I had gotten the other side of my nostril done and both my nipples. Cody was my piercer. I had just gotten out of a 10yr relationship so I was particularly comfortable with my body in front of another man. Not once did he make me feel uncomfortable at all. He was very professional the entire time, very informative too because I ask so many questions.I had that side of my nose done at the one in Northstar professional piercing/tattoo shop like 3 yrs ago. After a year, I removed it bc the placement wasn’t helping it heal. Cody tried to line it up with my other side, as did I several times. After piercing it, then doing my nipples, he offered to redo the nose again bc he didn’t like the placement-for free. Right then and there he corrected it. (This was on me to begin with as I chose the placement but after the initial piercing, he wanted to correct it which is so totally appreciated).As a woman, I appreciate feeling comfortable. Things can be so hard for woman these day, but he was totally and completely professional.

Bad service unprofessional rude people. they seem very annoyed and put out to give you a piercing or talk to you in general. also the girl couldn’t even pierce right she went halfway and then paused and had to jam the needle through my belly button.

The fact my tattoo wasn’t finished, the tattoo guy asked me to pay cash because the owner “forgets” to pay his employees, then the fact I have to catch the tattoo artist lying about the shop being closed and I call just to find out the shops open (he told me the boss fired the piercing guy for stealing) which I thought was wild but, then the guy wanting me to pay more after agreeing to a price cash so the boss couldn’t tax him, he wanted me to pay more if the boss was there so I said I’d only give him $100 more if the boss was there and then he tells me he’s done tattooing…..

Went in today to get my little sisters nose pierced and ended up getting an industrial! Rudy was super helpful and the process was quick and easy. Love my new piercing 💓

Came for easy lobe piercing and I didnt like the earrings they had but the guy let me know I could bring in my own so I left with a plan to come back. He was dark hair guy nice and great customer service. Came back two weeks later to get done and it was a different guy..seemed irritated , didnt say much and my ears are uneven and it is painful🙄He was coming out from doing another girls piercing straight to mine without washing his hands which also kinda grossed me out.Only giving two stars because first employee was great

Called and asked if i could come in and they said to come in by 7:45 because they close at 8. Came at 6:30 and they were closed. Whoever was working march 11th at 6:30 should be fired good god. I also got tetanus from walking near the shop.

I went to Xtreme to get jewelry for my daughters nose piercing, they were very patient and helped her look for exactly what she wanted. While waiting, I decided to get two piercings and Im so happy with the results! I am terrible with names, but the one who pierced me has only been piercing for a month, he did amazing!! He was thorough and made sure I was comfortable and educated on everything he was doing, the one supervising him was very patient and knowledgeable, they both discussed with me the best jewelry and placement for what I was getting. I will definitely be back for more piercings!! Xtreme Tattoo and Body Piercing is definitely the place to go for all your piercing needs!!

Dani (BeeHappyTattoos) is phenomenal with her work. The staff Is extremely welcoming, informed/knowledgeable, and extraordinarily patient with each one of their clients. Im happy to say that I will continue to visit the shop for the foreseeable future.

Came here for another ear piercing and asked the guy at the desk a question about pricing. Turns out he was just waiting to get a job interview done, but even though he isnt working there yet, he was still able to answer my question very politely. After a few minutes of walking around the mall, I came back to find Joseph at the desk. He was very nice, informative and ended up being the one to do the piercings. Each piercing took, no joke, about a split second to be done. The prices are a bit cheaper than a tattoo shop, and best believe this guy was quicker than people at a tattoo shop. Piercings were put in the perfect spots. Definitely my new piercing place!

My daughter and her bff got their second ear piercings done yesterday and they had a wonderful experience. The owner was very professional and explained everything to us. He made sure the girls were happy with the location of the piercing before doing it. He took his time and was very thorough. Also, he helped my daughter calm down as she was very nervous. We would come again!

Joseph (the owner) was so AMAZING! it was my husbands first piercing ever. Joseph was fast, efficient, and knowledgeable! and i actually got my tragus pierced here YEARS ago and had the same 5 star experience. highly recommend!

Unfortunately pierced two of my piercings crooked, so had to remove them as they never healed. They did my lobes and my conch perfectly fine though. Some issues with the tattoo I received as well, I will be going to a different shop to get it covered up asap. They do have a nice selection of jewelry.

This was second nose piercing. My fist piercing was done at another place, but this time, I wanted to go closer to home. I’m glad that I did, I had a great experience! The employee who pierced my nose told me everything up front to include the cost and even broke it down for me. He was very kind and talkative through the whole process, and I have to admit that needles make me nervous, but the piercer made small talk with me to ease my worries. Everything was sanitized and the piercing was quick and painless! Thanks for making my second piercing a better experience than the first!

Ive gotten 2 piercings here, one in December 2021 and one in November of 2022. The first one went great, the second not so great. The piercer seemed inexperienced and pierced my septum incorrectly, causing me a lot of pain until I took it out 4 days later. 2 days after the piercing I went back and the piercer said everything was fine. I went to another shop for a 2nd opinion and they recommended taking it out. I sent a message via the website asking for help and have gotten no response. The first experience was wonderful but the second lost this shop a customer.

Edit:Walked in a few weeks later and no one was to be found and never came out to be helped. Shelves nearly empty and lack of selection. Won’t make another attempt.Needed some new jewelry in both of my tragus piercings. I was able to walk right in and without any wait be assisted. Picked out two pieces of jewelry and they even put them in for me. Thank you for the prompt service and hooking up my piercings, when many of the other shops are still making you schedule appointments for something so simple.

I went here because a friend recommended it for a belly piercing about 6 months ago. The piercer that did her service was no longer there so I had a different piercer. Completely unimpressed with my experience, he ignored concerns I was trying to express and pierced me in the middle of asking a question. It was quick enough, didnt hurt much, so I decided I wouldnt return there for a service and moved on. However, it was not healing properly and I noticed that the piercing was rejecting. Please note that I was taking proper care of it, cleaning it with saline solution and washing it whenever I showered, so that shouldnt have been a problem. But I took it out and went to see a piercer at Dandyland since I didnt trust Xtreme to help me with my problem. She explained to me that I was not pierced properly for my anatomy (my stomach folds when I sit, which is likely what caused some of the rejection) and was visibly upset by the experience I told her I had here. Now I have an ugly scar from a rejected piercing by a piercer that didnt care about his client. Luckily the piercer I went to at Dandyland said I should be able to try getting it pierced again in a year or so if I want to, and I will be going there instead. I dont recommend going to Xtreme.

Ive gotten my helix and nostril pierced here, as well as my first tattoo, and today got my septum pierced here! this place is GREAT! the employees are really chill, and theyre very sanitary with everything. they make sure to tell you everything you need to do to take care of your mods as well! i recommend them 10000/10, ill be going here as long as theyre still at this mall! :)

I DONT RECOMMEND.It is really a 50/50 chance here based on a reviews but I had a HORRIBLE experience. It was my first time getting pierced and it was terrible. So unprofessional and I did not have a chance to relax. my piercing is off centre and it is horrible. I thought it would be a good experience but I regret it. The male piercer with a shaved head is terrible. However, the man in the front was really chill and kind. I felt safe until it came time for the piercing. Unprofessional and rude.

Absolutely loved coming here! Wasnt sure I was ready for my piercing but I had every question answered thoroughly and was super impressed by the sterility of the store/shop. Hardly felt the piercing and that was impressive to me because I have fibromyalgia! My piercing healed VERY quickly and cleanly too!

UPDATE: I decided to take a 30 min trip to the Ingram location to talk to their piercer Angela about some concerns I was having regarding the piercings. She cleaned my piercings FOR FREE and checked them to make sure everything was good to calm my nerves. We went over the aftercare PROPERLY and she told me some products to get to ensure proper cleaning. We talked about some other piercings I want to get in the future and gave me some info about their tattooer, Tony. I live on the other side of SA, but I’ll gladly drive the 30 mins to get pierced by her.I’m going to start my saying I usually don’t post reviews like this, so this experience stood out.I got a double nostril piercing yesterday from the rolling oaks location. I’m very happy with my piercing, however, i’m not too thrilled about the unprofessionalism. my piercer was an older gentleman with a shaved head, i didn’t catch his name. the vibe i got from him was not good. it almost felt like i was bothering him from the getgo. the whole process felt very rushed and he made me feel slightly unsafe. after he was done, he didn’t go over aftercare whatsoever. i had to ASK. bad experience overall.

Went with my mom and sister to get piercings today and we’re extremely happy with the results!!! Go in and ask for Rudy. Awesome piercer!! Got a septum, my mom got a rook piercing and my little sister got a navel.

If you want to get lobes here then go ahead, anything more complicated go somewhere with more experienced piercers. I clearly don’t have the anatomy for an industrial but I went to get the piercing for my 16th bday and they did it, and ofc it rejected. Turned 18 and still love piercings, but I recommend dandyland or ironforge ❤️.

Crystal did my piercings and she was very nice and respectful and made me comfortable. I highly suggest anyone to go here. The process was painless as well as fast an very clean. Amazing experience! Got my vertical labret and the other side of my nose and my sis got her tongue and nipples pierced. All work was done beautifully and both ladies were just awesome. Nice, informative, perfectionist, and super professional. I have terrible social anxiety but they made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped in. Definitely recommend and will be back for any additional piercings. They also have a TON of variety on jewelry.

Been coming here for years! Got my nose and helix done here and had good experience for both. Recently came in for body jewelry and Rudy was very helpful. My go to piercing shop!

I have been going to this store for at least 7 years. I went today to get another piercing. I asked where is my regular person. The little girl had such an attitude., little miss 5 years. If thats all you have done with your life in the last 5 years, your anger and attitude is not with customers. Its you! Again, I been going to this store for at least 7 years. That was the last time I will go now!

I walked in w/ a friend asking about getting pierced, the gentlemen who were in the store were very nice & quick to answer me. They asked me my age, which considering how young I may look, I can understand why they’d ask, & considering there are probably lots of teens around my age asking. It’s pretty easy to understand why they’d ask if I’m over 18, before I signed forms & paid. I quickly asked if they clean the tools, or wear gloves at least. The gentleman running the counter said they wear gloves & they make sure to change out/use clean needles. The man who pierced my ear was a little rough w/ piercing me, I’m used to a countdown when I’m near needles, so I was a little startled when he ran the needle through my ear. He dropped a piece of the earring on the floor, lost it, after losing it. He scrambled to find a replacement, I’m so happy he didn’t look for it on the floor & continue to put it near my ear. Other than that, I’m pretty happy w/ what I got.

The girl that was at the front desk was learning how to pierce and was amazing. Even if she wasnt going to be doing my industrial she had a lot of information and made me feel really good about getting it. She gave me every little detail about taking care of my new piercing! She was awesome, I loved her!! So my piercer was named Cruz and he was so calm and awesome I love this place so much, totally recommend this place 100%

I went in to get a Helix piercing and immediately a really great vibe washed over me. Zack, who did my piercing, went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and informed about every step of the process and aftercare. The entire staff went above and beyond when it came to customer service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get a safe piercing at a reasonable price.

I was so scared to get my septum pierced but John was so quick and made me feel so comfortable!!! I would definitely come here for all my piercings !!!John also pierced my girlfriends septum last night and she also had a great experience!! Would definitely recommend

I just got both my nostrils & daiths done today! I added a picture for the nostrils but I couldnt take a good one for the daiths because it is too far inside my ears. They look great though, youll just have to take my word for it. LolJoseph was so nice and understanding, he was fine with me rearranging the placement as I desired, so if youre picky about placement like me, dont worry! He did a great job! I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will be back in the future!

Repeat customer here! I absolutely love the care I get during piercings and how thorough they are with after care process. I always feel so comfortable and at home when stopping by the store. I love the hospitality, keep it up!

Ive been here for piercings three separate times and I can say that I will continue coming for the rest I have planned too. Amber is so informative and gentle and makes sure that youre super happy with the placement. I love how I can just walk in and get a piercing with no hassle too. Ive brought my friends to them for their piercings as well and I havent heard anything bad from anyone that has been here before either. I cant sing their praises enough.

Aizlyn was the young lady who did my Labaret piercing and once again Extreme delivered the best. Ive had zero swelling and minimum pain. The piercing was right on spot and I am very excited once the healing process time has passed and I am able to switch out the jewelry. This was my 3rd and they are the best!

I had a navel piercing with Aislynn. This is my first piercing and given its location, I was nervous as heck.Aislynn noticed and totally worked with me to put me at ease. She walked me through the whole process, patiently answered my questions, and counted me down so I was ready for the needle. It was a comfortable experience that was over before I even registered it lol.I appreciated the courtesy, care, and professionalism, as well as the fact that it was conducted in a clean and sterile environment.I can’t recommend the facility, or Aislynn , enough, for your piercing needs.

I wasnt a huge fan of the people or prices. I brought my 2 daughters to the rolling oaks location to get their noses pierced. We are newer to the area and our expectations may be different based on previous experiences in our hometown.

My daughter & I went to get our helix cartildge done today & we had a great experience. Amber is the one who did our piercing & she was super nice & informative she didnt hold back if you had questions, she would give you her opinion & what she thought was best. As soon as I walked in the guy was on his phone I asked him what kind of piercings he did. he didn’t look at me kept being on his phone and said “all kinds” I wanted to get pierced for a while so I gave it a try, the wait was so long with no other clients in line just me, finally he called me. the room looked dirty and not clean he was rude and rough and when I got home I came to find out he put a eyebrow piercing in my tragus I had to change it out and clean it fast the piercing also looked used. Do not recommend at all for piercings, don’t waste your money !!!

I got my tinnitus pierced. The 1st time it became swollen in 3 days and the front of the earring fell out. The assistant manager had me come in and she examined it. She told me to give it 2 to 3 weeks to heal which I did. When I returned they had a longer earring for the piercing which I needed if there was any additional swelling. So far the piercing is healing good. Thank you.

Staff is very unprofessional. Overheard a tall man with scars on his head making comments when a woman came in asking for nipple piercings as I was waiting for a family member to finish getting serviced. He was making comments sexualizing the woman who wanted to get serviced. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I had an enjoyable experience at Xtreme Tattoo & Body Piercing. The customer service was excellent from all staff members. Dani did a fantastic job with the cover-up I asked her to do. She is very talented, and I highly recommend her.

Went today to get my lip pierced and the really short blond lady on the front counter (which was sadly my piercer aswell) was extremely RUDE from the beginning, she rushed through my piercing and now that I look at it well its not proportioned at all. I highly recommend others to go some place else where youll feel welcomed and comfortable, and of course do a much better job than this lady, supper unprofessional and awful customer service. NEVER COME HERE !

This week I visited Xtreme Tattoo twice. The first visit I met Amber. She helped me pick out nose rings. She was so nice and helpful. The next day I stopped in to have a second piercing in my ears. That is where I met Cruz and Amber also was there. Cruz did a great job. My piercings went smoothly. Cruz like Amber is very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I enjoyed my visit to Xtreme Tattoo. I did get to see a tattoo that Cruz did, and I have to say it was very good. Cruz is a talent artist.The shop is clean and neat. The tattoo and piercing area is also clean and neat. I will definitely be stopping back again.

DONT go here to get anything. I went to get my mom a piercing for her birthday and she had a terrible experience, The guy was way too harsh ! something bad could have actually happened. My moms piercing is now swollen and im so angry and feel so bad because she was so excited and happy for it ! 😡 and im just so mad at the guy because it was supposed to be a nice gift ! Ugh. I jus wanna go up there and do something abt how unprofessional these piercers are and get a license or something so it doesnt happen to anyone else !

Ok, Crystal is awesome. Great personality, really seems like she knows what shes doing, very informative, and is just a cool person overall. However, I went to get my septum pierced there not too long ago. It had normal swelling but the piercing looked pretty crooked, so I spoke to her and she told me to come back in two weeks to see if maybe it was just the swelling, and if we had to re do it a bit lower.The swelling went down pretty quickly but it was very obviously crooked, both horizontally and vertically. I wont be coming back to fix it there as now I have trust issues. $60 for nothing really. I am dissappointed.

We called yesterday to see if they could pierce my 9year old daughters ears and were told yes that would be no problem. When we showed up today we were immediately turned away. Do not trust them.

Get Crystal for cartilage piercing, you wont find better hands. She is very knowledgeable. The stores selections are pretty dissent, there is a cool Conjunction Junction T-shirt there I keep forgetting to buy too. Over all, pretty good place.

I had a fantastic experience and I almost wish I was on that side of town again so I could get another ear piercing. I dont know if its because I am a little older and prepared ahead of time but it was just an incredibly quick easy and painless process.

Visiting Ingram Mall, saw this shop near the old Sears, and came in to get my first piercing. Joseph was more than helpful and very welcoming, would absolutely recommend this shop for prices and amazing customer service.

Cool place they got piercing and great deals on piercing. A bunch of Halloween or i guess goth clothing. Some cool stuff. Id recommend it.

Update: a year later and I realize the Daith piercing is way lower than it should be it I’m pretty disappointed because I thought this was way better of a place and the piercer was really nice I just am not sure why it’s in the wrong place I cant express how happy I am I got my daith and helix pierced today and amber was amazing, she made me feel safe , we got done super fast , she was okay with how neverous i was and wasnt rude , definitely will come back to her and I highly recommend her ! Not to mention It really wasnt painful , if you want to get pierced this is the best place to go

Well I’m more disappointed than anything. They had their Friday the 13th sale for $20 for tattoos and piercings, I went in line around 6:30 and 2 hours pass and the line hadn’t moved at all. Turns out the workers were just hanging out in the shop (Mind you they close at 9 and it was 8:30). I understand they have been doing tattoos and piercings all day but it’s super rude; they should at least tell the long line of customers that they won’t be able to get to them for the rest of the night. It’s called decency and customer service which apparently this place lacks. I was super excited to meet Dani and hopefully get tatted by her but I won’t be coming back to Xtreme ever no matter what sale is going on. I want to be comfortable (in a sense that I have good vibes from a person / place) getting my tattoo and I just don’t feel comfortable at this place. Sorry there’s plenty of other amazing tattoo and piercers in this city that I highly recommend!

Ive been going to Xtreme for 4 or 5 years now, and Ive had six piercings done in total. Ive been satisfied every time. Everything is sanitary and the piercers are always super informative & friendly. Ive recommended them to anyone that asks me where to get a piercing done at!

John was awesome!! I really enjoyed him, he made me feel very comfortable and his humor was everything. I love my piercings.

Dani was the one who did my small cactus tattoo and she was one of the sweetest and kindest tattoo artist I’ve ever met. She help me pick out what I wanted, where I want to get it, and did my tattoo all within 30 minutes. I recommend Dani highly!!

Amber is a very sweet worker here, I got my nose pierced by her about 3 months ago. I am giving y’all 3 stars, because for the past 2 days I have been calling and calling and no one is answering the phone to help answer my questions and the store isn’t even closed when I call. Y’all either need to update your phone number or answer the phone, I am not about to go in person and have my time wasted or questions ignored. Answer the phone and help people out.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I had no idea they existed but the store is full of super laid back but professional artists (of their respected body mod craft) the shirt and jewelry selection is on point and massive without being overwhelming. I absolutely adore this shop!!! Highly underrated!!!

Had my lobe pierced. She was able to match the location of my other lobe that had already been done. She assured the location was best placed before pushing the needle thru. Good detail. Would recommend. Also, the cashier was nice.

Piercer was super badass, very informative, overall nice experience. She said if I had any issues than to come to her rather than google or friends lol . Id go back for my next piercing for sure.

Went to get a piercing... walked around for a while, looked at shirts, jewelry, everything & no one acknowledged my presence. I could hear people in the back, two people even walked out/back in the room, but no one said a word. No hello , no how can I help you , no well be with you soon. Didnt hear a tattoo gun being used, just people laughing and changing music. Guess Ill find another shop that wants to do my piercing.

Got my ears pierced here, when the swelling went down they were in proportionate. one was to high and the other was just fine. never getting a piercing here again. now i don’t know what to do with crooked piercings.

My daughter wanted to get her daith piercings, but upon recommendation from Amber we went with tragus piercings instead. She was professional, answered all our questions, super friendly and knowledgeable. Will most definitely go back here in the future.

My goddaughter and I had a wonderful bonding experience at Xtreme Tattoo& Body Piercing. We both got ear piercings! The technician was a professional and answered all of our questions!

Very inexperienced it seemed to me, first guy messed up her piercing “(he drank the night before)” the second guy came and did mine and it was fine all in all unprofessional and ridiculous if you ask me.

Mr.Sada is obviously knowledgeable on everything offered in the store and was also very helpful and informative while my son was getting his ears pierced. Highly recommend.

Everyone was SO friendly and definitely made me so much less nervous! My piercing ball fell out after I got my smiley pierced and all I had to do was go back with it :) 100% going again!

Absolutely my worst experience at a tattoo shop. Completely unprofessional, Didn’t have necessary materials, no privacy, my friend was getting tattooed and artist walked in leaving the curtain open for everyone to see my friend exposed. The line work on the tattoos were horrible. Much better places to go DONT waste your time here

I had an awesome experience with a same day appointment. I was greeted immediately and all of the staff I interacted with was friendly. Very thoughtful conversation during my appointment, Id come back.

I have 5 tattoos from here, and 4 of them i had to go back for fixes because they didnt do good jobs. Nothing major, but little things like not connecting lines or just not drawing it like the stencil i drew. But never a reason to not go back, till my 5th tattoo came out COMPLETLY TERRIBLE. NOT WORTH going BACK.

Amber gave me my first piercing on my belly button, did not hurt like I thought it would and she was very knowledgeable at piercing. Would recommend her anytime for any piercings :)

My nose ring feel out in the early stages of healing I went in and first meet up with joe he told me it was probably closed and then he took my jewelry didn’t sanitize didn’t put anything on it that would make it slide through easier then he grabbed the back of my neck and tried shoving it back into my nose of course it hurt like hell and when I said ouch he said well it’s closed let it heal then come back and we can pierce it on the other side he gave me a tissue and then I left he was horrible BUT I’m giving it 5 stars because Amber is an amazing human being and she made my experience so much better I came back that same day after joe left she kept apologizing and she got my jewelry through and it didn’t hurt at all she really turned my entire day around !!!!!💓💓💓💓

I dont really reccomend this place. The aura was a bit odd and made me feel uncomfortable and my ears were pierced but I had to take them out because I had a BAD allergic reaction to them and eventhough the piercer was good maybe it was a bad time for me to get the piercings

Ive only gotten my piercings here since I was 9! Everyone is so helpful and kind when you come in. Theyre very informative, and dont try to sell you things, but find whats best for you.

I like their style, its what I look for, but they dont have a lot of variety in gauges. Piercing was semi fast and clean, but the guy was super rough 😵

Time management is a HUGE issue. For a walk in it took an hour and half for the stencil of a tattoo that took barely 20 minutes to complete. The tattoo artist was late and they were out of stencil paper. Is the excuse we were given. Hard pass

I take my 3yo granddaughter here for the awsome indoor playground , and her happy meal of course. My favorite is the very overpriced fish sandwich: very small fish portion with no lettuce or tomato.

Absolutely terrible didnt even talk at all to us and was ignoring the whole time and rushed through my septum piercing and didnt say anything the whole time even grabbed the clamps that were on my nose and pulled my nose forward when he couldve just asked me to move forward never coming here again because of how rude this guy was

The tattoo artist Redd rushed threw my tattoo made some hearts shaky made some lines not so straight. This tattoo was for mothers day Im so bummed I wanna cry :( Im checking with artist to see if they can fix it once its healed. Never going back!

Got here at about 10:45 am expecting the place to be open. When I got here, not only were they not open, but there was no sign about them being closed. I waited there until 11:45 and tried calling again to see if anybody was there. Still not open and store was still closed.
