Honestly, I love this place, and Ive never had a bad experience with them. I always recommend people to him. Hes always so nice and very helpful with information. I hate getting piercings, but he always makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed. He is super funny and nice every time Im in there.Yes, you might have to wait 3 months to get something done by him, but thats a good thing. LOL, he works really hard and is good at what he does, and it shows!Yes, if you want something changed out, it is walkin based, and you might have to wait. Again, hes one person and is good at what he does, so its worth the wait.

Qui Qui pierced my daughter. She had been excited/nervous the whole way to the appointment. Once at the appointment he spoke to her, treated her great! She happened to get lightheaded which she stated, and he immediately reacted to keep her safe, gave her water, and a sucker..: joked with her afterwards! I cannot say enough good things about him or his business. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I took my daughter in today for her first ear piercing, and it was the best experience! Qui Qui was great with my daughter, who was a little nervous at the beginning, but sporting huge smiles at the end. He never rushed us, but took time to explain everything, and put my daughters nerves at ease. I look forward to bringing her back for her first jewelry change in a few months, as well as future piercings for my family.

This was such a wonderful and amazing experience for my girlfriend’s daughters (6 and 7). My 6 year old got hers done somewhere else and cried from the pain. Qui Qui uses the right size needle (2 sizes smaller than the huge ones other places use), so it hurts a lot less, and he makes the whole thing a very fun experience for the kids. Very clear and open communication, step by step explanations, very enthusiastic and silly to make it fun for them. Overall it was an amazing experience. 10/10 would recommend.

I’ll start out by saying I did not get pierced. I was there as emotional support for my friend’s piercing. However, I really enjoyed my time there and listening to how knowledgeable he was about the piercing, and aftercare instructions. At the end of my friend’s appointment, I asked him to take a look at my piercings because I had been having issues with them. He happily obliged and gave me care instructions. I’ll be back for my next piercing! Such a great environment!

Had my nose pierced here in May and recently went back to have the ring changed out. Everybody here is so kind and helpful! Qui Qui is great with all ages. Both my kids have been pierced by him and I have as well. He was great all three times and a true artist. Everyone in his office is very welcoming and safe. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Best place in town for piercings.Edit: Wife hade to get surgery and they removed all of her piercings. Tried to get an appointment to have the tragus piercing put back in because my wife didnt want it to close up. They told me its a walk in service. I told the receptionist my wife can barely walk or sit and I would gladly pay for a time. I was told she can come in and wait like everyone else.

I had my first piercing (besides ears) done with Qui Qui. I had my nose pierced and it was a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. His son was running the front desk and helped me pick out my jewelry. Then Jenny took over and she was super friendly and helpful. Qui Qui is very knowledgeable and has one of those personalities that immediately puts you at ease. The piercing was fast and almost painless. Qui Qui pierced my daughters ears for her 5th birthday. He did awesome making her feel comfortable and calming her nerves beforehand. He did a great job answering questions and informing us on how to clean and keep up with her new piercings. We went here last year (2019) to get our daughters ears pierced. Yes it takes longer to get in to see him, but trust me, he is well worth the wait. Incredibly knowledgeable in all things piercing and very friendly. The shop is hospital operating room clean and there is a impressive selection of rings and adornments.Our daughter had to have multiple back surgeries and had to remove the earrings. Today 9-19-2020 was the day to get the holes opened back up and put them in. We were told over the phone and once we came into the shop, that there would be a lengthy wait, which is absolutely fine and to be expected, since we were a walk in and it sounded like they were booked out until mid October. Two people went in, he got them knocked out and with a little bit of time in between his last and next appointment, he got our 15 year old in. Not only was that very sweet of him to do, but he made her feel completely comfortable, talked her though the process, and before I knew it, boom, all done.He could have used that time to relax a little, maybe have a drink and a snack, but he worked us in and made a young lady very happy. Thank you, thank you to your amazing staff as well. That is a professionally run operation with a mellow, easy feel. 100% satisfied!!!

Honestly, I haven’t even been there yet to get my piercing. I’ll update on how that goes. I’m just talking about the atmosphere.Last Friday I went in for a brief consultation. I wanted the piercing so badly THAT DAY. I’m squirming to get it pierced before summer.Y’all this dude was booked solid until June 1st.. That means, no wakeboarding for the first couple months of summer. But I really believe, for Qui Qui, it’s going to be so worth the wait. I left the place so happy and excited and comfortable. It literally just lifted the mood for the rest of that day. I was so stoked to go back and just sit. Everyone was super sweet. There were BEAUTIFUL plants everywhere. The music fit, the people fit the vibe, Qui Qui himself seemed very laid back and uplifting to people.That’s why I booked a belly button a little over two months out. That shop alone made me want to go back. I just trust it.

I had questions about the state of my piercings (I got from a different local piercing shop) constantly getting infected, and unsure of what to do. Everyone was so friendly, he helped me and looked at the piercings, let me know what would help solve my issues (opposite of what other piercers said to do) and within a day, they already are noticeably better! It’s worth the wait to go here, he knows what he’s doing.

I love love LOVE Qui Qui! No one will ever pierce me unless Qui Qui retires! He is family friendly and so is his shop. He has a wide selection of jewelry, and really never does just plain silver jewelry like most shops. Very, very clean and tidy, as well as very professional. This man is truly amazing! Not only does he have so many years of experience and training but in general he is just a wonderful man. He is so warm and welcoming and he is always willing to take extra time to help you in anyway that you need it. He always fits in people between appointments if they need a fitting or an earring replacement or change.I have had so many piercings done by this man and he does it almost painlessly.He is very thorough in his explanation of care and maintenance of your piercing. If you listen to this man your piercing will never get infected and you will never have any problems with it.The most wonderful woman works behind his counter. Her name is Kim and she makes jewelry that she sells there in the shop and it is very reasonably priced, hypoallergenic, and beautiful.He is recently hired a tattoo artist but I have not met her and I cannot make any comment about her.I highly recommend you go see this man for any piercings or at least visit the shop in case you have any questions about getting piercings.

He takes much pride in what he does and most of my piercings I never even felt he’s that dang good. One of my fears was a piercing getting infected he assured me long as I followed his after care procedures I would have no issues. I followed his after care procedures and sure enough my piercings did heal great. Qui Qui will also change out the jewelry once it’s time to change out that’s how awesome he is.Lexy Mcclain has done almost all of my tattoos. She is very talented and takes a lot of pride in her work. I highly recommend seeing her with any tattoo you are thinking of getting. She is an awesome lady and her sidekick Bob is also very helpful in keeping you informed and helping you with any tattoo questions you have.This is a very awesome place to go for all piercings and tattoos. QuiQui pierced a second hole on my ears. After listening to his exhausting diatribe on how special he thinks his technique is and the wound care he thinks he invented — don’t follow it — guidelines at American Board of Dermatology. Then he placed the holes so close to my other hole that any earring larger than a piercing ball won’t fit beside another earring. He placed one hole so close to the edge that it is obviously uneven and that hole stretches with the smallest ring. I had better results at CLAIRES!

Love this place! The facility is spotless and has a wonderful vibe; Qui Qui and the rest of the team are incredibly thoughtful and sweet, and the piercing process itself was rather anticlimactic in the best way possible. 😊 Making an appointment here is completely worth it, and I 100% recommend it!!!

I have been to Qui Quis twice. On my first visit, he performed a daith piercing. He took the time to explain what he would be doing, step-by-step. He didnt make a single move that he didnt describe. After the piercing, he discussed the proper way to care for the piercing. His aftercare instructions are different than I thought they would be. But true to his description, my post-piercing experience was just as he described. Fast forward a couple of months- I decided the piece I had chosen wasnt a good fit and I went into his shop for a jewelry design change. He & Kim helped me find the best piece and they were as pleasant and informative as they had been the first time. I highly recommend him to do any piercings. You cannot buy experience. This guy is good and he loves what he is doing. The facility is clean, nicely lit and family friendly. If you are going to pierce it, let Qui Qui do it!

As you enter you will notice how it is very clean and organized. The staff was very professional and friendly. Qui Qui was very very thorough with explaining everything, which was very nice, since I have never had a piercing before. The room where the procedure was done looked that of a medical facility. I would recommend Qui Qui to anyone wanting not only a beautiful well done piercing, but a relaxing and fun experience. I got my septum pierced a few months ago and Qui Qui really took the time to find the right size jewelry to fit my small nose so I didnt have to walk around with a huge barbell in my face for the 12 week healing period. Ive also gone to him for a nipple piercing and hes so professional and great at putting you at ease and making the piercing process as quick and painless as possible.

By far the best piercing place to go. I drove 1hr and 45 min to go here and will do it again. Qui Qui is very experienced and knows what he us talking about. He gives you all the information and goes over and beyond on his cleanliness.

I went because I was having problems with a new piercing done in another town. He fit me in was abke to explain things to me that was not ever explained.Very knowledgeable. I plan on going back to him when I am in the area to get my next piercing. He books quickly recommend making appointment now for months later.

Got my nipples pierced here, absolutely recommend to anyone in Springfield. Staff were helpful and explained the entire piercing process as well as the healing process, and Qui Qui gave tips on helping them heal faster/easier. Cant share a picture for obvious reasons but I love them. They have a lot of options for different metals and styles, and you can choose the ball color.

After writing a review on Qui quis facebook I went into his shop months later because I could not get ear ring out that he put in, I was told I was not welcome and infront of my 6 year old he kicked us out! He does not like it when anyone writes a bad experience on his facebook, he attacks you in the comments. He lied about what happened when I came into his studio for a jewelry change. I was either expected to wait and hour and qui qui still may not have time, or I was to keep coming back to see when qui qui would have time for a jewelry change. Im sorry but I dont understand how Im suppose to get my jewelry changed when they dont make appointments and I wont drive across town to find out hes booked and has no time, which as been the case many times that Ive tried in the past.
