We had a great experience with my two daughters! Both the ladies piercing did a great job. Neither of my girls cried a single tear! Pricing and what was included in the service were a good value, and cute spaces with opportunities for photos. Definitely recommend!

I had the best experience with my 8-year-old! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. They triple checked the markings for her ear piercings before proceeding. We appreciated the numbing cream and hollow needle piercing method. It’s been a week since our appointment and her piercings look great. Five stars!!

My 7 year old had a great experience here with her first piercing. The staff were so kind and explained everything to her. They applied numbing cream prior to piercing and she barely felt anything. The whole process was so positive. I noticed that every child there was happy and excited afterwards, there wasn’t a single child crying or upset.

My daughter had an appointment, but she came down with an ear infection. When I tried to call and reschedule they would not answer the phone after calling several times. I also tried emailing and doing the contact form on the website with no response. I do not understand how you operate a business, but will not answer the phone to respond to a customer’s concern. They had no problem taking my deposit when I scheduled the appointment. This is concerning, so I will not be taking my child to a business who operates this way.

Very professional, quick and easy, just make sure to get an appointment first. Price was equal to or less than other shops we researched. My 5 year old daughter got her ears pierced and they are doing great and look great

Took my girl to get her ears pierced for Valentines and the experience we had was so great!!! She was treated so nicely and everything was explained to her in a way she could understand. She loves her new piercing. Will always recommend this shop! :)

I took all 4 of my girls to have their ears pierced here last August. I recommend them to anyone who will listen. The girls loved it and had such an awesome experience with great memories. Their ears healed beautifully and we have had no issues.

This place has so much potential! I was honestly expecting way more for the price. The 2 people behind the front desk did not seem like they belonged there but the 2 ladies who did my daughter’s lobe piercings were pleasant & informative. The grass photo wall is very cute but, other than that, there is nothing special about this place. The coupon for a free cotton candy was nice but the bag with just a qtip & little spray bottle deserves more attention. Again, so much potential, they should really run with this idea, go all out & set a vibe! Especially if we’re all paying $100 for a piercing!

Highly recommend. As a first time mom, I really wanted my 5 month old daughter to get her ears pierced but I was still a nervous wreck. So clearly I wanted the best experience for my daughter that we could possibly get.I don’t think I would’ve changed anything about the experience because everything was well explained, well done and the girls were very kind and gentle and QUICK! The quickness was super important because with a little one, you want the process done ASAP because they get antsy!Worth every pennyThanks guys!

Took our 2 month old in today to get her first piercing, process was smooth and the two piercers were very professional, in and out quick and her ears look great! Highly recommend if y’all need a place for the little ones !

After calling so many places to get my daughters ears pierced, I finally found the place. Pretty and pierced was completely professional and worked with my infant daughter (she was moving a lot!) in getting her ears pierced. Price was great too. I would come back again if I was to have another girl. Definitely would recommend!

My 6 year old decided she was finally ready to get her ears pierced, so we chose Pretty & Pierced because we knew we wanted a hollow needle piercing. We made the appointment and arrived 30 minutes ahead of time so they could apply the numbing cream. The staff were phenomenal and made my nervous girl comfortable and at ease. Once it was our turn they took us upstairs, they explained everything to both of us, and then pierced them in a flash. She was excited about the goodie bag and even more excited that they had earrings available in her fave color, purple! The experience couldnt have been better and well definitely be back if my other daughter ever decides to take the plunge. Highly recommend!

I took my 10 month old that moves a lot!!! The two young ladies that pierced my daughter’s ears were so patient and kind! Would definitely recommend to others!

I received my second lobe piercing here, and I do not regret it! My first piercing I received at Claire’s, I got with a gun, and it hurt more and healed worse. This second piercing I received at Pretty and Pierced with a needle. It was so much more painless and seems to be healing great. The ladies were so kind and helpful! Please go here if you need a piercing!!!!

Our 5 year old daughter was very well taken care of. We were in the Princess Room with two technicians. First a numbing cream was applied to her ear lobes for about 10 minutes. Then it was cleaned off and lobes sterilized. One technician made a tiny dot on both lobes, checking and double checking alignment and placement multiple times. Then the second technician did a visual placement check with one slight adjustment. Afterwards my husband and I were asked to look and confirm/approve placement. (So thankful for how much care they took in this process.) Next they showed my daughter the plastic clamps, explained what they’re for, and she got to touch them to make her feel more comfortable with what to expect. Last, the two technicians stood on both sides of my daughter, placed the clamps on her ear lobes, got the needles and earrings, softly counted 1-2-3 then pushed the needles and earrings through in unison, in about a half second it was done! Afterwards they gently cleared away the little bit of blood and placed the backs on the earrings while discussing care instructions. I wasn’t sure I got all that info so they let me know it’s all on their website under Care Info. Both technicians were very kind, calm, thorough, meticulous, knowledgeable, and had a gentle yet swift technique which provided a practically painless piercing! We are so grateful the experience was calm and positive. Y’all came highly recommended from multiple friends and I will certainly make sure to continue that recommendation. Thank you very much!

They are no longer located on the second floor. They are in the parking lot of the doll hospital towards the back. A few reasons I will not return. My toddler daughters piercing closed up and needed to be reopened so I googled for a place that didn’t use piercing guns and dealt with children. I don’t know if there is any other procedure but the young lady basically just pushed the earring through. They don’t offer any screw back earrings, only the butterfly push in type. Luckily I haven’t had any issues but maybe because she is older now and doesn’t grab at them. The place is very welcoming for children and decorated nicely but the piercing rooms are small closets with just a curtain covering it. I could hear conversations and a little baby crying her lungs out for a very long time, which obviously scares the kids right outside waiting their turn. I don’t know if the piercers work better in the dark but my god, I wanted to ask the lady if she needed me to use my phone flashlight to see. There was 1 or 2 warm lightbulbs on the lamp in the corner… Everyone was courteous my only complaint is that when we went to checkout I went to the front desk and the girls just kind of ignored us didn’t guide me in any way I was just standing there waiting, the other piercer apparently needed to charge her customers first so when I realized I moved to the side until our piercer could finally use the tablet and charge us. They could have easily noticed and told us the other customers were first and to wait. I left unimpressed.

Pretty and Pierced does the most magical, seamless & clean job of piercing. They are located on top of a cute coffee shop where we checked in, sipped our hot chocolate and coffee and waited for our appointment. Then they came down, let my daughter pick her earrings, and put numbing cream on her ear lobes. After 10 minutes to numb, they took us upstairs to a beautifully decorated, cozy room with the most amazing natural light.Two sweet girls introduced themselves and began to explain the process to us. They slowly and meticulously sanitized and prepped. And when it was time, quickly pierced my daughter’s ears. No tears. A goodie bag. And well explained after care instruction, and we were done!Such a well thought out and enjoyable way to get my daughter’s ears pierced for her sixth birthday. She felt so special and cared for! Thank you Pretty and Pierced…we will be telling everyone we know about your unique and amazing business! ♥️💎👂

We had such a wonderful experience here! Super cute atmosphere and quality service, my daughter didnt even shed a tear. They offer numbing cream, gun free piercing, jewelry, and an after care kit with a sweet little goody bag. Everything was beyond perfect and so memorable.

I took my six month old daughter to get her ears pierced in July. I had heard great things about this place, but was very underwhelmed. I had been to this building before so I wasn’t expecting anything glamorous, but the room where the piercing took place had no A/C. I was only given one option for earrings which happened to fall out a day later. My daughter also bled way more than I anticipated (could be normal). For the price I was expecting a nicer set up and more options to choose from. I ended up having to get my daughter other earrings so the holes wouldn’t close. The ladies were very nice and knew what they were doing, the place and experience was a let down. A paper certificate and basic water for healing purposes looked like I printed it at home 🤷🏻‍♀️

Such and amazing experience. I highly recommend pretty and pierced for your little ones. I love that it was clean and such an easy experience. They made sure my daughter’s piercings were aligned properly and did them at the same time.

I knew I should have trusted my gut reading three reviews about this business being operated by higjschoolers. We had a 3pm appointment for our 3 month old daughter to get her ears pierced. We got there and checked in. Three of the employees were talking out loud saying “I don’t want to pierce the 3 months ears” and “I just want to go home”. This was absolutely unacceptable for a business and to have their employees behave in this manner. After hearing that, I did not want to proceed and asked to speak to the manager about what just occurred. Jennifer who stated she was the manager told us well if you’re looking for somewhere around here, I just want you to know that there’s not many places who pierce infants ears…. Well that’s fine, I will find somewhere else to conduct my business. Anywhere but here. Extremely unprofessional, operated by what seems like highschoolers. They did give me a refund on the deposit. We were referred by our pediatrician to come here, I will definitely tell my doctor to stop referring here since they seem to not have confidence in piercing an infants ears. Please go somewhere else- should have stuck with my first choice Rowan- where they hire licensed nurses to do the piercings. 0 stars if I could.

We had a wonderful experience getting our daughters ears pierced here! She was 7 months old and we were nervous! But this staff was so professional and sweet to my little girl. We recommend this place to all of our friends, 2 of which have followed through and gotten their daughters ears pierced here too!

Overall it was a great experience, I read and did my research to make sure I found the safest method to pierce my daughters ears. She was 9 weeks old and was up to date with her vaccines in order to be able to get them done.Appointment was easy and self explanatory to complete online.The staff was knowledgeable and very patient with my wiggle worm.We did receive a keepsake Polaroid and aftercare kit.They explained everything in detail, answered all our concerns and made sure we approved of the marking prior to them piercing.They are directly above the coffee shop and you can enter through the side or walk through the call shop itself. The iced American is pretty good by the way ;)

Definitely come here for infant piercings!! They did such a wonderful job with our little 3 month old and this is her not too long afterward. The piercings healed up nicely and the jewelry is top quality.

They pierced my septum back in august, the service was wonderful! They answered any questions i had. The place and people gave off a very positive energy and were very nice!

I took my 3 month old there to get her lobes pierced. There were 2 people in the room, one who was giving the directions and the other that was marking the placement of the earrings. The one who did the talking had very little patience and was dry. She was rude. Not recommended for someone in the room with babies. Whatever that was going on with her, she carried it on her face. Once the piercing was over I asked if I can get cotton balls to wipe her ears, she replied with an attitude that she will do it. That is why she is there. But if that was the case, then I wouldnt have to ask for cotton pads to clean it right? The one who did mark the placement of the earrings was very sweet and kind. Just FYI, you cant take your own earrings and the ones they provide have a butterfly back. Before going I did call twice for questions, I never did get a call back. I went there because of the reviews. The salty one still didnt ruin the day, just so you know what you might expect when taking your baby.

Decided to take my baby to this place due to all the 5 star reviews. The experience was good but we noticed the same day that the piercing were off, they were not even at all. We contacted them the next day and sent us a message that they will go ahead and re pierce her ears after 10 days once her ear hole closed back up, after that message we haven’t got no response as to when we can reschedule or replied to our messages or calls. Not professional at all from them say they are going to do something and then ignore you and not follow up with you anymore. So much for them fixing their mistake!

It’s been about a year since we’ve seen Pretty and Pierced, I’ve realized I never posted my review! We took my (then) 4 year old to get her first ear piercings after she had begged us for close to 6 months for them! The website was very thorough in explanation and scheduling an appointment was so easy. At location, we waited in the cutest little coffee shop that had all sorts of table games to keep us occupied. We loved that the piercers came down, introduced themselves to us and got familiar with our daughter, it really eased any nervousness she might have felt. They let her pick out what studs she wanted and applied a topical numbing cream (which was amazing that they used!). Upstairs the salon was clean, organized and the piercers were so fun and friendly! They really made my daughter feel like a princess. The best part? NO TEARS when it came to the actual piercings! None whatsoever! They were so efficient and gentle with her. She still, a year later, is obsessed with her earrings and loves showing them off whenever possible. We also love that they took a Polaroid photo of her for us to keep — it’s my husband’s favorite photo that he keeps on the dash of his car! Such a personal touch that made it more than “just an ear piercing”.

I dont understand why everyone raves about them honestly. They take you upstairs to an okay looking room that has a window unit in it, tell you about the process and what to do for your baby, pierce them, send you on your way with saline solution and a qtip in a little bag.The price is crazy high PLUS tip for that. I know for any of my future littles id rather go to a tattoo shop or claires (got mine there 2x no issues. As a baby and in 2008).Otherwise, the two girls who pierced her were super adorable and sweet! I was surprised that they are piercers. Im a little disappointed that one of the ears is pierced crooked so studs scrape her neck, but one if mine is like that too so i guess like mother like daughter. We just dont get to wear studs haha.

They were very accommodating and very nice throughout the experience! Though I will say my expectations were a bit different than what we received, I was expecting a full on princess experience the location was a little worn down but still cute.(in a coffee shop) The biggest shock were the piercers, they were dressed in all black emo/goth style clothing. I respect their personal clothing choices but, it was definitely different from what I was expecting as I was expecting a more fully girly princess experience. Would still chose over Claire’s piercing gun and a tattoo shop but, just putting it out there so other mama’s know what to expect. :)

We brought our 10 year old daughter in for her first ear piercing as a birthday gift and we were SO pleased with the absolutely royal treatment we were given! Especially since they opened up special on Christmas Eve for a few clients who really wanted to get in! We were very impressed with the care and hygienic way things were done. I was also impressed with the thorough explanations of the procedure and aftercare instructions. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to get their child’s ears pierced safely and properly! The communication was phenomenal. They both emailed and called to give comprehensive directions to the shop. Truly a great little piercing studio!

I came in to get my daughter’s ears pierced and could not be happier. The young ladies in there really made it such an easy process. Ava the young lady who pierced my daughter’s ears was so professional and just a delight.

Took my 3 month old baby girl at the time, last year...I was very nervous. I have 2 boys so this was my first experience with piercing any child of mine ears. But they were very professional, clean and fast! Of course my baby cried but they were quick so she didnt cry long and didnt have to endure each ear getting pierced at 2 separate times. They did both at the same time. She kept her pretty purple earings in for a while but never any infection or any issues. Would highly recommend any mother to take their little ones here!

We love this place and I recommend it every chance I get. I have now gotten both my daughters ears done here. They were both done at 5 months old. I love how great the piercers are with babies. Ill probably be back to get my own ear redone.

We LOVED that it is appointment only - We planned a special mommy daughter day around the entire appointment. My daughter has waited a long time to get her ears pierced because she didn’t want to have a painful experience, when we found out that Pretty & Pierced does numbing of the ears and needle piercing, she was super excited. I am so happy I picked this location to get my daughters ears pierced!! Traditional ear piercing with no piercing guns involved. The girls were so sweet and patient with my 6 month old. The whole process took 20 minutes. Very clean and the room was adorable!

I’d been wanting to get my 7 month old daughters ears pierced but was unsure of where to go because I wanted it done right and safely. A friend of mine recommended Pretty and Pierced and I’m so glad she did! Kayla and her team are very professional, do not use those awful piercing guns, and most importantly are very clean! They gave me a lot of information on aftercare and gave me four rubber backs in case one happens to come off and then informed me of their comprehensive care meaning I can go to them, day or night, for help with the piercings. I am so glad I decided to get my daughters ears done here and I highly recommend them!

Simply Spectacular! I have been promising my daughter that we would get her ears pierced for almost 3 years. I definitely wanted to take her to a professional piercer rather than some random teenager at the mall. Who knew professionals who pierce kids are so difficult to find?? And then one day last week, the clouds cleared, and a shiny pink glimmering studio appeared. Pretty and Pierced.These ladies have created the perfect blend of princess and punk rock. They are highly professional, knowledgeable, gentle, funny, and their studio is on point! My daughter (11 years old) felt perfectly comfortable at Pretty and Pierced. They explained every step of the process, made her feel confident, cared for, and pretty badass for an 11-year-old. Everything I could possibly ask for. I would highly recommend Pretty and Pierced to anyone looking for a piercing studio that is kid, tween, teen, and parent friendly. And the coffeehouse downstairs is pretty amazing too!

Our first visit, was amazing. The girls there totally know what they are doing & they are super friendly. Today, my daughter’s earring fell out while she was asleep. I called up there with the card they provided at the end of the first visit & left a message. Got a call back the same day & we were able to go there the same day. Super fast & super sweet like always. I highly recommend them!!

They supply you with everything you need for aftercare for a healthy healing, give you a my first ear piercing certificate and take a picture of you and your child for keepsake. My 3 year old was begging to get her ears pierced but I did not want to have them done with a piercing gun. That’s when I found Pretty and Pierced. They are the kindest people and were so good with my daughter. She had no irritation, no redness, and has never been bothered by them. They offer the best jewelry and everything is sanitized. We live an hour away and we were able to make a whole day of it cotton candy, shopping, coffee, lunch, a very special day we won’t forget. Thank you pretty and pierced!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! My daughter had her ears re-pierced here after a failed attempt with piercing guns a few years ago. They made the experience fun and painless. Pretty and Pierced went above and beyond with follow-up care a week later, and have stayed on top of our concerns. They not only do a great job, they really care!

Highly recommend. I knew that I wanted my daughters ears pierced before she was old enough to notice and mess with them. The problem came with finding a place that would use quality jewelry along with an educated piercer that would use a needle rather than a gun. Thankfully I found Pretty and Pierced. They are providing a service that no one else does. Everything was explained clearly, along with a care package for us to use after. My daughters ears were never red and never seemed to cause any pain. Two weeks in and they already appeared to be healed. She now has had them done for over a month with zero issues.

We took our three month old daughter here. We loved the quality of the piercing. One ear was pierced uneven. I thought the dot looked uneven and was told they would pierce lower however I felt it was still pierced on the dot too high. I will however take responsibility for not making them re mark it so I knew it was the placement I wanted. I texted about her getting it re done and received a phone call in response and said they would text a date for her to come in to re pierce her one ear and to take the earring out. I never have received a response. It’s been a couple of weeks and I’ve reached out at least 3 times with no communication in return. Disappointing that you pay for a nice quality ear piercing and the communication is lacking through this business. The quality of the piercing is probably the best experience I’ve had with my daughters one ear healing so quickly as my older daughter has had hers done twice with a gun and they were not well in healing at all and ended up needing to be taken out. Recommend for a nice ear piercing however make sure you don’t need to communicate after the fact because I haven’t had much luck receiving a response to get her ear re done so I will most likely have to go pay to get it pierced somewhere else since my messages still have not been returned and we have pictures soon.

Kayla made our 6 year old so comfortable for her ear piercing. I was so happy to find a shop that I knew would have a safe, sterile needle piercing for her ears and would use titanium earrings to negate any metal allergies that might pop up. It’s been a few weeks now and after the initial swelling (as expected) we have had no issues at all. Kayla explained what to expect and how to care for the piercings after and, without any irritation my daughter’s earrings look perfect. I always recommend Pretty and Pierced to anyone I know who is looking at getting their or their daughter’s ears pierced.

Absolutely loved this little shop! I first picked this place because they do not use the peircing guns but instead use needles. They were so informative and calm. They made my daughter feel comfortable and relaxed. Their pricing was also very reasonable.

Highly recommend this fantastic studio for no-pain ear piercings! The whole experience was great from beginning to end. I even sent a follow up question 6 weeks later when we were going to change earrings out for the first time and got a quick reply back. SO far superior to a gun piercing and a great alternative to a tattoo shop atmosphere for a safer piercing. They fill this niche perfectly!

My soon to be four year old chose to get her ears pierced and so glad we picked Pretty and Pierced to go to. It was super fast and pain free. My daughter is over the moon about her pretty pink earrings and the unicorn goody bag was an added bonus. Would highly recommend for first earrings or other piercings too.

10 outta 10 would recommend to anyone!We had a great experience here. My daughter will be 4 soon, she begged for a month to get her ears pierced. When I found this place on Facebook I knew it was where I wanted to take her. Her earrings and backs are still good and in place with her very active life. Shes very happy with them, will even tell random people that her ears are pierced and shows off her pretty pink earrings.They even offer numbing gell which is probably what saved the day with my little one. Just go! Book that appointment and be happy that you or your little one are in good hands.

After two boys, I couldn’t wait to pierce my daughter’s ears. However, searching for an appropriate place to bring a baby for needle piercing proved difficult until I found Kayla at Pretty and Pierced! The location caters to young girls and we had such a positive experience! Highly recommend to moms!

I definitely recommend! They pierced our 3 year olds ears and the holes are doing so great just 5 days in! Unfortunately the little one lost an earring tonight. The jewelry is the perfect size and has cause no irritation so far. They thoroughly explained all of the steps before they did them and had a cute little goodie bag for the newly pierced pretty girl. They were kind and the shop was very clean. Would use again.

We had a nice first ear piercing for our three year old today. They applied numbing cream (not sure if it worked) despite the quick pain she is so happy with them and so are we. The family and staff were kind and understanding of kiddos concerns. Clean shop above gorgeous coffee business. I do recommend for true professional, needle piercing, with titanium jewelry, great eye for detail.

IF YOU DON’T WANT TO READ THIS WHOLE REVIEW DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE TO GET YOUR KIDS EARS PIERCED!I would not recommend anyone bring their baby here for piercing! We made an appointment for 1:30 pm on Saturday and we arrived about 5 minutes after our appointment time. We had a very difficult time finding the actual location as it’s above a coffee shop with a 5x7 sign in the coffee shop with a number to TEXT! Finally, someone comes down to have us sign a waiver and tell us to have a seat in the coffee shop. After looking around and seeing about 6 other people waiting we ask when it will be our turn. The lady says that they are “giving everyone a quality experience and sometimes that takes time”. I then blatantly ask if we have time to go eat or something as we are there with 2 kids and a 5 month old (the one coming for the piercing). She then replies “okay”. About an HOUR AND A HALF after our appointment time my husband goes upstairs to ask when we will have our appointment. The “manager” replies that it will be soon and then asks “do you want to get her ears pierced today or not?!” Truthfully, we would have done better walking away at this point because the experience only got worse from there!When we finally get up there the tech tells me that they can EITHER allow me to nurse her while they do 1 ear at a time or I can hold her down and let them do both ears at the same time! This was completely different from what I was told would happen and I NEVER would have driven 45 minutes to come get my daughter’s ears pierced here had I known this. I reluctantly opt for piercing both at the same time in order to alleviate as much discomfort for her as possible. They then proceed to pierce her ears and one tech can’t get the backing in which delayed me nursing her right after. At that point I also look down and realize that THEY USED THE WRONG EARRINGS to do it! They used earrings someone else chose because they didn’t verify who they were actually piercing before doing it!! They themselves said “that was the wrong person”! They then offered to switch them out, but of course that would inflict more pain on my crying 5 month old baby, so I decided to stick with the earrings I didn’t want.At the end my husband and I attempted to voice our concerns about the entire experience. One tech listened and was open to hearing while the “manager” walked out of the room.Long story VERY short, I regret getting my only daughter’s ears pierced here! They robbed me of an experience and I wouldn’t recommend anyone bring their baby here. I can’t speak to how they handle older children, but they have horrible customer service.I’m open to speaking to an ACTUAL manager/business owner if someone would provide me a phone number to call, but that has yet to happen.

Great experience they make you feel welcome and inform you very well on how to take care of your babies ears! If you have a child that youre considering on getting their ears pierced this is definitely the place to go!

I was very impressed with their service. They took time with my daughter to make sure she knew what was happening and was comfortable. My daughters ears healed very quickly, without any issues. Very professional. Their after care options are top notch if you need it! I would definitely recommend!

My four year old has been begging to have her ears pierced. I was so excited when I saw a Facebook add for Pretty and Pierced. Our appointment was today and we could not be happier with the results! The girls made my daughter feel so comfortable! Everyone was extremely professional and answered all questions! My daughter cannot stop talking about how excited she is now thay she has her beautiful new earrings! We will definitely be returning for all piercings in the future.

I contacted Pretty and Pierced to make an appointment for myself to have my second ear piercings done but I didn’t get off from work until 5 and they were booked after that. She said no problem, come on in around 5:45 and we’ll work you in! So I showed up and Kayla and her team were AWESOME! So kind and informative. She told me every step of the way exactly what she was doing and what would happen next in great detail. The shop is clean... she even replaced a glove that she had barely even put on her hand! I also had my cartilage pierced while I was there, on a whim. They never made me feel like I was taking extra time or like I was an inconvenience. Kayla said she is known for her cartilage piercings because they don’t cause a bump, and I can definitely attest to that! It is so true!!Suffice it to say, I will be going back for my third earlobe piercing and taking my niece in for her first piercings, as well. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

Overall piercing experience was great. Had concerns with the earring backs but was reassured by staff that we wouldn’t have an issue, so we went ahead and pierced them. My momma intuition knew better, should have trusted my gut.My kiddo pulled out and lost an earring two days later. By the time I was able to get another earring (within 3 hours) in the hole it was too late to try and save her piercing from closing as it was causing my girl too much pain to reinsert the earring. :( We will repierce in a few years and with earrings with screw backs to avoid going through this again.

I HIGHLY recommend Pretty and Pierced!! I took my very high anxiety 8 year old here to get her ears pierced after two failed attempts elsewhere. The amazing ladies had her fears eased in no time and she was finally able to get her ears pierced! They fully explained everything to both mt daughter and myself. I was so very happy to find a place that did not use a piercing gun that wasnt also a tattoo/piercing place! Ill be going there for any piercings from now on. ❤

Excellent experience. Recommend if you have young girls. Fun and friendly environment. My girls played giant checkers and had a pastry before getting pierced by a caring professional. My girls are Ages 3 & 7.

Yall dont take your kids anywhere else to get their ears pierced.After a failed attempt from Claires and 4 months of discomfort for our 4 year old, I was shocked when she told me she wanted to try to get her ears pieced again. The second time around I did my research because she deserved better than what I gave her the first time which is when found Pretty and Pierced. The day after she was pierced by Pretty and Pierced she kept asking Are my ears still pieced? Are my ears still pierced? Its because there was NO pain. This is from a little girl who went through 4 months of being in pain the first time she was pierced. Pretty and Pierced is inexpensive, they shower your kids in gifts, they are overly accommodating to the kids and parents. Dont take your kids anywhere else.

We had our 10 month old’s ears pierced here. We had a great experience. The place is super clean and professional and the staff was very sweet.Do yourself a favor, they give you rubber backs for the earrings to change out if you want to after a few days. We did because I find that they stay better and don’t get caught in carseat seatbelts, shirts and such. Plus with tiny ears, I think the rubber backs are more comfortable if you have a little side sleeper.We used all the after care spray (about 4 times per day) and checked the backs every night before bed. Never had an issue, she never messed with them, there was no bleeding or even redness, we are a month out and they are healing perfectly.This is the perfect place to get little one’s ears pierced the proper way, with a professional piercing needle. I recommend them 100%!!!

I was hesitant on getting my 5 month old daughter her ear pierced due to them not having screw backs! My mother in law even stepped in stating the same issue also but I’m went ahead with getting them pierced since I was reassured several times the backs would stay. We weren’t home 5 minutes when one back came off, luckily I found the stud post and was able to put it back in. Now today 3 days since piercing the other back of the other earring came off! The piercing was great but I recommend pass on get it done with younger children unless they provide screw back earrings. Payment wasn’t worth it to just loose earrings.

Took our baby girl today they were amazing our daughter is 4 months. They are so nice and sweet cute little place. There are stairs you will need to go up to get to from the Cafe building. I loved it so quick and caring. Thank you girls!!! 😊 it was an amazing experience for me n our little one. A bit painful but she got over it shortly.

We’ve worked with this company for both of our girls. The first time we had a great experience, unfortunately it ended there. Nobody would return my emails or messages to book the second session I prepaid for. We did end up getting her ears pierced, but only because I took my daughter and they happened to be there. The company never got back with me on booking. Currently, my daughter pulled an earring out and I have one of my own earrings holding its place. I’ve been trying to reach the company since Sunday about getting replacement earrings with only one response on Instagram requesting me to email them. Which I have twice with no response. I’m so disappointed in the lack of follow through with this company. It could be such a great experience instead of a hassle.

I have always had issues with piercings and other than my earrings from when I was a baby these have lasted the longest. Your comprehensive after care is to thank. Wonderful!! Clean and great environment. Kayla went over al the care instructions very thoroughly and made sure I knew how to clean my piercings before I left. They made my 4 year old feel like a princess even though I was the one getting pierced.

Awesome staff! 5 stars for going above and beyond! My daughter had her ears pierced previously and they were very uneven and low on the lobe. P&P saw they needed help and exceeded our expectations, B walked out with lovely even holes (1st &2nd!) and beautiful jewelry. We will be back!!

We went to Pretty and Pierced today for my 5-year old daughter. SHE LOVED IT! It was above and beyond expectations in all honesty. We got there early and they numbed her ears, had her choose her earrings, and let us sit for 30 minutes. When they were ready for us we went upstairs and my daughter was just in awe of the room (coupled with a tad bit of nervousness that’s to be expected). They told her what they were going to do as I filled out a short consent form and my husband listened to them. Once that was done they marked her ears. Checked her ears. Erased one. Marked again. Checked. Erased the same one. Checked again. Had another employee check. Had us check. Then they showed her the holders, let her feel what they would feel like on her finger, and then put them on her ears. They told her they were about to do it and counted down from 3 and pierced both simultaneously. She cried and said it hurt but the minute she saw her ears in the mirror she cracked a smile and was SO excited! They sanitized everything the entire way. Gloves, masks (‘cause covid still), and I felt super comfortable the whole way! She got her certificate and photos done. She keeps saying “I’m so proud of myself!” We’re back home and the first thing she wanted to do was hang her certificate! I HIGHLY recommend Pretty and Pierced! We have 2 friends and 1 family member already booking for their daughter’s!

Customer service was unfortunately bad. Expected more however the lady at the front desk was not kind or helpful.

Kayla did a great job explaining everything in detail and my daughter wasn’t scared one bit! We have not had a single issue with infections or pain. When we changed out her earrings after the healing time had passed,, she had a reaction, I asked Kayla about it and she wrote me right back with exactly what to do! Would definitely recommend this place! 💕

We took our 6 year old daughter who was very nervous. The staff was amazing! They were so kind and gentle with her! She got a goodie bag, certificate and photo at the end! They were very diligent with being sterile and clean throughout. I highly recommend these guys and gals for your littles.

We would highly recommend Pretty and Pierced - Old Town Spring! Clean, professional, vey detailed and piercing specialists. Everything was sterile, 1 time use, needles vs a gun, titanium earrings, no turning needed, no alcohol recommended to clean and no pain! Plus you wait in a cute coffee bar in old town spring with great drinks. We researched many options for the best including medical facilities, tattoo parlors and mall/shopping center places but Pretty and Pierced is the best by far for any age!!! It’s worth the drive and a couple extra dollars to know that it is done correctly, they care and will be there for any questions or concerns after.

Highly recommend Pretty and Pierced for littles, or anyone really! They provide a ton of information about the procedure and use the best and safest practices for piercings. My 5 year old was thrilled that it didn’t hurt and they look beautiful this morning with no swelling or redness, and no pain. Great place to get your daughters ears pierced. They are great with the girls and my daughter didn’t realized they had pierced them if that tells you anything about how smooth they are in doing their jobs. Highly recommend.

Shady AF!!! I left a HONEST review on their Facebook and it was deleted and I am blocked! Please use caution before choosing this company to pierce you or your loved ones!!!I have pics of my review, and of all the issues I was having after being improperly pierced! I had my helix done, upper ear. It was done with a standard earring, and crooked, she mentioned she did it crooked on purpose but little did I know how many issues it would cause. My hair is constantly getting caught in the earring, even since stretching the hole and getting the proper flat back earring. It had major keloids forming due to being done incorrectly. It was pierced the first week of Sept, it’s now 12-15 and it’s still far from healing and painful to the touch. Please choose another place of business for any of your piercing wants!

They are amazing!!! Made my little girl feel special and comfortable all at same time! Great atmosphere even included my son in the fun even though he didnt get any thing done.

Best place ever!!! Literally made me and my baby feel so at ease. You can tell they know what they are doing and care about the quality of the piercing.

They were so good with my daughter. She loved the experience.

So the hours state that they close at 6. We get here around 4:59 and we’re told we need an appointment. She tells me that they’re not accepting anymore clients for the day, and it’s not even 6 yet, mind you the ear piercer was just sitting at the espresso bar. Change the hours and state that an appointment is needed so people don’t waste their time.

We had an issue with our piercing and wanted to ask questions/discuss concerns however this was challenging/nonexistent with the companys communication system which only allows for messaging via email or IG/Facebook messenger. The girls reassured that if we have any problems to contact them. Their website states states they will get back to you within 24 hours. We got one response back however we had follow up questions and did not receive any response at all. There is no other way to contact them that we can see from their webpage. This likely is not an issue if there one does not experience problems/questions. However if you are to use this establishment my advice would be to clarify if you do have problems to clarify with them exactly how to communicate with them. Especially if you have more than one question. Based on this it was not a good experience for us.
