I came in to get a piercing yesterday and the girl who was upfront at the desk was very nice and respectful. I didnt realize she was the one who would be doing my piercings. I definitely recommend Claudia.

The female doing the piercings is VERY unprofessional. Absolutely zero customer service etiquette and I wouldnt recommend her at all. Came in wanting to get an eyebrow piercing for my son. Left without any services due to her attitude and lack of empathy.

Went in to get a septum piercing and thepiecer was very polite and good service and was very clean and Sterile. I highly recommend this place and also thank you for showing me how to after care my piercing heald amazing

Definitely my favorite shop in town, all the guys are very welcoming and do amazing work. Ive had work done by Jerome, Dennis, Uli and Holy and Im extremely satisfied every time I leave. Its a clean shop with plenty of artwork on the walls to stare at to distract you from the pain definitely a returning customer.

Amazing experience! My 15 year old cousin has been wanting her helix pierced for over a year, so I took her to get it done while we were on a cousin hangout. The shop was clean and everyone was very friendly. The piercer Claudia was incredible! She was very knowledgeable and kind while she explained all my cousin’s options, due to having more folded ears than usual. She was patient while we took some time to decide, and worked with my cousin to find the perfect placement. The piercing itself was fast and painless; my cousin didn’t even know she had done it until she said it was over. The piercing looks fantastic, and my cousin is so happy with it. Thank you Claudia!

Got two piercings in my right ear here (helix and upper lobe). The woman who helped me was AMAZING. She was so kind and informative about my piercings and aftercare. I felt extremely comfortable and my piercings were perfectly placed! It was quick and affordable, I was in and out. She used all fresh, sterile equipment.I was recommended this place from a coworker and I absolutely continue to recommend it. I will be back for any of my future piercing needs.

Went in and saw Claudia to have my septum pierced. She is awesome. I was floored by how low her prices are. Already sent friends her way and look forward to getting more piercings from her. Update: So my septum piercing is noticeably crooked and in the wrong location. Assumed it was due to swelling first few days but no. Went to another shop and they confirmed it needs to be removed, heal and re-pierced. I can not push it in at all to hide it because its so high up. Was happy with the service at the time but when I went back to discuss the issue I had to wait over an hour past listed hours for someone to show up and open and then they called the piercing artist and was told she was on vacation for a few weeks come back later. So decided to not return for any further services and will get it fixed elsewhere. A simple sign with current hours and that piercings were not available at that time could have saved me time.

Been holding out to get this tattoo I wanted to get done for awhile due to the risk of getting something messed up but I finally decided it’s time to get it done, I went in shot my idea on what I wanted done and couldn’t be happier on how it turned out. Overall amazingly skilled artists who need more recognition don’t sleep on this shop.

Got my very first piercings at this shop ! I was very nervous but , their piercer Hector ,made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Very clean environment and professional ,friendly staff. Great experience! My piercings have healed nicely with no complications . I would return to this shop to have more work done .

I didnt get a chance to go in, I was referred here by another business. I just called to inquire about piercings before I came in. The guy that answered the phone at 4:04 pm rushed me & didnt sound pleasant.I said hi how are you? & the response was yeah do you have a question about piercings? (In a rude manner) That was rude & i didnt need to take my business there. I usually write a lot of reviews, never really any bad ones, but customer service is extremely important to me even over the phone.Update: based on the reply I received, customer service must not be a priority. You probably do provide a good atmosphere but I did not get a chance to experience that because of THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED OVER THE PHONE was very rude. Take care 🙂

Ricardo was very professional and knowledgeable in regards to my piercing.. Ill be going back to get more piercing in the coming weeks. I would highly recommend him and the shop.. They shop was very clean and welcoming.

Go here if you want to waste your money.. like paying $60 for a basic ear lobe piercing. Or, go to Emerald Green in Lodi and pay $30 for the same thing. They also have an a hole answering phones who thinks its funny to mouth off to paying customers. Ill never go there again or recommend it.

I called about an hour before they closed and asked if a few friends and I could come in on such late notice to come in and get a few tattoos.They said come on in and when we arrived they accommodated my group with Great service.Overall great experience, zero wait time ,quilty work and Great atmosphere.The artists there are customer service friendly, get straight to work and are very talented .My tattoo I got for My daughter was even better then the image I brought in for reference .couldnt be happier i strongly recommend this tattoo shop.

Took my granddaughters..one got an eyebrow piercing. Only he Pierced her eyelid..caused blood to flow into her eye. So he had to do the other one..I think she shouldnt have paid. Never again there!!!
