Victorum Tattoo shop

My review is a little late because I wanted to post pictures of my tattoo after it healed. I got the tattoo done June 8th and today is August 21st so its been over 2 months! I LOVED my experience at Victorum Tattoo. Justin was fantastic! He was super easy to communicate with and set everything up. When I showed up for my appointment, he had 7 different design ideas to choose from. I picked one of them and he was able to modify it on the spot so it was exactly what I wanted. The shop was clean and had multiple big screen TVs so while I sat for 4.5 hours getting my tattoo done, I was comfortable and watching movies the whole time (we watched The Wolverine, The Rundown, and part of Ted 2). There was even an adorable frenchy puppy there for emotional support! 10/10 would recommend. You couldnt pick a better place to get some ink!! THANK YOU JUSTIN!!

Sunday morning walk in. The parlor was Extremely clean. We were greeted by two very professional artists & cutest lil frenchie. Chessa was my artist. She Was super friendly and helpful in choosing my font and placement of tattoo. My son also had a tattoo with Justin the owner. We couldn’t have been happier and would 100% recommend the shop and these two. Will Be back again thanks so much.

I was a walk-in (called just to make sure they werent too busy) and I was immediately helped. The vibes and staff were super friendly and good, and the tattoo looks great. I will definitely be back next time I need another tat. Juan was great!

Shoutout Justin and Pretty Boy (shop pup and greeter) for helping me out. I got a tattoo the day before at another shop and my bandage wasn’t staying on. I stopped in and asked if Justin could change it and he was gracious enough to do so at no cost. The shop has excellent reviews for their work and I’d recommend just off of the service alone to come in!

I reached out to Justin through social media and received a response very fast. This job was a cover up and exceeded my expectations. Justin was patient with me when I altered an idea. He came up with solid artwork that will last on skin. I will be returning to this shop for future art. Great price! Great work! Great business!

We went to Victorum after being turned away for a walk in elsewhere. My finance and I got 2 small/medium sized pieces done and Juan and Lucas were some of the most friendly and professional artists we’ve come across. The shop vibe is super friendly and laid back and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality and fair priced work. All around a great experience!

Juan was so profesional and talented! He took the idea and gave great suggestions to what would look best. Loved getting the opportunity to get tattooed by him while in Scottsdale. Great, clean, and welcoming atmosphere!

Walked in with my friend for a spontaneous tattoo. We were able to get in immediately with no wait. Juan was very helpful with the design we chose, tweaking it to our liking. Juan also did a great job with the tattoo itself. Overall amazing experience!

A great vibe from the moment we walked in. It was my first time getting a tattoo and Justin made me feel very comfortable. His parlor is clean and he was very professional, and his little frenchy “Pretty Boy” is the cutest lil helper! I would recommend this place 10/10.

For my fist tattoo, I worked with Justin. He worked with me until I had found a design I liked. He was also honest and authentic when explaining to someone new to tattoos what’s realistic and what’s not. The shop itself was great they have their own shop dog and the whole 4 hour session we were just watching movies as if I was hanging with the boys. If you have questions or concerns Justin is your guy he will help you through without you ever feeling obligated to get something

Rich at the tattoo shop truly exceeded my expectations and created something incredibly meaningful for me. My mom, who recently passed away, was a huge fan of Mickey Mouse and always dreamed of taking a vacation to the beach. Rich listened to my idea and not only brought it to life but also infused it with so much depth and emotion. He was patient and understanding, and without even realizing it, he lifted my spirits during a difficult time. Now, thanks to Richs talent and empathy, I have a beautiful tattoo that serves as a constant reminder of my moms love and our cherished memories together. Im forever grateful for his incredible work and the comfort it brings me.

Husband and I got matching tattoos! We were able to walk in and taken care of almost immediately! They were patient with placing and sizing to make sure it lined up perfect. Plus they have cutest mascot by far!

Super quick service. Texted them earlier in the week to make sure our bachelorette group of 12 could accommodate. Justin greeted us. He, rich and Chessa helped us at the counter and got us all checked in. We were all in and out within a couple hours. The shop dog is ADORABLE! The shop is clean and professional.

Highly recommend this shop! When I want a tattoo, I can’t wait, so I found this place online and saw they accept walk ins and they’re open much later than other shops. I’m usually a little hesitant to get a tattoo without finding an artist first. I am so happy I acted on impulse and came in. Juan did an incredible job. He’s been tattooing for nearly 2 decades and it shows. He took his time and was patient with me to perfect the design and reposition it exactly where I wanted it. By the look of this shop’s instagram, it seems like all the artists that work here are very skilled. I will definitely be back to get some more work done with Juan. The design and vibe of this shop is super dope too

Such a smooth and easy tattoo experience. Justin was my artist and he did a fantastic job and was able to replicate my exact idea into tattoo form. Very clean… so friendly! When in for a Friday the 13th tattoo and was tattooed right away! Has the cutest pup at the shop! If I could give them more than 5 starts I would!

Walked into Victorum on 9/18/24 and was welcomed in by the entire staff. Im not a super young guy and Juan educated and explained to me what would workbest with my skin type(aka old man thin skin. Lol) while keeping to exactly what I wanted. Not all artist take the time to breakdown what would work best for type of skin. Juans experience was evident with his light handed touch and concern to detail. This was my 13th tatt so I know about this shit. Big thanks and shout out to Juan and the entire staff at Victorum. Next time Im in Arizona I will be revisiting these guys.

Justin is the real deal, we went though a bunch of designs beforehand and talked through it until we got this badass piece. I will 100% be coming back to finish up some tattoos. Great experience and highly recommend people in the area to check this place out!

I went to Victorian and old town Scottsdale on a Sunday night. They took me a great job. Got me out of there super fast better than any other place. I’ve been to the The Owner a job and then back the next Sunday had another tattoo done and it even looked better than the first one I recommend this place Tattoo artist really skilled and cool place inside get there fast it’s worth it and great pricing

The experience was professional from the time we walked in the door. Juan greeted us and started on my design. He finished with another client quickly and I was in the chair before I knew it. Clean lines and incredible detail. I will definitely be back!!

Wanted a simple 7 letter name tattoo. Went to one shop 20 minutes away who rushed me and could not place the stencil how I asked. Came here and Left Hand Lucas was able to see my immediately. He placed the stencil correctly, tattoo was quick and painless. Nice guy!! Nice clean shop!! Highly recommended!!

We came in 20 minutes before closing and Juan was more than willing to accommodate us. He didn’t mind when we wanted to see the stencil in multiple places and he thoroughly asked our opinion before finalizing spot and design. So very happy with the tattoo I got and would highly recommend!

I have multiple tattoos and hands down the best experience I’ve had. Justin, the owner was knowledge and incredibly accommodating! My friend and I got simple line work but he took the time to listen to what we wanted and really catered to us. The shop is immaculate, well decorated and you can tell Justin takes pride in his work and being a business owner. If you’re in the area, you have to stop in! Me and my brother were able to get in first thing in the morning which was very convenient as well as getting two of the tattoos I wanted in one day. My brothers first tattoo. Very good first experience. Juan was my artist and did a great job on both my tattoos, whenever I’m back in Arizona this is definitely the place I’ll come back to.

I came here with a small hand or wrist tattoo in mind. Left Hand Lucas did this koi fish design, simple yet beautiful. He was very friendly and professional, and Im super duper pleased with how this turned out! In July of 2023 I walked into Victorum and Justin who happened to be the owner helped me out! I wouldn’t trust anybody else outside of Victorum to touch my skin! Love the tattoo shop esthetic, great artists. Was told on the phone earlier in the week that they had a $100 minimum which was fine. Little disappointed in myself that I didnt say no thanks when they quoted me and my group $150 each for a VERY small tattoo upon arrival with no detail. Thanks anxiety for costing me more money $$$.

Chessa did an incredible job. She put a tattoo in remembrance of my grandpa and it was perfect and exceeded my expectations. 10/10 am coming back for my next one.

Lucas is the greatest. His line work is immaculate & he made me feel like less of a puss. Staff was dope for 19 people getting tattoos for a bachelorette party. 10/10 would come back again!

This is my favorite tattoo by far! i got arabic script on my leg and im so glad i chose this place. the tattoo is very clean and crisp, his hand is very light i barely felt it, and it was done so quickly! the station was kept very clean and professional. i even got a free t shirt! the tattoo was done by juan, thank you juan!

These guys are awesome! They took us in last minute with my friend’s bachelorette party and we all loved our small dainty tattoos. Chessa was so sweet over the phone giving us information about when to come in. Justin was great and I loved my small ear tattoo plus the line touch up he did for my arm tattoo. He was also very friendly and made sure we liked what we got before committing. I will be coming here for my bachelorette in the fall!

I had been researching various tattoo shops prior to my trip to Scottsdale and Phoenix in General. Being from WA, this tattoo had to be done in AZ. I hope to be reminded by this Cactus Tattoo that I can adapt to different conditions, overcome thorny pitfalls and then savour unexpected sweetness. Thank you for taking me at the last minute. Shop was clean, friendly and tastefully decorated. The whole experience start to finish was a 10 out 10!! I’ll be back for another piece I have been planning! The result exceeded my expectations.

Was treated really rudely for asking to reschedule my second appt three days before my appt date. I never put down a deposit and did receive a refund for the unfinished work because I did not want to come back after being treated rudely. Artist argued why he should have been able to smoke marijuana while tattooing me and covered up two of my other tattoos on my arm I didn’t want covered up.
