I had a great experience getting my first tattoo done at War Room. I had a portrait done of my beloved dog Karma, and Jesse exceeded my expectations.Not only did the tattoo turn out beautiful, the environment was relaxing, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Jesse and Grant are AMAZING!!! Had Jesse do an Alex Grey piece on my forearm. Immaculately detailed line work with impeccable shading. On top of being top notch artists they are both cool chill guys. Within minutes I felt like I had known them for years. Can not recommend them enough! Almost forgot to mention the shop itself is beautiful and extremely well maintained!

My experiences with The War Room have been top-notch every time. After finding their website last year I reached out through the contact link and received a fast and courteous reply directing me to tattoo artist Jesse Larkin. Jesse was responsive and flexible with my ideas while being honest and open about which aspects to adjust. He did a fantastic portrait piece that healed beautifully - he has a gentle hand but solid application. I have since returned to Jesse and The War Room two more times and have had fantastic results both times. As for the shop: it’s very clean and comfortable. The other artists I’ve encountered here have also been pleasant and friendly. I would highly recommend Jesse and The War Room to all.

I absolutely LOVE The War Room Tattoo!!! Jesse is just AMAZING!!! He has a very steady yet gentle hand with such precision and detail-orientation. Whether you have a small or large piece in mind, the way that Jesse works will make it so you can easily handle the longest of sessions and the largest of pieces while eagerly awaiting your beautiful masterpiece! I’ve only ever worked with Jesse, but EVERYBODY there is just so friendly, accommodating, and very talented!!! I am happy to say I’ve finally found my set tattoo artist and no longer need to bounce around! Jesse is working on an entire sleeve on my right arm, but I still have more ideas for other designs and will be returning to Jesse! The shop itself is extremely clean and just divine. Where to even begin... when you first walk into a shop you obviously look around to make sure its clean. The war room might be the cleanest shop I have ever been in, which Is a good start. I then spoke with Jesse and gave him an idea of what I wanted to do. He was very patient. Which helps a lot when deciding on a permanent piece of art that will be with you forever. When I finally decided we made an appointment.Appointment day came. I arrived at my scheduled time and he was already ready for me. No wait. Which again I appreciate.After he was done... I was in awe on how amazing my tattoo turned out. And immediately booked my next appointment. I am now healed and so happy with the end product. I have already had so many compliments, the detail is amazing. I cant wait to go back.Thank you Jesse for all the time you took in making my experience awesome. Would 100 percent recommend the war room to anyone!!!

Made an appointment and had a consultation at the War Room while I passing through So Cal. I sat with Jesse for a tattoo concept that Id had in my head for a while. I wanted to get a unique tattoo in homage to my Army service, without it being an apparent G.I. tattoo. I had talked to several artists before from Nor Cal who were impatient and just didnt seem to understand what I was trying to explain. Jesse very quickly understood what I was going for and successfully translated my concept into an amazing work of art. The tattoo was executed perfectly, and looks amazing. Looking forward to getting my left arm done as well, and I will definitely be coming back to Jesse at the War Room.
