clicking one at a time. Where there was plenty to keep on without doing that. I don’t want her working on me again.

I have gotten great results and professional service from Removery. I’m not rushed when I feel anxious, the aesthetician makes sure the treatment area is numbed to my preference, and they do a good job of answering my questions. Clean and professional environment.

Waste of time and money. Still have the tattoo after 11 removal sessions. My last appointment I thought I had used up my package but I was told multiple times, by an employee in the office when I rescheduled and over the phone, that I had one sessions left. When I showed up for my appointment I was told (by the same employee) that I was out of sessions and needed to purchase another package. What a scam. Wasted two hours of my day driving because of their “mistake”.

Great experience as a first time customer! The staff is amazingly friendly, hospitable and professional. I was also highly impressed with just how quick it was! From the time I walked in, completed the paperwork, had my consultation, completed my first treatment and discussed the recovery procedures was maybe a total of fifteen minutes! They were even kind enough to send me home with all of the supplies to ensure a sterile and speedy recovery time. I’m also extremely impressed with the progress after just one treatment.VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I was a little Skeptical at first, But after getting my first consultation Alyssa made me feel very comfortable and was able to fit me in right after the consultation. They cooled my skin down where the tattoo was at and then started the removal which I my opinion was painless. They said it would feel like a rubber band, but I didn’t feel anything! I will be definitely coming back to these two for the rest of my tattoos. If you’re thinking of getting tattoos removed, I highly recommend this place.

My experience with Eraser Clinic has been great! I was promptly greeted upon arrival and offered a beverage from the mini fridge in the waiting room. Nice touch! The check-in process was quick and paperless. Once I finished filling out the required form for new clients, I only had to wait two minutes to be seen for my consultation. The technician explained the removal process thoroughly, gave the pricing for my case, ensured all my questions/concerns were addressed, and then performed the procedure quickly while frequently checking if I was okay. (the pain really isnt bad, it just gets annoying) All the employees in the clinic were very professional and provided exceptional customer service. There was no sales pressure to proceed with the treatment after my consultation, which is a plus. I wish more businesses treated customers like Eraser Clinic treats theirs. I will be back.

I wasnt really sure where to go for my tattoo removal, so I Googled and found Eraser Clinic. Their page was very easy to navigate, gave a lot of information along with pictures and videos! There was also an option to estimate the cost of removal so I wasnt blindsided upon my consultation. I have been there for 2 visits now and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to remove a tattoo. All the questions I had in my head during my consultation were answered and then some. Each session is very quick. I have a 7X1.5 inch tattoo and each treatment only lasted about 30 seconds. From the time I checked in to the time I walked out was about 15 minutes; something that can easily be done during a lunch break. They made sure to walk me through the procedure and how to care for my tattoo after each session. She was even able to share her story about her experience with tattoos/removal. Everything about this place is very quick and efficient from the actual sessions to scheduling to pricing and everything in between. Everyone there is very nice, helpful and professional. 10/10 would definitely be recommending this place to people.

I had my first appointment with Eraser Clinic on January 4. I want to get a fairly large tattoo on my back removed. The tattoo is 5 years old and is a wonky shape. I don’t hate it, I just don’t particularly identify with it anymore and would rather it not be there. I think if the tattoo was in a place that I would see it everyday, I would’ve gotten it removed much sooner.I went to Eraser Clinic after doing some research on local tattoo removal options. I made an appointment to learn more, which ended with me having my first session!The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and knowledgeable about payment options. The technician who actually used the laser to do my removal was sweet and knowledgeable as well. I walked in terrified (I’m irrationally afraid of doctors officers and was nervous about the pain) but they were very helpful and calming.I now feel like I have a deep understanding of what the process of removal will be like. I also handled the procedure well. I asked the technician for a break because I was nervous, and she was VERY comforting, gave me something to hold onto, and didn’t make me feel bad for needing some extra time. I even got a follow up call the next day to make sure I was doing well and to see if I had any questions about aftercare.Also, the appointment is so quick! I can easily fit it in during my lunch break. I was even seen BEFORE my appointment time. I really appreciate how prompt they are.I would HIGHLY recommend Eraser Clinic for anyone that is considering tattoo removal. Every interaction I’ve had with the clinic and their staff has been the epitome of excellent customer service. I’m looking forward to going back mid-February for my next session.

This place is great really nice and professional. The woman at the front desk even offered to watch my 5 month old twins while I got my first session done! I met Rachel at my consultation and she was super sweet and explained how much it would be and the procedure, and I scheduled my appt for the following week. Annie did my first session she made me feel very relaxed and let me record the procedure which only took about 10 minutes. All in all 5 out of 5 stars great place great people.

I finally made the first move and had a consultation today. Everyone is super nice. They will go over the entire process with you and never pressure you into anything. I decided on a package deal due to needing several tattoos removed (one is jammed packed full of red and a few other colors)Paperwork process is quick and had my very first treatment right after. I will have to rotate which tattoos will be treated during each appointment. It is too much ink all at once. This will be a long road ahead but I’m patient and realistic. Make sure you try to take care of yourself the best you can, use a good sunscreen, drink tons of water, exercise and eat clean if possible for the ink to be broken down better by your system. I was nervous and scared walking in but left with a smile and relive on my face. The pain level is doable, at least it was for me. Take deep breaths in and exhale, it will be over before you know it. Afterwards the area will feel like a bad sunburn. Can’t wait for my next appointment lol I’m ready for this new chapter in life.Be patient, that’s a big part of it. Best of luck to everyone

I’ve been to 3 sessions now, and I have to say Eraser Clinic is great! Always a quiet and professional atmosphere in the office, and my tattoos are making great progress in the removal process. Annie has done most of my sessions, and she’s been friendly, professional, and helpful every time. I appreciate that the Eraser clinic follows up with me after my appointments to see how I’m healing, and sends reminders before my next appointment. All in all, they are doing a fantastic job!

Though I have only had one session here, the staff was absolutely amazing and very informative of the whole process. They gave me bandages and ointment for after care, and thoroughly explained how to take care of the area that was treated. I didnt feel pushed to begin my treatments and felt as if they truly care about their patients. I cant wait to go back for the rest of my treatments, definitely recommend them to anyone who has unwanted tattoos they want removed. I have been going to the eraser clinic since last year. They are working on a very large chest piece. It has faded so much and so far i am so excited and happy about the results. They just got a new machine to keep up with the latest technology. All of the staff members are so helpful and sweet. They always call the day before to remind of appointments and always the day after to ask how your feeling. They provide you with the supplies you’ll need to properly take care of your tattoo after the service. They really are the best and I will never go anywhere else to remove a tattoo!

She also never makes me feel rushed or like I cant ask a lot of questions. She offers lots of good advice on how to heal scar tissue and treat hypopigmentation as well. Eraser clinic is a classy experience from start to finish. The office is very clean and nicely decorated to start. My technician explained everything and answered all my questions VERY thoroughly. Aftercare is taken care of as they sent me home with everything I need to make sure things go smoothly. If that’s not enough they even called me at home to make sure I was ok and if I had any additional questions. I really wasn’t expecting this level of amazing customer service and it’s really worth it to go through eraser clinic.Pricing is normal for this type of high-end laser equipment. I’m really looking forward to getting rid of this terribly done tattoo from a “professional” parlor in San Antonio and doing it over again with someone who knows what they’re doing.

Three years ago I started the process to remove an unwanted tattoo. I was told by the staff at Removery (then called Eraser Clinic) that the tattoo would be COMPLETELY removed after 12 sessions. I just completed my 12th session and the tattoo is far from completely gone. Dont misunderstand, it has been significantly lightened and parts of it have almost disappeared, but for the most part it is still there, just a lighter version of its former self. I do feel misled by the information I was given when I started, and had I thought that this would not completely remove the tattoo, Im not sure I would have proceeded with the treatments. Each session is extremely painful. Luckily it is quick and the staff took great care in making sure I remained comfortable during the treatments. My biggest disappointment was after three years of visiting the same office with the same staff on my very last appointment I was greeted by someone helping out from another office whom I had never met before. It was obvious early on in the appointment that she had no idea this was the last of 12 appointments I had prepaid for. She did not try to sell me additional sessions, she did not make promises about additional fading, but she did recommend that I use Vitamin E oil on the tattoo to help with scar tissue. After 3 years and 11 appointments before this one, I was extremely annoyed that no one mentioned this to me before now. My results may have been significantly better had I been using this product all along. Overall, I would say I am dissatisfied with my experience at Removery. If this is something you are considering, know that the tattoo will likely never be fully removed, and only faded, even after years of painful laser treatments.

Its all right. The people are nice and the laser works well. But it is no longer owned by an independent company, so it is overpriced and harder to actually get that one on one feel. For instance, you call an 800 number to schedule an appointment or ask questions. It feels so much like a franchise and has lost that one on one feeling.

The employees are amazing! Courteous, helpful, friendly, and just all around accommodating. Everything is clean and orderly and the wait was minimal. The treatments themselves are easy to go through and they sent me home with an aftercare package each time. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Had an absolutely amazing experience here! Both ladies at the Eraser Clinic in San Antonio were very helpful. I have completed 2 treatments on my fingers and hand with Eraser Clinic in San Antonio and I have had a great experience each time. After the first treatment almost all of the shading that was in the tattoo on my hand was gone. There was just a small amount left and the outlines. After each treatment they supplied me with all the necessary bandages and ointments that I would need and any after care information that I would need to know. The employees are very nice and can answer any questions I have had. The clinic is also very clean and well managed. I can honestly say that I haven’t dealt with anything bad or anything that worried me. I will be continuing to finish my hands and then will be moving to the area from my wrist to my elbow.I definitely recommend that if you are interested in getting laser tattoo removal at least go for a consultation and see what you think before passing over Eraser Clinic.
