My 4 year old got her ears pierced and they refused to use normal sizeearrings, claiming its only the baby toddler earrings that can be used. My kid has thicker earlobes and I tried to say they are too small. Not only did they mis pierce her ear and have to do it again, but after some growth now at 2 months later that ear I noticed was infected so I took out those tiny earrings and they are ridiculously small like the size of a nose ring. These earrings are meant for BABIES not 4 year Olds. These people know nothing about piercings and I hate that I even used them. Tried to call to urge them to maybe base it off of children not age and thr girl was a broken record. Joke! Just be ware, go to a real piercer if your kids want them done

My two daughters absolutely love love love this store. If you have a special girl in your life you cant go wrong bringing her here to shop. The prices might be slightly high but you will find stuff here that you will find nowhere else and it truly caters to the wants and desires and psyche of the young female mind. There is a massive selection of accessories and all sorts of ridiculously cute items. I dont even mind it. It is adorable.

Great place for cute and fashionable merchandise. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Do a great job piercing, always on point. Very affordable. Manager has amazing butt (๑♡⌓♡๑) 10/10

Rudest cashier Ive ever dealt with. Didnt want to snswer questions and when she did they were sarcastic.

Great help! The saleslady was by herself and the store was busy. She was very friendly and helped everyone with a smile on her face !

Staff is rude, dont care about customers. Playing on there cellphones and not wanting to help customers. The african american girl was rude. Will not come back here which is a shame as i shop here often.
