Got my septum done here the other day by Sam! despite the fact that i have a deviated septum, he took the time and effort to make sure the piercing would look just right. he makes sure you’re informed of his process as he goes and creates a really nice, relaxing atmosphere. you can just tell this is truly what he’s passionate about and it shows with his work!

Very clean place and a good selection on jewelry! Also Marisol did such a good job on my nose piercing. Felt super comfortable. 10/10 recommend.

Brought my 11 year old daughter in today to get her ears pierced. She was excited about all the earring options and picked out a very nice pair. Before Sam pierced her ears, he educated us about the process, after care and our jewelry selection. He made my daughter very comfortable and talked her through the whole thing. After the first ear was done, she was able to relax quite a bit because it was exactly as he explained. I highly recommend for any piercing!!

The experience here was absolutely amazing! When they say painless body piercing, they mean painless. I did not feel a thing when I got my nose pierced, and the gentleman doing it was so calm and collected and extremely nice. I was so tempted to go for the pricey gems, however, I did not feel pushed into anything and I wasnt comfortable with. I ended up going with a cheaper gemstone, but the same color that I originally wanted. It just wasnt a pure emerald. The entire place was spotless, and they have a waiting room lobby where there is a fridge full of waters that are complimentary to guests. This was definitely something that caught my eye and kept me hydrated throughout the process and then throughout the mall process of walking around as well. I will definitely be going back! * Possibly to get to that emerald *

Me and a couple friends got pierced by Sam and it was the best experience! He was very concerned with making us feel comfortable, lining up the piercing correctly, sterilizing everything, aftercare, and answered all our questions. Super professional but he also made it a fun experience. This place is very high quality!!

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced tonight and she chose not to do it because she was afraid, but the way they were so understanding and talked about consent and how its ok to change her mind was really amazing. I definitely appreciated it and I know she did as well. Hopefully we will be back in someday when she feels more ready :)

Sam was very friendly. He pierced my angel bites back in . He did good job doing free hand. The pain level is minimal but then again I have a high pain level tolerance. I honor the pain xD anyways he discussed to me about what he was going to do . He was very efficient and informative. He was very concerned with making us feel comfortable, he was careful about lining up the piercing correctly, he sterilized everything, and discussed aftercare with me . Most piercings shops I go to don’t really discuss about after care or what they are going to do I just felt very comfortable . I 100% recommend going to this piercing place and booking with him. Not going to regret it at all. Will definitely have to come back for my future piercings because he rocks.

Just got my ears re-pierced, because they closed up on me. I had a very good experience here. They walked me through the process and was nearly painless. They were reasonably priced and very nice. I would highly recommend.

Irony is when you get jacked up nippl4 piercings from a sour patch kid who spent the entire process talking smack about the other shops in town. If you guys think it makes you look better, youre wrong. Not only did you mess up my ladies piercings, but you were inappropriate the entire interaction. If you like the smell of body odor and paying way too much , this is the place for you. Otherwise , I would recommend somewhere a little more professional. 0 stars if I could.

I had my bridge pierced by Brandon and I’m beyond pleased with the results. He’s obviously passionate about the work he does and wants the client to have a good experience and be satisfied with outcome. I personally appreciated him taking the time to elaborate on the dos and don’ts of after care which I had been misinformed about previously. Overall the guys working here really seem to enjoy their work and they’re good at it too! (Which is always a plus)

And he truly cares about providing a quality experience as well as quality jewelry. Ive had many piercings at many different shops but Ive never had an experience even come close to Brandons high standard. Been going here since they opened. The shop has came a very very long way from where they started. Everything is well displayed and staff knows what theyre talking about and they do a good job. When it comes to piercings, Brandon is definitely on top of his game.

Ive never had anything but great experiences here. Ive gotten multiple piercings and two tattoos here. Today I bought a new industrial bar and Brandon oxidized it (I got to watch!) so its fun colors. These guys are my go to place and Brandon does amazing work!

Super nice place and friendly staff! Wish I caught the name of my piercer but he was super friendly! I got my nose pierced here and am only 14 so I was freaking out but he really helped me get through it. As a first facial piercing it was the best I think it couldve been. Drove all the way from Sioux Falls Sd but was TOTALLY worth it. Amazing products and service. As a walk in addict this place fit my needs. If I ever need another piercing Im coming here for sure! Just got my septum done by Marisol and she did great I love it ask for her, she does good work.

I was out of town and needed assistance with a piercing that fell out. They were very helpful with explaining the jewelry they had was different than my current piece. Helped me pick out beautiful new jewelry and let me watch how they can change the metal colors. I was very nervous and they were awesome at helping me through everything. Definitely check them out for any piercing needs!!

I dont know who i had but maybe he had a badd day. But wish i would of had someone else... I swear the guy hated his job!!! Maybe find another career... I get people HAVE bad days but dam!! Nothing like dropping almost 250 on a piercing to be treated like anobodyyyy smh. Definitely will not ever be going there again!!

Omg!! They do an outstanding job!! They talk you through it, explain everything and made it as comfortable as possible!! Just a terrific place!!! Just went for the 2nd time anddddd still a outstanding place!!!! Ok I do have to say this. Yes the jewelry you buy is a little more expensive but that being said, your worth it, going to a safe place that you are allowing to modify your body. If you want cheap jewelry that might turn green, infect your piercing with God knows what then thats on you. You pay for what you get!!! Spend the extra and enjoy your new piercing!!!!

By far the best place you could go for a piercing. Love the people they are sooo friendly. The store is always super clean. Most importantly is all the years of experience you get when being pierced at painless. Been getting pierced by them for over a decade, almost 60 different piercings in total, and wouldnt ever let anyone one else pierce me.

I want to start by thanking the owner for being very kind and considerate with my friends and I requests! We are not regulars and my friend was new to her piercings she got.From the start we were acknowledged by the staff.They walked us through everything from choosing our jewelry(which took sometime bc we had a total of 6 piercings to do all together)to explaining to us how to keep areas clean and healthy.They were able to explain to me thier whole sterilization and infection control methods which is one of the things that made me go forward with the piercings.You dont find many shops around here that are able to do that.If you are new or looking to get stuff done I highly recommend this place!!Thank you again for your work!

I absolutely have to leave a review. All these negative reviewers must have gone to a completely different shop because I literally COULD NOT have had a better experience. A friend of mine recommended this shop as the best shop she had ever been to, so my boyfriend and I drove down an hour and a half on super icy roads to get my piercings here specifically.I went in to get my septum and my vertical labret pierced. My vertical labret had been pierced previously and had been very crooked, so I was reasonably nervous lol, but I had heard such good things I was willing to give it a shot.The importance of aftercare and quality jewlery was explained in depth before even going back, Levi was amazing at helping me pick the correct jewlery, and then when we went back, Lance was METICULOUS about placement, really walking me through and redoing the markings several times until myself, my boyfriend, and the other owner Brandon were all completely satisfied with how perfectly straight they were lined up. Because my first vertical had been pierced crooked, I had a good amount of apprehension, but Lance was soo careful, and talked me through every step of the process, and did the actual piercing with such precision that I literally do not think my vertical labret could be any straighter.Every surface was cleaned and kept incredibly sanitary - as far as covering my face with a clean piece of gauze while piercing my septum, to make sure he had a safe place to rest his hands while doing the piercing.Lance and Brandon went over the times until downsizing, what sizes I could go down to in stages, and at which points, made sure I was good to go and walked me out.I will NEVER go to another piercing shop to get pierced again. This place will be worth the hour and a half drive down every time.

By far the best piercer I have ever had the chance to get pierced by. Second time nipple piercings are absolutely painful but I must say the pain after this time was no where near the pain i went through the first time. He really knows the ends and out of the right ways and right placements for piercings. I am so happy I chose Brandon! I will deff be getting all my piercing needs done here by him! Loved him. Made the experience so comfortable and talked through the process helps..

Oh if I could give negative stars!! Very rude employees, nothing quite like being belittled infront of other customers for not knowing the name of the exact piercing you want. (Some of us are new, shocking I know) I walked in and one employee is on the couch on her phone, only acknowledging me after I walk up and sit next to her, assuming their is a line and she is a waiting customer. (excellent way to greet clients) I have never had to walk out of an establishment because of rude employees. I, nor is anyone I know, ever setting foot in that place again. It doesnt hurt long to be a decent human. Do yourself a favor and get your piercings done by PROFESSIONALS.

Those complaining about prices dont realize that this is QUALITY body jewelry. Can you find cheaper stuff out there? Yes. But it will be junk. I want the best quality, so for me this is the place.Friendly service, very knowledgeable.

I am 13 and got my belly pierced it did not hurt he told me too do things so it would not hurt he was very nice he did a wonderful job.They arent doing the tattoos any more cause the guy got fired.I know for sure i will go back to get a new piercing design.good job keep up the good work.

I got my tragus pierced after Thanksgiving and had a great, painless experience. My jewelry decided to fall out the night before New Years Eve. My earring’s bad timing meant between the shop being closed for the holiday and my own vacation I took shortly after the New Year, my piercing closed before I could get back in the store. The owner couldn’t have been more sympathetic and understanding and pierced my other tragus for free since I had to wait to repierce until the ear finished healing. Quality people. Definitely getting any other work I want done here.

I placed an order for some specialty plugs a month and a half later after multiple stops to verify progress of order the owner calls to let me know it was never ordered.Lied to by employees, no attempt to make it right by owner strongly recommend avoiding this place.

The art work is terrible and it gets worse once its on you. They charge high prices for low quality work. Went in for a touch up of the tattoo they gave me before and it fixed that one but they charged me $40 for the touch up but it was so awful i had no choice. I dont recommend this place to anyone at all. Maybe for piercings but their tattoos are a joke. Do not go here.

I came in from out of town. Very bad customer service. The guy was rude and deliberately kept ignoring my questions. He seemed too busy trying to talk to friends instead. He basically turned me and my sister away. Do not recommend!

Didnt open when they said they were going to open. Drove all the way out there for nothing. Got my cartilage pierced there once, I thought it was a pretty good business. I went back to get my lip pierced about 15 minutes after they said they would be open, and they werent. Just lost a loyal customer, sucks for you.

If youve checked out examples of these guys work, and you have a fully functioning set of eye balls, AND youre still considering getting something done here, you are obviously very cheap and probably deserve whatever they inflict upon you for the lowest price you can find. when people look down on, or speak with disdain about tattoos being trashy or low class, theyre talking about the kinds of work you get in places like this. stuff that looks like a child did it. spend your hard earned money elsewhere with any of the quality artists in town and you wont have to worry about fixing or hiding the shameful, embarrassing work these guys have the balls to charge good money for.

Honestly was very scared when i went in to get my nose pierced and they reassured me and put up with my nervousness. Piercing came out great and it healed really well. Would defintely reccomend to a friend.

I love this place! I got both nose and cartilage piercings! Super fast and didnt have any problems!

They pierced my 5 years old ear at an angle through her cartilage. She cried for a week before I realized what had happened then blamed it on her for not sitting still which she did because I have it on video. Would not do anything about it and cussed us out of the store.

The piercer was great. Made us feel comfortable and the piercings never even hurt.

Not just for adventurous piercing. Got simple lobes done and they really were painless and have healed without a hiccup

I went to get a quote for a tattoo the employees were super nice, but i had to come in 3 different times because the artist was never in. When i finally spoke with the artist he was very rude. I will never go back.
