Got my daughter ears pierced and they messed up on of the ears. We were told we could take it out and come back once healed to get it pierced again. Came back and richard would not get off his cell phone to even look at us when we were talking to him. He was very rude and not helpful. My kid still only has one ear pierced. Not happy.

I went there at like July through August around that time span and I got my Helix pierced and I really liked it I dont remember the girls name that pierced my ear but she was really chill she wanted to help other people before she helped us and I really liked her if you ever go there I really hope that you get a good piercing because theyre really good at there job

I had my daughter ears pierced here a couple months ago and the store manager the short gal was awesome! She always has a smile on her face, always remembers us and makes an effort to reach out and say hello. We have been back many times to the store and always leave with way more then we needed and with smiles on our faces. They really know how to treat a customer and make Them come back over and over again! I tell all my girl fiends about them!

Quick piercing, quality nickel free peircing studs. The employees were even friendly and helpful. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is that the employee didnt tell us that our daughters ears werent sealed shut until after she repierced the first one.

I purchased a saint peter protect us medallion here about 5 years ago. I had 2 previously that claimed to be real gold purchased from other places and were fakes. Piercing pagodas 14k gold is real and it stands the test of time. 5 stars all the way

Went here to get my daughters ears pierced on her birthday ,wanted my id , said to verify my age , I’m 31 mind you and very much look my age but none the less I let him verify they he asked if my address was correct, I asked why that matter he said it asked to put it in his system, told him I didn’t want my address on file , and he said it requires it , you can easily not record the address or put NA in the address slot , I said I’m not ok with my address being recorded and he told me to take my business elsewhere, so I will ! And also warn others of your poor customer service skills , do not know the quality of their work as I was unable to proceed further with my experience, due to being directed to take my business elsewhere after questioning a legitimate question of why my address needed to be recorded DO NOT RECOMMEND SOLEY BECAUSE OF HOW I WAS TREATED !

My 5 year old got her ears pierced today. It was a wonderful experience. The worker was so kind and professional. Highly recommend!
