It was an incredible experience from the moment I arrived until I left. I couldnt believe it and was overwhelmed with joy at being able to see my natural brows again. I had originally tattooed them and felt terrible about how they looked. Thank you for making this possible! The staff was attentive and very informative throughout the entire process, which made me feel really comfortable. I truly appreciate everything!

I have been going to a different company for my tattoo removals for the past year, and have seen minimal results at a very high cost. After talking with Terry today, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and am excited to start this journey with Removery. She was so helpful and very knowledgeable about the process. Always the best experience at Removery Stockton. I go out of my way to drive the extra distance to this location because the staff is the best you’re going to find. They go out of their way to make this an above average experience. I wouldn’t get my tattoos removed at any other place.

I drove from Modesto to Stockton for my appointment which was at 10:30. When I got there only 1 person was working and she was doing a consult with someone that was scheduled from 10-to 10:30. After signing in I was just waiting and they werent consulting about anything that was related to tatto removal. Im know that building a trusting relationship with patients is important but so is communication. She never said ill be right with you or how long I would have to wait for them to be finished with socializing. I had to get back to work so I left after 15 minutes of waiting for nothing. Then I received a text saying it was good to see me and if I wanted to leave a review. So 1 star only because otherwise I couldnt leave a review.

So happy I decided to go through Romovery Tattoo. Terri and her staff have been so wonderful to work with. Today was my first session and they both coached me through it. Great experience highly recommend. Thanks ladies 🙏

The woman at reception was totally off putting and rude…if I do decide to go back, it will have to be Sacramento. Prices seem reasonable if you want to deal with the arrogant aura.

My first section was great was made to feel very comfortable hurt a lot less than I expected the lady at the front desk welcomed us very professionally and upbeat the young lady handling the laser very professional explained everything whatever I did not understand she put it in words that I did understand thank you ladies for my first session cant wait for my next one

What a professional place and comforting place! Margret & Terry are awesome they are so helpful and really take care of you. Got to admit I was pretty nervous at first but they do an amazing job at lowering your anxiety & easing the pain of the laser process. It honestly wasn’t as bad as you think! Customer service means a lot to me and they did an amazing job!!

What a pleasant experience at Removery in Stockton. Staff was amazing! I went in for just a consultation and she was able to do my first session right then. I had my tattooed eye brows removed and I believe I’ll just need one session. The removal process was fast and I believe my results are amazing. I couldn’t be happier!

Horrible experience at the end . I made an appointment on their website showed up today for a consultation for eyebrow tattoo removal , at first it was great and we were waiting for a test patch on the eyebrow but all of the clients after us were showing up late and the front desk ask if we can go get lunch and come back mind you i’m coming from Livermore , I said how much longer will it be since i’ve already been here for an hour wait and she started to say how it’s every 15 minutes booked and how that’s why they recommend to call the number to book instead of online because they would make sure we’re aware of the times and that she can make me an appointment for me to come back for a 15 minute test patch . I think it’s pretty unprofessional to have me come back or tell me I booked wrong because if that’s the case you had me on the schedule all week you could have called me to check about my appt and not that just if online is such a problem then why is that an option . So sad because I had such high hopes for this place in Stockton . Will look elsewhere .
