The owner, Brandon, was amazing! Not only did he and his brother Lance help my friends and I fix our appointments, since we accidentally booked at the wrong location on our end, but Brandon was also able to get us all in same day.He was really kind and explained each step of the process how they go about choosing the jewelry and why and so much more! He even went the extra mile and helped me fix my second piercing and check if my daith piercing was still open, which it was!Overall I would highly recommend going here for any future piercings. He is highly qualified and knows what he is doing. Even if the jewelry may be “expensive” it is quality and it will last you years to come and so worth every cent.Thank you again, Brandon! We really appreciate you getting us in and I’m especially grateful for the help with my other piercings!

Brandon is very dedicated to giving someone a piercing they WANT. He is extremely knowledgeable. We took our 5 year old daughter to get her lobes pierced. Brandon is very patient and good with kids. Not once did he rush our daughter. He asked her permission before continuing with each step. Brandon even offered us a beverage upon arrival, gave our daughter a stuffed animal for doing a great job, and tons of stickers! This is the complete opposite of what you get in the mall, and in the best way possible. We were the only ones in the shop and it wasnt rushed. While the price is higher, we definitely received an elevated experience. It wasnt a terrifying experience for my daughter, everything was sterilized in front of us and we were walked through every process. We all left feeling very comfortable!

Had an amazing experience at Kind Find! Brandon was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease during my nostril piercing. The studio itself was spotless and had a really cool, welcoming vibe. He explained everything thoroughly, including aftercare and the benefit of higher end jewelry, and the procedure was quick and virtually painless. I’m so happy with how my piercing turned out. Brandon was absolutely great! Our son, although he REALLY wanted his ears pierced, he was nervous. Brandon was very patient and spoke to him. Calmed his nerves and gave opportunity to turn back. The quality of the jewelry is a game changer. This not only gave us assurance it would last but even the after care is improved. I would absolutely recommend Brandon. Had an amazing experience, went there with my sister to get both of our noses pierced. Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He really took his time to help explain everything when it comes to the piercing itself, the jewelry, as well as the aftercare. Overall this place has an incredible atmosphere and they really make sure it’s a fun experience.

Came here for my first ever piercing, and had a great experience! Brandon went over everything I needed to know and answered all of my questions. The shop was nice and tidy and everything was well sanitized. The jewelry is very high quality. Will definitely be back :)

We(Mike Luken & I) were thoroughly impressed with Brandon’s knowledge, politeness, thoroughness with explanation of procedure and answering questions/concerns and the sterilization along with good hygiene practices that we observed and enjoyed. The procedure went well. My tragus piercing was virtually painless and Brandon thoroughly cares about his work and customer satisfaction with good foresight in what we were thinking today and might be thinking in the future. Kind Jewelry and Piercings also sent an email with information on aftercare and so forth that was very helpful and professional. The owner Brandon, is so sweet and thoughtful and really takes time with his clients to understand their needs and wants and how to achieve them. i got my belly button pierced and i’m super scared of needles and he made me feel totally safe and I didn’t feel any pain. and it turned out rlly cute :,)

Took my daughter there for her ears, which had been pierced, but she hasn’t worn anything in them in 5 years and they started closing up a bit. Brandon was amazing. He talked us through everything, it was all very clean and bright. He did great with her. Definitely recommend.

Such a great experience. The owner has a ton of experience and education. Would highly reccomended for all your piercing wants! Impeccably clean facility, very welcoming. They have a great selection of high end, durable jewelry. Everything used for the piercing is sterile, they use sterile gloves as well, not typical gloves from a box just hanging on the wall. Again, just a great experience and will definitely be returning for all our piercings.

We went in to get my daughters second lobe piercing and my lower lip done. We love them so much. Ive been going to Brandon for 10+ years and couldnt be happier with him. Hes knowledgeable and explained the process to my daughter so well, he hyped her up, and told her how well she did which helped her comfortability so much. My process was so fast and painless thanks to him.The studio is also so beautiful and clean. Im proud to say he will always have my support and business for many more years. 🙏

My daughter suddenly wanted to get her ears pierced, after reading the reviews I decided to book an appointment here. Brandon was so knowledgeable and walked my daughter through all the steps so there were no surprises. We are out of town so he also suggested different piercers in our state with the same certification.

Went to get new jewelry for my nose piercing. Brandon was awesome and so good at helping me select exactly what I wanted. The appointment time was focused on helping me and not greeting other customers, answering the phone etc. Highly recommend!

I went to Kind Find today for a double nose ring on one nostril. The brothers were very friendly and intelligent. Their rings were expensive, but their quality and the quality of their service made it well worth the cost. I left feeling like I was actually going to keep this piercing without having to deal with infection. So far so good, too. Not much pain yet because they aren’t badly swollen either.

Brandon was our piercer. He was super awesome and super kind. He explained everything very well and also made good conversation. He made sure I understood everything as well as making sure I was okay after getting my piercing. Super awesome guy and amazing clean, sanitary place!

I woke up yesterday and my cartilage piercings looked terrible. I had been struggling with them for almost a year. I called kind find to see if someone could remove them (I originally had them done in Omaha). Brandon texted me within minutes after calling and went above and beyond to help figure out the problem. I was able to go in an hour later and he had them removed due to being pierced incorrectly. He went over how this happened and what to look for next time. He was very knowledgeable which made me feel more comfortable. I can’t express how much I appreciate his patience and willingness to go through everything and take out my painful earrings. He also hooked me up with a cute conch piercing!

I’m Riley, and I got my right nostril pierced. I thought this was a very fun experience. The piercer, Brandon, was super fun, and told me and my sister everything there was to know about getting our noses pierced.I’m Iris I’m Riley’s sister and Brandon went into full detail by explaining everything he was going to do and explaind how to clean it to both me and my sister the prices are very reasonable because of the designs he explained what sizes would be reasonable and it was just a very great experience .

I got my ears pierced by Brandon. He was very informative and cared a lot about hygiene and doing a good job. The store is fairly new, so its not part of the Association of Professional Piercers yet, but Brandon and his brother follow all the guidelines and are working towards a membership. I was very happy with the service I received, and I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants to get a piercing safely.

Best experience Ive ever had with a jeweler. Very knowledgeable, polite, and detail oriented. The store is brand new not a speck of dirt! Had my daughters nose pierced he explained everything we needed to know and then some. Very high quality jewelry not your average piercing store 3 steps to make sure sanitation is 100%. I’ve purposely waited over two weeks to write this review to see if I had any issues after I left their store. Not a single problem. No pain since doing the piercing and I actually forget I even have it as there are no complications. I showed up at 12 pm since google stated that they were open and no one was there. Messaged the number on the window after I saw it did say by appointments not only on their window but online (I should of done better looking their hours up) and Brandon even dropped lunch with his family and ate on the road so I wasn’t waiting too long. He even mentioned in his text that they appreciated my business, boy let me tell you the rest of my story supports that 100%. My money and time was appreciated and I was truly listened to. My main fear when I go into any tattoo or piercing shop is always the stand off and rude looks. Not only was I greeted with a smile, but he was so friendly. Yes the price is a bit more than other places, but I truly think this is what makes the difference in you get what you pay for. Worth every cent to pay for his time and knowledge. I stated my past experience with piercings and he helped me figure out what was best for my skin. And even better I didn’t feel rushed, if anything I felt like I rushed him. The sanitation was phenomenal. I expected a normal alcohol wipe and that’s all. Nope, he showed me how the jewelry worked. Made sure I liked it. Explained how the piercing was going to go and then not only showed me on this paper that it showed it was sanitized but also iodine my nose. As he is talking about everything to watch for, what to do and not to do I could tell this isn’t just a job or career. He was talking about his passion which made me even more at ease and trusting of him. Just the way he spoke and on what topics I could tell he has put in more time researching and learning from others than just at work. This man has had to spend many nights up late into the morning learning not only what to do but what not to do. Very very professional and kind. I will not let anyone else put a needle through me that isn’t him or a nurse. I’m actually excited to go back for another. Which leads me to my next point. He won’t do something that your body isn’t going to take to well. We talked about getting my belly ring done again as the first time didn’t go well. Starting off he made sure to mention to me that if it isn’t going to sit in my body how it needs to he won’t do it. Shows that he cares more about his clients and integrity of his work than making a dollar.

Super kind and SO knowledgeable. Very personal and honest with me. Its super easy to make an appointment and this is my go-to for piercings!

This company has impeccable work ethic, fabulous people skills, and extensive knowledge on piercing and jewelry. I take my children here, My mother is 70 years old and comes here for her piercings. I cannot say enough. The cleanliness, the care and the love thats obvious in their work is second to none. You get what you pay for. This is the top of the line.

Brandon changed out my nose jewelry and it was the best experience i’ve ever had with a piercer! he was very knowledgeable and hygienic— this is the cleanest and most professional piercing place i’ve ever been to! i would recommend this place for a safe and pleasant experience
