Best piercing experience Ive ever had! Thank you so much Jay! It was great meeting you.! He did amazing explaining the process step by step and the after care process. He was extremely nice and patient with me. He made sure my piercing were even. He was super cool! I did not feel any pain nor discomfort at all! I got both sides of my nose piercing done at the same time and he was super cool about it. I cant wait to go back! Hands down to Jay!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻The shop is super cute and Jeff (tattoo artist) was really nice when I asked for a bit more info on the art work. When I comes to getting a piercing I always recommend going to Jay. He knows what he’s doing and will never steer you wrong very professional and walks you through every step he’s done all my piercings and I brought my daughter to get her nose done and went straight to him and he made her feel comfortable as she knew what to expect as he explained everything . I highly recommend coming here!

Called to inquire about a piercing, the guy who answered the phone was able to answer my questions, and gave me an appointment for the same afternoon.GPS was accurate and parking out back was available free of charge in their lot.The piercer, who was working alone, was focused on doing my piercing properly, despite what was going on in the lobby and with phonecalls coming in. He did my piercing correctly, it is straight, and done well. He was very knowledgeable regarding aftercare, and suggested I come back when Im healed, and ready to change jewelry- which I will do.So far, Ive had zero problems with my piercing... its healing very well! I would absolutely return to Tattoo Royale without hesitation!

I had a 10/10 experience getting my Medusa piercing at this shop, I will be coming back for any of my other piercing needs.You contact the shop through Facebook and I set up an appointment, easy process.They have 2 staff members who do piercings and they both have their own private rooms.I can’t remember his name but his room is to the left when you walk in, he was very professional. Right off the bat he explained the procedure and care steps. He used sterile equipment and he explained everything he was doing.I was told to wait a few weeks to go back and get a shorter bar put in (for free) once the swelling had gone down.My piercing had healed perfectly and I’m very happy with the outcome.

Just brought the wife here today to get her daith pierced today. Make sure you have your ID, youll get asked right at the door. The place had a cool atmosphere, nice waiting area, and they took my wife right aware. The place was clean, the staff was professional and the prices were good too. Hoping the daith piercing helps my wifes migraines, well see...

Got a couple of my piercings here, Bryce was great! The other piercer, not quite. Brought my girlfriend in for a belly button piercing a couple months ago, Instead of Bryce it was the other piercer. i just shrugged it off because this place has a fantastic reputation. Unfortunately it was pierced EXTREMELY uneven and it’s still struggling to heal to this day no matter how much she tries to baby it. Not only is it uneven but I don’t even think she has the correct anatomy for it, which I do wish we would’ve been told before hand. (It looks more like a surface piercing than a normal navel.) She’s really disappointed with how it’s healing and we’re planning on going to get it removed if it doesn’t clear up. I’m just really disappointed that this happened to be her first experience here.

Last year I posted a review about my tattoo getting done by one of the artists. I mentioned it was shaded wayyy too dark after I asked to shade it LIGHTLY because of my darker complexion. The shops responded , “the tattoo is not close to healing yet , it’ll lighten up.” Here I am, one year later , and I stand by what I said because this wasn’t my first tattoo.I should’ve turned around when I presented the piece I created , and the artist decided to print out a complete different picture and decide that he’s gonna tattoo that on me instead. (Of course I said no. if I wanted a google like stock picture on my body, I’d save a couple hours and printed it out myself)It’s unfortunate because I saw his portfolio and he is incredibly talented—that’s why I chose him.I’m not a tattoo artist, but I do expect one to know to be able to adapt and tattoo on a large range of shades. If they can’t, that’s okay, just turn the client away.

My wife and I recently went for her to get a piercing, and it was very professional,clean, and fast. We recommend to anyone who is looking to get a new piercing.

Went here to get my nose pierced. The guy who pierced it(sorry forgot his name) was very informative and precise as well as friendly. Place was clean, definitely sterile. I had further questions on cleaning and messenged them on FB they run their appointments and stuff like that through their so you know. It was a little difficult to find behind a car wash btw.All and all great place, and helpful and well as clean and professional . I was recommended by a friend and will recommend them to anyone local looking for a piercing and I’m sure their tattoo personal are great and professional as well

I went in to get my nostril piercing reopened cause I lost my piercing and had it out for 3 days. Went really fine and it was only $20. Well worth it. Would go again.Atmosphere: Old, run down a bit, had a bit of a old person smell. -> Would recommend to them to spice up the place and invest in the atmosphere a little more.(Continued) The place the piercing took place was messy. -> Would recommend they get floating shelves or an organizational peice so they can put their stuff in it and make it look more tidy.Piercer: The piercer I saw was nice and gave good information.

I brought my daughter to get an ear piercing. We had a great experience! Very professional, clean and the guy who did it was extremely thorough explaining the process and how to care for the piercing.

Fast, and I mean REALLY fast service. I was in and out within about 5 minutes. Incredible service, kind, comfortable, easy. I got my belly pierced and I barely felt a pinch. They were very straightforward, gave you instructions on how to clean, how long the healing process would take, etc. The prices were AMAZING. $40 for all piercing I would go back there in a heart beat. Incredible place with incredible people. 10/10!!!!!

The first time I came here I would give it a 10/10 it was in 2016, I was just there today and once again 10/10 got my septum changed and all 3 of my nose piercings re pierced. The atmosphere is always welcoming and the piercer is amazing and always does the best job!

My first tattoo, and Curtis made it a breeze to get through! He was more than willing to take my requests, and has been following up with aftercare.The rest of the staff were friendly, too...no youre not my client so Im not talking to you here! Definitely coming back here for my next tattoo!

I went here for my belly button piercing a few years ago. I got my nose pierced recently and a tattoo. The piercer is very calm and he knows what hes doing. They are very clean and professional here. The price for tattoos is per hour. $120 an hour which is actually really good. I researched many tattoo places in the area and this was the best. Paul did my tattoo. He was funny and quick. I was a bit nervous but he helped me. He kept reminding me to breath haha. I sketched my tattoo ahead of time and he made my sketch come to life. I love my tattoo! I highly recommend Tattoo Royale to everyone.

I love this place! Personally I see Jeff and his got a very light touch so he’s great for people who are first timers in my opinion and he’s really good at doing cover ups… His scripture is always on point and he genuinely cares about doing the right thing for you even if it means he hast to recommend you to someone else. I’ve talk to all the guys at the shop here they’re funny, friendly, and great at their job. I’ve seen all of their work on people come in and out and I’m always impressed I have recommended them to my friends but felt compelled to write a yelp review today! Fast & friendly service - Forgot the piercers name but he was cool & friendly. He talks to you during the process & answered every question I had. A+ for making you feel comfortable when your a nervous wreck! Before you know it you have your new piercing, satisfied w the look & out the door. Definitely my go to spot.

Had helix piercing and 3rd hole piercing.. felt safe, person who did piercing professional, friendly, gave me full instructions on how to care for my piercings. Highly recommend to go here!!! Oh.. fyi.. no credit or debit cards taken. They do have an ATM at the location just in case…

Got my septum done here and a couple tattoos. My tattoos still look fresh. My septum didnt even hurt. My artist were extremely professional and comforting. I felt safe ,welcomed and satisfied.

I’ve only ever gotten piercings so I can only review that portion of the business. Jay is super kind and respectful. He always walks me through what he is going to do beforehand and is sure to have tissues ready. The whole process is over before you know it I’m very much satisfied with my experiences. Will definitely be going back for more!

Me and my daughter went to get our nose pierced and James was so nice. He explained everything we had to do to take care of the piercing, he explained what he was going to do. It was a good experience and I highly recommend him. Oh and the price cant be beat.

Jay is amazing! I went there about 6 months ago to get my industrial repierced, but he saw it was still open and put a new barbell in it. Then I went again about a month ago to get my septum repierced and he was extremely professional, went over all the steps, and answered all my questions. I was skeptical about the $30 piercings w/ jewelry included as that’s pretty unheard of now, but once I saw there wasn’t a single bad review, I decided to go and I’ll never go anywhere else again.I wanted to update my review since I’ve been there a few times since my original review.I got my nipple pierced back in 2021 at Pisst Fish on impulse and my right one was done extremely crooked and after 18 months of it not healing and hurting constantly, I took it out. I went and saw Jay about a month ago to get it re-pierced and it was only sore the first 2 weeks and now it’s completely fine. I’m honestly in shock with how well it’s healing because of my prior experience.I really can not recommend Jay enough, not only is he a great piercer, but he’s extremely knowledgeable on his stuff. I feel like every time I see him I get an anatomy lesson lol

The piercer “Jay” is very professional and very informative. Went to get something repierced that had closed for a few years and the process was quick. i have a pretty high pain tolerance and it wasn’t that bad. I’ll be going back for my other nostril to get pierced and the quite few other piercings i want. I highly recommend going here for your piercings.

Great personalities, very professional and clean.However, did not give or mention care nor cleaning instructions. This was our first piercing and therefore ignorant to the whole process.

I never write reviews but I absolutely need to for Jay, my daughter and I had an excellent experience with our piercings. My daughter got her nose pierced and I got my tragus done. Jay was so thorough in making sure we knew how to care for them and made us feel so comfortable. I highly recommended Tatoo Royale and Jay for any piercings, they came out perfect!!!!

The guy that took care of me, Jay, was super cool and chill and made me feel relaxed about my piercing. I got my second ear piercing and was pretty much painless besides a small pressure on you ear. He did a good job and made sure I was comfortable with the position and how it looked, plus its all really clean and sanitary.. He also made sure I knew everything I needed and allowed me to ask questions. Overall a good piercing experiences and Id go there for any future piercings.

It was my first piercing. I went in for a septum piercing and the piercer was extremely professional. I wish I got his name, but he ensured i was calm and narrated the entire process as he worked on my piercing. I was afraid of the pain, which was a bit intense, bit he prepared me for it appropriately. I cant believe how professional and informative he was throughout the process. Doctors dont even do that for you when theyre giving you an injection. 😂

They were very easy going and professional. Huge shout out to Jeff for doing a phenomenal job on mine and my sisters tattoo. We were walk ins and we know most tat shops prefer appointments and we were totally prepared to be turned away (which would have been okay) but Jeff was super nice and made the time for us and even stayed a little late. This place is very chill and professional and I will most certainly be going back and spreading the good word!

Cody is a great artist, I’ve seen his work. But my tattoo is ok. There’s scarring so far & it was just shaded too dark for my liking and my complexion.. after i specified that I wanted minimal shading because my completion is darker. Otherwise , it was a good experience, I just wish my tattoo turned out the way I wanted.

The guy who pierces here is awesome! Had my navel done here and it was a great experience, he was patient with a group of us and explained everything well. Given the group we had Ive seen him do noses, navels and nipples. All came out great! Id completely recommend it.

It was really clean organized they were very professional and did a good job I got my nose piercing 4 weeks ago and I love it. It was only 30 dollars Im absolutely in love with my piercing. The piercer was so nice and sweet it was amazing customer services I would come here again and highly recommended.

I got my belly button pierced here a while ago and everything went smooth and awesome the staff were polite they even gave me a quick tattoo consult before i left bc my street tattoos are a disaster. However after i left and my piercing healed (healed like a charm!) it was really uncomfortable and it just looked like not enough skin was grabbed during the piercing process so i ended up taking it out which sucked😭. But i will be returning to get it redone, their service is excellent and i know they will hear what i have to say! ☺

I came here with two of my friends, we all got our belly buttons pierced. It was professional and we were given information and he answered all questions. Talked us through each steps. I have a great experience here. The inside was clean and they even had aftercare sprays you can buy.

This was a great stop to enjoy on our weekend get away. My sister and I decided we wanted a piercing and we are so glad we chose this place. It is clean and the employees are not just friendly but knowledgeable. We thought we were headed somewhere sketchy when we had to drive around the back of an odd building but it was well worth it. I would even recommend this place for tattoo work after talking with one of the artists.

Haven’t had any issues they quick and precise very clean and sterile no infection after a few piercings I’ve gotten from them definitely will continue to go to them planning on it soon

So every couple of months or so I get these fun impulses for pain therapy as I call it aka piercings. So let me tell you about my experience... Jay is the best person to go to for impromptu piercings. So its basically like going to a yoga breathing class. He Tells you when to breathe in and out for success and total mindfulness. Okay okay hes just the sh*t go see him.

Made an appointment for the next day. Got in super quick, got a belly piercing. Jay was super nice and explained the whole process. And I was out in less than 10 minutes. Would recommend!

This place was recommended by a friend and I got a gift certificate here for a family member. The staff were welcoming and led me to the piercer so he could help me out. I went back with my sister to get her piercing and they were again just as welcoming. I found it cool that the jewelry came with piercing and the guy was nice to my sister. She got lightheaded and he got her a sugar drink and had her hang out for a bit to make sure she was ok. The way they all treated us during the different interactions surprised me and I would recommend them to anyone!

I had a really good experience with a piercing here so I decided to try it out for a tat. I wanted a military memorabilia done and it was really important that it was done right. A few of the artists talked to me to make sure I got what I wanted, and that the most fitting artist for the piece did it. Paulie ended up doing it and Im so happy with it, especially since its so personal. The fact that multiple people in the shop worked together to make sure I was happy showed me how incredible this place was. I will never go anywhere else due to the fact that they were so invested.

My friend recommended me to them she and I have the same tattoo artist (Jeff) and hes done two of mine and two of hers. I live that hes patient with us and I got my nose pierced recently by jay and he talked to me to calm my nerves explained the process of what to do and what not to do. Got my second belly piercing and I have no complaints. The guy gave me two free rings because my first piercing I got years ago in Ohio was done wrong. So therefore I couldnt find rings that fit.The guy is very sweet and sociable doesnt make things weird or awkward like some places do. He was very much glad to help me and seems to love what he does.

Got my 1st belly piercing here last year. Took me in less than 10 minutes. My piercing healed great with no issues at all, so I will absolutely go back for more piercings.

I went to this establishment seeking help because I had previously gotten my septum pierced somewhere else, and they had pierced my septum 3 times in one day, every time due to being uneven. It was miserable! After the 3rd time of piercing it.... Still uneven!!!! Anyway, Jay repierced it and now its perfect!!! He was very knowledgeable and informative and I will 100% be back as well as recommend this shop to everyone.

If you are looking for a tattoo, you need to talk to Bravo. He is very cool and professional. You can tell how much passion he has in what he is doing. I came in 2 years ago to ask him about a sleeve. I gave him my ideas and every piece he has done so far is incredible and I know once the whole sleeve is complete it is going to be amazing. The only thing that kind of sucks is that he is booked out so far but it is worth the wait and if you know someone is that busy it is because they are good at what they do and are in high demand.

I had went to a different shop to get my nose pierced and it went bad. They used the wrong ring and told me the wrong stuff to clean it with. When I went here The piecer was very nice and friendly. He had fixed it for me and changed the ring i bought for free and pieced my belly for only 30 dollars.

Piercers are professional and also make it easier by having light convo while youre getting pierced. Also got my first tattoo here years ago by Vinny and now six years later am planning my sleeve with him. Great shop and artists.

First piercing, came here for my tongue. $30 and was such a fast process. It was great and healed so quickly. He answered any questions i had and was very calm. Will definitely be going back here in the future!

Very cheap prices Jay was very kind! I got it done today on 5/23/22 and very good work! Me, and my mom did 2 PIERCINGS each my sister did 3. And all was only for $200!

I love Jay I’ve gone to him since 2000 when he owned Viper’s Nest over in Down Town all 5 of my kids go there I’ll only ever get any piercings done by him he’s an amazing dude as well an amazing piercer.

Brought my 17 year old niece for a piercing.No body was at reception area in a not very clean place. Waited about 10 minutes the only people that came to reception area were artists looking for particular clients or paperwork NOT 1 person even looked up to acknowledge our and other customers presence and ask if we needed help.We took our business elsewhere AND WILL NOT RETURN FOR TATS OR PIERCING

Didnt get any work done so I cant talk about that aspect of their business, I went in because of my daughter had a nose pierce done and while in vacation she took a decent hit from a big wave at the beach and unfortunately it knocked the piercing out so I went in to see what they can do for her, the gentleman was able to get the work done very efficiently and at no extra charge

Best Tattoo shop in the Springfield area bar none. They have the top artists that can tattoo in a multitude of styles. They are unrivaled in there trade.I have been tattooed by every artist in the shop and I would go nowhere else to get my work done.They do appointments and walk-ins, definitely check them out if you want professional artwork.

The last time I went to get my industrial piercing I noticed that wasn’t pierced in the right angle. The top was pierced more to the back of ear than where it’s suppose to be, which was so painful. I ended up having to remove the bar, I was so disappointed. I don’t think the piercer was having a good day that day. I been very hesitate on going back to get the industrial again and other piercings.

Im glad I found this place. Its the only place Ill go for piercings. They always book me right away and the wait time is not bad. Always in and out. Very clean and tidy.

Had my septum and left nostril done already. Went in for right nostril, piercer didnt see my left side already done and pierced crooked. Had to take other side out while new side heals and go back elsewhere to fix it smh!

I called and got a piercing appointment the same day the piercer was Jay and hes always been amazing hes done a lot of my piercings even before tattoo Royale the store is clean they give you complete explanations on what theyre doing the care they have a great jewelry selection if youre buying some stuff Ive gotten three or four piercings there and keep going back

I came here for a new piercing. This is my second time coming, I got my cartilage done this time and the guy was very generous and awesome. I definitely recommend coming here!

Terrible piercing experience. I was given earrings with backings and studs much too small and they slide into the piercing and got stuck inside my ear. They had to be cut out be a doctor. The doctor, as well as two other piercing parlors, told me studs that small shouldnt have ever been used. DO NOT GET PIERCINGS HERE.

My monroe nose ring closed and I was able to get it stretched out at Tattoo Royale. It was quick and sterile and barely painful!My daughter also got her belly button peirced at the same time, and they put a really cute double diamond belly button ring. Once again, it was quick and sterile!I recommend this place, DEFINITELY! Just make sure you call first, its appointment only!

Got stabbed a lot which is okay because I paid for it so its better than the rest of Springfield. 10/10 would welcome another stabbing. Ask them about their stabbing specials, you wont regret it ;)

Worst experience of my life .. Dont go here I paid $20.00 to get my Tounge pierced .. They greeted with smiles& seemed friendly but i , couldnt really tell due ta the fact that ..There wasnt much conversation or explaining being done .. she toke my money & when she was ready motioned for me to come down stairs .. then I sat in the chair the & the lady told me ta garggle some mouth wash she placed a paper towel under my mouth ..&Then began .she had me stick my Tounge out she checked the bottom for veins & touched the top of my Tounge ..Den she marked it wit a marker & asked if it was okay did I like .. I said yess because it looked straight..But when she actually did the piercing she pierced it crooked I think this happend cause she didnt pierce it where she showed me cause it wouldnt go through..So after she marked it she grabbed my Tounge wit the tongs & began to pierce she tried piercing it But it wouldnt go through so she changed the spot where she was originally gonna pierce it she slightly moved it over causing it to look crooked ..Didnt know it at the time though cause I couldnt see it so then she stuck me again & this time it pierced ..& she told her boss or someone that was walking by to look .. Shouldnt she be consulting me.. Anyways he made this herendous ouuu ...omg face.. face that didnt make me feel good at all about the piercing that I just got .. after she said all done .. she Put my Tounge in my mouth & had me dry my mouth with the paper towel then she told me what not to do ..& what I can& said ur all sett.. a week later I was calling them cause my Tounge turned yellow they assured me that everything was fine that yellow was due to smoking just garggle more..& so I did & I still had the same problem..Until I started brushing the area on my Tounge around the piercing eventually the yellow went away.. but then a few mons later I tried changing my piercing.. I toke the original ring out for a few days & when I went ta put the new one in my hole was closed what a waste of time & moneyyyy wish I knew her name so I could tell u guys ...For ur sake dont go here.. piercing Should be left to the professionals & she was very unprofessional!!.
