Went for a madussa piercing last month loved it so much I came back today to see Nichole to get Cluster Pattern on my right ear with the Rainbow Daith, and add a Daith and Tragus to my Left ear Nichole is precise clean and Swift I felt barely any pain but after finishing the five cartilage piercings I did shed a tear in which she was comforting was well I was just so happy with the results. I walked in and got two lobes, two helix, and a nose piercing. I only had to wait for about 20 ish minutes and it was pretty busy. All of the staff were super sweet and helpful. Overall amazing experience.

Loved the pierces technique for alignment! but she was very rough and slow. I went to a different location last week to get my nostril, lip and belly button done and it was super fast, quick pain. this time I went to get the opposite sides. she went super slow with the nostril piercing that I could feel the needle going through my scar tissue. for my lip piercing she had to change the jewelry to a longer length for swelling when the other location already knew to give me a longer bar. then for my belly button she didnt even use clamps?! so when she went in w the needel she had to tug on my skin and force the needle to go through. Im EXTREMELY swollen. would NOT recommend coming here for piercings.

We lost three dogs within a twelve month span. Within two weeks of losing Bo our last two girls got sick. We were very close to just having one left out of five. In that time our family has been blessed also. I already had an appointment with Minh for a different idea I had. When tragedy struck Minh said No Problem Bro, we can do a portrait. It was a great day of sitting, paying the price for this piece. I also had Nicole re-pierce my eyebrows. She did a great job and provided great care at the end of a very long day for her. Wow! I NEVER leave reviews, but I got to say that this place blew me away! This is such a great shop! The place is clean and the entire staff is super friendly! Most importantly, the tattoo work here is unmatched! I’ve gotten tattoos from 3 other “highly rated” shops in San Antonio, and none even come close to this place! Eriq is a PRO! He took his time and brought life to some pretty simple tattoo requests! Impressed is an understatement! I already have another session with him, and look forward to many more with this place!

I Waited About 2hrs just to get a piercing ( I was skipped) As well I got bruised on my face I had have a dermal done on me before on the other side of my face and I felt she was not doing it correctly that it left me a bruised. Supposedly its going to get better be Ill be back in a week to show yall how it looks now and before, heres a picture . I feel disgusted how my face looks rn. I was going to go back to get a tattoo but now because of this Im afraid they will mess up on a tattoo. Im truly upset and especially paying the $40 after this .

I came here to get a last minute ear piercing yesterday. I came in as a walk in and the lady in the front told me to sit down and that they would be with me soon. I was waiting in lobby for 20 minutes and another family came in, the lady in the front tells them to sign in, while she didn’t tell me to sign in at all. Eventually they called me to get pierced. My piercer Nicole didn’t tell me when she was putting the needle through nor did she give me a warning which I was thrown off by. After the piercing was done, she didn’t tell me when the taper was going in which was extremely uncomfortable. She also didn’t provide me any information about my piercing, didn’t give aftercare instructions and when to come back for a downsize. I’ve gotten pierced 7X in the past so this treatment was a little disappointing and not up to my standard. The facility was very clean and the piercing came out great, however the experience wasn’t good and I wouldn’t come back again. I wouldn’t recommend this place for those looking to get a piercing and they should really work on customer satisfaction.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but after such a disappointing experience, I felt compelled to warn others. Despite their high ratings, I’m unsure where those come from. The website failed to mention that the piercer, Nicole, wouldn’t start until 2 p.m. I waited until 2:20 p.m. for her to arrive, only for her to rush through the piercing with a poor attitude. Also the hygiene is questionable. Unfortunately, it resulted in an unbalanced piercing. I won’t be returning.

The one girl who pierced my nose just used whatever gauge she wanted to she didn’t ask me she told me what she was gonna do and she didn’t give me any choices. I would’ve preferred to have a smaller hole in my nose so that I could Actually, wear the size nose ring that I would like to wear instead of being forced to have this actual hole that is so big and I nose that you can practically see through it

Amazing Service by Nicole! She was incredibly caring and her placement was perfect. I felt safe in her care and I am so happy with my results. I got my lobes and belly pierced + a tooth gem :)

We recently visited Hyper Inkers and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The studio was unclean and disorganized, which made me question their hygiene standards from the start. To make matters worse, they do not sanitize their jewelry correctly. Instead of using an autoclave, the piercer merely sprayed the jewelry with saline, which does nothing to properly sanitize it.All the jewelry was mixed together in a drawer, which is not a safe or proper way to handle jewelry. The jewelry itself was not what they promote; it was the cheapest you can find and of very poor quality. The piercing has been peeling after three weeks and is now fully infected.Additionally, they had a dog wandering around the studio, including the piercing room. The dog sniffed the table that had the needle, and the jewelry, and even jumped on the piercer while she was inserting the needle. This is completely unacceptable and highly unsanitary.The staff were unprofessional, showing little regard for customer comfort or satisfaction. They also failed to provide adequate aftercare instructions, merely directing me to read something on a piece of paper. They refused to provide aftercare spray unless I left a 5-star review with a photo, which is unethical.To make matters worse, they actively stalk young teens on social media, promoting $10 piercing days. This place is unsafe and a formal complaint has been submitted to the state for their complete unsanitary conditions.Additionally, the needle was already out of any packaging, so I have no idea if it was new or sanitized before use. This added to my concerns about their overall hygiene practices.Overall, my experience at here was terrible, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are far better options available that prioritize cleanliness, professionalism, and customer care. This was my first piercing and I regret coming here, I should have paid more to have it done correctly. I am now having to go to the doctor and also might have to have it removed since the jewelry is pealing and infected.

Me and my best friend got tattooed by Jackie and she was awesome! She had great energy to the studio and was very steady for the tattoo. The place was well kept and clean, everyone was very welcoming. Great first experience with an awesome tattoo to remember it by. Well definitely be coming back!!

Hyper Inkers is my new favorite spot for tats and piercings. Nicole (piercer) is AMAZING.
