I was very nervous to Pierce my ears but miss Sheila the counter manager she was very knowledgeable and kind and sweet, She took my fear away and make My anxiety disappear And she promised me that Im going to be very comfortable and happy With the result, and I sure did. It was a great experience and I will be referring all my folks to her.

I took my 7 year old granddaughter to get her ears pierced at Banter. They ensured for her age she only had 14 kt gold! She picked out her style. It was so fast and almost pain free. They made sure her mom understood how to clean and rotate the earrings! They were super nice and friendly! Ask for Sheila she was the best! Overall my granddaughters experience was so terrific shes trying to convince us she needs a second set!

Mr. E is a wonderful person. Took very good of my daughter. Very professional. From the moment we got there he was very friendly and attentive. We werent shopping for anything today just looking. We had been looking around to get her ears pierced. I am very picky when it comes to places. I would totally recommend it here. He took the time, was very thorough explaining everything, and clean when preparing for the piercing. He sterilized everything from work space to the actual chair my daughter sat at. Alicia and Marcos pierced both of my daughters ears today, after reading the reviews of this location yesterday. I was very impressed with the care and attention they both went to to make sure my girls were comfortable and their earrings evenly placed. They were both so knowledgeable about the process and after care and made us all feel so at ease. I am glad I came here and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this kiosk to a friend or family member, or even myself in the future.

The Woodlands mall, lower floor, near Dillards, Sephora, and coach.We came here December 2023 to have piercing redone and buy new earrings. Wow, what a great experience. Went to get my nose pierced after many years of wanting it done. I was a bit apprehensive.The manager was very professional and put me at ease. Made sure that everything was sterile and explained the process and how to take care of my piercing. The process was so rewarding to me I only am sad that I have only one nose. Sheila is the best. Thank you. I will be back.

So I decided to have a new ear piercing above my current one to secure a heavier earring. With so many options, I chose to stop by the Banter kiosk. I met Sheila and she explained the procedure. She was amazing! I am so happy with the results.

From start to end, Sheila was so helpful! She helped me choose the perfect shape and size for my second piercing while keeping in mind what I liked. I knew I could trust her with my piercing, she marked my ears and told me to look, i knew i didn’t need to because she was so careful measuring them and gave me knowledge on how far to have them from my first piercing. But she did tell me to check just in case and so I did and they were perfect spacing. She even asked if she should count down or just do it, i told her to just do it cause i was nervous but it really wasn’t bad! She made the process so easy and made me feel so comfortable, I will definitely be back for my third piercing! She is so sweet!

Lindsey is kind and patient, very helpful and has one good taste if you are ever trying to get her opinion.

My kid was so nervous but wanted earrings the young lady that pierced her ear was so patient and sweet it literally took 30min or more just to pierce my daughter ears. I would recommend this place.

Im great experience with changing out my foward helix piercing. She was so patient and careful.

I bought a pair of earrings from here and returned them the next day for a different pair. Those broke while trying to put them on. The first pair were $20 dollars, second pair were $30 so I paid $10 extra. I tried to exchange that pair for a different one but the sales girl said I could only get $10 back because I paid $10 extra even tho I actually paid $30 for the second pair. Who does this kind of business practice? Nobody. When I was first buying these products she was super nice but when exchanging she was not. Typical. I had been a repeat customer until now. This business is obviously crooked so I will not do business with them again. There loss.

Great experience, they explained how to maintain it regularly in an easy enough way for my kid to understand. My kid also didnt cry or even feel scared and she loved the earring selections that they offered. I would recommend for all ages.

Just went with a family member to get their ears pierced and Sheila was amazing. She made sure everything was sanitary and talked them through the whole process. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this place.

Ive been shopping here for years. I even got my ears pierced here, second and cartilage at the same time. Marcos was great, his personality alone made the experience fun. I did the plated gold pink stars, was a little upset when the star broke off in my sleep just 2 weeks after getting it done. But Marcos & Elly were able to reprint my receipt (I had the email receipt only and showed them the copy in my email). I continued to shop here for months after. I brought a few rings, earrings, bracelet necklace and a pendant, all gold. Even though I prefer silver, because Marcos, Elly, and Alishia encourage me too, (mostly because gold is more expensive, and they have to make their sales. but they made me fall in love with each piece) I did get a few white gold items but this place I will admit sucks because they really only sale yellow gold and size 7 rings. (which I dont recommend if youre not a size 7 since they dont even do resizing here) Anyway the real reason I am giving them 1 star, not because the new manager clearly doesnt know what she doing, its not the fact that everyone I came to like at this location was fired or quit due to company dynamics, its because on black Friday while I was looking for Christmas gift, Alishia was helping me, a lady came to return her bracelet that had broken and only had her email recite like I normally do. The district manager straight up lied to her saying only paper recites can do a return or exchange. Which I know is a lie not only because of how Ive exchanged broken items or gifts that didnt make the cut, but E the old manager told me this company is trying to switch to email recites only to save on money and paper. I ended up not buying anything that day. A company who undermines, lies, devices, and outright treats their coasters like they are beneath them like this district manager did to this lady is not a place I want to support. Its clear this location only cares about the money, not the customers. This place has really changed over the years Ive shopped here. I exchanged numbers with that lady that day and she agreed, she even went back with the proof I gave her, and they said they couldnt help her because the district manager was already out for blood trying to fire them. i did put off posting this for a time because I dont like conflict, but my sister the wise one in the family agrees people should know so they can get the right recite if their jewelry breaks, lets just hope they dont change the rule to email recites only for return, exchange, and warranty. Marcos did my four year old daughters love piercing and was so patient and explained everything to her. My daughter was very excited but was shocked after that first. He handled it very well. Highly suggest

Marcos was very friendly and polite with me and my son, did a great job keeping my son calm while he got his piercing. Would definitely recommend coming here and asking for Marcos. If I wasnt from out of state, I would be returning just because of him.

My granddaughter was finally ready to get her ears pierced today. My daughter spent $100 on a pair of earrings that were 14k gold (I’m sure plated) because of an allergic event she had this year. Within hours, the decorative piece fell off and could not be found, so the rest of the earring fell out too. Lost forever. Quality was very poor. The store was completely unsympathetic and unapologetic about the mishap and would only replace 1 earring of a different color because they were out of the original. Mom and daughter were in tears. A terrible experience for both, with no resolution. I would not recommend this product since it fell apart quickly and the shop would not help.

E was amazing!! He helped me and softball team get really cute ear piercings!! He was the best! He explained all the cleaning steps and he was very thorough when cleaning and piercing our ears. He was really great with all of us! I would totally recommend him and Banter by piercing pagoda to my friends or family.

We took our 7 month old baby to get her ears pierced today and they did a great job, they were so patient and made the entire process very easy for us. They also explained the after care process in detail which was really important for us to know. The infant earring selection had some very nice options to choose from! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience shopping at Banter and even got two new ear piercings. The process was very quick, easy, and painless. My piercer sanitized the surroundings and sanitized her hands before and after putting on gloves which is appreciated. Great prices on 14K gold ear rings, nose rings, and belly rings. When we walked up we were welcomed by a VERY sweet gentleman and he was very gentle and kind with my daughter, BUT after a few weeks we come back because my daughters piercing is inside her ear. We were again welcomed by a sweet lady and we told her about it. She informed us that he was never supposed to peirce her with that earing because it was far to small for her and we had to replace it.🤦‍♀️ He discounted us for his mistake and they were overall very sweet so they are still pretty good to go to if you are looking for some budget friendly piercings!
