Late Nite Tattoos

So I just got my first tattoos and this was the shop where I got the done at.Two days ago on Sunday evening(around 9:40-50) I called them twice. One to confirm if they can confirm do a walk-in with me and the second was to tell them what I had wanted to do. (My mom’s signature and birthdate, it’s supposed to be me and my sister matching sibling tattoo.) I had talked to a lady on the phone, I was trying to be polite because for some reason I was kinda nervous to say what I wanted at first that’s why there were two calls and I felt like I was bothering them since they could’ve been busy. But she was very chill and answered my questions without sounding irritated. She also told me that if I can be here before 11 it’s doable. I live about 20 mins away and made it to the shop around 10:25ish.When I walked into the shop I saw the lady from the phone and another man watching a movie. (It was The Covenant starring Jake Gyllenhaal. Personally the movie is okay lol but it didn’t bother me cause I’m already liking the vibes from this place.) Me and sister greeted her and we proceeded with the paper work and me emailing her what I wanted to do, I used a picture of my sisters tattoo since we’re gonna match.I was checking out the really dope artwork on the walls and counter. I also saw a “You Get What You Get Tattoo” ball machine, as well as a piercing ball machine too. Running off my intrusive decisions I told my sister we should get another tattoo together so we can have a cute little tattoo moment. She agreed and we got 4 tattoos and from the options we had, I got a small mushroom and she got an outline of some mountains. We both really liked what we got so we continued on with getting them done. She also decided to get a tongue piercing as well since she’s been wanting one. She said it was $50 a reasonable price.Once we finished getting our tattoos and my sisters tongue pierced we went to the counter to pay. She gave me a total of $180 and my sister $160. I was kinda throwed off because that was way more than I wanted to pay but me and my sister still both payed in cash. We left the shop around 11:05-10ish really happy with what we had gotten.It had only just dawned on me that we got overpriced for the work because of the people who slid up on my story since I showed off my tattoo to friends. They told me how dope the tats were and asked how much I payed, when I told them my experience and what I payed they were shocked at the price. They told me what their prices were for their tats and the difference in contrast of costs from my tatts and theirs weren’t lining up. I started to see what happened and I felt played. I was definitely really happy with my tattoos but Ig I was too oblivious at the time to see what was happening.My sister had her tats in 2020 (not the same shop) and she had an arm sleeve tattoo of 4 Harry Potter wands, each resembling a passed loved one with their names and date. That tattoo cost her $420 and her second tattoo is our mom’s signature on her ribcage and that was $60 all in a span of 8-9 hours. I spoke to her about the price from when we got tats together and she was upset at herself for not catching them overpricing us.Overall I really liked my experience and I was trying to actually add more too my patch work but they haven’t been answering my calls yesterday (Tuesday) and today (Wednesday) to set and appointment. But I gave up on them and I am currently talking to two other artists. One is from a friend and one is actually my barber (who I just recently found out was a tattoo artist).Overall my experience was really good, the artist who did my tattoos was very chill and she answered all my questions. She gave me advice to breathe and relax. Which I thought was very helpful. I didn’t talk much during the tattoo session, i was listening to music in to help distract from the pain. Very cool place, nice atmosphere, price idk…Here are some pics from the night I gotten them done.I also used a picture of my sister’s tattoo to reference what I had sent them.And then an update photo.

Jay had amazing hospitality from the moment I walked in and Chantel’s artwork is amazing!!! Everyone is awesome would definitely recommend this place weather you have tattoos or are getting one for the first time!

I totally blanked on her name but I had a lady tattoo me. She was so good and did it in a very timely manner. I have 3 tattoos now and compared to the others she was the most light handed and everyone says the tattoo she did is the best looking one. I will 100% be coming back to get another tattoo done from her. I chose a very detailed tattoo and she made sure to get every little detail.

Went to this shop recommended by my son and DIL for a tattoo for my son that passed away. My son and I got matching tattoos and I loved the vibe everyone was nice and Chante gave us options and was awesome her work is great. I will definitely be back.My tattoo is currently wrapped or I would post will post when wrap comes off.I would recommend this shop for your next tattoo!!

We picked this shop last minute because they were the only one on the area that was open, and the pictures of their work looked great. This was a great experience. They made the placement that I wanted work well and the artist was very kind. Today is Fathers Day. Tomorrow is my birthday. We lost my dad very unexpectedly on 4/1. I am very happy with the work I had done.

Got my Tragus pierced, the first time the girl did it she pierced it super close to my face (Not where the dot was). She was nice and said I’ll take it out and redo it, she made a new dot but still pierced it basically in the same spot as the previous time! I was like Wth in my head of course I’m not a rude person. So then I asked can you go threw the front, and she did. Finally after 3x of my Tragus being pierced it was in the right spot. Seemed like nice people, wouldn’t recommend for that piercing. Was quoted $30, I guess it depends on the jewelry. I was charged $40 + a $5 fee to pay with a credit card, so bring cash. I feel like it should’ve been discounted or free. Just my opinion.

Theses guys and girls are awesome!! I was admitted into the hospital and needed to remove my piercings to get an MRI. I called several shops and Late Nite Tattoos, answered the phone quickly and stay on the phone with me until I could get them removed. If you want a piercing, definitely come here ; very helpful and patient. Thank you guys so much!

I had my 13 yr old get her first ear piercing done here. The employee was covered in tattoos even over his face. The employee was professional, polite and discussed exactly were she wanted the piercing and they were placed well and professionally. Overall very satisfied versus a cashier doing it at Claire’s for free and not knowing what they are doing. Cost about 40.

My sister her kid and I went in for piercings yesterday and Im very happy with the results and will defiantly be returning for any piercings or tattoos. I came in for an industrial bar and Chante explained every step, answered all my questions made sure I liked where the markings were placed and asked how I was doing during the process and cleaned it up very well. Once the piercing was done she explained aftercare in detail. After me my 6 year old neice got her ears pierced for the first time, very exciting moment :) Chante did such a good job they were perfect, very symmetrical and was quick. Id also like to mention there was another guy, Jay working there and he was excellent, he did a great job in making my neice comfortable and she was defiantly less nervous. He was funny and very nice and gave her a little fake tattoo that she loves it. While I was waiting he asked what I got done and we talked about it and asked if he could take pictures and of course I said yes. I then asked questions about a different service I was looking into getting maybe in a few months and he answered all of my questions and we talked a little until my neice was done. I recommend this place to anyone wanting a tattoo or piercing, and have directed a few people to them. I feel like I should also mention Ive been there twice before, once for advice on what to do with a nose piercing done unprofessionally and did not go well and to buy jewelry. They were not judgmental even tho it was totally judge worthy and very helpful. And the second time I was there to get a helix 6 months ago and Ive had no issues with it and had a great experience when I got it done. Their peircings are very reasonably priced, all ear piercings are $45 for anyone wondering, and please tip your artist or piercer like you would any other service worker it takes talent to do what they do.

Extremely rude and seemed like it was a huge burden to do a tattoo so I just walked out. I tried talking with the artist to figure things out and his responses were very short and pretty obvious he didn’t even care to want to talk or to even do the tattoo. I understand not wanting to do something or just being tired but still should have some type of politeness about it but that guy was as rude as they get. I don’t know how good y’all are and I really wanted to try y’all out but I won’t ever get a tattoo from someone that obviously doesn’t want to do it to begin with. Worst 5 minute customer service I have ever seen, shame on him.

I went in for a tattoo, I had my daughter draw out a flower she draws on everything. The woman working there did an amazing job of bringing the flower to life. My daughter liked it so much that she got it tattooed on her as well. I think the price was fair, we were a late walk in and she took care of both of us. Came in on Friday the 13th for a quick little tattoo and had the best experience with Jay. Even my fiancee who was getting his first tattoo was super happy we decided to come here, as we were treated so well by Jay and the staff. Will definitely come back for the next one. :)

In response to the reply: Im completely aware of my body fat I figured a professional would say something to me if it was an issue. As for the placement you definitely should discuss decisions like that with the client instead of making them yourself. Also you say you didnt know I wanted it to look good laying down? I expect a piercing that I pay for to look good at all times. If Im not a candidate to get it done you should have said something. Instead you did it and got the money for it.Came to get a belly button piercing a week ago. The piercing was totally above my belly button and the bottom ball was not even touching my belly button. Basically a surface piercing. The piercing looked fine standing up but when laying down its bad. Messaged the shop to tell them and have not gotten a reply. Im just super upset cause they had good reviews. Wish I didnt spend 50+ bucks here. Would post a picture but it wont let me

Quoted us one price when called ahead, charged us way more then when I called about it he basically said come back I’ll switch out to a cheap earring and give the money back. So my mom asked why should my girls have to suffer and risk infection cuz you made a mistake? Then he got very rude and hung up the phone. Trashy customer service!!

First visit here (6th tattoo) and as a walk in customer.. Trey did a great job with the scripture tattoo, offering several different font options for our request. He stole money from my mom and sisters. Quoted one price and charged her card another. Then got rude and hung up when she called him out on it, and then lied and said she was yelling that’s why he hung up. Lies, Stealing, and poor customer service!!

My boyfriend & I both got tats. I had a chick (can’t remember her name) and he had the big guy. They were both quick and their work looked great. Very clean and professional. They are a little pricey but for good work we didn’t mind the extra cost.

Gaaahhh if I could give Trey more than 5 stars I would! I came in as a walk-in on a Saturday night after being turned away by two other shops. I wanted a behind-the-ear tat, an existing tattoo touched up and altered on my neck, and a piece on my inner arm. He did all three above and beyond. The shop was clean, everyone was professional, and I was literally so glad we went here. Thanks again Trey!

My best friend and I came to this tattoo shop for her septum, nose piercing and first shoulder tattoo. it was a great experience, easy to work with and great vibrations!

Place was clean, although the girl seemed a bit annoyed when we walked in.... the other man that was in there made sure we were helped! really high priced for ear piercings.... wouldn’t recommend for piercings. yikes!Ok... in response to the comment. 60$ for EAR piercings, that came right out the following day. That sure isn’t good! Thank you!

The tattoo itself was very fast and healed perfect. The detail was better then the photo I gave them; but the customer service was extremely lacking. No one was rude but It almost seemed to annoy the artist me and my friend being there. It was over all very awkward to say the least to try and talk to them.

My wife had a tattoo there and so did myself !Both times we had a great experience felt comfortable and tattoos came out bad ass! We both had them done with shanty but they all are good! Definitely recommend!

I can’t speak to the quality of tattoos but if you’re going for a piercing just don’t... there was a baby in the shop (it was around 10-11pm) which I thought was odd and uncomfortable but ok our lives don’t always revolve around work, I get that.. The girl that pierced my ears seem more annoyed that we were there than anything, the shop was empty but there was still a couple hours before they closed. The girl didn’t even bother to mark the placement of where she was putting the jewelry (didn’t realize at the time but when I went to a different shop for a new piercing I thought that would have probably helped) ..she struggled to get the needle through my tragus, which I just assumed was normal because it’s a thicker part of cartilage.. turns out she didn’t know what she was doing at all. The piercing is at such an odd angle down into my ear that it’s impossible to get the ring out on my own. An experienced piercer said the reasons it won’t heal are due to her piercing it at way too big of a gauge (which is also probably why she struggled to get it all the way through) and that it’s too close to my side burn hair area which is like a bacteria breeding ground. I’ve had plenty of piercings including weird stuff like surface bars, and my ears are gauged as well. Healing has never been an issue with any of them except my tragus and another piercing I received here the same day (conch I think is what it’s called.) after she *finally* got the jewelry in the tragus she pushed napkins into my ear to wipe up the blood and put a LOT of pressure on the fresh piercing to stop the bleeding. This honestly hurt worse than the piercing itself and I have a very high pain tolerance. I was pretty much told by the new piercer i saw that the only way to fix the tragus was to down size the gauge and see if that helps it heal or take it out and repierce it again after it heals. Complete waste of time and money and unnecessary pain..luckily the conch is finally starting to heal after switching to smaller better jewelry (i know I’m not supposed to change jewelry that quickly but the paint on the ring she put in my ear was peeling off the jewelry) but unfortunately the tragus will probably be a lost cause, even if it heals eventually I’m not able to get the jewelry out without having to go see piercer every time. My ear piercings hurt now, months later, more than a fresh piercing I got yesterday in a much more sensitive area.…what a wasteTLDR; DON’T GO HERE FOR PIERCINGS

Went in to get my nose pierced and it was a very great experience. The place is super clean and the people that worked there was super nice! I plan on going back to get my old tats touched up!

Im coming on here 3 years later! I got a tattoo from here and still years later it itches a lot! It didn’t get infected or anything but out of nowhere it just starts itching and doesn’t stop. I’ve gotten other tattoos from other places but they don’t itch and I don’t have any problems. I’m very sad that i will be experiencing this for the rest of my life.

Superb customer service, down to earth ( Tray and Ray ). Excellent and of the highest quality work, very sharp and clean. You dont have to pay through the nose either. This is the only place to get a tattoo.

I was charged 40 dollars for a dime size heart tattoo that didn’t even turn out straight. Other than that, shop was clean and the men were polite.

Went I to have a tattoo pattern copied from my foot on to my neck. Ended up with a MUCH better version on my neck. Beautiful coloring, reasonable pricing.

Awesome artist got some work done lettering came out solid black and its wierd cause this is the first tattoo i got that didnt fade at all, they definitely know what they are doing.

Rude as hell!!! Went in to ask questions, there is no way I would let these people tattoo me. It looks gross and dirty too. Some of the rudest jerks Ive ever met.
