As much as I wanted to have my brows micro bladed, I was quite anxious about how I would feel. Lindsay was very professional and really listened to all of my concerns. She made me feel very comfortable with the entire procedure. I actually found the procedure relaxing. She engaged me in all decisions, and was very careful to create a look that enhanced my facial structure. Lindsay is the best in town! She’s very good at listening what her clients want and providing them with the best customer care and is gifted with Microblading Eyebrows. I was really scared to get my eyebrows microbladed because of its semi-permanency. I was also hesitant because I’m a blonde, and most pictures I’ve seen of it done have been on people with darker hair/eyebrows. Lindsay really made the whole process a good and easy experience. She is sweet, thorough and explains everything she is going to do. She maps out your eyebrows based on the shape of your face first, and makes sure you like it before she begins/asks if you want any changes. You’re numbed up at the beginning of the appointment so you don’t feel more than a slight (and tolerable) scratching once the microblading begins, but she offers more numbing cream if you are in any pain. She wants you to be comfortable! Once we were all finished, my eyebrows looked pretty dark. Before I could start to panic, she reassured me that over the next two weeks, they would lighten up significantly; and that’s exactly what happened. Today they look very natural and subtle, and I finally have a nice shape to them. You really do have to trust the process. I get that it’s scary trusting someone you don’t know with your face, but Lindsay really does know what she’s doing. My mom tells me all the time that my eyebrows are the best microbladed brows she’s seen, and she’s thinking about getting hers done now too. I’m glad I finally went for it and I’m glad I found Lindsay :)

OMG! Wish Id had this done before my daughters wedding earlier this year! Lindsay is truly an excellent and professional artist.I lost my brows 25 years ago due to chemo, only a few sparse brow hairs ever grew back. Lindsay carefully mapped my face/brows and I left 2 hours later with beautiful brows that were perfect for my face. She is so pleasant to chat with that the time flew virtual painlessly.She touched up 4 weeks later and now my perfect brows are even more so. I booked a microneedling package with Lindsay, and was really excited to clear my acne scars. I had four sessions with Lindsay and she was very pleasant and I did see an improvement on my acne scars over the course of the treatments. The reason for my low rating is that Lindsay consistently cancelled my appointments, and constantly asked me to reschedule my appointments. After canceling and rescheduling my appointments over five times, Lindsay offered me a free microneedling for the inconvenience. This was not necessary but very kind of her. When I finished my package with her I scheduled my appointment for my completion photos and a free treatment. She cancelled on me the day of my appointment and told me she would reschedule me. Lindsay never reached back out to me and never responded to my messages. I think Lindsay is a kind person who does a good job, but she is truly unprofessional and inconsistent. I was going to book more sessions with her, but her inconsistency was so disappointing.

If you are looking to have your brows micro-bladed I highly recommended going to see Lindsay! She is extremely professional, her salon is beautifully clean. She is very thorough when explaining to you what to expect and how to care for you brows after your procedure. Most importantly her work is absolutely Amazing! I came to see Lindsay to get a microblading touch up on my brows. I thought they looked great still, but thought it was time for some love. She pointed out that the color of my brows was too cool toned for my skin color, so along with a slight reshaping she also added a warm color over the top and I am OBSESSED with how they look now. I dont have to fill in a single thing! I highly recommend her to anyone!

Lindsay is fantastic! I had my eyebrows microbladed recently and love the shape, color and fullness! I used to pencil my brows in everyday, and it took time to get them even and presentable. I hated when my makeup was washed off and my brows looked so bare. But now I just wake up and my brows are ready for the day. Even when I wash my face at night, I still look put together. Lindsay was really attentive and listened to all my concerns and requests, and answered my dozens of questions (even a few via text message that I thought of later). She took the extra time to make sure every detail was perfect. I will definitely be going back when I need a touch up!

I had Lindsay micro blade my eyebrows two years ago and just went back for a touch up. I love-love the shape and the look of full eyebrows —-instead of my old over plucked eye brows. It really opened up my face. And I don’t have to use make up to create them!! Bonus! Lindsay really took her time discussing the look I wanted and mapping them. We discussed if the mapped eye brows were what I wanted before micro blading. And I got some items for after care. I appreciated not having to run to the store. I am VERY VERY happy with my brows. When I had my touch up I tried her new service Micro needling. I think it really helped with my crows feet. I’ll go back in a month for another treatment. Thank you Lindsay!

I was excited when I went to see Lindsay at Luca Permanent Cosmetics as she was very knowledgeable and explained how she could fix what I hated about my scars. I also had some work done on my abdominal stretch marks. Nearly pain-free and I saw results after the first session. At my appointment we talked about my makeup routine and how I like my brows to look. She made sure to understand my aesthetic before starting. I’ve wanted to get my eyebrows microbladed for a while now, and I’m glad that I waited because Lindsay was absolutely amazing! She made sure that I was comfortable the whole time, and the numbing cream worked so well I didn’t feel a thing! Tweezing my eyebrows is more painful than this procedure was. I was a little nervous about the aftercare process because of various sources I read online, but she was so thorough in explaining the aftercare and it was a breeze. She was super responsive and answered a few questions that I had along the way. Now I wake up with perfect looking brows, no more filling them in every day (and having them come out uneven). So happy with how they turned out, would recommend to anyone looking to simplify their routine or shape up overplucked brows!
