Went to this awesome place for my first tattoo! The artists and owner are extremely cordial, and professional. They will work with you to help make your unique design of a tattoo, whether you want something freehand, stenciled, or of your own imagination. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed while still making your tattoo experience fun! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Lucky, whom made sure my first experience of tattooing would be the most excellent. My tattoo artist was Mike Wilson, and was able to handle my vision of a tattoo while coming up with something unique just for me! I loved it so much, that my sisters and I got a second tattoo in the same day! This is a great establishment with exceptional tattoo artist! Will be back for sure!

Got my first tattoo from there a week ago and the whole experience was quite nice. lucky did my tattoo and he was very quick and straight to business. he also made sure to check in with me, and provided me with a care sheet and verbal instruction on how to care for my tattoo as it heals. he did a very nice job, looking forward to possibly scheduling with him again in the future.

These dudes are DOPE! Very talented artists at this shop. Artist Wiz transformed my hand drawn picture into a beautiful work of art. Definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back for more tattoos to complete the sleeve.

I was on a visit to Stockton to visit my brother and he wanted to get a tattoo while I was there. The pirate tattoo Lounge in Stockton is one the best tattoo parlors I’ve ever been to! Richard (my guy!) Rob, John, Alexa and Lucky are all professionals👍! I’m very happy with the work that they did with me and my brother. I will also continue to be a continual customer. Got my first Tattoo here and I had a awesome person do it too. If you are planning to get a tattoo here, I recommend Lex, cuz she was fast and very light handed. It didnt feel like it hurt at all. I will definitely keep going there for future Tattoos.

Place is super clean and sanitized went in and got a tattoo done by Lucky, his station was already clean and set up so we could get right too it. Straight up yall Lucky the tattoo artist did an outstanding job he had my designs ready when I showed up and had different sizes of my designs for me to choose from. He gave me advice about the placements and Im glad I listened. It was my first time in a parlor and I really enjoyed the vibe, he had good music going that I could listen to while he got down on my ink. I have nothing but good things to say about the experience I had as well as the finished ink. It took alot less time than I expected and I will recommend him to everyone that wants a tattoo. I went in here to get my first tattoo. I was super nervous because I didnt know what to expect. But the staff was super nice and Rob, the guy who did my tattoo, made me feel at ease. I got a tattoo that was Lord of the Rings themed on my left shoulder and, boy, it looks absolutely incredible! Im in love with it. Rob did a great job! Great atmosphere, great people. Lucky was my tattoo artist this was my first tattoo. I was scared and I thought It was gonna hurt and obviously I’m alive so I did feel something but it hurt a lot less than what was expected . Lucky has an extremely light hand and I highly recommend him he’s a very down to earth and nice person so if you’re on the fence about going and getting a tattoo go to Lucky you won’t regret it.

She is AMAZING! One of the best tattoo artists around. Its hard to find a female tattoo artist in this area. She is definitely a very talented artist, great at communicating, quick, and gentle. My friends and I went in on Friday the 13th for their special they were running. As soon as I walked in I knew that this place was going to be my new tattoo spot. Alexa did my tattoo and I’m telling you, she has the softest touch you will ever experience. Even though my tattoo was small and on my calf I did not feel a thing.My friend set appointments for the next day and I went with them for support. Alexa let us to hang out while she did my friends tattoo and was just an absolute pleasure to talk to. I had my very first tattoo done by Alexa, and she made it a great experience. It was very comfortable talking w her while she was doing my tattoo and I love it so much! 10/10 would recommend. The pain was minimal, and it only took like 2 and a half hours. So me and my gf wanted a tattoo but didn’t know where to go. My gf found this place and told me they have all 5 stars. I thought oh maybe they had a few reviews but nope! 218 reviews is what they have! We get there and the guy that was there his name is Lucky. Really nice guy! Very nice and clean shop. Loved the music he was playing. We showed him what we wanted and he said he could take us right then and there. But we had little tattoos that were very simple. He printed them out right away and got started on me. He made sure I was comfortable. He placed the outline on me to make sure I liked where it was and then got to work! It didn’t take very long but it came out great! I’m very satisfied with my little tattoo! Very satisfied customer!!

I came in as a walk in to get a treble bass heart. My tattooist was John and he is absolutely amazing. I was completely comfortable and felt no pain whatsoever. The tattoo turned out very crisp and clean. Definitely gonna come back for more ink!

Just got my first tattoo done on my calf and done by Richard. It turned out amazing even though I wasnt able to stop moving. Not only is his tattooing amazing but he was also able to turn my garbage sketch into a work of art. I would highly recommend getting it done by Richard if he is available.

Its my birthday and after reading the reviews, I was hoping to have John ink my tattoo. First off, look at the reviews. You will find that many of the other tattoo lounges may have a 4 even a 5 star rating. Most lounges have under 50 reviews. I saw one with over 100, but The Pirates Lounge had over 240 plus reviews and this lounge had a 5 star rating. ENOUGH SAID.After reading some reviews, I was hoping to receive a price quote from John. I say quote, because you would think that the lounge is busy, but It was my bday and the tattoo Gods blessed me with an open time slot and John was the artist. John spent time to find and create the tattoo that I wanted. This is something permanent and John spent the time to make sure that I would be happy with my permanent decision. In the end, John spent over three hours with me and I walked off his ship with three fantastic tattoos. The price was more than fitting considering how much time John spent with me. He listened and paid close attention to detail.Talk is cheap, anyone can make you feel comfortable, but the results speak for themselves. You can tell that a good tattoo artist has great line work and shading to their work. Hands down, John is the best artist that I have ever had work on me. I would have been willing to pay him double for the fantastic work. I WONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE.This is not a 5 star tattoo lounge. It is a 7 star, because you will be lucky if you can walk in as I did. John is booked until October. Call and set an appointment. Then call your last artist to tell them you are jumping ship, because The Pirates life is for me.

They were amazing.. I say they because i walked in with no appointment disappointed because another tattoo shop was supposed to finish my tiger but i was advised it wasnt healed so i needed to wait. I thought it was a good place but they started making fun of my Spanish language, thats not professional at all. I think customer service is important. They should care that customers arrive who are going to pay for the service. It is America and there are many nationalities from different countries. But thanks for Discriminate my language. It was the best Friday the 13th experience I have had by far. I took my little cousin in for the first time And although we had to wait for a while since the place was super packed, both artists were very accommodating and professional. One was finishing up a piece for a client and the other had been tattooing clients for lord knows how many bodies. Once he was done, he jumped in and got the room to clear out by the end of the night. Like I said, it was my cousin’s first time so it was tradition that we give her a lot of grief over it. After signing the release form and waiting for him to change needles for every client (like many of my experiences with tatts... since I have 5...is definitely a plus since unlegit places just walk in, no release forms and don’t change needles for every client), She picked a snake tattoo on her left outer wrist and definitely left ecstatic. Oh, and they even offered everyone pizza!! I was also scrolling through their pieces on insta and am definitely looking to come back for a couple pieces. I definitely recommend these guys!

I got a good tattoo but the artist put his initial in my tattoo.Edit: I gave a 3 star because I liked the shop and the artist didnt seem part of the actual establishment. Like he was new or something. Everyone else accepted card except him. Other artist knocked out tattoos in a third of the time it took to do my outline. He didnt have a book of previous work like the other artists. Took breaks every 30 minutes while the other artists powered through tattoo after tattoo. I had to offer him more money to stop ducking my calls to finish the tattoo. I sent many messages and he didnt respond until i offered more money. He claimed he was texting the wrong number. I can keep going. If youd like a 1 I can give it to you. But I was giving the shop the benefit of the doubt because sometimes we all make bad calls with hires.And I didnt notice it at first until it started peeling.and first I thought I was overthinking then multiple people asked if I had him add an L for my last name.Disappointed with the response from the owner though. Should have tried to figure out issue instead of accusing.
