I recently had an absolutely wonderful experience at Ethos Spa l. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and luxurious with soft lighting and relaxing music that immediately set the tone for a relaxing visit. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.My therapist was skilled and professional, ensuring that the treatment was personalized to my needs. The attention to detail was impeccable.It was honestly one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Ethos Spa—they truly go above and beyond! I can’t wait to book my next appointment.

I’m very dissatisfied with the result, who is planning to remove a tattoo in this Ethos Aesthetics and Wellness, then I ask you to find another more professional salon, since in this I only lost time and money, I contacted their salon in December 2023 to remove very small tattoos from my hand , and now 6 months have passed, I had 5 laser procedures during this time and the tattoo remained as it was, it didn’t go away at all, it just looks smeared. Don’t waste your time and find a more professional salon, I will post a photo of my tattoo before tattoo removal procedures and after 6 months and you will see how bad the result is.

Maybe the best med spa I have been to. Beautiful, natural results for a great price. Dr. Monika has an eye for what you need and what you don’t. Her skills with Botox and filler are impeccable, and I am happy with the result every time I leave (I am also a perfectionist who doesn’t say this often). Feel lucky I found them! They have every aesthetic service you can think of, are reasonably priced, and the staff is gracious and knowledgeable.

Very disappointed!I want to make it clear that the young lady who helped me was very kind and she sold the product offered by the owners as an employee of the spa.Terrible, I left very disappointed, I have had many experiences doing Hydrafacials and I know exactly the steps to follow, what I received is NOT considered a Hydrafacial, the fact that they used a vacuum to extract impurities does not mean that the procedure was complete and effective.They cleaned my face quickly.They used the vacuum (I had to tell the young lady to go under my jawline and next to my ear because she didnt do there, it was extremely fast, less than 1 hour, during which time she left the room several times, after the vacuum she quickly applied some syrups and a cold mask and that was it.I asked her if she didnt exfoliate me, or remove the hair on my face and she said she was going to ask, they told her it was $100 more than the $225 for the facial.The discontent is too much, they should train the beauticians to do a more professional and honest job for what they are charging.The room needs to be set up like a spa they didnt give me a robe so the liquids wouldnt splash my clothes, or a towel to put on top of me, the lamp was on top of a trash can and all the lights were on, extremely annoying for the eyes in the position the client is in, a radio station with club music that has nothing to do with a SPA I hope the owner takes some of these things into account. I drove almost 1 hour to have a procedure done, but it was not the one I received and the one they charged me for. I had the impression that because it was Summit I would find something up to par and unfortunately, that was not the case.My face is no different at all. In fact, when I run my finger through it, bits of the gauze that the young lady used to clean me come out. In my other experiences, my face has come out shiny and it has never taken less than 1 hour. Wanting to try somewhere else was a mistake.Reviews are NOT always true, nor is the location of a business that makes it stand out.

Dr Monika is amazing! Did lip filler for me and lasted a full year. Very knowledgeable, place is very clean. She never will encourage you to do something that will make you look too much. The only place I will trust to do my lip filler.

Dr. Monika and Dr. Soni are great providers. I have been coming here since 2016. I highly recommend both are very knowledgeable and answer all questions! I would continue to come here.

Dr.Soni did my botox completely PAIN FREE and I saw results immediately. Krisie did RF Microneedling on my neck and I saw results immediately. I appreciate the frequent pricing promotions they honor however they do not skimp out on quality and cleanliness. The women who work at the front desk are very personable and attentive. This office is a breath of fresh air in the over saturated market of medi-spas. My only concern is no parking lot, street parking can be tricky to find for your appointment.

I went there years ago (7 years ago?) and I honestly dont know remember for what.I am getting promotional texts now. Its bad enough that my email inbox has an insane amount of promotional emails, now businesses are spamming my actual phone. Would like to be left alone, as I never actually agreed to get these texts. Just because you give an option to opt out doesnt mean I ever chose to opt in or permission to contact me this way about ongoing promos.Unethical.

Always a great experience at ethos med spa, normally I get my chemical peels and hydro facials with Nicole who does an amazing job every time and my skin has improved tremendously over the last year. Today, with Nancy, I expressed my concerns before the peel she was very attentive and adjusted the amount of chemical peel passes/gave me recommendations to better improve my skin. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The fat in the treated area expands and hardens into unnaturally shaped lumps and bumps. Instead of shrinking, the bulge after CoolSculpting got WORSE. The appearance resembles the shape of the CoolSculpting applicator. I had 2 sessions and paid $4,000. The only thing I have to show for it is a lumpy and bumpy stomach - it’s horrible and embarrassing. Please save your money, time and body.I am sure some type of response will be posted in response to this review indicating that I knew the risks and signed the consents. I acknowledge that I did. I know I won’t be refunded nor would I ever consider doing additional treatments. However, if this review can spare one person and perhaps encourage them in exploring other options, then I am okay with that.

I truly admire Dr. Soni and his staff at the Summit office. The practice is expanding like crazy with several new NJ locations. Im sure they will live up to the same standards and ethics as the Summit location Im used to.I experienced a hiccup years ago with some of my emails or phone messages not being responded to due to what I believed were call center errors. I no longer have those issues. My emails and responses to my phone call messages are addressed promptly.

UPDATE:I got a call back from Mr. Soni. He was so nice and explained everything. I am still looking forward to going back and trying.I am confused by this place. I waited 45 minutes for a consultation. They moved me to a room and a woman come in and take pictures of me, which felt very uncomfortable being I hadnt spoken to anyone yet. The woman came in told me a price and left. She was very nice and I could tell she was busy. I texted the place the next day or two, thats how we communicated through text message. I said the process wasnt explained to me, amount of visits, what happens after, etc. I never got a reply. I called and was told I would get a call back. Called again two more times, and never received an answer. I

I absolutely love Ethos Spa! I’ve had 2 Hydrafacials and the results are stunning. The doctors here are knowledgeable and kind and the staff members provide excellent service. If you’re interested in doing a hydrafacial ask for Nancy- she’s the best!

Ive have several VI Peel’s all with Nancy — she is so careful and my results are always so dramatic! Seriously if you have sun spots or dullness I highly recommend the VI peel. Attached photo is right after peel — no crazy redness / itchiness / nor spicyness of some other peels.

I came to Ethos to have a tattoo removed starting march 2019. My tattoo was thick and dark. From the very beginning of this process, Dr. Hardik Soni has been forthcoming about treatment goals/potential and compassionate throughout. His staff are all friendly and lovely. When we were not initially seeing the progress we had hoped, Dr. Soni adjusted treatment and came up with other strategies in order to progress closer to our end goal. My tattoo was very dark, so for me, it took 14 treatments (spread over a couple of years) to remove to nearly gone. As time goes on from my last visit, the remnants of what is left (which is hardly noticeable) continues to fade. I really cannot recommend Ethos Spa and Dr. Soni highly enough. For whatever service you are coming here for, they are worth talking to and exploring what they can do to help you be the version of you that you want.

Dr. Soni is the best -no matter the service. He is willing to do what you’re most comfortable with your Botox injections. I have been coming for years and always feel amazing after I leave the service.

The receptionist is so nice and I got discount but I booked for nasolabial fillers at their summit office. Here, theres no consultation( they only ask if youve done it before) Told the lady I want to fill my laugh line , she asked if I have done it before, I said yes but she filled my upper cheek ( i have round robust full face)instead of my laugh line even when I told her ,I want my laugh line filled and not upper cheek, she kind of get offended and said the upper cheek will lift the laugh line but I have done this before and it was exactly where I wanted the filled in. My laugh line remain the same. I repeated it so many times what i wanted .I have a round robust full face so do not need any fillers on my upper cheek . She didnt listen to what I want but decide to do what she wants. Theres no difference on my laugh line.Is 10 days now, whenever I lay down on my face, I feel pain or when I laugh, it seems theres something piercing my face. I never felt that on my previous laugh line fillers which was done so good.I am not pleased with the service and not a satisfied customer. I dont know about their other services but for laugh line, I do not recommend.The 2 star is for the reception I got, so warm and their front desk personnel is very professional.Which number should I call, the one I booked with is not connecting, I dont know why I cant get Ethos on it again.It is only fair, I update this review, the owner reached out to me, just coming from the spa now and he reviewed my photo, and put 1 filler for free ( half on each laugh line). Atleast theres a 40% change on it unlike last month, there was no change on my laugh line.I will go back for next year fill in and it must be Doctor Hardik Noni or nobody so Im changing it from 2 to a 4 star. Krisie is the best!!!I had looked like my lips were deflated and the upper was ducky and hanging over the bottom lip, due to lack of knowledge from my usual plastic surgeon. I was going for a more “Russian lips” look, where my upper lip had more height and volume. Krisie knew exactly what to do, took time, and made sure everything matched on each side. I never had such minimal bruising or swelling before.. I will definitely be back in a few weeks for more filler! Thanks Krisie!!! :)

I have been going to Krisie since January of 2021 to remove a tattoo on my upper rib. She was amazing with communication, made you comfortable throughout the procedure, was patient with the process, and continued to reassure me that the longer I wait between sessions the better the results. After finishing, the results are amazing, you would never know the tattoo was even there. On top of dealing with Krisie, the receptionists were just as amazing, and flexible with appointments! Upper Lip laser hair removal: I did 4 sessions with Dr. Monica Soni and she seemed to rush the first appointment and missed a section while doing the laser. Scheduled the next sessions with Cristina Ventura and she was very kind, calm, and patient with me. I liked the way Cristina did my hair removal as she was gentle but Dr. Soni was extremely rough and even burned my skin in the last session, missing the same spot like the first appt. My skin is extremely red and itches alot. I would recommend this place but get your laser hair removal done with Cristina as shes gentle with the machine and gives you time to breathe between the removal.

The Ethos Spa staff are extremely professional and kind. I had a wonderful experience getting my first ever Hydrafacial with Nicole. Nicole walked me through the process and reminded me of the benefits of the service. She was thorough and super patient! My family and friends all commented how my skin was glowing after the service. I’ve been a patient at Ethos for about 5 months now and I’ve been received with nothing but hospitality and kindness. Ive done my sessions of laser tattoo removal with Krisie for the past two years now and I couldnt recommend her more!!! She is so patient with me and she knows her craft to a t! My tattoo is a large piece, I got it done when I was younger and completely regret it now, Krisie and I always laugh about it when I go into the office! I had lip filler done by Dr. Monika Soni and absolutely love the results! I was concerned about fillers looking unnatural, but I’ve been getting compliments left and right from coworkers on how natural it looks. He has an excellent bedside manner and explains the procedures—including the risks, which I appreciate—very clearly. The fat in the treated area expands and hardens into an unnaturally shaped lump in response to the extreme cold. Instead of gradually shrinking, the bulge after CoolSculpting actually gets bigger and usually becomes firmer than surrounding tissues. The appearance resembles the shape of the CoolSculpting applicator. Thats exactly what has happened to me. I tried giving it additional time, but the bulge is visibly worse than before. It leaves you with a hard bulge under your chin. Unfortunately, even though they do let you know about some of the side effects of swelling, irritation and more. I was not informed that the opposite of what my goal was, could had happened. It has been a challenging experience. I had 2 sessions done back in July & September. Unfortunately it isnt worth your time nor money. If you must, go with other options rather than CoolSculpting.

My mom was so excited to go and inquire about laser hair removal. She brought me along bc she needed a translation but they had a Spanish worker there. My mom was asking questions about price and payment plans and the lady barely gave her any information and after taking a good look at my mom out the paper down. She was talking down to my mom as if my mom wasn’t adequate enough to be asking questions. And after stating the prices she walked away. Leaving my mom was left with questions but she said thank you and walked out. She felt bad and when she walked out asked me if she looked bad or something bc she felt like the lady was judging her appearance. My mom is gorgeous and always well groomed so it was weird that she would even ask me this question. And the she told me bc I was in the br. Little did the lady know my mom had the cash in her purse to pay all the sessions that were recomended. She was just curious asking questions bc she has friends who were also interested, as well as myself. They lost out on a lot of business bc the lady was unhelpful and rude.

I went to Ethos Spa for hair removal and the service is amazing! Dr. Soni is super professional and takes time to answer questions. The Spa is super clean and the staff is very friendly!The laser hair removal service is worth every penny! I don’t have to shave at all, which saves time, leaves my skin feeling so much softer, and smoother. I have sensitive skin and the laser process caused very minimal and temporary redness/sensitivity, which is far better than the continuous dryness and razor I was experiencing when I had to shave. SPA?? Some guy off the street was blowing up the only bathroom in there for about 1/2 an hour. Upon arrival the person taking my before pics seemed to be rushing and overwhelmed which was very uncomfortable. I got the C02 Laser, did NOT see the results I was expecting from all the research I did and it took two emails to get a response to see what I should do only to be told I will probably need more sessions. This was the year I was going to finally do a little something for myself to feel great! A waste of $900.00!

I had gone to another medical spa for years but due to distance plus a recent poor experience there I decided it was time to make a change. I did a ton of research and ended up choosing Ethos and I am beyond happy with my choice! The doctor is beyond thorough and explains every detail as to what he is doing and why. End result is just what I wanted and beautiful!

I was really looking forward to having laser hair removal on my face. My aunt told me about a place all the way in Long Island but I didn’t want to travel that far. Perhaps I should have because they are much more affordable ($80-$100 per session) than Ethos and had the courtesy to list their prices on their website. I was relieved when I found Ethos not too far from me. Although they didn’t have their prices on their website I booked an appointment and paid the $50. I wasn’t aware that it was non-refundable. I sent them a dm on instagram to inquire about pricing and didn’t receive a response from them for two days. When I learned that it would cost more than $240 a session I cancelled my appointment. I’m extremely disappointed that I lost my deposit and I’m sure I can’t afford any other treatments that they offer.
